Goede basis om Londen te verkennen in een mooie, wat rustigere wijk (Greenwich). Vlakbij trein/metro en de openbare ferry over de rivier. Appartement is niet heel groot maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er.

het is een beetje gehorig als de buren luidruchtig zijn.

Location relatively quiet considering how close to the busy Deptford Bridge junction we were. Like the kitchenette!

I paid extra money for a 3rd person - as it was pitched as a ‘triple’ but it was basically a double room with a single sofa bed in the corner so for 3 people there was not enough storage (floor or cupboard) space for our bags, clothes, shoes etc

was very close to where i needed to be for the weekend i visited london, good price and brilliant rooms. staff also very nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the bathroom – all the silicone seals were clean, with no moisture, mould or mildew, which is not always the case. The towels and bed linen were also very clean. Another big plus was the excellent equipment in the room. We had everything we could need, including an iron, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge with a freezer, as well as pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Everything was there and made our stay very comfortable. The location was also great for us. There are shops and bus stops nearby, as well as Greenwich Park, which is a really large and beautiful place, perfect for a walk. There are also plenty of things to see and do in the area.Everything was a plus and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

This is not really a negative, but I was a little surprised to be asked for an ID to verify my name and booking.

Top, I had my suspicions due to it being a studio but honestly I was surprised by the room. Big credit to Marshall for the smooth check in and experience through the duration of our stay, providing us a service that really benefited us and our situation.

N/A - it’s a studio apartment it’s not a one bedroom apartment, for someone that likes space maybe studio apartments aren’t the one but Stay City’s studio apartment la are surprisingly quite spacious.

We had a great stay at Staycity! We were visiting for a concert at the o2, Staycity was a great location for this. The apartment had everything we needed and it was exceptionally clean. The bed was really comfy, we slept well and it was quiet during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend!

All expectations met/exceeded. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. I will stay again if I'm in the area. Lovely location.

Hotel miły, przestronny, wejście z ulicy nie sugeruje,że zawiera aż tak wiele pokoi. Zgodnie z informacją przystosowany dla osób na wózkach,szczególnie łazienka bez brodzika, z poręczami i uchwytami. Aneks kuchenny w wersji mini,mini, ale jest zarówno zlew jak i płyta grzejna,jajko można gotować.

Jednak żeby zagrzac tosty,toster trzeba postawić na podłodze,bo kabel nie sięga gniazdka,do czajnika zresztą też. Stolik bardzo malutki,trudno zjeść przy nim śniadanie we troje. Stoliki przy łóżkach też nie grzeszą wielkością. Ogólnie rzeczy w walożkach trzeba trzymać na podłodze. Ale najgorętsze to permanentna wilgoć w naszym pokoju, ani klima ,ani wentylacja nie dawała rady. Bielizna przeprana wieczorem rano wciąż była mokra. Ręczniki nie schną,co daje poczucie permanentnej wilgoci. No i dla niepełnosprawnych łóżko stanowczo za wysokie.

Made a complaint and yet to receive a response from the manager. Requested the room to be cleaned by putting the sign in the door handle yet too wasn’t cleaned only bins emptied. As we where in the disability room the water from shower soaked all floor and required cleaning yet it wasn’t cleaned

Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo korzystna do zwiedzania Londynu. Metro w odległości 400m (oraz kolej). TESCO w odległości 400m. Można też piechotą dojść do Tower of London i do Tower Bridge. Lokalizacja w sercu miasta.

Trzeba wpłacić kaucję, ale nie jest to problem. Osoby obsługujące mogą nie odpowiadać na czas, co może lekko irytować, bo musisz wpłacić kaucję do 1PM, by otrzymać klucze o 3PM.

De ligging van het aparthotel was top! Daarnaast waren we blij met de mooie kamer. Ook goed dat er naast de Engelse stopcontacten ook een USB-A en USB-C aansluiting te vinden was bij elk stopcontact. Goede bedden, fijne kussens, super douche.

De kraan in de keuken liep nog een beetje door als je de kraan al had afgesloten. Ook deed de airco het niet altijd even goed.

We normally stay at Premier inn just down the road but no more! Having your own kitchen was amazing and a little table to eat at made our stay so much more, the Apartments what an excellent idea 💡! Guys on the front desk always friendly and helpful.

Smell of the corridor area (3rd floor) ; I think it was some kind of a cleaning product, personally I didn’t like it. the room didn’t smell of anything so it was all good.

Loved the location. The apartment was a good size and the bed was very comfortable.

Its only a minor issue but the kitchen area was very small. It would be helpful if the electric switch for the fridge was positioned away from the other switches in the kitchen. We didn't realise and ended up turning the fridge off for about 24 hours.

10 Minuten zu Fuß zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, die Verbindung in die Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Greenwich ist ebenfalls sehenswert.

Das dritte Bett war ein Klappbett, welches wir selbst überziehen mussten.

Rooms and the price paid was fantastic. Unfortunately booking.com were not very good at passing on the information to the hotel about one of the rooms we had cancelled several months before, however this was not the hotels fault and the staff were very accommodating on check in and put everything right. We couldn't fault them.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had asked for a twin bed but we got a double bed. Since the double bed was so large, it wasn't such an issue in the end but they did apologies and give us the parking for the night free which was very nice of them and excellent customer service. The Aparthotel was right next to coffee shops and restaurants so very convenient to grab a bite to eat.

Настенный выключатель отключает холодильник. В душевой кабине лейка только над головой. Нет второй лейки со шлангом. Карточки-ключи постоянно выходят из строя. Приходится обновлять.

Esperávamos uma cama de casal inteira com apenas 1 conchão grande. Não compramos com 2 camas single juntas. Ficamos desiludidos. A cozinha kitchnet é pequena. Isso é normal. Mas podia ser ligeiramente maior. Mais espaço de arrumação e melhor espaço para o lavatório.

It had all amenities we needed. Great location for the event we were going to. Super easy check in process & staff available 24hrs. Amazing stay. Lovely view of London/the tube train running past every few mins. Great stay

We requested 3 single beds but we only got two & had to set up the sofa bed ourselves. Wasn't an issue but it would have been if we had come after the event late at night without realising we had to do it!

Location excellent, close to both shops and transport links to London and beyond, and also close to all the historical sites, and pubs, in Greenwich. Also, the small kitchenette was surprisingly well equipped for two people and we comfortably cooked dinners and breakfasts for two.

The guest laundry took some effort to manage the app but once everything was sorted it worked well.

It was perfect for our one night stay and so much nicer than staying in a hotel room. Lovely to have tea, coffee and milk provided and the white bed linen and towels were pristine. Marshal on the front desk was fabulous, really friendly and helpful.

Clean, modern, very central for Greenwich (Greenwich DLR station 5 minutes walk). Underground parking, helpful staff. For four people, sofa extends into two single beds which you make up yourself (linen provided). There was a problem with the air con in our room with the management responded to well.

Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, the room was spotless, comfortable, and pleasant, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

There are just two small suggestions for improvement: it would be helpful to have simple instructions for using the microwave, as I couldn’t figure it out, and the sofa bed could be more comfortable. Also, there was a wierd smell in the hallway on our room floor

無障礙房安排在地面層，方便出入，接待處安排家人同層，方便照應。位置算方便，走十幾分鐘可到London Paddington Station ，亦有巴士選擇。自助早餐也不錯。

無障礙房的浴室不夠大，輪椅活動時不方便，另外出入要使用走火通道較不方便，如果有正式無障礙入口就好了。

The apartment was very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The location is good - only a 5-10 minute walk from the station and within walking distance of the Cutty Sark. The 02 arena is easily accessible. The reception is manned 24/7 and the staff were friendly.

Greenwich es una zona tranquila y bonita. Nos gustó mucho la ubicación del alojamiento. El personal también es muy amable

Lo que menos nos gustó fue el aire acondicionado. No se puede apagar desde la habitación, hay que avisar en recepción pero por lo visto cada 4h automáticamente se vuelve a encender y nuestro cuarto estaba muy muy frío. Teníamos reservadas dos habitaciones y en la otra no se notaba tanto frío, igual fue casualidad en el nuestro.

De ruimte in de kamer en de voorzieningen. De badkamer was ruim, je kreeg een keuken, föhn en tv.

De locatie van het hotel was niet dichtbij het centrum, we wisten dit van tevoren maar het viel toch nog meer tegen.

So clean and neat, with everything you’d need. Fast internet, workable kitchen, and nice firm bed. I was on a work trip so used it as a base. Right above an excellent gym, with great coffee around the corner, and groceries nearby.

Unfortunately the AC was only intermittently functional on this trip. The staff were so helpful and when it worked it was refreshing and welcome during the heatwave. But when it stopped it was hard to work out what the issue was, and numerous attempts to reset it did not work. It is worth mentioning that the staff at Staycity were so good at trying to fix the problem and I was given a partial refund in compensation. I was here for almost three weeks so AC was very important for my comfort.

Staff friendly and helpful both re communications before arrival and during the stay. Quiet comfortable room with handy kitchenette. Good location for visiting Greenwich and good transport links to other parts of London. Several mini supermarkets nearby to get supplies for self-catering.

The location was perfect, though on a main road it’s quite quiet. It’s got easy access to central London or Canary Wharf, the room was very clean and comfortable. staff were very attentive - shoutout Andrea and Maddie for their stellar hospitality! My third time staying here, will be back again :) <3

A lovely and very clean hotel that looks exactly like the photos. The staff were excellent—very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The room was a reasonable size. It was slightly small, but this was not a problem. The main bed was comfortable and spacious, and the sofa could be converted into two separate beds, which were also comfortable and a good size. The room had all the basic essentials we needed. One small suggestion is that the bathroom would benefit from more hooks or somewhere to store clothes. The room itself could also use a few wall hooks or some additional hanging space. The hotel is close to the underground, public transport, and supermarkets. The surrounding area is pleasant and relatively quiet. Overall, we had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This room was better than I expected because it had effective air conditioning and a good coffee machine - both unexpected. I spent 5 days there and it was very good.

It's close enough to transport and Greenwich tourist areas, but not the best spot if you're travelling alone. I appreciated the staff presence though, and this is the norm in many parts of London.

I had a wonderful stay at staycity, i was sad to go home, i like everything and I will be back soon.
