De gehorigheid. Gebouw is aan de straatkant open en daardoor galmt het geluid erdoor en hoe je ook al ligt je kamer niet aan de straatkant toch veel geluid en 2 moskeeën die al heeeeeel vroeg beginnen

Pues que la TV está colgada en la pared a la altura del hombro, y cada vez que iba al baño, me daba un buen golpe. Y esque no había mucha distancia entre la pared y la cama Otro punto negativo diría que para ir al baño, tienes que subir tres escalones. Y es un engorro

酒店位置相當好！靠近巴士總站，也靠近用餐地方，是相當理想的住宿地點。

基本上來檳城辦事或渡假，我都會選擇金栢麗酒店，就因為它讓我住得很舒服。 但這次有件事情卻令我感到非常屈辱，不吐不快！ 這次我訂了住3晚，由於床型不對，第二天要求換了兩張單人床，其實都很OK，櫃台也很配合處理。 最後一天退房時，突然被通知說我們拿走了房內物件，是一個裝包裝咖啡飲料的小盒子。並且還說我們第一天入住的房間就已經被我們拿走了！他只說有在員工群組裡報知，還說已打電話到房間給我們，可惜我們已外出沒接聽。 處理這事件的男員工名叫Kenneth，態度非常惡劣！一味指明就是被我們拿了！並要我們作出賠償！ 我想提出的質疑就是： 1. 第二天換房後發現東西不見，通知不到我們，為什麼不在當天晚上我們回來時，交代櫃台轉告我們呢？而要等到最後一天退房時再作處理！ 2 此名叫Kenneth的男員工態度之惡劣，口氣之囂張，是我從未在任何酒店遇過的！他就是一副有恃無恐，準備置你於死地的模樣！我覺得這種員工的存在，只會造成你們酒店名聲的受損！ 3.如果真的如他所說，東西是我們拿了，就應該想方設法在我們還住在酒店時來通知，而不是到最後一刻退了房再來大作文章！ 4.好笑的是，鬧到最後他竟說無所謂不計較了！你知道浪費了我們多少時間嗎？如果誤了班機，趕不上火車，誰來負責作出賠償？你們酒店嗎？還是我們旅客自己？ 在此，我鄭重要求你們酒店必須作出道歉！並且對這名喚作Kenneth的男員工作出處分！

Posizione e colazione, una camera famiglia non troppo grande ma essenziale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e anche lo staff era gentile. La posizione era ottima e la colazione più che sufficiente. Acqua a disposizione, asciugamani puliti, set per tè caldo. Accanto si trovano facilmente bar e ristoranti, un centro commerciale e proprio accanto c’è una lavanderia.

Central location to many walkable eateries & night markets, popular shopping locations, a couple of pickleball courts, and massage. Hotel TV has YouTube and Netflix apps.

Light directly over our bed was too glaring but light outside the bathroom was too dim. Looks like the lights were installed wrongly. Bedsheets have yellow stains, pillows are too high and the hotel didn't have lower pillows, only slightly softer ones. Pillows have an unpleasant sweat smell. Due to the location of the installation of the TV box, it's hard to use the TV remote controls because we need to aim at the TV box that's installed on the other side of & behind the TV. Photos used on the booking website looked really nice but the actual hotel room is actually pretty old. Drawers are hard to pull out, clothes rod for hanging hangers are installed at an angle instead of parallel to the ground. Bedsheets, linens and pillow cases with stains should not be used any more.

La camera era pulita e la struttura in una buona posizione. Nella via perpendicolare c’è il kimberley food market, uno dei più famosi della città. Ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli in struttura fino alla sera senza chiedere niente in più. La colazione non è molto variegata ma è comunque buona.

Bien ubicado, habitación grande y cama cómoda. El desayuno con escasa variedad, pero no estaba mal.

Había mucho ruido en la calle a partir de las 6 de la madrugada, las ventanas no están insonorizadas y se escuchan mucho los coches y las motos, difícil dormir a partir de esa hora.

This hotel is in the best location to explore Georgetown. Book an Oriental Room as they have a verandah. No verandah in Amythest Suite. Water refill stations.

Towels have unpleasant odour even after request for change. Odour is similar to towels not dried thoroughly - musky. Perhaps it’s time to change the service provider of laundry used by hotel.

Location is walking distance to good food n cafe’s.

The hotel room is old needing renovation. Shower is not separated from toilet so gets flooded with water after shower. Otherwise not a bad accommodation for a short 2-3 days stay.

Staff and reception are accommodating on top of its good and central location. Next to a laundry, has a cafe, near the bus terminal/mall. Has a security staff outside so it’s safe to walk at night. Decent wi-fi connection, room is at the end of the hallway snd is quiet except for the street noise/mosque sounds. Nearby Kimberley where the street foods are at. Thank you!

The bathroom floods when you’re taking a bath. Thankfully the staff is accommodating and provided us with all we need. Hotel needs refurbishing (drainage and furniture). Looking forward to this hotel to be renovated in the future.

Emplacement imbattable pour découvrir George Town entièrement à pied : tout est à proximité et c’est clairement le grand point fort de cet hôtel. En revanche, la chambre était extrêmement petite et très sombre. La fenêtre donnait directement sur un mur situé à environ 50 cm, ce qui renforçait une véritable sensation d’enfermement. Pour les personnes sensibles à la claustrophobie, cela peut être assez inconfortable. Dommage, car avec un tel emplacement, l’expérience aurait pu être bien meilleure.

The location is amazing! It's right in the centre of Georgetown (but that just mean parking options are limited). The bed is very comfortable with a lot of pillows. The water pressure is very nice for the shower. The aircon is good and cool the room very fast. I requested a room further from the lift (the first one I had was right in front of the lift), and the reception managed to move me to another room. Very nice service! The guard was helpful in helping me find a car park.

There are only less than 20 parking spaces. If it is full, you'll need to park along the roads. But there's a lot of traffic, so you need to have good luck.

The location is superb, near to Komtar bus station where you could get almost all buses you need. And there are 3 malls next to it, i.e. Komtar, Prangin Mall and 1st Avenue for you to shop and eat. Thanks for changing my room (403) which was having a loud noise from the temporary night market set up at Prangin Mall and also away from the prayer's noise. A change of my room to 412 was an upgrade indeed without anymore noise and it's much bigger room. I enjoyed staying there for 20 nights. The room service staff were all good and helpful. The front desk staff were good too, especially Winnie who managed to resolve the noise I encountered in my room. Will come back here again if I visit Penang in the future.

カードKeyは各部屋に2枚与えて欲しい、エレベーターにもカードKeyが必要で、分かれての行動に不便。

The first room i checked in was aircon totally out of service. Luckily the hotel got one room left available at that time, so we moved. Aircon was fine there, but mini fridge was not available😅

Service en chambre correct et souci de l'écologie. La seule personne agréable est l'agent de sécurité devant l'hôtel.

Chambre minuscule, mobilier vétuste (lampe de chevet fixée au mur qui menaçait de tomber, tiroirs de la table de nuit qui ne s'ouvraient pas, tuyau de douche percé), draps d'une propreté douteuse, aucune insonorisation acoustique, alarmes d'ouverture des portes des chambres qui s’allumaient tout le temps, terrasse sur le toit fermée sans que l'on en ait été informés, personnel à l'accueil qui ne dit pas un mot, petit déjeuner au restaurant pas très bon et sans beaucoup de choix.

Bed was quite hard but didnt effect sleep

The rate at Kimberley Hotel is reasonable. The toilet was clean, but there was an unpleasant smell. In the morning, it was difficult to sleep peacefully due to noise from the housekeeping staff.

De lokatie was goed en centraal zoals aangegeven in Booking.

Ik heb de lokatie gekozen vanwege de rooftop maar die was onder constructie. De slaapkamer was erg klein. Handdoeken waren grauw en badkamer heel klein. Geen plek om je spullen op te ruimen zoals een plankje onder de spiegel.

The location is the best thing that make me and my friends easy to going out. The staff have service mind.

Location near to Georgetown area, with walking distance to a lot of great food, old buildings. Also opposite is KOMTAR which can conveniently find a number of money changer, 99SpeedMart convenience store. Booking a vehicle via Grab is also quick and convenience because this is a tourist spot and many driver around.

The hotels location is great. You can easily walk around to all the food stores. If you want to travel by bus, which is cheap and easy, there is a bus station nearby. The breakfasts were as good as you can expect and reasonably priced.

Some of the doors in the corridor slam shut loudly!

The facility is just old. Rooms are so small. No amount of cleaning will take away the stuffy smell. The bathroom that was given to us was just so small.
