Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Based on the price we paid, the breakfast is fantastic. Recommend to those who wish to have budget stay with breakfast included. Walking distance to Surabaya Mall and Alun-Alun, also Gubeng station (less than 1KM).
Overall, nothing to complain except the room setup is a little bit run down like bathroom, bed and floor.

Hotel policy requires a 200k cash deposit at check in, which is a bit disappointing when it’s your last day and you are stuck afterwards with that cash. But a minor issue, you can spend it in the airport

No limpiaron la habitacion, ni cambiaron las sabanas antes de entrar, por lo que tuvieron que reubicarnos con las molestias que supuso. Tampoco hablaban en ingles bien, por lo que fue dificil entendernos. El desayuno no esta pensado para europeos. The room hadn't been cleaned or the sheets changed before we arrived, so we had to be moved to another room, which was a hassle. They didn't speak English well either, making communication difficult. The breakfast isn't designed for European tastes.

Wenn ich das Licht und Lüftung im Badezimmer anmachte, roch es teils nach Zigarettenrauch. Die Badezimmertür war etwas defekt, als ich die Tür ganz zu machte, brachte ich sie fast nicht mehr auf.

Quelqu’un a passer l’aspirateur à 1h du matin pendant au moins 15/20 minutes ce qui était très dérangeant pour dormir . À partir de 6h20 du matin beaucoup de bruit du Personel pour préparer le petit déjeuner , notre chambre étant à coter de la cuisine et de la salle à manger c’était très bruyant … Quand nous sommes arrivé au petit déjeune à 8h30 il n’y avais plus de sucré, on nous a dit qu il fallait venir plus tôt alors que le petit déjeune fini à 10h

The rooms are poorly cleaned, and that bothers me a lot. The walls are dirty, which is annoying when the bed is against the wall. The floor is dirty, there's hair all over it, and the sheets have lots of yellow stains. I sincerely think it needs a good cleaning.

Das 1. Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Besser ein Luxuszimmer buchen!

Manque d'insonorisation, un groupe de jeunes faisait beaucoup de bruits jusque tard dans la nuit. Pas de frigo ni de rangement dans la chambre.
