Une dégradation totale du service offert dans cet hôtel. Il y a 3 ans tout était top, la j'ai détesté mon séjour. Le personnel peu accueillant. La bouffe pas terrible. Et surtout l'état de la chambre était catastrophique, literie pas confortable, douche pas fonctionnelle et saleté poussière sous le lit. Une expérience très négative. La seule note positive, le personnel et notamment le tunisien qui s'occupe de la plage. Il était adorable et très serviable.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well organized, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a great variety and quality throughout our stay. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality truly made a difference. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Der Strand ist völlig ungeeignet für einen Familien/Strandurlaub (viele Steine, kein klares Wasser, man geht mehr als 100m raus und das Wasser ist immer noch Hüfthoch). Unmengen an angeschwemmten Seegras am Strand und viel Seegras und Plastikmüll im Meer.

Kleine Anlage, wo sich dennoch alles verläuft. Das Personal ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich, als würde man nach Hause kommen.

Les cocktails comme mojito étaient gratuits les années passées, cette année c'est devenu payant. Les terrains de padels sont payants Chambres vieillissantes Le choix de la nourriture est devenu très moyens par rapport aux années précédentes Plage rocheuse , nage impossible

Le décor, le service des serveurs, des bagagistes, des femmes de chambre et des animateurs. Les buffets, les restaurants et bars ainsi que les animations.

Pas d’affichage ou d’informations dans les espaces communs à propos des soirées à thèmes ou diffusion de matchs de la coupe du monde.

Les infrastructures sont propres

Absolument rien, tout était parfait

Hotel top pour les familles et couples , animation tous les jours au top , acceuil top , repas top . Je recommande fortement.

Je pense qu’il faudrais penser a renover les chambre , personnels qui devrais etres plus silencieux le matin impossible de dormir sans bruit le matin ,

La beauté de l’hôtel, personnel accueillant, buffet de bonne qualité. Nous avons très apprécié notre séjour en famille.

Seul bémol, certains cocktail comme mojito ne sont pas compris dans le all inclusive mais ce n’est qu’un détail.

La bouffe est très moyenne par rapport à nos attentes

Die Wäschecontainer mit den kleinen Rädern machen einen extremen Krach wenn er am Tennisplatz vorbeigeschoben wird. Wäre es da nicht möglich, große Gummiräder zu montieren? Ebenfalls fand ich es sehr störend, dass die Abziehmatten auf den Tennisplätzen mit einem Stahlrahmen versehen sind. Auch das macht ziemlich Lärm, und es ist störend, wenn man am Nebenplatz Tennis spielen möchte.

Les buffets sont d’excellente qualité et très variés , on peut manger à n’importe quel moment ce qui permet de profiter de toutes les activités sportives qui constituent un autre point fort de l’hôtel, on peut faire du Padel, tennis, des cours très pro de fitness , tir à l’arc, etc

Un peu plus d’effort pour la clientèle non germanophone est vraiment souhaitable. Pas assez d’efforts et d’initiatives pour les activités enfants catégorie 9 à 14 ans. On voulait faire un cours de tennis pourtant payant pour notre fils de 11 ans mais on n’a pas pu faute de quota minimum selon l’équipe d’animation.

Der Club hat einfach die richtige Größe und einen guten Mix. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle motiviert und haben Lust auf die Saison. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist der neue Strandbereich mit den Sesseln, Palmen, Restaurant sowie die neue Ebene für die Bodykurse über dem Restaurant mit Blick auf das Meer.

Das neue System an der Rezeption. Das hat mitunter zu langen Wartezeiten geführt, weil es nicht so intuitiv zu sein scheint wie das alte System. Es hätten mehr Yoga Kurse sein dürfen.

le prix des mojito a 40 dinars très très cher de plus venant depuis de nombreuses année c'est bien la première fois qu'il sont Payent.le prix du séjour n'est déjà pas donner meme si le service est de qualité.il devrait arrêter de les faire payer

le petit dejeuner etait parfait ! les buffets aussi tres bon ! mais pas un vrai all au bar beaucoup de boissonn payante et cher deco bar aussi pas tres chouette a ameliorer!

les chambres , tristes , mauvais lits et tres basics ! pas de chaises , seuleument un petit oreiller et aucun produits de salle de bain ( champoing , body milk ,) non plus jamais remis une bouteille d'eau!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Jahr zu Gast und haben bereits wieder für das nächste Jahr gebucht! Alles TOP! Danke für eine wiederum tollen Urlaub!

Es wurde teilweise zu wenig Personal an der Strandbar und auch an der Poolbar eingesetzt was zu Wartezeiten führte. Warum ist der Thibarine, ein lokaler Schnaps, kostenpflichtig? Die Sportmöglichkeiten und Angebote sind sehr gut. Großes Lob an die Nautik, die Katamarane sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Grüße an Rejab und vielen Dank für alles

Rooms, activities, food, and staff were all excellent

The beach was too rocky, and those rubber, unbreathable chairs in the cafe and beach bar were very uncomfortable in the high humidity. It's also a bit too german.

Buffet tres peu varié pas de viande rouges, trop de monde il faut faire la queue à l'entrée du restaurant sinon vous n'aurez pas de table et la queue devant chaque stand c'est horrible, baignade en mer impossible car des gros rocher partout et la mer n'est pas profonde au genou. Je suis très déçu pour le prix que j'ai payé, rapport qualité prix médiocre et ce n'est pas du vrai all inclusive au bar tous les cocktails en extra à 20€ le cocktail !!!!

Les repas étaient de belle qualité et beaucoup de diversité à disposition. Tout était parfaitement organisé ! Bravo au chef tunisien !

Le personnel de la réception a vraiment été inefficace, allant jusqu’à prétendre que nous n’avions fait aucune demande spéciale (notre fils et belle-fille étaient en honeymoon), malgré la preuve apportée. Le chef de la réception est intervenu après UNE HEURE de discussions inutiles sur la 3eme mauvaise attribution des chambres (nous avions payé “vue mer” pour 3 chambres, sans les obtenir. Attitude hautaine. Au final, de mauvaise grâce (le problème était informatique), nous avons eu 3 chambres “avec une vue mer sur le côté….

Les repas, la piscine, Live music.

Les équipements étaient de très mauvais état : literie en très mauvais état et pas confortable du tout en deux jours j’ai eu un problème au dos Moisissure dans les salles de bain .. pour 212€/nuit c’est cher payé !

Les chambres pas très confortables : matelas qui ont plus de 15 ans les lits sont des lits simples jumelés

Für mich war es das erste mal im einem Robinson Club und ich bin komplett begeistert. Alle sind super freundlich, es ist wie auf den Bildern und das Abendprogramm wechselt jeden Tag. Tagsüber hat man die Möglichkeiten an einigen Aktivitäten mitzumachen, kann aber auch ohne Probleme entspannen.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is extremely luxurious and well-maintained. The staff—both Tunisian and German—were incredibly respectful, professional, and attentive to every detail. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and hospitality were exceptional.

Honestly, nothing was missing. Everything exceeded my expectations.

We really had a great time, and most of that was from the amazing staff and helpers around the property.

Personal & Service is top - Hotel ist jedoch zu alt, Meer ist voller Steine. Zimmer hat sehr laute Klimaanlage - und hat unangenehmes Geruch. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist recht alt. Wir hatten einen Stromausfall (ein Hotel soll dies vermeiden), Ameisen im Zimmer. Das Zimmer stank ständig nach Gulli, die Klimaanlage war sehr laut…Aber das schlimmste war das Meer: überall Steine. Das Personal für die Reinigung und im Restaurant & Bar & Beach war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Essen war sehr gut. Ich empfehle jedoch insgesamt das Hotel nicht.

We love everything at the Club. The Staff is realy friendly, the Rooms a modern and very clean, our room had an beautiful view. The Food is great, the Shows and all over Program is fantastic. The Sport offer is exzellent. We realy recomand the Club to everybody!!!

The facility is geared towards German guests. If you aren’t German or speak the language, you are second class. Staff all speak German; very few speak English. Including the front desk. A guy who was apparently the manager was incredibly rude “don’t talk, listen because I am talking”. That was when I said a friend of mine was coming to pick me up for dinner. He said I should tell them about any visitors and even when they come to puck me up, I have to pay. Insanity for sure

Die Essenszeiten für's Abendessen sind für Familien ungeeignet: 19:30h ist zu spät. Alle warten ungeduldig auf den Zugang zum Speisesaal, lange Schlangen vor den verschiedenen Theken obwohl der Club nur halbvoll war. Wenn der Club voll ist, dürfte sowohl der Restaurantbereich als auch die Anzahl der Liegen nicht ausreichend sein. Rezeptionsteam unterbesetzt bzw. noch ausbaufähig: Informationen teilweise widersprüchlich. Ansonsten Personal überaus freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend - vom Zimmerservice, über Bar, Restaurant etc. Wir waren selten in einem so sauberen RobinsonClub zu Gast gewesen.

Both my adult daughter and I were infected by COVID when we left the premises. Entering the water is awkward, as you have to stay within a narrow corridor due to the many rocks.

I liked the place

One member of the staff at the restaurant was disrespectful towards my wife. My wife was wearing normal clothes. She respected the instructions presented in front of the restaurant on a sign. Indeed, she wasn’t wearing a bikini as requested, whereas in the restaurant a lot of people were wearing bikinis. The member of the staff told her that she should have some respect for the restaurant and that she should go to wear other clothes. I complained to the hotel management. But they didn't do anything. I expected an apology, but they never came. It is unacceptable from you to treat your customers this way. Thanks,

I'm biaised as I was expecting beautiful beach. Was rather with lot of rocks and marine algae 😳 it should be noted that this is German club (GMBH) and made for Germen primarily 😏 Staff is very nice though

All the facilities were amazing and also they have a lot of activities to do, that you can follow by Robinsons App. In general, our vacations were great. All the meals were nice, plenty of options for all kinds of tastes. Many thanks for Amen (from the bar), the best person in staff.

Besides we think our vacations were great, there was some situations that make us feel sad/uncomfortable. Almost no one speaks english in the hotel (staff), also all the communications they made (night show, etc) were in german. I understand this is a german hotel chain, and the major part of the guests are germans as well, but you cannot expect having available rooms for selling in Booking.com and just arrive german guests. I mean, I think its a bit rude no one thinks about other guests nationalities that are staying in the resort. I saw some French couples as well, and we also tryied to talk in french with staff, but almost no one understand. I think this is one detail that can ruins all the touristic experience, because in my case, I wanted to participate in some activities in thd hotel, but I didn't feel comfortable to do so, as no one from animation staff communicated with us as we were not Germans.

Not a good choice for a beach holiday as the rocks make it impossible to enjoy the sea You don't feel included in the activities if you are not a German speaker as everything is only explained in German Impossible to find sunbeds in the pool area after 8.30 am (the good spots are taken by 7.30 and the people don't even show up until much later)

Restauration exceptionnelle digne d'un très bon restaurant. Bravo au chef Mohamed et sa brigade. Chambre propre et moderne. Très belle piscine. Animation moyenne et exclusivement en Allemand. Le café "Maure" et les espaces de jeux ne sont pas du tout attractifs. Beaucoup trop de tables de 8 personnes dans le restaurant.

Cet établissement est exceptionnel. Nous y avons passé une semaine magnifique en famille. Tout le personnel du club a été serviable, souriant et chaleureux tout au long de notre séjour. La chambre familiale était spacieuse, confortable et à proximité de la plage et de la piscine. Les prestations sont de très bonne qualité avec une belle et grande piscine, une plage splendide (attention tout de même aux quelques rochers), des terrains de tennis, football et beach volley et un service de spa. Enfin la restauration proposée était excellente, variée et de très grande qualité avec des thèmes différents chaque soir. Nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation !

la propreté de l'établissement en général quelque soit l'endroit la nourriture digne d'un 5 étoiles en FRANCE (ex restaurateur ) beaucoup de choix de très haute qualité principalement le soir la gentillesse du personnel nous parlant en français alors que cet établissement est en trés large majorité clientèle allemande nous avons déjà prévu repartir dans cet hotel avant sa fermeture annuelle de plus c'est un VRAI TOUT COMPRIS

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr aufgestellt. Nur ein paar Animateure könnten ein bisschen freundlicher sein. Nico, Ayman(Barkeeper) und Simon waren absolut super und haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Hotel noch besser gemacht. Sauberkeit schreibt man im Robinson Club gross und die Zimmer sind relativ neu eingerichtet. Kommen gerne wieder nach Djerba.
