I like the breakfast. It's delicious and various of choices.

Perfect location to street art, food in general, little India, jetty’s, shopping mall. All surrounded the hotel so we could walk everywhere

unfortunately the room was very aged, super old sheets, mattress and towels. It wasn’t very clean in the bathroom but the loo was new so that was okay.

The location is great making this hotel at the centre of George Town.

We were initially given a room in which AC was not working and they said that it was house full. After requesting several time we were later shifted to another room which would have been better if they could have changed it hassle free

Good was only the location.

First of all, the air conditioner was blowing warm air even when set to the minimum temperature of 16°C. Because of this, we had several almost sleepless nights due to the heat. We reported the issue and were offered only one alternative room, but unfortunately, the AC there had exactly the same problem. The towels were old and worn out, and the bed linen did not feel properly clean either. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort were far below what we expected. The general atmosphere felt much more like a cheap hostel than a proper hotel. The stay was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this place.

The place is looking a little worn out, could do with a freshen up . The TV didn't wot properly sometime took forever to warm up and I had to use my own internet as the internet was so slow

i love the cleanliness of the room. The hotel is also located in a very strategic location. Right in the middle of the city. The staff is friendly. If i were to comment, probably the parking is a challenge but i was lucky to get a empty spot in front of the hotel entrance.

Ideal location

Location. It's within walking distance to most POI and eateries. Staff are polite and willing to go out of their way to assist. Juz ask and they'll try their best! Carparks though 1st come 1st serve but is always available. Shhhh.....and room rates are that reasonable for the room size!!

It'll be better if we hv a mini fridge in the room.

The strategic location for tourists to explore penang esp Lebuh Armenian, Lebuh Chulia. But most of Georgetown's attraction is within the range and able to reach by foot.

Only one lift available as another under maintenance

The location is superb its close to everything walking distance to major spots many good restaurants nearby

Great area, lovely helpful staff. Room made up every day. I would stay again.

Noise from the mosques. The website said Soundproofing, most definitely not. Not great lighting for reading in bed.

The check-in process was smooth and the location was fantastic.

The walls were very thin and I couldn't sleep well at all. The room felt a bit claustro with a small window. The sheets and mattress could've been cleaner.

Fantastic location within walking distance of almost every major attraction in George Town. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hawker stalls.

Location was super, the room and bed were big and comfortable. Tourist taxes were reasonable

Waiting for the lifts - only two lifts for a huge hotel and one was broken for the 3 days we were there!

Friendly staff, comfy room.

Only 1 elevator and very slow. You can hear everything in the room next door, above and outside the room. Very noisy so not good if you are a light sleeper.

Great location

It was damp and had a strong musty smell throughout my stay. It was very dark, with no natural light except for a small window facing another building. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the ventilation was extremely poor. The humidity in the room was so bad that the bed sheets felt wet, as if they had just come out of the washing machine. The mattress was also far too soft for comfort. I couldn't sleep at all during the night and ended up checking out after the first night, cancelling the rest of my stay.

Price too HIGH

De locatie was heel goed, dichtbij Armenian street, Chew Jett ,Lovelane en andere bezieningswaardigheden..Het personeel aan de balie was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Wij hadden de luxe familie kamer met 2 persoonsbedden.

De badkamer was oké, en mag net als het hele gebouw wel gerenoveerd worden.

Very nice place with rooftop restaurant where you can eat breakfast. I asked for breakfast on the room bill and they charged a service fee in addition. I don't know if I would have received the list price if I paid for breakfast at the counter.

Comfortable accomodation in Georgetown, very well located, the personal is extremely kind, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was also fine, we definitely reccommend it.

Parking not good

The best: location. It looks like as a hotel from an Agatha Cristie novell. Excellent value for money, especially for a few days stay.

The wall was dirty. They changed our room to an other (with worse condition).

Wi-Fiが使えないと書いている方もいますが、私は不便なく使えました！ 部屋も清潔で、壁の色がかわいかったです。 フロントの方がみんな愛想良くて優しかったです。 何より立地が最高！ 6月で暑い天気でしたが、ホテルで休憩をはさみながらジョージタウンを散策できて良かったです。 ホテルの隣のカフェが居心地も良くて気に入りました。

壁が薄いのか、隣や廊下の音が気になりました。 シャワーの水栓がゆるいのか、たまに漏れていました。 シャンプーなどは持参した方が良さそうです。

Strategic location. It is convenient to go nearby eateries and sightseeing on foot. Recommended to those not driving.

Good location with a convenience store within the premises that is open till late. Lots of eating options nearby within a walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable plus the AC was effective. The bathroom was clean too and quite spacious. Great value for money stay option in Penang!

the location is fantastic. it has one of the best walkable location to all the good sights in Georgetown. the hotel has a nice old town feel. the staff at the reception are so friendly and helpful. The staff are great in helping the guests.

since its a historic building at a heritage site, it would be good if some attention is paid to the upkeep of the building. the first toilet in the room given was not pleasant but they were quick to change and upgrade the room. Some wear and tear needs to be looked into.

Smack in the middle of Georgetown and within walking distance of all the places one would want to go to. We got a good room that was adequate for 4 people. The property itself has got an old world charm.

The room. Changed two rooms also aircond problem, noisy. First room bedsheets with stain. Towels were not provided on time. Requested for extra pillows but never delivered

Heartfelt service from FO staff with promptly supportive action. Location is convenient to walk through some main attractions. Spacious room with well maintained. Will come back once visit Penang next time

隣りの部屋の声は騒いでいると聞こえます。 施設のせいではありませんが、早朝、コーランが 聞こえてきて目覚まし無しで起きれます。

Este hotel tiene una buena ubicación. Puedes ir andando a todos los lugares de interés en el casco histórico de Georgetown.

Es un hotel muy descuidado, nuestra habitación olía muchísimo a humedad y tuvimos que pedir un ambientador en recepción. La decoración es pobre y vieja. Las cortinas se caen. Por fuera tiene un aspecto muy diferente a lo que por dentro te encuentras. El Buffet del desayuno está en la azotea y es bonito el lugar, pero no me gustó ver un gato por allí que no sabes si se sube por las mesas. Para una noche y visitar el lugar puede servir. No esperes nada romántico.
