Getting quite antiquated Toilets don’t flush well Bathrooms smell Washing machine didn’t work properly there was a pump error and the dryer was not working at all. All my laundry had to be air dried and came home with some wet laundry

The advertising for this hotel is misleading. I paid over $1100 USD for the deluxe river view two bedroom apartment. The room itself is nice, and the people working here are great; however, all the advertised photos of the view for the room I reserved show a beautiful view of the Tower Bridge but they put us on the first floor with a heavily obstructed view for the same price. The room we received should not be in the same category/price as the one advertised at this price, so be aware that you may receive a room with a view substantially different than the one you book. There are many other more affordable hotels in this area.

Excellent location, great facilities and very good service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the milk waiting for us in the fridge on arrival. Bottled water was replenished every day, as were the Nespresso capsules. The hotel was very well equipped and the location was especially convenient for getting around.

There were some issues with the air conditioning/heating unit, although these were eventually resolved. At checkout, we were asked whether we would like to leave an additional tip of almost £25 and were told that it was optional. We clearly declined, but a few days later we discovered that the amount had nevertheless been charged to our card, which was very disappointing. The window in the living room did not seal properly, so there was a noticeable draught even when it was fully closed. There was also a constant low humming noise coming from the adjacent building, possibly from a ventilation system. It wasn’t particularly loud, but it was noticeable.

The apartment was spacious and super clean, with a great view of the river. A beautiful apartment, superb location, modern and well equipped with all we needed for our short stay in London.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary here. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a lovely room with a view of Tower Bridge. The staff kindly gave us a signed card and a bottle of champagne, which we greatly appreciated.The apartment and building are beautifully decorated, and the location is ideal.

I am no stranger to Cheval Three Quays and as usual it didn't disappoint .. first time for booking a room without a view as we needed a sofa bed but it was still fantastic even without the view; Fantastic location, clean, modern, beautiful bed linen, amazing shower with L'Occitaine toiletries and super comfortable bed, its also about a five min walk from the tube (Tower Hill) so it suited us very well based on where we were going. Staff are always super helpful and kind....

There's nothing not to like at Cheval three Quays. Best place to stay in London. in my honest opinion. Would be good if you could have a river or tower facing room with a sofa bed but this isn't a criticism just an observation.. :-).

Die Lage an der Themse und die Aussicht aus den Zimmern/Balkonen ist überwätigend. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bestens ausgestattet für vier Personen (2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, ein grosszügiger Wohnbereich). Betten, Möbel, Badezimmer und Küche sind perfekt gewartet und alles ist sehr sauber. Der tägliche Hausdienst ist aufmerksam, diskret und einwandfrei. Meine drei Teenager und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir kommen wieder!

Einchecken war erst um 15:45 Uhr möglich. Kein Bett vorbereitet in der Suite für unsere Tochter, bei gleichzeitig höchsten Preisen. Personal unprofessionell und arrogant.

Given heat issues in London and Western Europe, we wanted a hotel w/ good AC and had read about some places w/ only fans, which pushed hot air around. Cheval Three Quays is more of a short-term apartment than a hotel, but it met our need perfectly. We booked the prior night, to have immediate room access upon early a.m. arrival. Room was ready and included a nice bottle of wine. It overlooked the London Tower complex and was a 3-minute walk from the dock for a lunch cruise on the Thames. Nearby are some very nice restaurants, which seemed to be frequented by locals. At one, we got some delicious take-out and went back to our room to enjoy w/ the gratis bottle of wine. Next morning, we got a very nice breakfast at another nearby restaurant. Without question, we'd come back to this hotel!

Was disappointed that our room did not have a clear view of Tower Bridge. We were facing the Thames but were under the impression when we booked that we would have a view of the Bridge but it was obstructed by other portions of the building.

Location was superb so central for us. I wish I had booked a room with a view.

They upgraded us for our annivesary and we had a spectacular view of the thames and the shard it was perfect! the balcony is wonderful! and having a kitchen to store food and drinks is a game changer.

it was in a good location central to everything

the room pictures were not as the room was i booked a luxury apartment and requested a high floor but this did not happen. Also the staff on arrival was abrupt and not friendly or welcoming at all. When the staff changed it was a lot better in the evening.

Location facilities and clean.

Being hit up on check out for pre determined tip for cleaners. I was of the understanding UK didn’t tip not to mention no allowance for tourists from other countries dollar value to the pound and what they equates for for the client tour asking them to pay. Unfair.

Just the property we needed.

Washing machine wasn’t working but the staff were so efficient that the technician came straight way and replaced the machine even at 730 pm. Great service

It was clean, well presented, very comfortable and in a fantastic location. The staff could not have been more helpful and everyone was super friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

We based in London here for 1 month. It was a wonderful location near the south bank activities, Eastern London activities, and of course right next to the Tower of London and Tower pier for boats. The hotel service was our favorite part. Lorraine and all of the door staff were extremely welcoming and nice and we felt very safe having our kids walk down in the morning to wait. It felt secure and all of our needs and concerns were quickly and kindly attended to. We also had a very spacious 2 bedroom for London properties which was perfect for 2 kids and 2 adults. It was quiet and right above a Pret and Starbucks which is super convenient. The restaurant Coppa Club was also right there which is nice. We are so grateful for all of the staff and the girls will have many fond memories from here!

It was slightly away from the crowds and bustle of London centre. It was larger than a hotel room; it had a balcony.

It didn’t have a direct view of the river and Tower Bridge. It didn’t have a microwave but had a dishwasher. It needed the former and didn’t need the latter.

Fabulous location and wonderful staff. The apartment we were in was so clean and comfortable with amazing views of the river and Tower. Close to the tube, bars and restaurants and can walk to lots of nearby attractions.I have stayed here many times and can’t recommend it enough.

From the moment we arrived - everything was just perfect. We were delighted to know that we had been upgraded to a gorgeous three bedroom Deluxe Apartment with amazing Tower Bridge views. After a long day out with our children, we always looked forward to returning to our wonderful & comfortable apartment. Housekeeping Team were so kind and always offered us extra water for the children. A special thank you to Diogo and all the Front Desk staff - without exception they are friendly & super helpful. They make you feel as comfortable as you would be at home.

Perfect location and excellent hotel.

We were in a room facing the river on the 1st floor directly above the restaurant below. We could hear some of the noise from the restaurant. Luckily the restaurant closed by 10:00pm and the noise was not super loud. Manageable.

London luxury hotels are all overpriced, and this was less overpriced than most hotels, but still very expensive. The towel rack didn't work for one of the rooms. Room service seemed overpriced and it was a tie up with some local delivery service - seemed unnecessary when apps like Deliveroo exist.

The location was superb. Views of London Bridge and the Thames from the apartment. Restaurants within a few minutes walk. Can rank at the front door. It really doesn’t get any better than that.

Die Lage des Hotels ist außergewöhnlich gut. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet. Leider funktionierte im Zimmer 4P die Klimaanlage nicht, so dass es nachts zu warm war. Im Zimmer 3M kühlte die Klimaanlage, obwohl auf Heizen gestellt wurde.

Die Preise pro Übernachtung sind hoch, aber angemessen für den Komfort und die hervorragende Lage. Uns hat überhaupt nicht gefallen, dass am Ende für beide Zimmer eine extra Gebühr für die Reinigung einbehalten wurde. Das war vor der Buchung nicht erkennbar. Die Zimmer haben wir nicht so verlassen, dass eine besondere Reinigung notwendig gewesen wäre. Folglich empfinden wir eine extra Gebühr als ungerechtfertigt. Wir finden es unangemessen, wenn am Ende Gebühren verlangt werden, von denen bei der Buchung nichts bekannt ist.

It was one of most comfortable hotel , since we were a group of 6 people , our apartment have 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The location is fantastic very close to Tower of London, our apartment’s view was amazing. It was spacious with necessary utensils. Modern furniture and elegant decor. Wonderful apartment, great location, in the centre of things but really quiet.

Lorraine was super kind to my 5 year old son. The room has a washer dryer and a full sized fridge/freezer. I love looking at the Tower of London at 4 am when no one is stirring.

9H has a broken window. The other window will stay pushed open but the bedroom window is missing the locking mechanism.

This was without a doubt one of the best places I have ever stayed. The accommodation was amazing - so clean, spacious, comfortable and a fabulous location; close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. What really made this stay exceed all expectations was the staff. The staff went over and above for all of us (family of 4) and ensured we had a fabulous time in London for the marathon. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and thoughtful, especially Stepanka and Lorraine, making our stay even more special. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

I booked this apartment for my husband and I but could not go to UK because of the War in Iran. My guests could and they stayed a couple of nights. They were delighted with the restaurants nearby, a grocery shop ten minutes walk, great views, and lovely surroundings. They loved the size and cleanliness of the apartment. Their five year old daughter called it "her house!"Staff went out of their way to welcome them and help them with information about all sorts of things. They couldn't praise them enough. They said they would rate it 11/10. They would go back there if they were in London again. They did show me on vide how it looked and the views. I was so impressed.

High quality apartments and extremely clean. Professional staff.. Couldn't find any faults..

The Apartment I was given was a lot smaller than the photos. The heat in the hallways was way to hot and that kept the rooms hot at night so we had to leave the balcony door open at night and then woke up cold.. I find the discretionary gratuity of 4% very odd as there are no restaurants or any other services other than the apartments and feel the staff should be paid by the establishment and not passed onto the customer. The price should be the price whatever it is and the customer has the choice to book or not... Being asked on checkout would you like to pay just puts pressure on the customer for another fee.. But in saying that the staff were excellent and deserve to be paid well for the high quality work they do..

The location is excellent.Big expansive views from the large clean windows and balcony.

We had an excellent stay at Cheval Three Quays. We booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a unit with outstanding views of Tower Bridge and Tower of London. The views alone made the stay memorable. The apartment itself was very spacious, modern, and well maintained. It included a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a refrigerator that was thoughtfully stocked with a few snacks and breakfast staples. The layout worked very well for a family, and the small balconies were a nice added touch. Service was another highlight. The staff was friendly and accommodating; we arrived early and were able to use a hospitality suite to freshen up and head out for sightseeing while our room was being prepared, which made the arrival experience more comfortable. The location is directly across from the Tower of London, which is convenient for that area. The only downside is that it’s not a very central base for exploring the rest of the city; most other major attractions required about a 30-minute cab ride. That said, the trade-off is more space and a good value by London standards. Overall, a very comfortable, welcoming, and well-equipped place to stay.
