The bed looked made, but the sheets clearly had not been changed and smelled like the previous guest. The bathroom was also very dirty, and there was only one bathroom for around 20 people. Since the room is shared with many people, there was almost always someone making noise, which made it difficult to sleep.

Personalet er rigtig søde og hjælpsomme! Lokationen er rigtig god. Sengen er behagelig. Dejlig roligt inde i doorm, selvom der er plads til 30 senge. Dejligt at lyset er nedtonet,når man skal sove. Varmt vand. Fri vand.

Låsene virkede ikke, så ikke muligt at få låst sine ting inde. Jeg kunne sætte mine værdigenstande i receptionen - heldigvis. Der er kun 1 toilet og 1 bruser pr etage (til 30 senge). Dog er der 4 toiletter og brusere på level 4. MEN! Mens jeg var der virkede 2 ud af 4 af disse brusere ikke. Og heller ikke alle toiletter. Toiletterne og brusere trænger til renovering. Flere af dem ser utiltalende ud pga slitage. Det kunne være rart med et lille spejl og en mere knage inde i kapslen. Får de lavet de ting, kan jeg godt anbefale stedet, for det er et dejligt sted for et par nætter.

The bed felt really private

There was only one bathroom on 2/3 floors with rooms, each floor had 30 bed dorms on them, wasn’t even told there was extra bathrooms on the 4th floor only found it by mistake the day I was leaving. The lockers didn’t work.

Only stayed there for one night. Overall I had a good stay. Good location as it’s close to the train station. Staff was very nice. Check in process was smooth and easy.

Broken tap and broken hose in the shower. WiFi was very weak.

Great location if you’re catching a train to or from Gubeng station. About a 3 minute walk to the station. The bunks offer nice privacy, and it’s quiet. Staff is very nice.

The bathrooms are disgusting. Always wet, smelly. There is only 1 per floor but that wasn’t the issue for me. Also the breakfast is a joke. It’s just bread and butter…

駅から近い。 ジョグジャカルタから列車で移動し、23時発のプロム山ツアーまでのあいだの７時間、休息のために利用しました。そのことを伝えると、下のベッドを割り当ててくれて助かりました。

ヘアドライヤーがなく、受付でのレンタルもできず困りました。

Very good value for the price. Easy and simple. Always found a free shower upstairs. Good matcha spread for breakfast. Friendly and nice staff.

La struttura è sporca e non curata, in più non funzionano i locker per gli zaini e l’aria condizionata é a palla, temperature glaciali da farti ammalare. C’è un solo bagno e una doccia per piano, in più non separati (su un piano ci sono 30 persone).

Bien situé près de la gare. Litterie propre.

Une salle de bain par étage c’est beaucoup trop peu. De plus les casiers étaient cassés donc aucun espace de rangement disponible.

Seulement une douche / toilette pour tout un dortoir c’est dégoûtant et le seul était une véritable mer d’eau Quelqu’un s’est endormi dans mon lit, j’ai demandé à changer de chambre et dans le lit deuxième lit qu’on m’a arrribué les draps étaient encore sale de la personne précédente

Las camas cómodas, intimidad. Una buena opción para pasar una noche entre vuelos o de paso.

Solo había un baño por planta (retrete y ducha en el mismo espacio) y éramos en cada planta aproximadamente 20 personas.

I was extremly satisfied. The bathroom situation wad quite ok. If somebody occupied it there was always a chance to go one floor up or down to another bathroom. Price is extremly good for what you get

Lockers are not working, but it's ok. They have cameras and see if somebody trys to steal your stuff.

Lovely staff, very helpful. Beds are really comfortable. The capsules felt like my own space. As already mentioned before, only 1 bathroom for a lot of people, but it wasnt an issue for me

One toilet and shower room that's combined per floor. Doors of more than 20 people with one bathroom is crazy. Very noisy all night from people but also the building was like sleeping in a construction zone.

If you only want to stay for a night its perfect. The Location is top, i choosed it because its near to the Train Station. For breakfast you get coffee or tea + toast with butter. If you like to have cheese and ham inside you have to buy it at the market.

There are only one Toilete and shower on the floor. The bedsheets seemed not fresh. The Dormroom is really big, there are around 30 beds. The People come and go at different times and they are very loud so i woke up every hour.

Premium facilities but unfortunately many are damaged, perhaps due to high occupancy, so it would be a shame if they were not sold (made out of order for repairs)

Only one toilet and shower on each floor, which are shared by up to 30 people. Otherwise it was okay. For breakfast there was only 2 slices of bread for me to eat. (unlucky I guess). Place does its job, an affordable place to stay while transiting through Surabaya, especially since I was leaving by train, and the train station was a 10min walk away.

Very affordable for one night. Staff were very friendly and helpful - just a shame the property brings them down.

Our bed in the dorm was very dirty (lots of hairs and stains) - this is the first time I’ve ever complained about the cleanliness of a hostel in 3 months. We upgraded to a private room for £3 which was better but very basic and small but it did the job. The breakfast included is extremely basic (bread, butter and chocolate sprinkles with a toastie machine)?!

The ground staff are friendly and they provide morning breakfast and drinking water

1 bathroom for 30 people which makes it embarrassing also it's very short at least they need to provide 2 separate bathrooms. Secondly lights don't have protective layers so eyes are hurting because of heavy light. They provide a storage locker but no keys.

The receptionist was incredible. One way funny, respectable and blessed ❤️👏🏾

Worst decision to stay in this place. It was only one night (luckily) but the place was dodgy, gray and moldy. The pictures they show are like from 20 years ago. When I arrived they told me I was in a 30 people room, and inside the capsule the curtain was full of mold and the smell was really bad.  Also, the lockers didn't work and everyone was taking their belongings within the capsule as if it was a jail. Terrible experience, please avoid this place

Only one bathroom per too many people and (at this time) no personal lockers. You could put valuables to the reception though.

Checking in takes ages. They advertise with having lockers but they dont work. They expected me to put my valuable stuff just on my bed. I told them i am not comfortable leaving my valueable stuff like that. They offered me no solution other than upgrading to a private room (which i had to pay additionally for). Also the place is dirty and not cleaner properly.

Strategic location, worth money,

24-hour front desk, which allowed me to check out early (near midnight) for the Mt Bromo sunrise tour. Convenient location; ~30 minutes taxi ride from the airport.

The lockers were faulty, none were working. There were some mosquitoes in the sleeping area, my sleeping pod was on the 2nd level. The toilets got dirtier as the evening wore on (1 floor sharing 1 toilet); would recommend using it as early as possible to freshen up.
