I have stayed many years in that hotel.it is a great stay for a short time or a long time.the staff is amazing especially Hakan, Erol,Şahin, Yasin and their manager as well Mr,Yasin they always make me feel like I am at home.i would thanks them for their hospitality.

I do love everything there.

Очень дружелюбный и приветливый персонал, помогли с вызовом надёжного такси. Номер чистый, хорошо укомплектован. Качественно проводилась ежедневная уборка. Всё соответствует цене: нет особой роскоши, но есть всё необходимое.

Из минусов нужно отметить то, что номера сильно прокурены. Открытое окно немного помогает убрать этот запах. Хорошо бы сделать отдельные номера для курящих и некурящих.

Rooms are clean and staff is very kind. Good choice of food for breakfast.

We couldn’t switch AC on cooling option, as per hotel staff that option was not available because they already switched to winter season, so we could use only settings just for fan and heating. That made our stay very uncomfortable because in the rooms was super hot. Somehow we managed to open window fully (even as per hotel is only tilted inwards) for some fresh air, but then on street was super noisy.

Loved how attentive the staff was Yusuf was lovely he suggested where who could grab food to eat. All staff was attentive. Had surgery so i required ice every few hours in which i received my ice packs every few hours. Had such a lovely experience recommend this to anyone who is looking for a budget friendly hotel with amazing customer service. My flight was in the night in which they allowed me to leave my luggage at reception which meant I could go to eat before getting my transfer to the airport.

Room space is excellent, staff is available and very helpful, breakfast is great, area is quite and many options for transportation available, best value for money.

The property was very nice, clean, and the breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed our time in Istanbul staying here. The walls were thin and you could hear outside noises and people talking next door. The staff was amazing and accommodating. Easy for taxi pickup and drop off- about 1 hour from IST and SAW airports.

Unfortunately some guests smoked in their rooms even though it is forbidden and then there was a smoke everywhere! It would be nice to have more fruits options for breakfast.

We chose this stay for it's convenience of location to the hospital I was working. Only needed a bed for two as we literally just slept and showered there so this hotel provided all we needed. Clean, tidy and comfortable with lovely friendly staff.

It was super hot and we couldn't open the window or control the heating. This made it hard to sleep but lucky I was super tired so fell asleep anyway but kept waking up in a sweat. I would recommend that the hotel turn the heat down because it's easier to put more clothing on or more blankets if cold but impossible to cool down when hot.

I would stay in this property again when I come back to Istanbul. Their staff were courteous, accommodating, reasonably priced. About 20 min away from town center by metrobus

The hotel has excellent price/quality ratio. Pay for rooms with breakfast, they are excellent and you will always find something to eat. If you arrive earlier, then be sure that the hotel staff will meet you halfway and check you in earlier than the set time. The hotel employs kind and helpful people.

The hotel allows smoking in the rooms. As a non-smoker, it was not very pleasant for me to be in a smoky room. Nothing removes the smell of cigarettes.

It’s a nice hotel and staff is very cooperative and helpful. Rooms are good, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is almost identical on all days. Location is about 9,10 mins away from the bus or metro station.

Kudos to the staff. All of them were very friendly and sincerely tried to help with any question I had. I felt a good attitude and desire to help from them. The room was bigger than I expected. It has a big bed, sofa and working place which was very suitable for me. Also, the room has a microwave and a freezer which is very handy when you travel for a few days.

Self catering hotel ideal for tourists no tourist trap like restaurant in tourist area of Istanbul Hotel located in local's residential area so no swindlers Plenty shopping cloths etc bring one suitcase on flight go home with two bags

Nothing I have stayed in Istanbul a number of times and always return to tempo suit airport or sister hotel tempo suit court across the street 😄

The hotel is good for its price and the breakfast was fine. The room was clean and the bed was fine.

the main disadvantage for me is disgusting smell of cigarretes smoke in our room. I do not smoke, so this smell really made me upset.

I asked the receptionist for guidance on where to buy food from! He handed me to another staff member who made it seem to be help but then I found out that I was scammed while helping in purchasing food ! Be wary of it!

Overall, great stay. Room was clean, service impeccable, breakfast was more than sufficient and it was relatively quite for being in a large city like Istanbul. Transportation options are plentiful and very convenient. It is a tad worn but otherwise a very nice place to stay during a visit to Istanbul.
