AHC Taksim Hotel-Special Class

Great location!

Good location close to Galata Tower and Taksim street. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. The breakfest a bit poor.

If you going to visit the hotel on the weekend from Friday to Sunday it's a big risk that you couldn't sleep till 2-3 a.m. because very loud music in the restaurant close to hotel. Keep this in mind when traveling with children.

Staff alla reception poco sorridente. Non mi è piaciuto che sia stato obbligato a pagare in contanti il pick-up per l’aeroporto (non fatturato, ovviamente).

La propreté et le personnel en particulier la dame qui nettoie les chambres.

L’eau potable n’est fournie que le premier jour. Aussi, le petit dej peu varié (la même chose tous les jours). Enfin, le prix initiale affiché sur booking avant la promo est exorbitant. Le prix promo devrait être le prix standard.

Услуга раннего заселения, на которую был расчет при выборе жилья, не была оказана, хотя я заранее писала, что приеду достаточно рано, но меня не предупредили, что возможно придется ждать. В ванной не хватает базовых элементов гигиенических, не ясно, почему это игнорируется администрацией, хотя не раз гости пишут об этом в отзывах. За 3 ночи ни разу не поменяли постельное белье, не мыли полы.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and spent 10 days here with my family. From the first day until checkout, the experience was very enjoyable. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which made us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay. One of the best things about this hotel is its fantastic location. It is close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was well maintained throughout our stay. The atmosphere was amazing, and the overall vibe of the hotel and surrounding area made our trip even more memorable. The only minor drawback was that we were three people sharing the room, so it felt a little small at times. However, this was a small issue and did not affect our overall experience. After spending 10 days here, I can confidently say that we had a great time. The combination of the excellent staff, outstanding location, cleanliness, and wonderful atmosphere made this a stay to remember. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The rooms are renewed, the location is good 10 mins away from takseem square and the staff are very friendly and supportive

The staff is nice and helpful

The rooms are dirty, with long black hair and a constant smell of sewage, along with mold in some places on the sealant. There are no towel hooks, so there's nowhere to hang them to dry. The breakfast leaves much to be desired; I recommend the restaurant across the street.

دفعت مبلغ إضافي لكي تكون الغرفه سريران تفاجأت وقت الوصول بعدم التوفر والإفطار محدود جدااااا والموقع تحيط فيه الحانات لا انصح بالحجز فيه وتعامل الاستقبال سيء

الموقع كان جيد جداً /الفطور مقبول نوعاً ما /التعامل كان بعض الموظفين كويسين وودودين والبعض الاخر لا للاسف بس بسكل عام مريح وممتع

Прекрасный отель, расположен недалеко от центра, при заселении разместили в номере более высокой категории. Ресторан при отеле имеет мишленовский значрк, кухня достойная. Рекомендую.

хотели выразить огромную благодарность всей команде отеля за наш потрясающий отдых! сервис на высоте: уборка каждый день, в номерах идеальный порядок. завтраки — это отдельный восторг, особенно с учетом того, что у ресторана отметка Michelin 2026. всё очень вкусно, а за обилие свежей и ароматной зелени (мята, укроп, петрушка, салат) — отдельное огромное спасибо! но самое главное — это люди. и в отеле, и в ресторане персонал невероятно дружелюбный, отзывчивый и приятный в общении. вы сделали наши выходные незабываемыми!

AHC Taksim is well located in the old town with all the modern comfort. breakfast buffet including turkish specialties . Merth was very helpful whenever I had any requests. surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants full of life . within walking distance ( while scrolling down the alleys full of antique shops, artisans, tearooms exc to the Bosphore tram and boatbus to many major tourist sites . I have stayed at AHC before and shall definitely stay again in the future.

Loved the location and the condition. The hotel was new and all finishes and furnishings was new and clean.

No pool. Breakfast needs alot of work. Cold meats and many items left open for flies to sit on. This was very off putting. We skipped many items that were left open because of that. Hot foods were very limited, not many options. No full length mirror in the room, only in bathroom.

He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. His outstanding hospitality and genuine kindness truly made a difference. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr modern. Vor allem das Frühstück war super und abwechslungsreich. Auch am Abend konnte man hervorragendes Essen bestellen. Die Lage war ebenfalls super. In der Straße gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Cafés weshalb es sehr belebt war. Bus und Tramverbindungen fussläufig zu erreichen. Super für einen Kurztrip.

Als einziges: Fenster sehr sehr hellhörig. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war leider aus einem Jacobs Automaten, der so gar nicht genießbar war.

Cleanliness - top notch. Perfect! Location - couldn't have asked for better. Very close to Taksim square, in the hip neighbourhood of Cihangir. Great restaurants on doorstep. Relatively easy access to transport links, Istiklal Street, Taksim Square, Galata tower and Galataport+ walking distance (if you like walking) from Dolmabhace palace, Galata bridge and a number of ferry terminals. Noise - did not hear a thing despite being on a relatively busy street. Decor - modern, functional interior, beautifully finished

Breakfast could be better. Hot options were not that great + quality of some ingredients could be better. Having said that, it did the job. Coffee needs to change though - please some good filter coffee, rather than machine option!

The hotel was exceptional and the best location so far. The entire staff was so kind and helpful. They would bring our orders during the night to our room even if it was too late. They also booked us taxis that helped us in enjoying our trip. I really want to thank all the staff for making our stay this amazing.
