There was no shower curtain and the tub did not drain very well. Fortunately we didn't shower much as we were swimming often.

Very clean, quiet,comfortable bed, friendly staff at the front desk, within 10 minute walking distance from the South Okanagan Event Centre.

We liked the parking. Room was air conditioned. Nice bed and shower. Fridge and coffee okay. The pool wad fun. Barbecues anf tables.

Traffic makes it hard to walk around.

I paid through booking.com and when I arrived they charged me 200 as I had my dog which booking.com knew. Upon checkout the gentleman said they made a mistake and owed me 142 dollars back but was unable to do it on machine so said he would email it. I waited 3 hours nothing, called them he said give him 10 minutes. I sent a message to the property and got no reply. It’s been almost 9 hours from the time I checked out and still haven’t heard or received anything.

The room size we had was fantastic for our family of 5. The pool and courtyard was a great space to get together with family and relax. The flowers around the property were a nice touch. AC pumped cold air very well. Good parking.

The shower, hot was cold and cold was hot (just a simple plumbing issue). The dishes were dusty and some of them were sticky feeling. Having an extra roll of tp in the room would have been helpful. All simple problems that were very easily fixed.

The hotel is well kept, all of the facilities are very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The courtyard is very nice, with many tables and lounges to sit. The pool was clean and great for a dip on a hot day. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Finally, the location cannot be beat! It is walking distance to the beach, downtown and the canal. We had a wonderful stay!

The place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a dog on the loose that repeatedly escaped from another guest’s room, which made us feel uncomfortable, especially with our two young children. Unfortunately, the behaviour of some of the other occupants also made it difficult for us to feel comfortable and enjoy our stay as a family.

I really love the fact of the location how close it is to the beach. And I really like the pool

I think it is extremely overpriced for what you get. We stayed here over 7 years ago and rooms have not been updated. They were mediocre then and I feel they were very mediocre now . The whole place needs a good deep clean . We had a couple of light bulbs that were burnt out. The doors didn't close properly and the inside of the suite. Personally, I feel like they should have been priced at about $200 a night, not $380. I understand we are going at peak time however I don't know if we will stay here again on our next stay to Penticton. The staff are all very friendly. I have nothing bad to say about them. I just don't think it's great value for your money.

WE LOVED THE ACCESS TO THE SUITE FROM THE PARKING LOT AND THEN FROM SUITE TO THE POOL AREA. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL EQUIPPED AND THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMIDATING AND GOT US EVERYTHING WE NEEDED QUICKLY. A/C WORKED WELL.

WOULD LIKE TO SEE A FLOOR LEVEL SUITE WITH A BEDROOM AND AN EXTRA BED IN LIVING AREA (NOT A PULL OUT)

Ch ckin went well. I thought i had bookeda room with two beds but it was only one. It is a motel and noise is expected. We were really tired and the bed was very comfortable.

Convenient location, Nice facility, well priced

Staying in a new renovated family hotel room. We were missing a kettle and toaster and they provided them quickly. The pool is around the corner. The beach is a quick walk. We are close to Tim's, Booster juice, etc. Great value for what you pay.

It met expectations and suited my needs

The family room was great for 4 ladies to share Beds good and so was the pull out couch

No sugar or creamer packs for the coffee that was supplied in the room.

Not much staff was rude and hard to understand . Charge $174 for my dogs that I didn't even bring to the room. White towels were charged because spilt coffee had to clean up .

rooms did not have a coffee maker unlike being included in the room amenities when I made the reservations. There also no glasses or cups in the rooms so it was not possible to get a drink of water.

Price was acceptable for type of room. Knew that breakfast was not included.

Checked out at 8.40am but office lobby was locked. Information to ring the bell at door, no answer. Letter box at door but looked just like a shelf, not an actual drop box. Did not leave room cards as too accessible for anyone. Beds not overly comfortable. Cheaper price so ok for a one night stay.

I have stayed several times in the last two years, it is family owned and managed by new owners, nothing fancy but the rooms are clean and Harv and Raj very friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms, we had a suite and it’s a great size room, bed was comfy it had kitchen utensils and nice size fridge. It’s right beside the Penticton event centers and across the road is a bowling/ mini golf arcade. The front desk fellow we talked to was awesome and was very understanding when we asked to checkout half hour late.

Nothing to note was bad at all.

Easy parking

Management refused to answer door bell or phone to get into lobby to check in, didn’t get the room I booked because management refused to come check me in, instead giving me a lock box code. Pretty disappointed to say the least.

Pool Parking Bed comfortable Location

Bed was very comfortable. Courtyard with pool was attractive though we did not use it. Location is excellent, easy to find, close to downtown, plenty of fast food places and other services nearby. Checkin/out well handled.

Room and bathroom small, furniture other than the bed is old and a bit shoddy.

Loved the room, cleanliness, pool and friendly staff.

On our last night here, we wanted to enjoy sitting outside by the pool. But there were hoards of kids screaming in the pool and running around screaming outside of the pool, as well as running around & screaming all over the second floor and this was at 10pm. It would've been nice if staff enforced the rules of the pool closing at 9:30pm, so that people could have had peace and quiet while sitting in that area; not to mention the people that are vacating the suites by the pool.

There were no security cameras in my area. Only one on the front property at the office. More security cameras are required for public safety, security, and comfort.

Charged us 200 for blood on sheets from my time of the month.. said they were pet friendly wanted my dogs to stay in kennel

I needed to book last minute accommodation and not only was it available late at night, but I was able to communicate with this facility as well as they were able to assist me with a contactless check in at quarter to midnight. Room was more spacious than expected and location was both quiet and convenient distance from the office. Very happy with all aspects of the stay

Very poor condition walls, sink in bath room (broken) , horrible cigarette smoke smell, cover of the bed was dirty. This property doesn’t related to any star hotel. It was written 3 stars and this is not true at all. This is level of entry level of Motel . Definitely not recommended.

The staff was very kind. I love when I’m allowed to have my service dog with me. But I never had to pay for it, this was the first time.

Bathtub was very slippery. Fell out and landed on the floor. Need something on the bottom of the bathtub. I could of been seriously hurt.

L’emplacement

Le descriptif ne correspond pas à la réalité. On nous a loué 2 appartements avec 2 chambres avec grands lits chacune alors que nous étions 3 ! Aucune négociation possible. Le tour de la piscine sale et pas fini . L’eau était froide.
