One of the filthiest hotels I’ve been in. Asked to stay in another room which was no different. Left immediately.
Close to King’s Cross station and the bed was comfortable.
Little outdated, and rooms small for the price.
Close to the station. Able to drop off bags early. Plenty of sockets. Tv. Kettle. Ironing board. Clean beds. Water in room. Fan in room. Staff were kind.
Basement room. Smelt old. Bathroom was cracked, damp and very botched. Floors in the room were lifting. Dirty net curtains. Room was just very dated and in serious need of modernising. No breakfast on site.
Easy access and location
Facilities are a bit run down, size of rooms are much smaller than what the photos express, narrow stairs.
great position, very close to numerous underground lines
bed bugs!
Location
Rooms too small for two people.
Rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel is in easy access to kings cross
A really lovely hotel in a good location. It’s a five minute walk to King’s Cross Station so it made travelling around London super easy. The staff are incredibly friendly and asked how our trip had been as we checked out. The rooms are clean too and have lots of little amenities to make your stay comfortable. Overall, a great little hotel!
The rooms are a little small but it’s an old town house so you don’t expect there to be a lot of space.
Konumu güzeldi
Odalar çok küçük çok temiz değil
Good location
Basement room rather small, expensive though cheapest room with private bathroom I could find near St Pancras station.
Location right next to the train station.
Ended up checking out early. There was a spider right outside my room and an even bigger one inside. Stains on bedding. Terrible spotlights and no full length mirror in the room. Little UHC milks were out of date and when I messaged the staff about it I got no reply. There was no option for a do not disturb sign and no inkling someone would be going in my room, I was not expecting room service at such a cheap price in what is clearly just a converted house, the lady who checked me in did not mention this either. As a single person I didn't really need a change of towels after just arriving the night before, but the next day I got back and someone had clearly been in the room and left towels on the bed with no communication whatsoever. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable that the staff just help themselves in without warning and there's no sign you can put up for them to respect your privacy. Luckily nothing was missing. Do not stay here, it's not worth saving a couple of quid when you could actually stay somewhere decent.
Close to the station.

The location is great, staff were very lovely and accommodating at check in. The rooms are small but they are accurately described so it was what we expected, they were clean and comfortable and good value for money!
The bathroom was very tiny and hard to navigate even for a small person
Odalar ufak
Location was brilliant and staff were lovely.
We arrived in the room, everything seemed perfect until we got to the beds, there were 3 bed bugs (googled to identify) and they were 100% bed bugs on the bed, and one on the wall! We had to be moved rooms. This ruined my stay, I had a rubbish sleep as this really unsettled me. The staff were lovely though.
Excelente hotel .
Die Lage direkt bei Kings Cross passt.
Das Zimmer ist ein Loch. Kein Tisch, kein Stuhl. Man kann grad so ums Bett laufen. Eigentlich ne Frechheit, sowas zu vermieten. Frühstück wird gar nicht erst angeboten. Für 1 Nacht zum Frühzug ne Erfahrung gemacht...
Decent check out time , clean , super size TV , friendly staff , quick check in , nice building , windows could be opened , bathroom .

Proximity to work only
The especially detested the stairs, tightness and size of the room and bath.
Location
Extremely small and warm
I was given a ground floor room which was roomy with a double bed and had tea & coffee facilities , my daughters had a room on the first floor with a small ensuite. The hotel is really close to St Pancras and Kings Cross Stations and bus stops and a few minutes walk to a really good laundrette and the Boot Hotel . There are many shops and cafes within the station precincts and is ideal for catching cross country trains and the Eurostar. The staff were really nice and gave us great assistance. It is in a good street which is quiet.
First floor room was nice but the bathroom was up a dozen steps and it had a very tricky and potentially unsafe access across the stairs but once in , the bathroom was good with a Toilet, shower over the bath and soley for the ground floor room - just needed extra care to get in and out of it, the other room was very small and would not fit the luggage and the ensuite very small . The rooms have no fridge. The hotel is very secure. Both rooms were equipped with a good fan which was most needed . Despite these couple of issues it is ideally located and reasonably priced. I would say it's not suitable for those with limited or mobility issues but I'd book the ground floor room again.
The location
Dirty, outdated and poor conditions
There is no AC but this is not the hotel staff's fault and also there as a heat wave all over Europe. The Hotel staff were great and brought a fan to the room.
Very basic, but clean and in a great location.
Very small, very warm in the summer although they did provide a fan it was hard to sleep in, beds comfortable enough but pillows like bricks.
Location to the train station (5 min walk) Decent fan Friendly staff
No AC (I was aware of it from prior reviews) Narrow corridors and staircase (if you have a big suitcase) Rooms are small but again I was aware of it and it was enough for 1 night sleep before early train No table Storage limited if you have lots of luggage
For the price - in the 80-100 bracket - this was pretty good for a very central hotel. I've seen a lot of hotels in this area staying over for work, and this place was clean, cheerful, en-suite, with the usual tea and coffee but also apparently room service (never seen this offered before around here). Comfy bed. Cute room.
The room was perhaps a little small, and the window in that top floor room opened out from the right while the room next door open out to the left, which made for an unwelcome intimacy I did not enjoy. I could hear the fellow snoring quite easily. I had to have the window open because the room was very hot. There's nothing you can do about that if there isn't any air-conditioning and this is a budget hotel, but they did provide a very adequate fan. I suppose the communal areas such as the staircase could do with a bit of TLC, much like many of the other Georgian Terrace hotels around here, but it is clean, and the staff are lovely.
Checking in was easy enough - ringing the bell on the front door brought someone from next door over to the check in desk. I'm not sure if there's normally a fan in the room but it was really appreciated as there's currently a heatwave. The room is small but if you're only there short term, it's fine. Great public transport links nearby, as with most of London.
The shower took a while to warm up, which was actually okay with it being so warm. It would have been good to have different soap and shampoo rather than a small disc of soap and packets of shampoo but it was still better than nothing!
Great location and staff very friendly.
Room was small
Location only Bedroom clean
The location of the bathroom and toilet needs to be clearly shown as it’s on a dangerous corner up steep steps. Anyone with walking difficulties, elderly or even children would be at risk of a very bad fall if using the facilities at night. Very risky even in the daylight. Step out of bathroom straight onto a small corner stair!
Great location with easy access to multiple stations, the beds were comfy enough, staff were lovely the few times I saw them
The stairs are a safety hazard and I nearly fell down them multiple times because they aren’t stable or level, you have to ring the doorbell and wait 5 minutes for the staff to come around the corner and let you in as they’re not actually manning the desk, if you leave your luggage with them, it’s simply placed behind the desk and not secured, you get hand soap to wash your body with, that’s it and it’s the same one you use for washing your hands, the shower is so tiny you can barely fit one person in and the rooms are so close together that you can hear people doing their business and rocking up outside your room at 4am drunk.
Close to the stations
Was on the top floor, small box room not as pictured shown on booking
Location
Separate bathroom, and it wasn’t very clean sand there pillows were very hard
the property had two keys one to get in the hotel which made it very safe and one for the bedroom
I didnt like how small the bathroom was and the beds just felt like i was sleeping on a kitchen chair as it was quite comfortable
It is a go location for King's Cross Station and Euston Station.
The rooms were rather small considering it was a double. And with this in mind I felt it was a little over priced. Also we never saw anyone on reception the 3 times we passed.
Quiet room and comfy bed.
A drab and dingy building in dog-eared condition. Cramped, dark room and tiny (if adequate) bathroom with a malfunctioning mixer tap in the shower. Scarcely any management presence.
Close to St Pancras Comfortable mattress
The room was very hot on the night we stayed
Location
Perfect location flexible and no issues
Nice and comfortable hotel.
I did not see any facility for breakfast. The linen was clean I was on the top floor so it was quiet. The carpets badly need replacing I was happy to find tea and coffee in the room. TV was all fine
General decor is very tired and needs some work. It was fine for one night only. I wouldn't stat longer.
The attention from the staff member we met was absolutely first class. The room was well equipped and reasonably comfortable.
The stairs were steep for lugging cases up and down and the room was tiny, but we expected these at this location, so not disappointed at all.
Close to train station
It certainly is a small room but I was on my own and I really just needed to be close to St. Pancras. So I was perfectly comfortable for one night.
The water pressure of the shower head was very low - I wasn't sure it was working until I waited for a minute and then it was ok. Bit of leakage also but nothing tragic.
Reception staff were nice and accommodating.
Not clean. Tiny. Not worth the money. Terrible beds.
2 minutes from King's Cross Ideal for a quick stopover for the night
Near to the train station
The constant noise from ppl coming and going and the doors banging constantly. The cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet left a lot to be desired! I had my own cleaning wipes but I shouldn’t have to use them.
Great location, easy to find. Near plenty of pubs restaurants and tube station. Friendly staff. Room on the small side but not a problem
