After checking in and getting dryed up the Owner came to Our door with towels to wipe down our Bikes we did not ask and thought this was just amazing hospiality. Will stay again if in Perth. The over powering deodorizing smell of their cleaning products or laundry detergent. Whatever they used, to someone with a sensitivity to smells it was disgusting. I complained and the fellow gave me a key to another room, and it too was equally overpowering. I’d already paid, and he made to recommendations to lower the price or offer a refund. If I could add a picture that was scratch and sniff I would. I could smell the odour on my pjs the next night.

Reviewed May 2, 2026I had a very friendly welcoming fro the staff. My room was just fine - nicely updated and clean. I had a single queen bed room - it seemed small when I first stepped in, but there was plenty of room for one person.
If trains and road traffic keep you awake, this location would not be ideal. However, both sources of "noise" quieted down overnight.

Lots of towels etc. and the owner gave us a towel to clean our motorcycle without us even asking. They were very pleasant for check in and out. Older motel but they have really done a good job making it comfortable for a pleasant stay.
Nothing. I think the room itself was better than it appeared in the photos.

The Inn was conveniently located to many shops and a short drive to downtown Perth. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.

The motel is set back from the road so we find it quiet. The grounds are so well looked after. Beautiful flowers. At this point wouldn't stay anywhere else!!

I was given the room that was easiest to access with a wheelchair and our stay went very well. The gentleman at check in and check out was very friendly and accommodating. Also the beds were very comfortable and I like that the room haf a mini fridge, microwave and coffee. I would stay here again.
