NOX Belsize Park

For us this was a miss. Mostly for the price. 132 pounds for this bad quality is insane. I would call it a budget hotel at least online and adjust the price. The only nice thing was the location. It is very close to Camden town and the underground station, which was nice for our future travels. The personnel was very nice too.

First of all, we were on the 3rd floor which was (I kid you not) more than 6 stairs up. No elevator, which means we had to carry all our luggage upstairs. Also very small staircases. The bed slept horrible, way too hard. Also I'm just 5,3 and my feet were outside the bed, so small. Also there was no window, even though you saw that in the pictures. The bathroom's radiator, and other metal things were rusted. Also quite noisy. And just cramped, I hit my knees and head multiple times. Just not it.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel! The receptionist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. He was always there whenever we needed anything and made sure we were comfortable. He even prepared breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. You could really tell that he cared about the guests and wanted us to have a great experience. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here!

Die Lage war ruhig und eine U-Bahn Station in der Nähe. Auch Restaurants, Café‘s und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren da.

Ganz schlimme Luft!! Klima ging nicht, hatten einen Ventilator im Zimmer, aber trotz offenem Fenster die ganze Nacht war es sehr warm! Alles super eng auf kleinstem Raum. Der Flur roch stark parfümiert, wer da empfindlich ist..

Freezing room on a cold day - room was in the basement. No breakfast despite being a B&B.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia ed è stato risolto solo il giorno prima della partenza. Lo staff non è stato particolarmente accogliente e in generale poco di aiuto.

Personnel très agréable et à l’écoute L’hôtel n’est pas dans l’hyper centre mais vite accessible via métro et bus ce qui amène du calme à l’établissement

Seul bémol pour nous (qui n’est pas de la faute de l’établissement) Les portes sont sécurisées et ne possèdent pas de poignée pour les chambres. Certains voyageurs laissent claquer la porte même en pleine nuit

Room was quiet, didn’t hear other guests at all. Shower was powerful. Very clean. Our room had a window, which had a blackout and normal blind, and could be opened.

The air con unit did pretty much nothing. There was a Dyson tower fan, which worked a bit better once I cleaned the dust out of it, but it was rubbish at actually cooling the room. It was only 25° outside, but room was uncomfortably hot. We had a ‘small room’ - the compactness was fine, but it is set up for single occupancy - for example, there’s a reading lamp, switches, and alcove shelf with socket and USB on one side of the bed only.

the room is alright, has everything necessary for a short stay. Clean and well cleaned. A convenient location for me, when I have work to do in the Camden area.

Struttura posizionata vicino alla fermata della metropolitana della linea grigia Belsize Parl, in una zona tranquilla e residenziale. La camera piccola ma dotata di tutti i confort. La cucinetta posizionata in un armadio con lavandino frigo e macchinetta del caffè con pannette. Bagno con una bella doccia grande e acqua calda senza alcun problema. Pavimento in laminato e senza moquette! Purtroppo però essendo nel seminterrato era abbastanza umida, specie per questo periodo di inizio settembre in cui i riscaldamenti ancora non sono in funzione e per gli stessi motivi poco luminosa. Però sia il letto che i cuscini assolutamente comodi e la tv davanti al letto spaziale!

Rooms are very small but that’s reflected in price. Make sure you have a room with a window, I can’t imagine what it would be like without a window!

Nearby tube. No lift, only steps (would be an issue for disability). It was mid July and the aircon was pants. Room had aircon and fan but it was not enough. Staff tried to help but was not fixable. Clean though :)

La stanza aveva un odore strano, fastidioso. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta. Molto piccola, la posizione è buona. Costa un pò troppo per il servizio offerto (anche se vedo che i prezzi cambiano spesso di parecchi pound quindi dipende quando si acquista e si può fare un buon affare)

We had a nice stay for a night. Location is good if you plan to explore London, we stayed for just a night as we only planned the trip to watch Arsenal vs Como game. Public busses are available around. Few food/cafe options around as well. Room was clean, had comfy bed, had most of appliances, kitchenette had a microwave, electric hob, toaster, kettle, nespresso pods machine, mini fridge, and cutlery. Toilet was clean as well. Smart Samsung tv i think 50-55 inches. MOST IMPORTANTLY there's central AC and a fan, needed in London's heat. The front disk lady is very friendly and cooperative. Wqs a good value for money. Will definitely keep this hotel as a first option in next trip

Fijne moderne kamer met mini-keukentje met airco op rustige locatie maar wel vlakbij bus en tube. Kleine kamer maar praktisch ingedeeld. Bagage kun je achterlaten zonder kosten. Prijs is ook gunstiger ten opzichte van verblijf in heel centraal in Londen terwijl je met de bus of tube in 10/15 minuten midden in Londen kunt zijn.

It doesn’t have a water station for the water bottle, the AC wasn’t working in my room.

the room was clean and functional. I liked the fact there was a TV which had plenty of choice like Netflix etc. there was also facilities like a iron and mini fridge, it may have been good if there was something complimentary in it though!

the bed was extremely uncomfortable so I didn't sleep well at all. the room was also very cold and despite adjusting the temperature didn't seem to warm up.

- Reasonable price for one of the best neighbourhoods in London. It's also 2 minutes away from Belsize Park Station and about 12 minutes away to Hampstead Village by foot. - Ladies at reception were welcoming and helpful. The staff, including the cleaning crew, was very nice and polite to me. - Small space in reception where you can leave your bags if needed. It's not a luggage storage but it works juste fine. - A/C and radiator in the room, which can be turned on and off manually if needed.

- Dozens of fruit flies flying around in the room and bathroom (some of them were lying dead on the sink and on the bedsheets as shown on the picture) to the point that I got really annoyed. This felt a bit unhygienic. - Spots on the bed headboard and on the walls, which I did not expect in a 4-star-hotel room. - The "big" room I was staying in was really small: there was just enough space to walk around the bed. - I felt a bit claustrophobic as the one and only window in the room was facing a concrete wall, which means no direct light and no view... the room was not advertised as such.

First of all, the hotel is a two-minute walk from Belsize Park metro station. You can get to the Tottenham Court Road area in twelve minutes; it’s very central. The staff are very friendly and polite. There is air conditioning, and the toilet and bathroom are new.

There is no elevator and first we came to the room, pillows were dirty.

The room was well maintained and the kitchenette made it possible to prepare small meals. The location and neighbourhood are excellent. Close to public transit, quiet, with a handful of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Great location - lovely area with nice cafes nearby. Felt very safe and quiet but close to the underground. The room is well equipped with a kitchenette and the reception staff were lovely.

Our room was a little warm - there was a fan provided but it did make it difficult to sleep in the peak of summer.

Stayed with my Mam for a night to watch a concert at the roundhouse. We stayed in a double room on the lower ground floor. It had a well stocked kitchenette and a huge tv. Very clean and tidy. Huge shower head and large shower cubicle. The room had a lovely smell. Also it has aircon. Amazing! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is brilliant and quiet. We felt very safe and walked everywhere. 4 minutes walk from the tube, 15 minute walk to the roundhouse, 20 minutes walk to camden market. All along 1 road. I would 100% stay here again.

Please note that you can hear the underground. Obviously not the hotels fault Just making people aware.

Good value for money. It looked as advertised and was quite spacious. The receptionist was also extremely welcoming and accommodating. Belsize Park is a lovely neighbourhood. Likely to return.

Non è la prima volta che torno in questa struttura, la ritengo abbastanza pulita e in una buona posizione, molto vicino alla metro vicino a qualche ristorante e supermercato. In una zona non eccessivamente centrale e quindi abbastanza silenziosa. 

Alcune rifiniture delle stanze potrebbero essere migliori e purtroppo non c’è l’ascensore

Amazing location only a short walk form the tube station. A very picturesque neighborhood and part of London.

The Wi-Fi cut out while we were watching a movie on the SMART TV and wouldn't reconnect until the morning. The air conditioning was rather noisy also.

Lovely staff and very good with supplying enough tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Everything you need and great use of space. The air con was brilliant and felt very comfortable.

The area is nice and near to where we needed to be.

Room had no window as it was in the basement. As a consequence we could hear and feel the tube trains running through the nearby station. The room was clean, but there was a problem with several ants on the floor and surfaces. This was reported to the receptionist next morning, he apologised and said he intended to call pest control to deal with this issue.

We were next to the reception area room G01 and could hear voices outside our window in the street in the early hours.

In a safe and calm neighbourhood that has cafes and public transport (metro, bus) nearby. The room was compact, but looked nice and had a proper AC!

This is our home when in London. Although the room was small it was enough to return to after a night out. The location is perfect for Camden and Belsize Park tube station. The neighbourhood is quiet, green and attractive. The room was spotless with tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolates. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

What's not to like!!

The room was clean and the location was good for the O2 forum.

There was no body wash or shampoo in the shower. I asked the receptionist if we could have some and she said she would refill it and then didn’t. When the shower was on the shower tray overflowed very quickly. The room we stayed in was up 4 flights of stairs which would have been good to know before booking.

The AC didnt work. It was stifling in the room the whole time. When i talked to the staff they told me the could get maintainance in the next morning - same morning i was checking out. There was a big fan in the room which helped but it was disgusting to try to sleep in the room.

Fantastic location and clean modern rooms. Really appreciate that they don't have carpet in the rooms. Quiet despite the fact that we were on the street side. Liked the hidden studio kitchen.

AC didn't seem to adjust with the controls all that well. The carpet in the hallway was a little rippled and wonky to walk on and roll luggage on. I wouldn't necessarily call this a hotel, it was more like short term studio rentals. There was no lobby, a small waiting area with a window with one staff person during business hours.

Great location, lovely staff who greeted us and explained everything! Room was blasting air con when we got in which was very thoughtful for a 30 degree day! Facilities were great, like a mini kitchen, although we weren’t there long enough to use it but the fridge was so handy and kept our drinks cool quickly. Room was modern and even though we were lower ground floor, it wasn’t too noisy!

Honestly the bed was quite hard so for some people that’s good but not my favourite. The biggest and only problem was there were quite a lot of ants in our room, crawling near the desk/tv/wardrobe area but strangely not near the kitchen so that wasn’t ideal.

We had an ant infestation in the room. We told the cleaning workers but despite that they kept appearing.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Loved the huge rainfall shower. The staff were really helpful as well. Good location, just a short tube away from the main attractions.

Hotel con camere completamente ristrutturate e arredate con gusto. Pulizia impeccabile, Comodo cucinino completo di piastra , microonde, tostapane, frigorifero , macchina caffè e stoviglie per due. Personale in reception molto cortese e disponibile . Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out Quartiere super tranquillo con metropolitana a 5 minuti a piedi e bus davanti all hotel Ci ritornerò sicuramente ❤️

Consiglio a chi ha problemi di mobilità di chiedere le camere al piano terra perché le scale per i piani superiori sono ripide
