Location and receiptionist during the day time

Bed cover was poor, no lobby , no beer at the cafe. At booking application, it looked like 4 stars hotel, the receptionist says it is more boutique hotel, in reality and my own experience it is a 2 stars hotel

Clean and good location near to bus station and metro station and it has a good price

There are a lot of sound at the air conditioning and inside the wall and don’t have security

This hotel is in a great location right near the metro. The breakfast variety is fantastic, especially considering the price of the room. Excellent service and clean accommodations make it a place I would gladly book again without hesitation

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Le Mirage Istanbul. The hotel is in a very good and convenient location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. A special thank you to Ömer and Messaud, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their friendly attitude and willingness to assist really made a difference. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

All is perfect

The hotel is in a great location, which makes it very convenient for getting around Istanbul. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Ömer and Messaud. They were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever I needed anything. Their hospitality really made my stay more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is very good, location is close to Osmanbey Metro stop and all the stores are around you, and all of, the guys are very friendly and assist you as much as possible.

Apart from the location and is closed to Osmanbey metro stop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Around the hotel you will all your needs. Civaher Mall if 8min walk, Taksim also is 15mins walk, so enjoy your trip.

المكان كان قريب من كل شيء الشباب الي على الاستقبال قمة الذوق والتعاون وخدومين الفطور كان بسيط أنا أفطرت اول يوم باقي الايام انزل افطر حوالين الفندق كل شي حوالي

المكان جداً نظيف وكويس وسعره مناسب موظفين الاستقبال محترمين ومتعاونين اشكر الاخ مسعود

The Accomodation is very close to everything such as bus, metro, shops, restaurants. Very clean and comfortable.

Perhaps the breakfast should be more diverse. Very basic breakfast and perhaps they should also have small bottles of water , not just tea, coffee and juice.

Everything is great especially the staff .. they are so polite and helpful

The Television is small and not connected to youtube or netflex .

Værelserne er mindre end angivet. Det er gammelt og slidt. Natbordenes skuffer var fyldt med nullermænd. Der var pletter på håndklæder og sengelinned. Første og sidste gang jeg overnatter der.

I had a very pleasant stay at Le Mirage Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sisli and very close to the Osmanbey metro station, which made it very easy to explore the city. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was professional and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul for both business and leisure.

Everything that i can mention was good. The cleaning, staff, lighting, sheets, facilities, value for paid money. I am very satisfied with my stay.

I think the internet connection was not that stable all the time specially during the night watching movie before bedtime. The breakfast had also room for improvement. Like better coffee and better bread can make big difference for the whole day.

Nette kamers. S'avonds weinig of geen overlast van het verkeer in İstanbul. Je kunt makkelijk de metro nemen vanaf het hotel, ongeveer 3 a 5 minuten lopen naar de dichtbijzijnde halte.

It’s was very nice place But specially Mr Burak was really good man He help us very much i was booked this hotel from advance in my country and i was booked other hotel Wen i arrived in hotel le marige i really love and comfortable with staff specially mr burak He was really helpful and other day i try to cancel the other hotel was booked but the rejected my request i left from this hote i stay 2 days there and i come back this hotel again specially for Mr Burak Because he was good person and nice person He helped me lot and He arrange for me good tour trip If i visit Istanbul again i well book all time this hotel way because of only the one reason they staff like MR Burak and is team I washed for Mr burak very happy life

Fantastic hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and perfect location. I have been to Istanbul many times and often disappointed with the hotels but this one was wonderful. We stayed 10 days for my daughter’s surgery and the staff were caring and helpful, always offering us ice packs for her post surgery care. Thank you so much for a great experience.

The staff were very friendly, especially Halima and the other guy from the catering staff. The breakfast was varied and fresh.

The window had a problem and wouldn't close, so I had to spend the night with the window open until it was fixed in the morning. It was noisy and a bit cold. An extra blanket was provided. A laundry service was not provided.

The reception staff were friendly, they have upgraded me upon arrival and they were very accommodating during my stay

Housekeeping service was poor. Did not clean the room well. Never cleaned the floor during my stay. Breakfast staff were not helpful and seemed unhappy. Never saw their smile.

they charged us for a third bed but the didn’t bring the bed to the room. Also the breakfast wast very limited not as before; I have been there 2 years ago. Also the staff on the morning shift was very rude.

I paid for 9 days and stayed there only once.i left because the hotel is stiuated by a busy street, my room was by the road and it was extremely loud. The room was extra tiny. Toilet poorly placed in the room and very smelly. The first night, my sheets were not changed, it has stains on them. The staff were rude. And no no lobby area. I will give a detailed review on google. I wasted over $800.

location is good near to metro station and lots of market are nearby the hotel. also dry cleaning is 3/5 min away from hotel.
