Vue magnifique sur la mer. A notre arrivée nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir que nous avions réservé une chambre communicante, mais qui ne communiquait pas avec la nôtre mais avec celle de quelqu'un d autre. C était problématique pour nos deux enfants. Donc faites attention si vous réserver sur booking de bien vous faire confirmer par mail par l hôtel. Ils nous ont proposé une solution qui a convenu malgré tout. Cependant, nous avons trouvé le ménage approximatif, literie assez ancienne, les chambres ne ferment pas complètement (ce sont des persiennes qui laissent passer l air) donc nous avons été dérangés par les moustiques et n avions pas de moustiquaires (seulement du répulsif mais c'est peu confortable pour dormir). Pas de shampoing ni gel douche a disposition, ce qui est rare à Bali. L hôtel est relativement isolé, proche de la plage de Tamarind beach, très jolie, mais pour le reste il est difficile de se déplacer sans véhicule. Et les taxis sont plus chers qu a Bali. Autour, beaucoup de travaux et de gravas (comme partout au centre de l île). Cependant la beauté des plages, la gentillesse du personnel et les bons petits déjeuner ont rendu notre séjour agréable.

La vue est incroyable, le personnel tellement gentil et disponible afin de rendre le séjour simple et relaxant. Les déjeuners inclus sont excellents et l’entretien des chambres est réalisé à chaque jour. Un grand merci encore à Trish pour l’organisation dernière minute afin de nous accommoder avec nos 2 enfants :)

La salle de bain de notre bungalow mériterait un petit rafraîchissement afin d’être à la hauteur du reste de l’établissement.

Det bästa med boendet var utsikten över havet, vulkanen i bakgrunden o solnedgången som var magisk! Personalen var vänliga och maten god och prisvärd. Trish var väldigt hjälpsam, ordnade med turer som vi önskade, smidigt och till bra pris. Vi var på snorkeltur och fick se manta rays och vi fick hjälp med smidig och organiserad resa tillbaka till fastlandet och vårt nästa hotell.

Not much not to like, from the view to the amazing accomodating staff, the beautiful food, again the view lol and the pool ! just a wonderful peaceful place to spend time unwinding. The staff go above and beyond. It was my friend 60th and they had a cake, hung decorations and sang happy birthday on the day.

Bed was a little hard, but that’s nothing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious. The rest of the food was good too. The views from the restaurant and upper pool are amazing.

The lower pool requires significant maintenance/upgrading and the villas also need updating and possibly a deep clean would help.

The hotek has great views (specially from the bottoms rooms and the pool). They helped us by picking us up from the beach at our arrival and offered drivers. Overall the room was clean and the staff was very nice!

Is was far from beaches, very high up in the city. I do not recomend if you dont drive/rent a scooter because of the time it takes to ger back walking. In general it is not a friendly island for people who cant drive scooters. The room has mosquitos

Building noise., barking dog, not really a sea view, I would call it partial, only visible from outside the room, no view visible from inside the room. The windows orientation made it feel a bit closterphobic. The room was not in the best state of repair particularly so in the bathroom

Such helpful and lovely hardworking staff, beautiful view and pool and setting, and great breakfast. We realised we could walk to lots of places too. After arriving by taxi a very convoluted way on terrible roads and then having to find our way walking for the last bit, it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. But once we got out and did some exploring we realised Tamarind Beach was about 2 minutes away, there was a little shortcut to walk to Mushroom Bay so that was about a 10 minute walk, and it was about 10 minutes to walk around the coastal track to Coconut beach (or secret beach not sure) between Tamarind and Jungutbatu. This is a lovely little beach and it's where you paddle out from to surf playgrounds.

Staff were fantastic, yummy breakfast, pool was nice and had an amazing view. Great location, easy walk down to the tamarind bay, mushroom bay and coconut bay.

Rooms were basic but were as I expected and great for the price

Mooi hotel, geweldig uitzicht en we hadden een ruime kamer. Badkamer kan wat opgefrist worden en warm douchewater was niet standaard, maar de service van het personeel was daarentegen geweldig. Zelfs nog een taart voor onze jarige geregeld en die kwamen ze al zingend serveren! Superleuk. Er is een strand op loopafstand en Warung Kevin beneden aan de weg bij het hotel is geweldig. Jungubatu Beach is niet op loopafstand, daar heb je echt een taxi of scooter voor nodig.

we absolutely loved staying at the Hotel. Trish and all the staff were lovely and so helpful plan our days adventures. they helped us with Snorkelling, scuba diving, scooter hire, dinner and cafe recommendations. The swimming pool views were incredible as were the hotel facilities.

The staff here is the most welcoming and helpful staff I have met in many years of traveling. The hotel upgraded us and planned our pickup - without extra charge. The owner even sent a private sweet welcoming message beforehand - I have never felt this welcome at a hotel before - such a good experience.

There was a gap in the decorations above the door and small gap above the windows, which allowed some mosquitos to get in, despite us being rigorous with closing the door fast. Was a pity as it affected the sleep. Other than that we had a great stay!

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Nothing was a problem and they were happy to organise whatever we needed and give advice. You could not beat the views and the gardens were very lush. Definitely feels like you are in paradise. Rooms were clean and had everything you would need but were a little bit tired. In saying that, we were really only in them to sleep. Would definitely stay again 😊

The hotel is in the most beautiful setting with stunning sea views, lovely garden and two pools that are great for just hanging out. Trish, the owner and all the staff are so kind and helpful. Trish helped us organise a wonderful snorkeling trip and transport and it was great to have breakfast on the terrace and chat to the other guests. The whole place has a warm family feel to it. Highly recommend,:we loved our stay.

Our bathroom had a bit of a ventilation problem but then so do most bathrooms in Bali due to the weather. Not a major issue.

Une vue magnifique, de très belles piscines, la mer juste à côté, les fleurs dans le jardin, les petits cafés et restaurants à côté. La couleur de cette île qui semble avoir tant à offrir. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu la chance de profiter de tout ça car notre fils était très malade et a dû être évacué à l’hôpital de Nusa Dua. Trish, Gede et Krisna ont été d’un grand soutien et conseils dans ces moments difficiles, heureusement qu’ils étaient là, merci à eux.

The view is absolutely incredible and the closest beach is beautiful, clean and quiet. So cool to see the surf breaks from your hotel. The gardens and greenery at the property are absolutely stunning and so well kept. The staff were great.

The mattress, linen and pillows could do with replacing for comfort sake and the shower could use a refresh as it is very stained. The shower water was cold. There's a construction happening next door and they were jack hammering the rock with an excavator most days from 9:30am, not an issue if you spend the day out exploring the island which most people do. It stopped in the afternoon.

A quiet oasis in a wonderful location on a hill overlooking the ocean. Just 3 minute walk to calm Tamarind Bay, 10 minutes to Mushroom Bay and about 20 minutes to the main settlement. A variety of eateries in walking distance. Staff and the manager Trish were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice touches like free water refills, sunscreen and mosquito repellent available. Two lovely pools. Food at the restaurant was excellent, offering a great variety of dishes. Trish organised a wonderful snorkeling with mantas tour. Thank you all for an amazing stay.

Tiene unas vistas increíbles, sobre todo desde la piscina principal, con el Volcán Agung de fondo. Y la dueña, Trish, es muy amable.

Quizás se pueda mejorar el baño, el agua salía un poquito fría, por poner una pega.

Trish the owner went out of her way to make feel welcome and could not help us enough in organising transfers and accommodation in Sanur. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The location was also great, with a spectacular view that overlooked Tamarind and across to Mt Agung. If you are a diver and diving with Tamarind Divers, which we were, it is only a 5 minute walk.

Everything was great, we loved the pools, the location and views, our room was very comfortable, very nice staff and the food in the on-site restaurant was great.

The drive up to the property is a bit of a challenge on a bike, I had to get off and push due to the potholes but I believe there were plans in place to fix the road up.

Amazing location and view of the water. We were watching the dolphins at breakfast. Although it is up a steep hill the view is worth it and tamarind beach is beautiful at the bottom. A gorgeous stroll along the cliff top into town and among restaurants. The staff and Trish (owner) are lovely, accommodating and have many contacts for activities (snorkeling with the manta rays is a must) the construction next door is 9-12 so a good time to go out before an afternoon of relaxing around one of the 2 gorgeous pools. Food was great and fast.

For some the location with stairs and steep hill might be hard on peoples knees but we loved the exercise 💚

The view is breathtaking and the staff and owner (Trish) could not have done anything more for us. From recommending and booking a boat trip, organising taxis and going above and beyond on my daughter’s birthday, they arranged for a large complimentary birthday cake to be delivered to our evening restaurant. Thank you Trish and the team. 🙏🏻 Kevin’s Warung and Tales Book cafe are a short 1 min walk from the hotel and beautiful Coconut Bay less than 10 mins.

The road to get to the hotel is very bumpy and there is a steep short hill to get to the hotel, but this didn’t bother us.

Fantastic views great staff and food. Trish the owner was great with everything even booked transport and restaurants , snorkeling pretty much anything you needed she could help you with. And the view from breakfast is a must see.

We loved our stay at Pandana. Trish was a great host and all the staff were super helpful and exceeded expectations. The views are amazing, food was delicious and the pools are very relaxing. Highly recommend staying here. We'll definitely be back soon.

The Pandana was perfect for our family of 5. Trish and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. She organized island tours, snorkel trips and even a birthday cake. My husband loved being able to check the surf conditions from the infinity pool and the kids loved swimming in both pools. Was in a great location - a 5 min walk to Tamarind Beach, 10 mins to Playgrounds surf break and 15 to mushroom bay. It was a steep track up to the hotel (the trucks can’t drive up there only scooters) but it was worth it for the view. We can’t wait to visit again. Thanks for an amazing holiday Trish

基本的には不満はないのですが、夕飯のお料理がお砂糖を沢山使っていて、全体的に甘かったのだけ残念でした。

Stunning ocean views, beautiful gardens, both pools were lovely especially the infinity pool, staff and owner Trish were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were well appointed and really pleasant. The restaurant has a wide menu and the meals I had there were excellent.

Beautiful place great facilities. Food was great. Overlooking surf so easy for surf check. Short walk for paddle to playgrounds and lacerations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again

Access road is pretty rough

Stunning view and welcoming people. They gave me the whole villa for the price of a room, which was very nice. The entire hotel territory is stunning.

The road to the hotel is quite an experience for the first time: a damaged route and very difficult to find. I travelled on a scooter with a backpack, but it would be a nightmare for people with a rolling suitcase or children. The bathroom is really old, and there was no hot water most of the time when I stayed. Wifi was not great as well. The breakfast was quite average. I stayed in many guesthouses or places in the lower price range, and the breakfast there was much better.

La piscine vue sur mer est incroyable, la localisation au calme, l’accueil très chaleureux de l’équipe, la chambre familiale était grande et confortable! Super communication de l’équipe et arrangement de notre transfert depuis sidemen en famille, parfait! Très bon resto aussi et spa en bas de la rue ! On recommande fortement pour un séjour à Nusa Lembongan :)

Loved the view and the pool. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good. Was sad we had to leave, thank you for such a lovely stay!

The hotel has great views, and the staff were attentive. They keep the place sparkling clean. I respect that they provide refillable jug water, no endless plastic bottles (conscious of reducing plastic waste that's everywhere in Bali). The air-conditioning was fantastic. The room was okay, a bit plain and dark. I did not like the electric mosquito repellant sprayer in the room because I could smell and taste it. However, I understand there is a mosquito problem in Bali. The single beds in the family room were odd as they could not be tucked in, not even the bottom sheet, so my son got tangled in sheets. There was also a huge painting on the wall above our bed which was a bit disconcerting since the children don't have feet. Just a personal thing. The top pool near the kitchen was lovely, just quite small. The bottom pool was clean but dated and had broken tiles. Breakfast was quite good. In terms of location, it felt a bit isolated. There was only one warung that was quite close. Nearby Tamarind Beach is very pretty, but there are no warnings, and it's not really a swimming beach due to currents. Mushroom Beach is okay. It has a few little cafes and shops within a 15-minute walk (we did not have scooters). Our favourite beach was Coconut Beach (Songlam), a 10-minute walk in the other direction along a bushy cliff-side track. It was a piece of paradise, a little cove with aqua water and two beachside cafes. Playgrounds Surf spot is nearby - we are not surfers. The beach can be extremely calm and gentle some days and a bit wild on others, but we enjoyed it. You can snorkel, swim, or hire a kayak or stand-up paddle board for just a few dollars. The boardwalk from there to Jungut Batu was modern and very walkable, with a few modern bars, restaurants, and a delicious gelato shop along the way, all with crazy beautiful views over the ocean. Be aware that the walk from the hotel in either direction is very steep, and the path is uneven.

The location of the hotel gave a spectacular view. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The rooms desperately need an upgrade. We booked 5 rooms and they smelled very damp. Our room leaked onto the bed and 3 rooms had no hot water until we asked for the gas to be changed over. There was also too much chlorine in the pool and it stung our eyes to swim even above the water.

The pool at the top of the property was wonderful. Had a very beautiful view over the ocean. Lovely staff working at the hotel. Breakfast was fine.

The rooms were quite disappointing. Old lumpy pillows that were too high. Gaps above the door allowing mosquitoes to fly in at night. Bathroom was stinky at all times. No bum gun. The fridge, kettle, wardrobe were all located inside the bathroom/toilet. Stinky water. Ants all over the shower floor.

We loved the location - so close to beautiful beaches but with elevation and stunning views. The staff were amazing - a big shout out to Gudaye - he was absolutely super helpful and nothing was a problem. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and worked long hours.

Atypique, vue +++ piscine propre, endroit propre, restaurant EXCELLENT, ils sont à l’écoute, à votre service. Il est difficile d’accès certe, mais pour moi la récompense est en arrivant. Nous étions 2 adultes 2 enfant 8&2 ans. Et c’était superbe. Un grand merci 🙏 Nous avons des souvenirs excellent avec notre drone.

Exceptionel staff! Very friendly and eager to help with anything. The pools were good and the view is amazing! The breakfast was fantastic and in general the restaurant was very good!

There were quite a lot of small animals. Not a big problem. Could maybe do with some mosquito nets in the rooms.

What an amazing stay at Pandana Hotel on Lembongan Island! The staff was absolutely incredible, and the views were breathtaking. Such a peaceful place with a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel at home. The hotel is conveniently close to the surf spots, offers an amazing breakfast, and any request we had was promptly fulfilled. It was truly a magical time for our honeymoon. Highly recommended!

Loved the view from the pool and eating area - stunning. The location is away from main area a bit but the walk to the beach was shorter than I expected. Good food and drinks. Lovely people.

Roads around the island are terrible (not fault of owner obviously!) So the drive there was a bit rough and took longer than expected from ferry and main Beach (about 15mins and 150k idr). We did have mozzies in the room as roo. Is a bit open to outside and no mozzie nets so got a bit bitten if we didn't spray ourselves before bed. No views from the rooms.

The owner Trish was exceptionally helpful before and during our stay. Super friendly staff. A small complex with a friendly, family vibe.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, sehr schöner Blick auf das Meer. Nette Anlage, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Wechselanliegen von dem dunklen Bungalow,Nr.1, unten links (Richtung Meer) zu einem Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick (Nr.4) wurde vom Personal verstanden und organisiert.

Die Lage bei der Tamarind Bucht, da diese sehr abgewrackt ist und wenig zum Baden einlädt. Die Nachbarbuchten sind dagegen einladender. Sie sind fussläufig in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Unser Zimmer (Nr.4) lag leider in der Nähe der Kläranlage, die leider hin und wieder Gerüche freigab.

notre seul déception a été le bruit des voisins, mais aucun rapport avec le Pandana, si ce n'est la chambre communicante qui laisse passer le bruit (ado qui hurlaient,...)
