This hotel was so authentic looking a feeling which is what I was looking for. The hotel has a lovely pool and is attached to a restaurant which was very convenient. Right outside the hotel is a temple and shopping area. Felt very safe as a single traveler and very close to the airport

One of the most unique and relaxing hotels I have stayed at.

Quel charme ! A l'écart de l'agitation, une jolie maison traditionnelle avec une décoration tres soignée avec de beaux objets d'antiquité. Ambiance coloniale raffinée. L'hôtel est mieux dans la réalité que sur les photos du site. Les suites sont grandes, tres grandes pour une petite différence de prix. La 302 est top.

La suite 303 est un peu proche de la rue même si elle est fantastique.

Il ragazzo alla reception è stato veramente gentile, la camera in sè era molto spaziosa. Ottimo servizio di lavanderia, velocissimo. Posizione defilata dal centro ma comoda, piedi si arriva in un attimo.

La pulizia della camera era davvero scarsa... le lenzuola erano macchiate, abbiamo purtroppo trovato uno scarafaggio in bagno e dal soffitto si sentiva qualche animaletto grattare /mangiare il legno. Anche il bagno non era pulitissimo. Dalla foto ci aspettavamo un livello superiore. Purtroppo la camera era poco insonorizzata, la mattina la sveglia era data dalla scuola a fianco 😅 Inoltre, la cassaforte era inutilizzabile. Nulla di grave, ma abbiamo soggiornato in strutture anche più economiche e meglio servite.

L'endroit est bourré de charme. Une attention toute particulière est portee à la décoration avec un souci de l'harmonie. Les pièces d'antiquité sont bien choisies et s'intègrent dans cet univers colonial. La petite piscine est tres agréable pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visite. Les suites sont grandes, tres grandes. L'hôtel est beaucoup mieux que sur les photos.

Une climatisation difficile a régler en température. Les chambres 304 et 303 sont un peu proche de la rue.

Hôtel de style colonial à 10 min de marché et de la vieille ville de Chiang Mai. Un écrin de verdure et de calme après la chaleur pesante et éprouvante des visites La propriétaire était très gentille et tjs prête à vous donner des conseils pour visiter les alentours.

Lo primero de todo mi pareja y yo queremos darle de nuevo las gracias a Oil y a su staff por como nos han cuidado durante 5 días que hemos estados hospedado en el hotel. Siempre con amabilidad y una sonrisa en la cara. Desde el primer momento nos han ayudado a organizar mejor nuestra estancia en Chiang Mai, recomendandonos actividades, templos, restaurantes y mercados. Incluso mejorando los precios de unas excursiones que teníamos ya miradas con otras compañias. El hotel se encuentra a solo 10 min del aeropuerto en coche y a 5 min del centro de la ciudad a pie. Los sábados hacen un gran mercadillo en la calle. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y la piscina es perfecta para relajarse después de unos días duros de caminatas. La comida del restaurante es casera y muy buena. Sin duda recomendaremos este hotel a familiares y amigos que visiten la cuidad. Khop Khun Khráp !! ❤️ Siempre estará en nuestros corazones.

Oil a été une hôte parfaite 🤩 accueil super nos chambres étaient prêtes dès le matin alors que nous avions pris le train de nuit. Elle nous a bien guidés, donné plein d’indications bref elle est aux petits soins pour ses clients ! Merci

le personnel était très gentil et la couverture était chaude et confortable

J'aime pas faire de mauvais commentaires surtout quand le staff est si gentil et serviable. Mais l'endroit a vraiment une ambiance étrange, c'est tout rouge partout un peu comme une maison close. Bon c'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais en entrant nous avons juste vu un client assez creepy torse nu parlant a une des dames du staff, visiblement mal a l'aise. J'espère sincèrement qu'elle va bien, ca nous a bien refroidi en tout cas. Notre chambre aussi était vraiment angoissante, vieillote... la salle de bain toute rouge nous a mis assez mal a l'aise avec sa baignoire (ou on a trouvé un vieux pansement et des cheveux), peinte avec la même peinture que les murs, si bien que quand on a pris un bain des bouts de peinture flottaient dans l'eau... il y avait de l'eau qui coulait du plafond directement sur le lavabo et les toilettes ce qui laissait des traces d'eau sale... le papier toilette et les petits sachets de savons aussi étaient marron, c'était vraiment dégoûtant.

Nous avons apprécié le cadre de l'hôtel typique thaï. Le personnel était vraiment très gentil et la communication excellente.

Oyl, the owner is a sweetheart 🫶🏻 Super enthousiast en helpt je overal mee. Het allermooiste hotel tot nu toe in Thailand. Zo sfeervol, het restaurant ook. Kleinschalig persoonlijk en echt een 10 waard. Op zaterdag is de avondmarkt voor de deur. Als wij ooit weer naar Chiang Mai gaan gaan wij absoluut naar dit hotel terug!

Dat we niet langer gebleven zijn….. mis het nu al.

Todo, el trato excepcional. Nos hicieron sentirnos como en casa. Llegamos al alojamiento bastantes horas antes de la hora del check in y nos recibieron sin problema. Nos ofrecieron actividades por la ciudad, siempre nos recibían con una sonrisa y preocupándose todo el rato. Sin duda alguna repetiría. Alojamiento para recomendar.

Está muy padre el lugar por qué es como una casa como rústica y la atención de la dueña es súper linda y atenta a todo lo que necesites. Los sábados se pone el mercado en frente del hotel caminando llegas a puestos de comida local. También está súper cerca del templo de la plata (llegas caminando).

È una casa bellissima antica in stile Lanna, arredata con estrema cura con mobili antichi. Bella la piscina anche se l'acqua è un po' troppo fresca per i miei gusti, rimane un po' in ombra perché c'è la vegetazione intorno, il giardino rimane fresco È un posto rilassante, davanti la stanza c'è una panchina dove si può stare e sentire il canto degli uccelli e il gracchiare dei rospetti la sera. La host Oi è stata gentilissima, abbiamo preso da lei le escursioni e tutto è andato bene. Siamo stati molto bene qui. Il centro vecchio della città è a una manciata di minuti a piedi

Excellent location right next to notable Silver Temple and walkable to Old City, many markets and other temples . Quiet area of neighborhood. The owner/hostess is WONDERFUL, very helpful at booking tours and experiences or services and making sure you get a good price, goes out of her way to make you feel at home. This made my stay as a solo traveler and I'd recommend based on that alone.

Bed was a bit firm. This isn't exactly a complaint but something foreign guests should consider is the units have one electric A/c per room and they are understandably asked to be turned off when not in use; but then struggle to keep up. I was moved from a top floor room to ground floor room and that helped a lot. Chiang Mai heat can be something serious and after days out in the heat it can be exhausting coming back to a super hot room that takes quite a while to cool. This may be the standard case in CM; just something one may consider depending on time of year. I did enjoy the pool.

L'ambiance, le côté 1950. Très bon restaurant, Oil est une très sérieuse et gentille personne.

Wat een schat is de eigenaresse, zo lief en attent én niets is te gek (ze belde wel 5 verschillende chauffeurs om de beste prijs te krijgen) Binnen 10 minuten loop je zo de oude stad in. Het zwembadje is heerlijk verkoelend en het hele complex straalt sfeer uit.

Natuurlijk is het geen strak en perfect westers hotel, maar als je door wat (Thais) achterstallig onderhoud heen kan kijken, is het een fantastische plek!

Das Tri Yanna Ros hat einen einzigartigen Stil, der uns sehr sehr gefallen hat. Der Innenhof ist schön schattig und das Pool ist super. Die Besitzerin war sehr sehr nett! Der Night Market am Samstag ist direkt vor der Haustür und der Silbertempel direkt hinter dem Haus. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt.

Staying at Tri Yaan Na Ros Colonial House felt like stepping into another era — in the best way. The architecture is stunning, with rich colonial details, deep reds, and such a unique, intimate atmosphere. The pool area is a whole vibe — quiet, elegant, and perfect for slow mornings. The rooms are full of character, beautifully styled, and feel really special compared to standard hotels. And the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making everything feel effortless and personal.

Honestly very little — if anything, the charm of the historic design means it’s not ultra-modern, but that’s also what makes it so unique.

Had a super nice stay here at 4 nights. The vibe of the hotel was very coszy and we loved the furnishing. A good walkable distance from 7-eleven and market near the center of chiang mai. Lovely staff and the restaurant had delicious food as well! I would love to come back here!

We had a room with bathtub but the paint was water damaged and so it couldnt be used, but it didnt really bother us since they have an excellent pool. Some places need a freshen up but it added to the overall charm of the hotel :)

Die Lage ist super und das Haus war wirklich mal sehr schön, jetzt aber leider sehr in die Jahr gekommen und ungepflegt. Das Personal ist wie überall in Thailand sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Die Anlage muss dringend mal grundgereinigt, oder besser gleich renoviert werden. In den Zimmern ist alles speckig, staubig und runtergekommen. Leider wurde das ursprüngliche Lüftungskonzept des Hauses komplett rückgebaut. Man kann keine Fenster öffnen, es gibt keine Moskitonetze an den Fenster. Das Moskitonetz an unserem Bett war nur Zierde und wenn man es bewegt hat, rieselte der Dreck.

I will give the highest rating of 10 to this wonderful hotel and especially to its wonderful owner Oya! She was always available for everything! She greeted us with a smile, showed us coffees and a wonderful breakfast place, guided us to places we wanted to go! Whenever we needed something - she was there! Very nice and helpful Oya! The hotel was wonderful and very clean! The rooms are huge and very stylish! There were always at least bottles of water, coffee and tea in the room! The pool and the outdoor space are perfectly designed! There is a restaurant and a cafe in the hotel! Magical place! I loved everything! The blooming flowers and the frangipani were stunning! Everything was stylish and clean! Within walking distance of temples and the old town! I highly recommend this place! I wish Oya many visitors and wonderful acquaintances! Everything is perfect here, a little oasis in the middle of the city. The owner/manager is the sweetest person ever and will make sure everything is perfect for you. She was also extra caring with our little 2 year old daughter. Best service ever in Thailand, would highly recommend.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by the amazing Oli, the owner, who is incredibly friendly and always ready to guide you and help with anything you need. She has such a beautiful, positive, and uplifting energy that you feel immediately at home. The hotel has a classic, elegant character, which you can clearly see in the furniture and the overall décor. It is very clean, peaceful, and relaxing, with a lovely swimming pool in the middle and trees all around, creating a calm and natural atmosphere. Many places are within walking distance, which makes the location very convenient. We will definitely stay here again. Tip: If you are planning to visit, contact Oli directly before booking. She can often offer better rates and help you organize everything smoothly, so you don’t have to worry about laundry or what to do during the day, including excursions and activities.

Nous avions une chambre avec 2 lits, a baldaquin. Il y a des rideaux rouges partout, la chambre peu spatieuse, étouffante pour nous, peu de lumière du jour. Nous ne sommes restés que quelques heures avant de prendre notre avion, mais cela n est pas un endroit où nous nous sommes sentis bien. L hotel est en bord de route, tres bruyant et a 10mn a pied de la vielle ville.

Das allgemein Erscheinungsbild der Einrichtung. Alles sieht super schön aus. Man erkennt überall die Liebe zum Detail. Obwohl es nur eine Nacht war würden wir gern wieder kommen.

Super nette Gastgeberin, alles in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar oder mit einem gemieteten Roller. Nachtmarkt direkt um die Ecke. Zimmer hat viel Platz.

Es war sehr laut von der Straße am Haus und das Zimmer schon eher dunkel.

Fijne ligging , 10/15 minuten lopen naar het begin van het centrum. Lekker zwembad om even af te koelen, helaas weinig zon aan het zwembad door de bomen.

The entire room was occupied with two large beds so there was little space left.

The location was a 10 minute walk into the old walled city , 7/11 a few minutes up the road , owner was very helpful with trips and how to get around , I liked the grey cat. The main restaurant food was excellent., the silver temple is 100m away. Go look

וואי מאיפה להתחיל, קודם כל לא מספיק נקי, יש חלודה במקלחת, המיטה לא נוחה בכלל (ממש מרגיש כמו לישון על הרצפה..) מלא צפרדעים, חתולים, הבריכה לא מזמינה בכלל (וגם לא נראית נקייה), הנעילה של החדר עם מנעול כמו של פעם (כמו ששמים על לוקר ולא בדלת)

Habia mini hormigas o miles de termitas (no se) en los muebles. Salian mas de noche por los armarios, escritorio y mesilla. Se metian en las maletas y ropa. La piscina parece un estanque y es muy pequeña.

Easy access to the silver temple, a coffee/breakfast place across the street, and a great pizza place down the road. There’s a Saturday night street market right outside which is great. Although it’s outside the main city it’s a short walk to get to the walls, and the tours we booked all picked us up no issues. It’s a quirky property, which is fun for a night or two

The room was very dark with small windows so it wasn’t easy to get any natural light in, although did make for good darkness for sleeping. The location has a lot of plants and standing water around so mosquitoes were a constant concern, and the doors didn’t fully seal when shut, although there were mosquito nets around the beds. There was a cockroach in the bathroom on the day we checked out so we were very pleased to be leaving then

Un soir avant de se coucher un cafard a été aperçu malencontreusement dans la chambre après un moment de frayeur pour ma femme et l’ayant fait sortir je pense que l’isolation pourrait être refaite car je n’ai aucune idée de quand il a pus rentrer 😓

Il nostro soggiorno a Tri Yaan Na Ros è stato il più bello di tutta la Thailandia. Grazie infinite alla magica proprietaria Oil. Farà di tutto per rendere il vostro soggiorno indimenticabile! Lasciate organizzare a lei i tour, migliori prezzi e qualità di Chiang Mai garantiti! Gentilissima, competente e affidabile! L'hotel ha un design con moltissima personalità, ricorda un poco la loggia di Twin Peaks ahhaah. La suite è STUPENDA. Enorme e ben arredata, con un terrazzino vista strada. Posizione ottima, zona tranquilla, ma a piedi si raggiunge il centro città, un mercato notturno su un laghetto, il night bazaar, i templi...e sopratutto è in mezzo al meravilgioso mercato del sabato, eccezionale per artigianato e street food! Consigliatissimo, prenotate qui senza pensarci due volte, non ve ne pentirete!!!

Alcuni dettagli della casa avrebbero bisogno di un po' di restauro, ma non è nulla rispetto alle tantissime cose belle che troverete!

Petit établissement familial, très agréable et très bien situé. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées avec de quoi faire thés et cafés, il y a également un frigo. La piscine est très agréable. Gros coup de coeur pour le personnel qui est juste génial et aux petits soins. Merci beaucoup on reviendra. Évidemment je recommande

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petit déjeuner

Het is een rustige accommodatie met slechts 6 tot 8 appartementen. Een fijn zwembad en een heel vriendelijke eigenaresse. Zij hielp met excursies, taxi’s, dacht heel fijn mee toen het een dag regende, hielp de kinderen hoe ze moesten afdingen op de markt. Dat alles vanuit een oprechte vriendelijkheid en missie om het de gasten naar de zin te maken.

De ligging is iets uit het centrum, zo’n 20 minuten lopen.
