My room was as modern as any hotel room, super clean and none of the hassles of hotels. It was everything I love about staying in motels.

What a pleasant surprise, arriving at an independent motel, where everything was excellent -- cleanliness, very comfortable beds, great wifi, and very helpful friendly staff. On checkout day, they held our luggage in storage for five hours until we were ready to return home by bus. Next time in Perth, will definitely be my first choice for accommodation.

The motel is in a great location. Aldo, It was spotless! Easy check in. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. The price was very fair. No veils and whistles but that is reflected in the low price. Will stay again.

I just needed a motel / bed for 1 night after my long journey of 6 hours drive. It had everything I needed, I could check-in at 23.00 so it was perfect. Also it was quiet during the night.

Aquarius Motel is located right on Highway 7 walking distance to multiple restaurant chains as well as a gas station. The space was neat and the amenities included a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The TV had cable and a variety of channels to watch. The bed was comfortable and it's our go to place when travelling cross-country. Excellently priced!

We have stayed at Aquarius multiple times and the only downside is that the walls aren't entirely soundproof and there was occasional noise from the adjacent rooms and from the highway. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing earplugs just in case.

The property was perfect. Not one thing stood out as being an issue. Room was immaculate and well renovated.

My only feedback for improvement is that the cleaning product used left a strong chemical odor, so I felt the need to air out the room a bit on arrival. I did so, and everything was fine after that.

Rooms were clean, pleasant and had been updated. Location very handy to Highway 7 and amenities such as coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Beds were comfortable.

Desk person checked us in without issue but wasn't very friendly. The room sound separation wasn't great. We could hear the next-door guests talking and their TV. Fortunately, they didn't stay up late so our sleep wasn't disturbed and the second night, there was no one in the adjacent room so no noise.

Bed was too firm for our liking, and bedding was too lightweight, especially for the season (fall). Only 2 pillows were provided - we could have used a couple more. Only heat to the room was via a dual AC/heat unit that was mounted very high on the wall, and controls were difficult to reach (I had to climb on to the desk to reach it). It was also very noisy when it came on and kept waking us up. Side lamps would've been nice too - only lighting was overhead pot lights.

I ride a motorcycle and always look for parking outside the door. Perfect at this motel. The rooks were very clean and up to date. Looked like it had just been painted. Not much in extra facilities, but shopping and excellent restaurants are walking distance away. The staff was pleasant and efficient. It's a comfy clean room I would stay here again, and recommend it.

The room was well appointed, super clean, nice flooring (no carpet) and everything you would need for a night or two. Separated bathtub w/shower and toilet. Separate sink and makeup area. Little fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker.

There's nothing that can be done about out the train schedule and whistle as it travels through town... and it's on a corner of a hwy and a well travelled road. However this property is set back from the Hwy so it was very comfortable.

Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, shower was good, and coffee was much better than we’ve had in numerous places. Staff checked on us to confirm that everything was suitable and that there were no problems. Location was great as we just needed a spot to lay our heads while ‘driving through’. Close to shopping and the pretty historic town of Perth.

Nothing to dislike; it’s not a fancy place but reasonable value for the money.

Cleanliness, modern facilities, completely renovated, quiet.

Could use slightly updated TV, it is widescreen but not hi-def. The resolution of the image may be a function of their cable system. I would suggest that the owner consider doing something about the intense curry odour in the main check-in office. This would be off-putting for travellers who stop in for a room and get the impression that the rooms themselves may have this strong smell - they don’t but I’m just saying it’s a bad first impression. I’m sure it would be a huge expense but updating the large roadside Aquarius sign would reflect the completely renovated rooms and be a differnciator from the other outdated competition nearby.

Endroit bien entretenue, chambre propre, confortable et bien aménagé. Restauration rapide, épicerie et LCBO à moins de 10 minutes de marche. Le secteur plus touristique et plus ancien avec de bons restaurants est à 30 minutes de marche ou 5 minutes en auto avec stationnement facile . J’y retournerais sans hésiter.
