The easy access to the location with your own personal code is super convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room clean and bright. I like the industrial look in the rooms mix of drywall and concrete. The gym was good and had enough equipment for a good workout.

Noise, thin walls, loud closing doors, no coffee in common area early in the morning. Although I did find the coffee in the room to be very good. The windows didn't open in room which makes sense, but they also didn't seal completely allowing street noise to feel like you were in the roadway. The water was not hot in the shower, more lukewarm. I did find a time when the water was hot it was at 1:30 A.M.

Location was great. Room was clean. Staff was friendly & helped out when requested. Room a/c turned on automatically so the room was always cool.

We did have to pay for public parking. I wish this fact was a bit more obvious when booking, cause the site mostly mentioned valet. The cafe downstairs had hours that fit our schedule.

If I had any problem, stuff was always helpful and prompt to react. Bed was big and comfortable, apartment was clean. Pool on the rooftop looked so cool but due to rain we couldn’t enjoy it.

That it kinda is misleading. There is no parking at the hotel which you must purchase a valet parking spot. The room did not match the photos. For the price I expected a bigger room and at least a restroom with a door.

Terrible option to stay at. Booked this for a colleague from work UNDER HIS NAME and when he went to check in he was denied the check in as apparently my name was on the booking. This is not correct as I made sure his name was in the booking so he wouldn't have any issue checking in (As I have done before without issue) They use a facial recognition check in process that just makes no sense to me at all. My colleague was calling me to try get some help but I am in Europe so I was asleep while he was trying to checkin, an absolute mess. Obviously my colleague had to then book another room on the spot (for a higher price) and I have been trying to get a refund for days and I still havent got it.... why am I having to waste my precious time now having to chase this refund when IT WASNT MY FAULT HE WASNT ALLOWED CHECK IN... do not recommend this hotel to anybody, save yourself a hassle and book elsewhere. First and last time booking here.

La struttura si trova in downtown LA, a non molta distanza dalla stazione Metro Center che permette di raggiungere tutti gli angoli della metropoli. Presenti nelle vicinanze anche luoghi per mangiare (tutte le fasce di prezzo) e un supermercato (Whole Foods). L’hotel si trova in un edificio storico ed è ristrutturato. Il personale è cortese e disponibile e si è adoperato per risolvere brillantemente un inconveniente al check in. La stanza è spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort, pulitissima. Tra le “chicche” anche the e caffè in camera, maschere per il viso e saponi/balsamo/creme corpo fantastici! Disponibile anche bellissimo rooftop bar e piscina all’ultimo piano.

Peccato che le finestre siano poco isolanti, si sente bene il rumore della strada… per ovviare al problema, la struttura fornisce tappi per le orecchie, che funzionano bene!

Newly renovated art-deco building on Broadway in Downtown LA. Modern paint schemes while accentuating the MCM architecture. Furnishings are artsy but functional and security is top notch. And for you art lovers, there’s a Bansky right across the street.

Well, and I’m solely attributing this to my special rate through Booking, I requested a balcony room - the room itself was delightful! And balcony is old style Ne York metal with a small round table and two chairs. What didn’t I like? The fact that I was placed on the 3rd floor and the view from my entire balcony was blocked by the only billboard on the block. I didn’t complain but did mention that I assumed I was given that room due to my Booking reservation. The very polite front desk attendant actually admitted it through a slight nod. It was still a very comfortable stay.

Zimmerqualität wurde übertroffen. Tip-top sauber, sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Rooftopbar super, wie auch der Pool auf dem Dach. Die Bar ist top ausgestattet und die Barkeeper kennen sich sehr gut aus - Preise sind für die Cocktails ebenfalls in Ordnung. Lage in Downtown sehr zentral - alles gut erreichbar.

Stayed here for my husbands birthday and the staff left my husband a birthday card and some snacks and a small bottle of champagne. Really enjoyed the ameneties the hotel had to offer. Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again. The room was big and spacious and the bed was so comfotable. Loved the color scheme and all the decor throught the hotel. There is rooftop bar/club that my husband and I really enjoyed. The coffee shop downstairs had really great coffee.

Not being able to control the AC. It seems the AC was set at 74 degrees which is not bad at all but at times I wish i was able to lower the temperature and was unable to.

I would say to be honest the only thing I liked about this place would probably be that there was a 24 hour Mexican restaurant open on the side but other than that I couldn’t recommend this place

I paid for a certain room and when I got there, they told me the room that I paid for it was not available so they upgraded my room which I thought would be an amazing compensation for what happened I get to the room. They gave me the air conditioner does not work then I let them know so I left for about an hour and I went back and they put a air conditioner in the window, which made no difference so then they gave me to another room. That was a dark room where the air conditioner took about six hours to kick in fully as well, and they still put another air conditioner in the window plus the room has such bad humidity that all of the bedding was very wet to the touch. The mini fridge that they provide did not have any button to cool it down so the mini fridge was so hot the shower in the restroom. The faucet fell off when you tried to use it. They couldn’t figure out how to get the right temperature on the shower. So ya Customer service was good. That’s all. I could probably say that was a positive for myself. I will never be taken recommendation from a Instagram post because I felt duped!!!

自分が行く予定のライヴ会場と同じ建物でとても便利だった。すぐ近くに、品揃えは最低限だけど24時間営業の売店もあって飲み物や軽食を買えるのがありがたかった。スタッフさんも親切で、質問メールなどもすぐに返信があった。部屋には洗面台が2つあって、同行者と同時に身支度できるのもよかった。

シャワーが天井に固定されているタイプなので、使いづらかった。お湯の温度調整ができないのも残念だった。（自分の部屋は水に近いぬるま湯しか出なかった。）

隣の劇場目的だったのでとにかく近くて便利だった！スタッフも不安にならないようにとても親切にしてくれた

The room was very spacious. The bed was big enough for 2 people. This is definitely a convenient location, I was going for Anime Expo and concerts close by. It was around 6 minutes from Los Angeles Convention Center by car so it's great for any events there. There was also a few places to eat nearby with great value. I also convenience of the using your phone to unlock the door.

The shower was a bit weird, the water at most was barely warm and I prefer nearly hot water. I think if you care about the look of the ceiling, that may be a deal breaker (it didn't matter to me too much).

I stayed at the hotel for $600 a night, but was automatically charged an additional $150 for damages because a picture frame on the wall was broken. I clearly informed the staff that I was not responsible for the damage. However, they unilaterally pushed the charge through, claiming that since the hotel wasn't at fault either, I have to pay.

I had a very good stay in Stile. The room was big, very comfortable bed. Staff were very gentle. The rooftop was also a very pleasant area to enjoy a drink and see the iconic theaters buildings located in the Broadway Avenue.

It’s beautiful and feels safe.

The margarita at the bar was a bit underwhelming for the price I paid, I believe the tajin was also old or had been sitting for a minute same with the mix.

didn't receive the room i booked - i booked a room with a bathtub and the entire reason for my visit was to relax in the bath. there's no staff onsite and no instructions for how to reach someone. the rooms are nice and very clean and the location is perfect. there isn't so much as a soda in the room, though, so bring a snack and drink if you're going to get hungry or thirsty and want more than tap water.

The room was newly renovated that combines a retro and modern feel. I also loved the Korean bath products and face masks in the rooms; along with the slippers it made me feel pampered.

Mix of smoking and non smoking. The hallway to our non smoking room smelled like an old Vegas hotel from the baked in cigarette smoke.

The staff here are exceptional. Beds are extremely comfy, rooms are very clean and modern. TV connects to all apps such as Netflix, YouTube, etc. the check-in online was really easy to use and when we arrived it was lovely to have the codes already and just walk to our room. The rooftop bar and pool area are a great way to wind down after a busy day touring. Location is great and we never had an issue with loud noises, disturbance. Laundry facilities are fantastic and so easy to use. The Gym is fully equipped and in excellent condition - everything is spotless there. Big shoutout to all staff again who are amazing at their job. They are a credit to this hotel. Well done!!

The room was unacceptable and we were disappointed with the presentation. We did NOT stay. The carpet was dirty and it smelled like they had sprayed or fumigated with a strong deodorizer (this affected my asthma). The carpet was a yellowish/green with stains and the sofa was old and stained.The ceiling was cemented concrete beams no ceiling; no air conditioning. The bed looked like a futon; no sheets or comforter available; the bathroom had no door. My husband went down to request another room which looked exactly the same. I was so upset I didn’t take pictures. Instead I was on the phone with Hilton trying to get another reservation at a proper hotel. The concerns were discussed with management. Since, we only walked into the room to be disappointed and didn’t not stay - we REQUESTED a refund. We had paid for early check in at 1pm. Management said she would attempt to get us a refund; it was early enough to make it available to another party. Reason for room decor was gothic The only reason we selected this hotel was because it was suggested close to the fashion district. The hotel was not worth the money we lost; because they did not give us a refund. The check in process was a stressful process. Having check in virtually was a hassle. I would not recommend this hotel. When you have gone top tier hotels 10 minutes away for less money as well.

La ducha no tenía separación de la cama, yo iba con una amiga y no tenía intimidad la ducha, una tenía que darse vuelta. El suelo era alfombrado y se sentía algo de mal olor. y el ruido de la calle era importante. muy poca iluminación para la noche.
