The size of the room

I loved seeing that there was heaps of room on the property, and in the house. And the toys as well my son loved playing with them and I didn’t need to bring as much luggage for toys. Loved that it was easy to get in contact if we needed anything.

There’s wasn’t anything not to love/like it was a beautiful place, only thing we thought about was were the staff parked was seen right into where we were staying. Other than that nothing was not to like.

Peaceful and quiet! Well appointed 3 bedroom house with absolutely everything supplied for our stay.

Excellent location. Not in the Main Street of town - but only 4 mins drive from it, which was perfect for us as we don’t like to be right in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but we still like to be close enough to go out to eat. Gorgeous property. Incredibly peaceful and quiet. The hosts take great pride in it and you can tell. They are beautiful and friendly and were available for anything we needed. Villa was huge, plenty of room for a couple. Big comfy bed and a private hot tub. Enormous bathroom. Everything was clean and the villa was beautifully decorated and brought a sense of calm. Everything we needed was provided. Well equipped kitchen to cook. Free parking directly outside. They also have massages and a day spa onsite, which unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to enjoy, but next time I will.

The cottage is really spacious and really well set up for having a family. Its a lovely lay out with great veiws !! We also loved that there were toys for our young kids.

Warm welcome on arrival. 3 bedroom cottage was warm, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our young kids loved the stay too and were well catered for with toys, games, animals and playground. Exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful host and great value for money at this retreat. We enjoyed the day spa massage and the homeliness of the place.

Place was stunning to stay at. Lots of outdoor activities for the kids. Absolutely loved it

The couches could definitely do with an upgrade as they are uncomfortable and some sort of extra heating for the rooms but other than that, excellent

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, beautiful location. The sauna in the room was excellent and simple to use with the clear instructions.

Sadly there were very loud cows in a near by paddock so it was a very sleepless night.

Het verblijf was perfect tot in de kleinste details. De privé hot tub in de eigen tuin was precies de reden om deze accommodatie te kiezen. Fantastisch!

The unit is very large inside and out with a feeling of luxury and spaciousness. The bathroom is huge and there is a spa bath outside for your use. It is in a very quiet and scenic part of Hanmer Springs but close to all the attractions.

Could have had more crockery, cutlery and sharp knives. Freezer needed to be defrosted.

We are welcomed with a personalised sign and the heater on, which was lovely when it was so cold outside. The house is clean and homey beds were comfortable, all amenities we needed were supplied.

A dryer would have been useful but the clothes airer with the heater on worked well to dry clothes. Photos can be deceiving, we were expecting access to a spa and sauna but these were seperate

We were even spoiled with Netflix, a luxurious spa, and a coffee pod machine—literally, everything you could ask for. The tranquility here is unmatched—there’s no noise, just the peaceful sounds of birds in the morning, all framed by a breathtaking mountain view. We feel incredibly lucky to have found accommodation that ticked every box, plus the added bonus of spa treatments, a yoga room, and more. The therapist were amazing and very knowledgeable about their offerings. If you have the opportunity to experience this exceptional place, I highly recommend it. A cd selection for the cd player

Area was quiet in a residential location 5 minutes out of Hanmer Springs shopping precinct. Hot tub was a bonus.

Premises were getting a little tired with unnecessary level of space that could have been better laidout. Kitchen facilities for someone who like to cook were adequate at best, but lacking in some areas. Lounge furniture was uncomfortable & furnishings were tired or an afterthought in some areas.

The accommodation was perfect for revitalizing after a tramp. It was clean, well appointed and spacious. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Very tranquil surroundings. Owners went above and beyond with their service by mailing an item that we left behind. Facilities in the house were more than adequate.

Hot pool towels available in the house as when going on holiday you don’t usually pack towels.

Great sized house for a young family. Loved the decks on both sides of the house to utilize when weather or sun moves. Great addition with the hammock and both baby and toddler loved the toys! Trampoline and the hens were a hit too

The bed we spept in wasn't the most comfortable and the curtains in the bedroom very light so sun woke me early

A very comfortable stay, while tea/coffee facilities were listed dinner and glassware was also provided which facilitated small meals/snacks in the room. Despite the chilly conditions the room was very warm and comfortable. Also enjoyed a very relaxing massage and. of course, visits to the hot springs. Can also highly recommend restaurant and bar No 31.

The apartment had a beautiful big bedroom with ensuite bathroom and great pressure shower. There were basic condiments in the kitchen like cooking oil etc and coffee pods along with lovely herbal teas. The lounge was large and warm. The property had ample heating and cooling. The outdoor area with spa and loungers was fabulous.

Hosts are amazing, the garden and plants around. Amazing location. Loved their passion for no nasty chemicals and enjoyed the Ecostore products in the house. Comfy beds and spacious super clean space, the house has absolutely everything.

The villa is beautifully presented, with spa pool and outside lounges. The accommodation was comfortable warm the bed was gigantic and we would gladly go back again.

The bathroom tiles will slippery and didn't feel safe. We couldn't get the coffee machine going.

Loved the sauna and view of the hills

Beautifully presented room, the views over the garden were lovely. Large bathroom, bed was very comfortable along with the robe and slippers. The sauna in the room was great.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Hosts are lovely. Beautiful peaceful surroundings. We had an amazing massage. Would definitely go back.

Beds were a little firm for us

Loved that it was in such a beautiful, quiet location, and i enjoyed the opportunity to use the spa pool in the evening, and do some star gazing! The villa was really nice and warm, and I'm very happy the bed had an electric blanket on it! I also enjoyed the opportunity to take advantage of the winter massage special as an in-house guest

We absolutely loved our overnight stay here! The 3 bedroom cottage is spacious and cosy and has all the basic necessities and more! The big heater in the living areas was put on before our arrival so it was nice and warm when we arrived, and we certainly appreciated the electric blankets and oil heaters in the bedrooms as well. We also were pleasantly surprised to find out about the breakfast options and really enjoyed our breakfast dining experience before check out. We will 100% come back again when more time allows so that we can try out the amazing sounding day spa options too, thank you Adela and Jan!

So clean! Great facilities and plenty of space for a family. Close enough to Hanmer shops but far enough away that you feel secluded and peaceful

Very welcoming on arrival. Staff were so lovely. The spa was amazing loved coming home and getting up in the cooler mornings jumping in and having a soak. Had the most amazing Indian head massage reccommed having a spa treatment while visiting

The lounge suite was very uncomfortable along with the chair definitely needs replacement. We found the bed hard but that's a personal choice. The size was amazing

The energy was so peaceful in a beautiful setting with gorgeous trees (unfortunately blocks the mountain views and a lot of the afternoon sun) but still a beautiful property. Lovely clean comfortable cottage. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and very welcoming to my pupper. And I had an amazing massage with gorgeous hot oils and hot stones.

Not much privacy with the see through curtains and would be cool to have the backyard fenced off for puppers to have a wee outdoor space without being on a lead.
