1 elevator not working at all/had to walk up 28 floors to our room as we didn’t want to wait upwards of a half hour for elevator. Need staff elevators at this property as well as a fix for the elevator that is always out of order.

Hotel was clean , people were nice and friendly you have tea and coffee available 24/7 at the reception which is a massive plus

Breakfast was terrible but I did expect that so that’s ok The good thing was the waffle

Séjour assez décevant, principalement à cause des ascenseurs. Ils sont très souvent en panne : au mieux, seulement 2 sur 3 fonctionnent, et parfois un seul. Il y a énormément de monde qui attend pour monter ou descendre, avec parfois presque 30 minutes perdues à chaque déplacement. La salle du petit déjeuner est également très mal aménagée et beaucoup trop petite par rapport au nombre de clients. Il est difficile de trouver une place pour s’asseoir et le choix du petit déjeuner reste assez modeste. Les chambres sont aussi vieillissantes et auraient besoin d’une bonne rénovation. Dans notre chambre, la douche fonctionnait mal et il y avait des fuites d’eau. L’emplacement peut être intéressant, mais plusieurs améliorations importantes sont nécessaires pour offrir une expérience à la hauteur.

Gusto ad ascensore ha rallentato un po' troppo l'utilizzo, la colazione era poco ricca con posate e piatti di carta. A 500 euro a notte meritiamo di più!

The elevator went out of service and therefore we couldn’t go up to the roof top and we had to walk down 17 floors because everything was backed up

We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go. It was very close to Times Square, but there was no noise or heavy traffic to interfere with our peaceful stay. The breakfast was a great plus, and all the staff were excellent!

The elevator was a problem during the morning breakfast rush hour, stopping at almost every other floor, and was crowded. The cleaning staff shared the same elevator, which made it much worse.

Posizione molt9 comoda, vicino alla metro ed a Time Square. Vista della camera incredibilmente aperta almeno dalle camere dei piani alti sul retro. Dimensioni della canera molto generose.

I letti matrimoniali non sono abbastanza grandi per 2 adulti. Gli ascensori sono 3 e nei momenti di punta, quale la colazione, capita di attendere molto e ci può stare, purtroppo venivano occupati anche dal perosnale di pulizia e questo dovrebbe essere gestito in altro orario sia per non occupare gli ascensori, sia perché la pulizia della camera non può esser fatta alle 9;30/10;00.

Hrup iz mesta, tudi v 30 nadstropju, morda potrebna menjava. Zajtrk zelo osnoven, predvsem pa je bila zelo velika gneca.

Gute Lage direkt neben Times Square und U-Bahn. Zimmer genügend gross. Freundliches Personal.

Das Frühstück ist stark verbesserungswürdig. Es hat keine frischen Dinge wie z.B. Früchte, und die Qualität der Lebensmittel hat uns nicht überzeugt. Zudem ist die Anzahl Sitzplätze zu gering für die Anzahl Gäste. Schockiert hat uns aber vor allem, dass beim Frühstück ausschliesslich Wegwerfteller und Plastikbesteck angeboten werden. Dadurch wird jeden Tag eine unglaubliche Menge Müll produziert. Wir finden das absolut nicht zeitgemäss. Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltschutz scheinen keinerlei Wichtigkeit zu haben.

I asked for a room with a good view, the staff gave room on 25th floor and the view was great. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

I didnt find mini refrigerator at the room. In general I used to see in most of the hotels.

The location was perfect! Nice breakfast, but the staff were so friendly and welcoming. When we checked in, they gave us a choice of soda and a snack!

Limpieza justa, no limpian bien de un día a otro, desayuno malísimo y nada saludable (nada de variedad) y con olores malísimos en la sala de desayuno (peste a fritura) y casi ni asientos para sentarse a comer. Platos y vasos de papel y cubiertos de plástico. Cuando pedimos que nos rellenaran el jabón para una habitación de 4 que acabaron de limpiar nos miraron mal y no lo hicieron. La ducha es antigua y no tiene demasiada presión. No volvería a ir y definitivamente no vale lo que cuesta.

Totally forgot to write a review for this place but went in Feb 2024. My first time in NY but my wife has been a few times and said the room size is good for a NY apartment. Staff weee helpful and friendly and breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable etc. Wpuld defo come back.

Great time, rooms were very nice. Location is fantastic.

Everything was great! We were greeted, given our room early and always treated so good. Joseph, Eddie, Rakhib and Rebecca made sure we were always taken care of. Definitely felt as though the employees went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! Free Breakfast was nice too:) If considering a hotel in a great location, this is a top choice.

The perfect location, and nice size room we didn't not feel closed in.

I did not have a refrigerator in the room or a Microwave which I was told I would have. Also the hotel charged my card twice and now I have to dispute it to get my money back.

Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, and thankful (particularly the kids) for the morning free breakfast. Rebecca was a friendly surprise who provided me some travel pro tips as well.

The value. I pre booked and paid online and once I arrived I realized it was not worth the money I was paying. I asked for them to cancel the reservation but they wouldn’t.

Hampton Inn Central is a fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is the only hotel we stay in when in NYC. It is clean, welcoming, and convenient. A special shout out to Adrian, Brian, and Joseph for going above and beyond to help make our stay even better!

The hotel is amazing! We come back here every time we visit New York. The rooms are comfortable, the food is great, the location is perfect, and the staff is wonderful. Claire is incredibly kind and absolutely lovely!

There were some times that 1-2 of the 3 elevators were down which made it difficult to get to the lobby from the room because the elevator would be full every time it stopped, but within a day all 3 were back in service.
