It was a little away from the main attraction. Walking is not possible, a 10min tuktuk was however available

The lift is too small, the corridors are narrow and dark even there're automactic lighting but not sufficient. Room has no opened window and balcony

very run down property, ac didn’t work very well and the room doors often needed a few tries to close properly. the photos are dated, rooms could use an update.

Just a fantastic hotel. My favorite place to stay when traveling to Phnom Penh.

The staff were lovely and the location was very good, lots around to do. It was very good value for money.

The hotel was quite dated and looked like it needed either a deep clean or renovation. A lot of the advertised amenities were not open and the bathroom was not as clean as we hoped.

La habitación es amplia, cama grande y cómoda. Tiene cafe en la habitación. Baño con mampara. Buena ubicación.

La entrada no es muy visible hasta que no estás muy cerca. El servicio de traslado al aeropuerto no lo usé por ser muy caro. Por la mañana encontré una cucaracha muerta en el baño.

La ubicación está muy bien, un área tranquila, cerca de la avenida principal y con multitud de locales para comer. El personal muy acogedor y servicial.

Quizá la existencia de algunas crías de cucarachas, pero fue todo aceptable.

The room facilities do not match the price, the room is a bit small, there is no view, and the room did not feel fresh during my stay.

La localisation est bien, proche des lieux d’intérêt à pied ou en tuk tuk. Le lit était confortable

Wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas au début, on a informé le personnel et le problème a été réglé après 1 journée. Nous avons eu des petits cafards dans la chambre. Les parties communes sont sales et en très mauvaise état. Il n’y a pas de sauna et autres comme indiqué.

La localisation

Sale & personnel désagréable !! Ne ressemble plus du tout aux photos, du faux chic vétuste et mal entretenu. Je suis arrivée et ai trouvé 2 cafards dans la chambre, j’ai donc demandé d’annuler ma réservation que j’avais faite à peine 20 minutes plus tôt. La personne m’a fait un show théâtrale disant qu’il allait le donner une super chambre propre. J’ai gentiment refusé et demandé d’annuler mais ils n’ont jamais accepté. Je suis partie et n’ai jamais été remboursée, même en passant par booking.

Location: City Center, Room: Value for money, 7-11 just next door, Convenient.

with that price, you cannot complain too much. Value for money

Overall it’s a good place to stay. We were just passing by that night, so we weren’t really looking for location or any other specific requests. We can’t really say much to that extend.

Photos don’t really show what you’re getting. We had just a single night in Phnom Penh and we basically chose the hotel because of the room advertised.

Away from the main street. Staff friendly. Hallway lights not permanently on and triggered by sensors.

The place was run down. Photos are old or photoshopped/enhanced. VIP rooms have a spa bath but no seperate shower so the whole bathroom was wet when showing. Lots of bugs including cockroaches. Needed lights in the stairways. Air con old and room never really cooled down.

Slabšia lokalita, neboli v cene raňajky a za príplatok slabý výber pre európskych turistov,na poschodí ošúchané koberce, vyzeralo to veľmi staro a zanedbane.

Accueil..on m'a demandé de revenir pour récupérer ma monnaie Le personnel de réception est désagréable Aucune norme de sécurité.. l'escalier de secours dans le noir Un couteau était posé au niveau du jaccuzi (sans eau)..si un enfant l'avait pris!!!!! La terrasse où normalement il doit y avoir un bar est en désordre (chaises qui traînent ) et très sale, avec des transats cassés Chaînes de TV avec de la neige Mensonges sur booking : pas de bar..pas de jaccuzi opérationnel..pas de petit-déjeuner

The hotel was Central to such an extent that moving about to restaurants, gym, etc was close enough that a quick walk felt more Han comfortable

I actually wanted to test the gym and bath area, but was under reconstruction at the time of stay - Not a negative, I believe my timing was just right as to the reconstruction

The bathroom came with a bath however the shower attachment wasn’t great if you’re slightly taller as the stand was a short height and further away from the wall

Not the cleanest hotel, Spa area is still out of order, after many years. Sometimes the WiFi was slow.

The room i had after night 1, was much better. I was taken care of by Ms Sreyoun who really made sure that my stay was more comfortable after I was initially given a room which wasnt quiet by another staff member.

I had asked for a quiet room and initially got a very noisy one at the front unfortunately for me.

Nous étions une équipe d'amis avec 5 chambres . Le problème c'est que pour ceux qui étaient logés au 3ie étage , le bruit de la ventilation était insoutenable la nuit et donc sommeil perturbé et pas de petit dejeuner continental autour de l'hôtel
