Bed was a bit hard and air con noisy

Location was fantastic right on the canal, easy access to water taxis, gondolas, and restaurants. Easy walk over just one bridge from train station. Was perfect for us and they provided a mini fridge with some perfect drinks for us.

Trash boats were a little loud early morning.

Lovely old building, set right on the Main Street coming from the train station. Lots of good restaurants and bars near by and walking distance to water bus stops. The room was comfortable and clean, and the AC worked well.

Unfortunately having the scenic location of being right on the water came with near constant water way traffic. Beeps and horns and machinery loading and unloading, drop offs etc. The garbage boat parked directly outside our window making large amounts of noise from 6:30am until around 9:30am every day of stay which was incredibly disruptive for sleep.

Only stayed one night. Room was small but decent and clean.

Bed was a little firm for my liking but more or less what I've come to expect in Italy!

Wonderful location, and Anne old Palazina - great value and very friendly and welcoming hosts.

No coffee machine in the room. Ceiling for shower too low for shower. Loft convertion nice but a but low. About no breakfast included is negative but everywhere around has nice coffee shops.

Siamo spesso a Venezia e ci è sempre piaciuto il palazzetto angolare dove si trova la struttura. Appena l'abbiamo vista disponibile abbiamo prenotato. Bella struttura in palazzo d'epoca, con affacci piacevoli. Struttura pulita e ben collegata, vicina alla stazione ma in una zona carina anche la sera e abitata anche da gente del posto. Inoltre, la signora Rosy è stata un amore, sia nell'accoglienza ma ancora di più quando ci siamo salutati. Una donna di cuore che fa sentire a casa i clienti. Per non parlare poi del fatto che mettono a disposizione le cialde del caffè, acqua nel frigo bar e il prosecco in camera. Quando torneremo a Venezia sarà sicuramente la prima struttura che proverò a prenotare.

Musiały je wystawiać osoby które mieszkają we WSPÓŁCZESNYCH i bardzo nie drogich apartamentach, lub bardzo nieszczęśliwe które ZUPEŁNIE nie rozumieją architektury Wenecji🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Ja osobiście nie mogłam sobie wymarzyć wspanialszego powrotu do Włoch po 30 latach! 🤩Rosalia to anioł na ziemi - zostaliśmy ugoszczeni po królewsku! 🥰Kawa, herbata, napoje w cenie. Swobodna, domowa atmosfera. Możliwość wyprasowania ubrań. Dostępne liczne kosmetyki, udogodnienia w pokoju (łącznie z zapachem od komarów) Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Kameralne, pięknie utrzymane miejsce w którym czujesz się szanowanym gościem. Idealna i przepiękna lokalizacja. Rosalia- z całego serca dziękuję i zawsze będę Ci wdzięczna za Twoje ciepło, profesjonalizm i uśmiech 😊🙏🌺

Good location on the canal and not too far from the train station or the water taxi stops. Clean room and easy communication with staff who were friendly. Overall very happy with our stay

Not much of a canal view (only a slight view from one window on an angle). Bathroom fan could be stronger. Room decor feels a bit old however photos are accurate and it is good for the money you spend

Rosa ist eine mehr als freundliche liebe Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind so schön wie auf den Bildern bei Booking , Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt, Ausstattung der Zimmer war super. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder zu Rosa ins Palazzina Veneziana. Lage optimal für einen leider viel zu kurzen Aufenthalt in Venedig. Danke, Rosa!

Amazing view. Great working AC. Extremely clean room and bathroom. Located across the street from one of the best dinners I’ve ever had in my life. The staff was absolutely AMAZING!!! The best customer service we received in all of Italy.

I couldn’t get in when I arrived at 5.30pm. I was not told it was a guest house , not a hotel, until the day of my stay. I could not get up the stairs with my luggage due to my age and disability. I didn’t know I had to go up stairs until my day of arrival, I begged for help but was told it was a guest house so no one would be there. I told them I would have to fine somewhere else to stay and I needed a refund as they could not provide what was advertised. They didn’t care and offered no help. I found somewhere else to stay and one and a half hours after begging for help and after checking in elsewhere, they then told me someone would actually be there at 9pm and they could help me. It was all too late … I had already found accommodation with no stairs. They obviously have total disregard for Italian laws that state that age and disability discrimination are illegal.

The extremely cruel, disrespectful and unhelpful host. I have photos of the conversations.

Top locatie in een fijne wijk. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en meedenkend.

Iets zachtere kussens op de kamer zou wel fijn zijn en de airco werkt niet helemaal zoals het hoort. Kamer bleef rond de 25 °C.

The terrace was lovely

View from the room was absolutely incredible, photos don’t do it justice. Location was extremely convenient from the train station, and the room aesthetic was great, felt like I was in a movie set. They also allow you to store your bags!

FYI: these are all minor details as the room, view and location really made up for it all!! Air-conditioning didn’t work too well, and kettle needs replacing (handle gets extremely hot). Communication wasn’t the best - I messaged them through booking.com and they gave me a whatsapp no. to msg on, but no one responded to me on either platform - but all okay as it worked itself out when I got to the hotel.

The roof garden is not accessible. The room was tiny. The "garden view" was very dubious.

What a pleasant find for our quick trip to Venice! Wonderful location just 10 minutes from the Train stration, and right on the canal. Communication was wonderful and room was delightful. The complimentary drinks in the fridge were a lovely surprise, and the caretaker was lovely. It was also just a 2 minute walk to the water taxi to the airport. Highly recommend!

Set in a quieter side of the city but still within walking distance to St Marco, Rialto train station and restaurants. The rooftop balcony is a winner, with views down the canal and bridges. Our host was very on hand and quite delightful.

Not a hotel. Just a room to sleep and shower. No amenities or help.

This was our second stay in this wonderful hotel. I would return here any time I come to Venice. It’s just the best and Rosaria was the kindest friendliest host and the complimentary Prosecco and beer was a lovely gesture.

Nothing to dislike but worth pointing out that there are stairs up to the accommodation, no lift, if you have heavy bags.

From the moment we arrived I knew we had picked the right place to stay in Venice. Beautiful old building that has been thoughtfully renovated and in the most wonderful area of Cannaregio. Our room was big, beautifully furnished with stunning views over the canal. A great base for us as it was near to all transport links and in the vibrant Jewish quarter of Venice. Rosaria was a friendly host when we arrived and although she spoke no English she managed to explain everything to us with great enthusiasm so that we understood everything. The complimentary Prosecco and beer as well as a mini bar full of drinks ‘Gratis’ was a lovely and most welcome touch. Our stay felt special and we loved it so much that we booked for two further nights and would happily return any time we visit Venice.

Excellent location, a beautiful and spotless room, and caring, friendly staff. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

Charming little guest rooms not too far from the train station which is good for arrival and departure, but you find yourself walking way across town for pretty much everything else. I'd stay closer to the main sites if you're spending a few days. The hotel is simply a collection of a number of rooms - with the exception of the housecleaning staff (of one) I never saw any other staff. Certainly low maintenance, if you like that sort of thing. No frills (meals, services, etc.). The room itself was rather charming and well-appointed. It also did have working AC, which is always a bonus in Europe. Thank you!

The biggest advantage was its proximity to the train station, which meant we didn’t have to walk long distances with our luggage. Since transportation within the city is quite limited, walking is the main way to get around. It was a thoughtful gesture to offer beer and soft drinks in the minibar free.

The room was small, and the view did not meet expectations for a place like Venice.

The lady at the front desk was exceptional - cheerful, helpful, easy going!! The bathroom was bright, sizable and everything worked well, which is a bonus.

The noise every night and every morning from the restaurant courtyard dining guests and from the canal morning traffic, activities and horns. I would not choose a room with canal view next time. Windows are not sound proof. The room we had was dark and too dated in style. Good to change to international wall sockets.

Great location! Beautiful views right on a canal, and easy to get everywhere from this hotel. It also has AC- which it was unseasonably warm when we visited and that was a huge bonus!

We booked the room with the beautiful terrace in the photos. We weren’t expecting that but it was amazing. The sunsets from up there are gorgeous. The hostess was incredibly nice. There was a minibar with free drinks and she gave us a free bottle of prosecco when we arrived. The whole experience was lovely. It was about 10 min walk from the train with our bags, faster without bags. Easy to get to and in a great location. The boats do a lot of honking at the bridge under the hotel but with the terrace door closed you can’t really hear them.

Es ist ein entzückendes kleines Guesthouse in einer sehr schönen Lage. Das Highlight war die Dachterrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Kanal. Es war einfach zauberhaft! Rundherum sind sehr viele Restaurants und doch ist es nicht so voll, wie am Markusplatz. Ich werde das nächste Mal sicher wieder dort übernachten und kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

Tout était parfait

This property is small but perfectly formed. As a base to wander the streets it’s perfect with many different options. The view from the corner balcony is beautiful and it’s lovely watching the hustle and bustle during the day and the winding down in the evenings.

As per many traditional homes/guest houses in Venice there are no elevators so be prepared for a couple of staircases to get to the room. Also the door out to the balcony is quite low so watch your head!

Next to a bridge on the main link so from about 6am to 10pm you hear the horns from the boats every 2 to 5 mins. No sleeps during this time.

Close to the train and far enough away from the main tourist areas. Great spot of comfortable cafes, dinners and bars.

Genau wie in der Beschreibung. Absolute Klasse. Totale Checkerterrasse. Da der öffentliche Schifffahrtsverkehr hier eine unübersichtliche Stelle hat, wird am Tag gehupt, in der Nacht wird das glücklicherweise mit Lichthupe geregelt. Manche Schiffe haben ganz lustige Hupen. Da kommt zusammen mit dem Sound der Möwen gleich eine maritime Grundstimmung zustande. Freu mich schon auf das nächste mal.

The location was so close to the train and water transport and yet not overwhelmingly crowded like other areas can be. Our room had the most incredible view and we enjoyed seeing the bustle of people walking over the canal bridge. The host, Rozy, was so friendly and kind—even offering to take our picture and leaving me a special treat in my birthday. I would absolutely stay here again.

The mattress, in European form, was very firm. A little too firm for me.

Byla to naše opožděná svatební cesta. Já jsem Benátky navštívil úplně poprvé, a má žena zde už v minulosti byla. Ale i tak jsme si Benátky zamilovali, a užili si vše. A na toto úžasné ubytování, které je v takovém duchu starých časů, se určitě zapomenout nedá. Vše bylo krásné a čisté, personál velice laskavý, pečlivý a vstřícný. Paní která se o nás starala, byla na svůj pokročilejší věk velice čiperná, milá a obdivuhodná jak to vše zvládá. Komunikace s hlavním vedením hotelu byla po mailu, či WhatsApp. A komunikace byla vždy velice přesná a rychlá. Ubytování jsme si opravdu moc užili. Moc děkujeme, rádi se k Vám zas někdy vrátíme. Nenapadá nás nic, co by se nám nelíbilo. Ale jen nápad pro zamyšlení, lepší výplň oken ohledně odhlučnění pro ta rána, když by chtěl někdo déle spát ( naštěstí to nebyl náš případ.. měli jsme dost plánů a chtěli toho hodně vidět).

Very centrally located in the Canaregio area, mingling more with the locals rather than all the tourists. The owner gave us free drinks upon arrival and afterwards, adding further value to our stay. We had the balcony suite, which was exceptional with a gorgeous view of the canal

滞在数日前から、チェックイン時間に関することなどフォローしてもらえて安心でした。川沿いのお部屋でしたが、窓からの景色も素敵で、建物も内装もクラシック、滞在中の気分を上げてくれるお部屋です。スタッフさんとのお話も楽しく、それも含め良い思い出になりました。

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war nett und sauber Die Dame des Hauses war freundlich.

Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit Kanalblick gebucht und bezahlt -- geworden ist es ein ´Zimmer mit Blick auf die Fussgängerzone ?!?. Das Zimmer war über einer Bar und es war aufgrund des Lärmpegels unmöglich bis 01.00 Uhr an einschlafen nur zu denken . Wenn man es vorher wüsste könnte man sich entscheiden ob man dieses Zimmer trotz des Lärm-mankos bucht oder nicht . Die auf den Fotos präsentierte sehr hübsche Dachterrasse steht den Gästen nicht zur Verfügung .

We loved everything about our stay! We felt so at home as soon as we got there. They were so sweet and helpful. The entire place is so clean, cozy and beautiful! The location is amazing too! I would stay here again and again! It was such a wonderful stay.

Our stay at La Palazzina Veneziana was wonderful! The hotel is in a perfect location in Venice, just a short walk from Santa Lucia Station and close to many cafés and attractions. The room was full of Venetian charm — elegantly decorated with colorful textiles, stylish furniture, and artistic touches, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. We also enjoyed the lovely canal view from the window, which added to the city’s romantic ambiance. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised that the minibar was included as a complimentary gift — a thoughtful and elegant touch! In the mornings, the sounds of city cleaning can be heard, which is understandable given the hotel’s central street location. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the authentic Venice atmosphere.

Excellent location with local charm, and the view over the canal is fantastic. Amenities were great and the welcome drink was a nice touch. We were happy to have air conditioning. We booked very last minute and our host was able to accommodate us within the hour!

I struggled with the online check-in as the drop-down menus were not working, but Eva quickly wrote to me on WhatsApp and I was able to send her photos of our identification for check-in. We really loved watching the boats in the canal from the room, but the downside is that it is quite loud most of the night with the sound of boat motors, so bring ear plugs!

Incredible to sit on the balcony and watch the daily life of the Venetia s! Our lovely host BomBom was an absolutely fantastic host, she certainly made us laugh! Thank you so much
