Íbis sendo Íbis: facilidade em chegar,check Inn e check out fáceis e ligeiros. Boa localização em Edimburgo, especialmente para quem vai viaja de trem, da para ir a pé até a estação, sem problemas.

Quarto e banheiro um pouco apertados. Se está com muita bagagem, pode ser difícil se acomodar (não foi o nosso caso)

In a sleezy side Street offThe Royal Mile . Beware there are Two Ibis Hotels saying “location Edinburgh Royal Mile “.We went to the other as we assumed that was where we booked … Looked Nice They directed us to the other ,about 3 minute walk away , in a very dubious side street Felt dirty and where Students may stay . On checking IN they said they were Full(despite showing our CONFIRMATION, They eventually gave us a room .. one bed and offered a second Downy Cover .., It came to the room eventually after reminding them it was offered. UGH … the water was hot and breakfast good.Two small Lifts , one out of service

La propreté : le sur matelas en torchon jamais tiré, les tables de nuits et verre à dents et tasses à thé sales et jamais lavés durant mon séjour. Également un reste de crème grasse au bord du lavabo sans parler de la bouche d’aération de la douche avec 1 cm de champignons!! Pas de bosse de toilette… super de frotter à main le fond de toilette!!

Within walking distance to the Royal Mile, with the Fringe Festival and Military Tattoo. Also close proximity to the train station for arrival and departure. Also enjoyed the sitting area in the foyer area of our floor that looked over the city.

The location was perfect with a short walk to the Royal Mile halfway between the Castle and Holyrood. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

One of the elevators broke on the second day backing everyone up with the remaining car. We walked the stairs when we could.

It was an extremely modest hotel. The bed was comfortable. The staff were nice. We paid for the breakfast, but it had very limited choices for us and not very good. The hotel was certainly overpriced for what we paid!

Très bon accueil, personnel très aimable et serviable. Belle chambre avec parquet :) (et pas de moquette comme c'est souvent le cas), salle de bain fonctionnelle mais trop petite et glissante. Bar ouvert jusqu'à 23h00, apparemment il y a un roof top mais nous ne l'avons pas testé.

Le seul bémol c'est le hall d'entrée et la réception, on a l'impression d'arriver dans un hôtel bas de gamme, c'est dommage car ça ne reflète pas la bonne qualité de cet hôtel si bien situé. Sinon rien à redire.

No me gustó el poco lugar para apoyar en la habitación y en el baño. Tenía una cortina tipo blackout medio rota o desenganchada … sistema corredizo antiguo e incómodo. 6am ya entraba luz y te despertaba, las almohadas horrible por favor cámbienlas son de aire. El dia que nos fuimos (muy temprano) un ascensor no funcionaba y tenía un cartel y el otro nos cansamos de llamarlo y tuvimos que bajar x la escalera 5 pisos y era la escalera de incendios xq no encoentemaod la escalera interna … en fin una gimnasia y golpeamos el vidrio de la recepción y le explicamos al muchacho )otro) que no funcionaba y nos decía tienen que apretar acá … no me subestimes … se llamar un ascensor … tuve otras experiencias mejores en unos, este me desilusionó bastante

El hotel está muy bien ubicado: en el centro de la ciudad. A la vuelta está el Museo Nacional y a unos minutos caminando está la Catedral y el Castillo. El personal es amable y servicial. El desayuno está bien. Además, está a unos 10 minutos de la estación de tren Waverley, lo cual es muy práctico.

Todo estuvo bien.

-L’emplacement est juste idéal, en plein coeur de la vieille ville et 10-15min à pied de la gare. -Le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon. -Personnel au top et avec le sourire.

Je n’ai jamais dormi sur un matelas autant déformé. Les chambres sont très bien isolées de l’extérieur mais on entend beaucoup les autres chambres…. Peut être un coup de malchance ?

Odalar temiz değil, yorumları okuyarak aldım. Yüksek fiyatlı olmasını çok da umursamadım konumu için fakat havlular lekeli, ne bir kulak çubuğu ne de oda terliği var. Hiçbir şey yok, bu paraya sadece oda alıyorsunuz. Ona göre tercih edin. Saat 15:00 olmadan odaya giriş yapamıyorsunuz, otelin tuvaletinde giyinip hazırlandık. Butik bir otel veya kurumsal bir otel bunu yapmaz. Burası gerçekten seyahatlerim arasındaki en ama en kötü oteldi. Bir daha asla tercih etmem, verdiğim paranın üzerine soğuk su içtim.

Location was good, just a few steps away from Royal Mile. A lot of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and groceries around the hotel. The is a bus stop just right there.

The room floor was not very clean. Bathroom wall where plastic, so it was very noisy. The room walls are very thing so you can hear the guests of the next room, especially when they are walking inside, opening the tap, the shower or flushing the toilet, which was annoying during the night. Avoid this hotel if you are a light sleeper.

Firstly, this accommodation is VERY BUDGET, now don’t get me wrong I have no issues with budget as long as the place is clean and has the basic amenities… we were offered an accessible room as my mother is recovering from hip surgery, these room look like something out of a hospital, one of the worst accessible rooms I’ve seen as far as amenities go but it doesn’t stop there, the smell and the mould and whatever was on the bathroom curtain 🤮 rang reception and got a lovely Aussie named Louise to get the bathroom deep cleaned and she offered us a new room, not accessible but with a small step up, great - as long as it was CLEAN! Well the smell followed and going off other reviews this is standard?! So must be a plumbing issue in the whole place BUT the bathroom was clean. Thanks Louise! Location was perfect just off the royal mile, staff were all lovely and restaurant had great food! Hopefully they do some upgrades soon to their plumbing and this place would score a lot higher! Oh there also must be a club near by the doof doof music both Friday and Saturday nights was a little full on 🫠 probably wouldn’t stay again going off other reviews and my own stay

Unfortunately, the stay did not meet our expectations, especially considering the high price. There were no towels in the room when we arrived, and we had to ask for them. The cleanliness was poor - there was dirt around the doors and handles, hair in the bed, and the floor was dirty. Several areas also appeared poorly cleaned and maintained. The reception area felt chaotic and untidy, and there was a strange and unpleasant smell in the corridors. The bed and pillows were also uncomfortable. Breakfast was average and did not match the price of the stay. Unfortunately, the staff in the breakfast area were not very friendly or welcoming either. Overall, the standard was far too low for the price we paid.

Lack of information regarding parking. Website indicated car park available for residents but there isn't any on site.

On check in receptionist moved us to floor 6 and said it was quieter, it would have been had it not been above a rave til 0500. Bathrooms were a plastic pod with a door you had to slam to close.

We were going to the Edinburgh Military Tattoo and this was the ideal location of a hotel within our budget. We were allocated an accessible room with a walk in shower which was ideal for me and my mobility issues so thank you Gary!!

Too expensive for a room standard. The toilet was not working fully, and it was not fixed even when we asked about it. We had to ask for more toiletpaper more than once. Worst part was that there was no fridge. And the room was a little outdated.

Location was great but as a result it was very loud. Staff at check in and check out both very nice (Scottish girl with red hair, and an Aussie). Able to check in early. Room was clean.

It was very loud, my partner couldn't sleep as we could hear and feel the thumping of the music, even in bed. Had to ask for more toilet rolls. No plugs by bed. Very expensive for a basic room but that is Edinburgh now I suppose.

I understand that the prices are inflated during the fringe festival but way over priced for what it is. The walls are super thin, we could hear everything from upstairs, downstairs and neighbouring rooms as well as people walking on the corridor. The towel had a blood stain.
