בארוחת בוקר גובים תוספת על אומלט. לא מקובל בחמישה כוכבים. ממש חסרה בריכה קטנה להתרעננות בחום של רומא. אין שטחים ציבוריים למעט מרפסת קטנה וחדר קריאה קטן. חדר כושר מינימלי ביותר. ועדיין אהבנו ונחזור שוב

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel manager Lucrezia was absolutely the most helpful hotel manager I came across for years.She catered for all our needs. The dinner at the hotel was marvellous.

The staff were absolutely excellent and so kind and helpful. It was a great location. The rooms were large. The spa was fabulous. They left treats in the room and gave us a gift when we left.

Staff were friendly and trying to mitigate problems encountered during our stay and especially Lucrezia went out of her way. Wi-Fi was good and breakfast was good as well

The property has problems with maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms. It was a big disappointment and the standard provided in this regard does not correspond to five stars and Radisson brand. The rooms are different. Some of them have blinds, some of them don't, and they are quirkily furnished. Some of their furnishings are also dated. Given the price this is a terrible value for money.

We were upgraded to a much bigger room, which is beautifully designed with the necessary facilities you need, including hamman in the shower room. The location of the hotel is very central, right next to the central train station. The staff are very friendly and professional.

The neighborhood is not the safest. Given it's only two minutes to the train station, it is easy to get around, but the downside is it's not the nicest area to walk around.

Its location is excellent for a sightseeing stay in Rome. Bar and restaurant are beautiful. Manager Marco and his team make you feel like a valued guest throughout your stay

Kaum Bedienung beim Frühstück. Man musste sich alles selber holen bzw. immer wieder nachfragen/hinterherlaufen. Zudem musste man für gewisse Speisen, wenn man z.B. ein Egg Benedict wollte, nochmal extra bezahlen. Und das, obwohl wir für ein Zimmer zu dritt knapp 1k pro Nacht bezahlt haben. Das Personal war auch nicht gerade besonders freundlich…

Excellent management, attentive staff, a convenient location near the train station, and genuine care for guest comfort. We truly felt the warmth of Italian hospitality throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Mr. Marco, who was extremely professional; Kevin, who showed genuine care; Solomon, who was very knowledgeable; Musti, who was always friendly; Giulia, who was consistently attentive; Carlos, who was incredibly kind; Mara, who was gracious; Lorenzo, who was always ready to help; Ayon, who assisted us right up to the very last moment; and Matteo, who was simply amazing throughout our stay.

This is a beautiful hotel with awesome high ceiling rooms, fantastic facilities, and it is just 5 minutes from the main train station. Overall, staff were super helpful.

The hotel is located in an old Palazo, which is beautifully modern renovated. Staff is very friendly and they have a very extensive delicious breakfast including vegan options. When we had to leave due to unforeseen circumstances, the staff and the management handled our request very flexible with a great customer mindset

Albergo estremamente comodo, situato proprio di fronte alla stazione di Roma Termini: si esce dalla stazione, si attraversa la strada e in pochi passi si è già arrivati. Un dettaglio che rende particolarmente semplice la gestione dei bagagli, sia all'arrivo sia alla partenza. A questa posizione davvero strategica si aggiunge un valore ancora più importante: uno staff meraviglioso, sempre disponibile, cordiale e autenticamente attento a far sentire ogni ospite accolto e coccolato. Le camere coniugano con grande equilibrio il design moderno degli arredi con gli elementi architettonici di pregio di un palazzo d'epoca, creando ambienti eleganti, ricchi di fascino e al tempo stesso estremamente confortevoli

The location was very good, near the Rome train station and close to nearby sights and restaurants. The breakfast was nice and the staff were helpful and friendly.

It did not meet our expectations of a five star property, there were broken floor tiles in the bathroom and shower, stains on the walls and black mould on the ceiling. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were moved to a more sufficient room. They acknowledged the state of the first room wasn't acceptable and did what they could to make amends.

The staff are very accommodating and helped us with anything that we needed to know and helped to direct us to areas of Rome

El único problema que tuvimos fue el ruido que hacia un bar adyacente al hotel que no cortaban la música incluso después de las 00:00. Nos tuvimos que quejar tres noches seguidas.

In front of Termini, chic environment, good breakfast and restaurant. Rooms have refrigerator and the hotel has a gym center.

Stay at RCH was great. It was peaceful, near attractive historic spots, really good connection with other parts of the city. My Mum loved it, and the calm vibe during breakfasts with such nice people working there. Special thanks to our concierge Chiara, she was kind, professional and immensly helpful during the stay. Thanks to her, we did not worry about a thing.

The doors at the hotel rooms lack proper soundproof sealing.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and our room was amazing! The day staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the concierge was wonderful in helping us with an issue. The breakfast was absolutely 10/10

The pool wasn’t included so I wanted a quick dip after 38 hours travelling but it was 20euro which I wouldn’t expect at a 5 star hotel

Wonderful hotel conveniently located to Rome Termini. Check in process was prompt and staff were attentive. Breakfast was great and rooms were clean and spacious. Would recommend!

The staff was absolutely amazing, starting with Marco at Recption. They treated me like gold. They even held a large package for someone to pick up for me after I had checked out. JUST OUTSTANDING!

The stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, I’ve never experienced such great service, they clean your room 2-3 times a day, they don’t bother you, Mr Daniele and Mr fabrizio from front desk are super super helpful and quick to answer any request you might have, the experience was nothing short of luxurious and exceptional, thank you for making it a memorable honeymoon

Room was big but not comfortable, pillows are horrible. Had to taxi everywhere very costly. Elevators tiny ! Most staffing good some were not. Valet expensive. Room never really chilled.

The only positive was that some reception staff were polite and tried to assist once we complained. The hotel is also close to Termini station, which may be convenient for transport.

Very poor and unsafe experience for a 5-star hotel. All three rooms initially given to us had non-functioning air-conditioning during extreme heat in Rome, and the hotel confirmed in writing that the whole wing had the same issue and could not be fixed for days. Two rooms also had broken/shattered shower tray or drain-cover areas with sharp exposed pieces, covered by rubber mats. My mother almost injured her foot when the mat moved. The “free upgrade” to Junior Suites felt very misleading, because those upgraded rooms were defective, without working air-conditioning, and we were later moved to lower-category rooms. The location also felt unsafe and unpleasant, with people visibly using drugs, sleeping on benches and urinating in public immediately outside/near the hotel. This was not the standard expected from a Radisson Collection 5-star hotel.

Perfect location (next to Termini station), beautiful room and fantastic spa area. All employees are sweet and friendly. We also loved the rooftop bar.

I hate the hotels that ask you for a spa entrance fee (are facilities not the reason why you book a hotel?), but first time I felt like it was worth to pay - the spa was great.

Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura si trova in prossimità della stazione Termini ed è facile da raggiungere. Ha anche un'area antistante molto comoda per scaricare i bagagli, quando si è in auto. La sala colazione è molto bella e la colazione offre numerose opzioni tra dolce e salato.

La camera che ho avuto non corrispondeva alla descrizione di quella prenotata (premium collection). Non aveva il pavimento in parquet o legno, come descritto, e accanto al letto c'erano solo prese usb. Il bagno era straordinariamente diverso rispetto a quello mostrato in foto: era una sorta di "cabina", collocata in un angolo della stanza, per un'altezza pari a 2 metri o poco più (il soffitto della camera era molto alto): zero privacy e zero possibilità di chiudersi a chiave. Inoltre la camera non era insonorizzata, come invece riportato nella descrizione: essendo al primo piano, era possibile sentire chiaramente il traffico della città sin dalle prime luci dell'alba. Il ripiano su cui era collocato il lavabo riportava numerose macchie bianche circolari (tappi di dentifricio?). Purtroppo, pagando così tanto, si diventa molto critici. Infine, la stanza non era raggiungibile con l'ascensore, se non usando quello dello staff, perché collocato in un piano ammezzato.

The staff were amazing, they were all knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. The morning reception staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Marko resolved all of our queries regarding restaurant bookings and transport and was even kind enough to take us up to the rooftop bar on our final day so that we could have our picture taken. The stay was memorable and that was down to the staff.

I have no reservations about this property.

The property is great, it’s close to the Roma termini train station which is very convenient. The staff at the property is very friendly and genuinely nice. Rooms are in excellent condition too as on May 2026. Overall, a great hotel and worth every penny spent.

- Our room was amazing. High ceiling with beautiful art on it, large bed. - Some staff members were very friendly and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the city and places to eat. Shoutout to Daniele and Lorenzo. - The breakfast was great. There were a lot of healthy options. The breakfast room was beautiful.

- There is a pop-up bar next to the property which plays very loud music at night. They are legally required to stop playing the music at midnight but they did not always do this, on some nights they played until 1am. The hotel staff tried telling them to turn off the music but they did not oblige. This is a very bad look for a 5-star property in my opinion. Thankfully I am a late sleeper, if you like sleeping early you will struggle because apparently they are allowed to play music until midnight. - The hotel’s lobby betrays the quality of the hotel. It looks cheap and tacky. This gives guests a mediocre first impression. Meanwhile many other rooms in the hotel are beautiful. Also, the lobby has limited seating space and the seats are not comfortable. - Some staff members came across quite cold.

Die Lage ist perfekt. 2min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Pasterie beim Frühstück (Kuchen,Torten, etc.) war sensationell gut. Concierge-Service war top. Und die Ausstattung und Einrichtung sehr edel und elegant gestaltet.

Die Poolnutzung ist extra zu buchen (per Termin) und kann nicht ohne „Buchung“ benutzt werden, da es Teil vom Spa ist. Ist bei 5* und dem Preis eher enttäuschend. Hier erwarte ich mir als Gast, dass ich zumindest den Pool während der Kernzeit jederzeit benutzen darf. Beim Frühstück wirkt das Personal etwas überfordert. Es dauerte eine Zeit bis Brot, Eier, etc. nachgeliefert wurde und die „Pancake-Station“ besetzt wurde.

O hotel oferece um espaço acolhedor e bem decorado, com destaque para a suíte premium e o Spa. O restaurante Sense oferece um ótimo café da manhã e o terraço no quinto andar é um lugar muito agradável para um final de tarde. A proximidade da estação Termini permite movimentação rápida pela cidade. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, com destaque para Marco na recepção e Lorenzo. Tanto na chegada quanto na saída foram muito atenciosos conosco.

Un soggiorno assolutamente all'altezza delle stelle di questa straordinaria struttura. Impeccabile sotto tutti gli aspetti: un caloroso benvenuto da parte del portiere, un concierge pronto ad accogliere ed esaudire ogni richiesta e un personale di reception attento e preparato per qualsiasi necessità. Le camere sono spaziose, immacolate e dotate di ogni comfort possibile. La pulizia di ogni singolo spazio è impeccabile. La colazione offre qualsiasi tipo di prelibatezza si possa desiderare. Tutto lo staff è gentile, accogliente e professionale. Palazzo Montemartini è un vero gioiello nel cuore di Roma e non potrei raccomandarlo più caldamente. Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir hatten während einer Woche einen ausgesprochen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Palazzo Montemartini Rome, A Radisson Collection Hotel. Die Lage ist ideal – direkt beim Bahnhof und damit perfekt für Anreise und Ausflüge. Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine hohe Sauberkeit sowie das äusserst freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sensationelle Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Ein echtes Highlight ist zudem die Rooftop-Bar mit ihrem wunderbaren Blick über die Dächer von Rom – einfach traumhaft. Einzig der Verkehr ist auch nachts sehr intensiv – es braucht einen tiefen Schlaf, um nicht gestört zu werden. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.
