Perfect team , perfect resort
Beautiful resort and the staff are so polite! The room service was top notch! Housekeeping was amazing and my kids even got a stuff animal as a welcome present it really made our stay there that much easier for them!
I would have liked to park my own car so I could have more access to it but I understand this is a valet only resort.
I loved the service and the facilities

This was the best family vacation stay I have experienced! We took our son and his fiance and my grandaughter for a 5 night stay at this beautiful property. I have stayed at about 10 different four seasons and this was by far the best. The level of service is what you would expect with the four seasons brand but this hotel stands above the rest with beauty and things to do. We enjoyed the 5 acre water park every day and loved it. So much to do for families at the pool area and we dipped away from the kids for the quiet adults pool also. If you are staying here to visit Disney it was equally amazing with character breakfasts in Ravello and the Disney shuttles that ran very often. We mostly ate at the pool ( lakehouse) and in the evening at the hotel ( ravello/Lobby bar) The other place casa? on the roof was nice but we didnt dine there but we did enjoy using their balcony to watch the fireworks from magic kingdom/epcot. The Lickitysplit coffee/pastry/sandwich place was very convenient when we needed something on the go for our busy vacation plans outside the hotel.
Incredible place and friendly staff
There are luxury resorts, and then there is the Four Seasons Resort Orlando—a destination that continually redefines what exceptional hospitality should feel like. Although this is my first written review, it is far from my first visit. Over the years, I've returned time and again, and what continues to impress me is not simply the beautiful property or impeccable amenities, but the remarkable consistency with which the staff manages to elevate every experience. Last week, we visited for the Oasis Pool Party to celebrate both a birthday and an anniversary. Before arriving, I had called and emailed several times in hopes of reserving a private cabana. Jacob, who was gracious and genuinely empathetic throughout every conversation, explained that each cabana had already been reserved. While we were naturally disappointed, we completely understood. Then came an unexpected moment that perfectly captured the spirit of Four Seasons hospitality. Upon our arrival, we were escorted to a newly constructed cabana that had been created to accommodate our special celebration. It was an extraordinary gesture—one that transformed an already anticipated getaway into an unforgettable occasion. Thoughtful acts like these cannot be manufactured; they reflect a culture of genuine care. Our day only became more memorable thanks to Bri, whose warmth and attentiveness embodied effortless hospitality. At one point, she surprised my girlfriend with a beautifully presented plate of chocolate-covered strawberries, complete with "Happy Birthday" elegantly written in chocolate. It was a simple gesture executed with sincerity, and it made the celebration feel deeply personal. The atmosphere throughout the afternoon struck a rare balance between sophistication and energy. The Oasis Pool Party featured a talented DJ spinning house and techno-infused remixes of contemporary favorites, creating an upbeat yet relaxed ambiance. Exceptional cocktails, beautifully prepared food, attentive poolside service, and the comfort of our private cabana made it easy to lose track of time. What distinguishes Four Seasons Orlando is that luxury here extends well beyond lavish surroundings. It is found in anticipation rather than reaction, in personalized service rather than scripted interactions, and in a team that seems genuinely invested in creating memorable experiences for every guest. Throughout the day, several staff members stopped by simply to say hello and ensure everything was perfect—small moments that collectively define world-class hospitality. For anyone celebrating a milestone—or simply seeking an unforgettable day of relaxation—this is a destination worth experiencing. Every visit somehow exceeds the last. On a scale of ten, Four Seasons Orlando consistently delivers a twelve. It has become the benchmark against which I measure hospitality everywhere else, and very few destinations come close. Special thanks to my friend Mr. Lennox Lewis, who recommended this resort and party!
Excellent customer service, the pools, slides, lazy river, spa, kids activities, restaurants

This hotel is truly magnificent and not just because of its pools and lazy river but it’s the service. Danny at reception and manager John Dechmerowski really saved our entire vacation. I cannot thank them enough - they make the four seasons what it is. Top top class. Thank you Iris from the lake house restaurant also. The views from the hotel and the food are also worthy of high praise. Signed Alexander
We have three children who adore Disney, and for years our default was the Contemporary. At that stage of life, the importance of proximity to the parks was difficult to overstate, and the ability to walk back to the room for their afternoon nap made our visits considerably easier. Now that our children are a bit older, we decided to branch out and were pleasantly surprised by our "off property" stay at the FS Orlando. After spending the day immersed in the excitement of the parks, returning to the FS felt genuinely restorative. The atmosphere is peaceful without feeling overly formal, and it provided exactly the balance our family didn't realize we were missing. The property itself is beautiful, but what truly distinguishes this hotel is the level of service they provide. The staff possessed a remarkable ability to anticipate our needs before we voiced them, and every interaction reflected genuine attentiveness rather than obligation. What left the greatest impression on us was the way the staff engaged with our children. My husband and I were treated with extraordinary warmth, but so were our kids. Team members took the time to learn each of their names early in our stay and greeted them personally throughout our visit. We all had a great time and look forward to returning on our next Disney trip!
Not worth the money. If you make really big bucks, maybe it wouldn't bother you as much to receive the table placement and the food which were subpar, but when you're celebrating a special family event and willing to pay extra for the special occassion, it's frustrating. Atmosphere - Most of the restuarant is made up of tables in a space with nice ambiance, but not all. Our party of 6 was put in a table not quite in a back corner but close. We were screened off of a view of the interior of the restaurant by a tall cheap screen that went to the ceiling and near a double door to another outdoorish part of the place. The sun shined on my wife's face for the first 10 minutes. We were with a new set of in-laws for the first time and felt it would be awkward to ask to get a better table. The service personnel was nice enough. Not over the top because they were busy. Food - It's an Italian restaurant and I always have an issue with paying $25-35 for spaghetti with bolognese sauce with meatballs (I'm part Italian). So I decided to go with a meat pizza (salsiccio) as I had a hankering for some meats. Others ordered roasted chicken (pollo osado) , a veggie pizza (Verdure e Olive Taggiasche) , Branzino and something with shrimp as on add on. We ordered two appetizers. The Focaccia and the Polpettine Meatballs. The focaccia comes with 4 rolls. We were a party of 6 so we asked for two more of the rolls. They said sure but charged us for them. (seriously?...bread?) The Meatballs were the best part of the meal. They were absolutely tender, tasty and perfect in every way... maybe even better than Mom's ;-) My pizza was below average. I had to ask for sauce on the side which my wife also partook in. The crust wasn't even enjoyable to eat. The shrimp was served cold which surprised and disappointed the person who ordered that with their meal. No one raved about their main... sort of a tell tale that we were all underwhelmed. They did provide a lovely desert plate for the two we were there to celebrate and that was also tasty. Luckily, the company and the joy of the day superseded the value of the dinner. On a side note - the area around the restaurant was a beatiful place to take pictures. Again, I'm happy to buck up for a special occassion meal...just deliver on higher expectations to justify the higher bill.
It is built to be luxurious
The operator doesn’t seem it’s like four seasons. Doesn’t compare to any four seasons worldwide. It’s functioning as a typical Disney hotel with the 24 hours dining option.
Super freundliches personal
Conforto, instalações maravilhosas, serviço excelente e hotel impecável. Querem sempre facilitar a sua vida e te deixar confortável
Comidas são muito muito boas para “nível Orlando”. Se comparar com outras cidades não achei nível 5 estrelas
We stayed at Four Seasons Orlando at Disney World in May 2024 with another family and had an amazing experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish and truly made our stay special. The pools were perfect for all ages, and our kids absolutely loved the lazy river and splash pad. There was something for everyone to enjoy, whether relaxing by the pool or spending the day having fun in the water. Breakfast was delicious each morning and a great way to start our day before heading to the parks. We also took the shuttle to Disney twice, and it was very clean, convenient, and easy to use. If you're looking for a luxury resort experience at Disney World, we highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to come back!
Very nice
Location
Incredible property for families. Very welcoming to kids, and the pools, lazy river, playground, etc are all amazing! Hotel room and small touches throughout the stay make you truly feel like you are at a 5 star facility. Buffet breakfast was also incredible, as was quality of poolside food and drinks. We will definitely be visiting this property again soon!

We ate at the Four Seasons to celebrate our 18-year-old daughter’s graduation and initially thought we’d made an excellent choice. The location is beautiful, elegant and apparently guarded with the intensity of a nuclear facility whenever someone dares to hold a camera near a shrubbery arrangement. While my husband, son and I waited for our table, my daughters stepped outside to take a few graduation photos. Our 18-year-old was wearing her cap and gown over a white dress, which seems like an irrelevant detail until you discover the Four Seasons apparently runs an elite undercover task force dedicated to monitoring wardrobe continuity between photographs. During the photoshoot, a security guard named Joseph intercepted the girls and informed them that unless they had spoken to public relations, photography was not permitted, particularly by “professional photographers.” This will no doubt come as thrilling news to Kodak, whose PixPro camera has now officially been elevated by Four Seasons security to the same category as Annie Leibovitz’s equipment. My daughters were then effectively perp-walked back toward the restaurant over the grave offense of documenting a graduation. When they told me what happened, I spoke to Four Seasons reception because taking photos was genuinely part of why we chose the restaurant. Matthew explained that photos were absolutely allowed as long as it wasn’t professional equipment. Wonderful. Mystery solved ….. or so we thought. After dinner, the girls went back outside for more pictures. By this point, my daughter had changed into a black dress. Her older sister was now using nothing more threatening than an iPhone, which Matthew had specifically assured us was perfectly acceptable. At this point Joseph, Senior Director of Imaginary Photography Crimes, swooped back into action. Despite the fact the “professional camera” was gone, he informed the girls they still had to stop, while dramatically speaking into his phone in the tone of a man coordinating a hostage negotiation rather than confronting two young girls taking graduation pictures beside some flowers. My daughters called me over and Joseph informed me that photography wasn’t allowed because “other people had paid good money to be there,” apparently under the impression we had wandered in accidentally from the parking lot and were surviving entirely on complimentary breadsticks. Back at reception, Matthew investigated further and then revealed the latest rule revision: the issue was now that my daughter had changed outfits. So to summarize, photography was initially banned because of a “professional” camera, then allowed with a phone, then banned again because the graduate had committed the unspeakable act of wearing a second dress. The goalposts moved so often during this experience they should have been fitted with wheels. If the Four Seasons is going to enforce an elaborate web of unwritten photography bylaws, dress-transition protocols and anti-graduation-image enforcement policies, I’d strongly suggest actually writing them down somewhere so future diners don’t mistakenly believe they can celebrate major life milestones without triggering a low-budget security operation. Apparently spending $250 at dinner does not qualify as “good money” unless accompanied by prior authorization from the Ministry of Photography.
We had a very nice stay at the Four Seasons Orlando and found the service to be good across the board. The team consistently delivered a high level of attentiveness and professionalism, which made the trip smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you to John Dechmerowski and the entire concierge team, who were extremely helpful in planning our Disney and Universal experiences for our son. They also arranged thoughtful treats in our room ahead of arrival, which was a great touch. Marie on the concierge team deserves a huge shout out as well — she was able to secure a VIP tour at Universal Epic Universe / Super Nintendo World on just one day’s notice, which was incredibly impressive and a highlight of our trip. We spent our first day enjoying the pool area, including a private cabana. The lazy river and splash pad were both excellent and made for a relaxing and fun start to the vacation, especially for our child. It’s a very well-designed pool experience that balances both relaxation and family-friendly energy. The character breakfast was also very well done. The characters come around to each table, which allows you to enjoy your meal without constantly getting up, and the overall experience felt smooth and thoughtfully organized. Room service food throughout our stay was very good as well — high quality and reliably delivered. The resort worked well as a home base for our park days. It’s especially convenient for Disney, and while it is a bit farther from Universal, we found it manageable. One area for improvement would be the valet system. While the staff themselves are friendly and courteous, the process needs refinement. On two occasions, requests to have our car brought up did not go through, and one time we waited approximately 30 minutes at the front entrance. That experience felt below the level we would expect. Overall, we had a very positive stay with strong service and some standout moments, particularly from the concierge team.
Excellent hotel and spa, with excellent staff, great location, private and luxurious
Capa is basically the best restaurant experience you can have. Sit out in the patio and iverlook the gorgeous sunset over Disney properties. The wait staff and the valet staff are incredible. Our waiter who went by the name Bacon was incredible and made our night special as well as our valet who was extremely kind of welcoming named Zuri! Thank you to an incredible team and I will be returning to enjoy the Gluten Free menu and desserts soon with my boys who also have celiac and require a safe meal. It was worth the price, I’d say it’s on the pricey side but it’s worth it!
Kiki and Alan, the tennis instructors, were phenomenal! Your instruction was the gift that keeps on giving. Thank you!
It was an absolute wonderful experience and yet too short for us. the level of service that we received at this hotel was far superior to many other Four Seasons. The Front Desk upon arrival called over a fabulous host to help us, Dener, who assisted us with all our needs and even treated us to coffee am a muffin which was such a nice gesture. We also loved our room and its elegant functionality. Another great experience was our Disney host at their Disney desk. She was incredible at assisting us in our decision making and tried to actually save us money rather than waste money on things we wouldn’t use or need. Food in the Spanish restaurant was also excellent and the staff there was great as well. And the valet bell man were great and professional as well. I stay in Hotels 200 nights a year- so my judgement albeit usually critical, has nothing but great reviews for this four seasons.
Clean and brand new looking, big gym
Mooie ligging dicht bij de themaparken
The experience we had at this resort was nothing short of exceptional. Right out the gate, I want to start with location. If you are flying into Orlando the grounds are only a thirty minute drive away, and if you plan on going to the Disney World parks the farthest park is maybe a twenty minute drive (depending on traffic and time of year). Moving to service as it ties to location slightly; we were greeted very warmly by Matthew at the front desk who shared his insights to the parks and happenings at Disney, and answered all our initial questions in a way that calmed a lot of our Disney anxiety. It was also a pleasant surprise that our room was ready upon arrival even though we arrived at the hotel three hours before official check in time. Biggest take away from the service was the free included transportation to the Disney parks. We used these buses every day, and were often the only ones onboard! Shauna was very informative and gave us all the tips of getting the most of our trips. Everyone we encountered was helpful, and happy to help even with silly questions like "will an Uber driver know how to get here?" Upon entering, you can feel in the air the luxury experience that has been curated: everything is sleek, and clean. The warm tones, and whimsical art made it easy to fall into a relaxing state and again another nod to the staff, everyone on the staff adds to this atmosphere in the lobby and common areas. Outside of the hotel on the pool deck staff continues their service keeping areas clean, and everything was stocked and perfect. Our room was fantastic to say the least. Water pressure and temperature were perfect. Included shampoo, conditioner, and soaps not only smell amazing but worked very well (in my experience, no need to pack any of your own). When researching I wasn't sure how much we would use the included iPad, but it was an awesome feature which allowed us to ask staff questions, and get more details about our stay. My favorite part of the room was the included Bose speaker, and noise machine. Amenities, where to begin. Of course, as mentioned all toiletries were high quality: this follows all the way to the gym's locker rooms. Firstly the gym features a great range of equipment which is all fairly new and functional with enough space for many guests to comfortably fit, I was treated however to an empty gym each day of my stay. Also within the gym itself is a fridge of essential oil towelettes, and a fridge of waters. My favorite part other than the equipment variety, was the locker rooms. Each locker room has a steam room, showers, and grooming stations. The men's featured deodorant, hair styling products, shaving kits, and mouth wash. Researching this resort prior to our stay I could not have imagined it would have been as fantastic as it was, I can't wait to start planning our return!
This is the highest-quality hotel you can stay at in Orlando. On certain days, having Disney characters join breakfast is a lovely and memorable activity, especially for families. The food is acceptable, though I wouldn’t describe it as exceptional. Pool service is good, and having a Disney desk inside the hotel is very convenient. The shuttle service to the Disney parks is also a clear advantage. Cleanliness and overall service are well above other hotels in Orlando; however, it still does not fully reflect the level of service one would typically expect from Four Seasons. I believe this may be one of the downsides of the city itself.
Everything was AMAZING. The staff was so special, the cleanliness of the room after it was taken care of was spectacular.
Stayed at other 4 Seasons across the globe: Tokyo, New York, Oahu, etc and this by far has been the worse experience; undeserving of its reputation for taking care of the details and providing the best experience. The overall service has been as good as always but the room issues in our large group family has been unbelievable for this kind of property: in two of our rooms the showers didn’t function at all having to replace fixtures and multiple calls. In the second room the bathtub didn’t have hot water, the water fixtures didn’t work, nor the bathtub drain at all. Even after indicating they fixed it no one bothered to check as the issues persisted. Having the need to call twice per room is unheard of. Any other five star hotel would be intolerable but carrying the 4 Seasons brand with no hot water and broken fixtures? At the price paid this is simply unacceptable.
Cleanliness was top notch. Safety. The pool and splash was amazing but we couldn’t use it as it was cold weather. The view from our balcony was amazing specially during sunrise.
Breakfast is charged which is not usual for five star hotels.
Had an impromptu stay at the four seasons Orlando after our flight was cancelled due to a big snow storm. The place is a parent's dream. The kids/toddler amenities are 5 star without being over stimulating. The line of sight at the pool where you can see your kid anywhere makes pool time relaxing. We did not try the kids club, but the attendants let my social daughter join in their games at the pool and it was great to see how well-lifeguarded the kids at the club were while swimming. I loved the infinity edge with the view of the lake in the background. Restaurants on sight are fabulous. Love everything but the price! Will definitely be back sometime.
If you’re a Disney lover who’s always stayed on property, especially at the Grand Floridian, listen to me: the real magic is at the Four Seasons Orlando. I’ve been a Grand Floridian loyalist my whole life. I truly thought that was the pinnacle of Disney luxury until I walked into the Four Seasons. This is what I’d call laid-back luxury, the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and pure family joy. From the moment we arrived, the service blew us away. You wait for nothing. Food, transportation, help with the kids — everything is just handled with warmth and ease. If you’re worried about staying off property, forget it. It was actually more convenient. The transportation felt practically private with no long lines, no crowds, and an effortless 10 to 15 minute ride to the parks. The property is stunning, lush, calm, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of space for both adults and kids. And the food is incredible. One of my biggest complaints at the Grand Floridian has always been the lack of healthy options. I don’t want to feed my kids fake eggs and tater tots all week. The food at the Four Seasons is fresh, delicious, and truly high quality. We especially loved the character breakfast at Ravello, and the poolside food was fantastic. A huge shoutout to Nancy, who made our kids’ week with her adorable lemonade stand and her warm, joyful energy. She was such a highlight. The rooms are immaculate. Housekeeping is on top of everything. At night we felt like Kevin McCallister texting for warm chocolate chip cookies and ice cream sundaes. You truly want for nothing. This place is a dream. It’s luxury without the stuffy, elegance without snobbery, and Disney magic elevated to a whole new level. The staff is warm, kind, and makes you feel genuinely cared for. We’re officially Four Seasons Orlando people now. ✨

Can't wait to return soon!
We came here for a conference that was held in the hotel. We also went to a couple of Disney parks. Hotel is kind of isolated in a gated community, so you have to drive a distance to do anything. The hotel is very nice and well appointed. The rooms were medium sized, but it was great to have a balcony! We had a Special conference rate which appears to be great compared to the going rate I see now. Room was quiet. Bed was a bed soft for my tastes, but not too bad. Not much on the quick dining side. There is a cafe called Lickety Split. Can get a sandwich or a pastry, but the go to space for coffee/latte etc. Latte and pastries were fine, but sandwich was going to take like 10-15 minutes and off the shelf sandwiches were bad. Anyway, this place could be enlarged and have more menu items. Ravallo (Italian) was great and the Hotel Bar is a good place for a drink or a snack. All service members at the hotel are all super friendly and nice.
The quality of this location and venue as well as the staff and client service is off the charts. Absolutely outstanding. The only point I would make is that the food is bland and dry.
The Four Seasons Orlando @ Disney was exceptional. Excellent service, quiet adjoining rooms, awesome dining, the kids really enjoyed the on site water park on days when we didnt go to actual parks. everything was awesome across the board.
Great pools and great location for visiting all the Disney parks
We had the most wonderful stay at The Four Seasons Orlando. It is a beautiful property and the only true five-star resort in the greater Disney World area. The rooms live up to Four Seasons standards, are luxurious and comfortable, and the attention to detail is on point. We particularly loved the fantastic and expansive pool area (s). Poolside food was great as well. Probably the easiest transportation to and from the parks as well. Thank you Four Seasons for a memorable stay.
Worth every penny, perfect experience, I can not say enough about how lovely everything was… beautiful grounds, staff was incredible, everyone went over and above expectation.
An amazing stay at the Four Seasons Orlando! The service was outstanding, the pools (especially the lazy river) were fantastic, and the on-site restaurants offered excellent dining options. Truly a perfect experience from start to finish.
Great amenities, friendly staff and an amazing resort. Four seasons goes above and beyond making their guests feel special. Not cheap but worth it if you have the money.
Four Seasons Orlando is a must visit if you are near the Disney area! Where do I begin, the service (exceptional). The rooms (superb and roomy). The food (Capa is amazing) and the resort (nothing beats a lazy river). The staff was great - shout out to Jess (reservations). Vincent & Emma at the front desk. Harold & Savanah, pool servers and lastly Frankie (bartender) and Josh (server) at Capa. Everyone made us feel at home and attended to our family like it was their top priority. We can’t wait to go back
Amazing property & spa experience ❤️
Fantastic property in lush surroundings. Amazing pools, lazy river. 5* room, facilities and service. Would highly recommend and will return.
Nine years after my first visit to Four Seasons Orlando, I returned under entirely different circumstances. Still, the results were the same. Excellent property, impeccable service, and a welcome refuge from all that is contemporary Orlando. Located inside the Disney World perimeter, the hotel is in, but not of, the Disney resort. There’s a convenient, complimentary shuttle to the park, so even those who bring a car need not drive down the street and fight for parking. Or I presume so, as I never made it to Disney or Epcot this trip. I was consumed by getting to the Orange County Convention Center, where literally hundreds of Puma NXTPro teams had converged for the season-ending AAU basketball tournament to see who was worthy of advancing to the PRO16 stage next year. NB, if you do have commitments beyond Disney, the FS is an easy (if often congested) 20-minute drive up I-4 to Sea World, Universal, and Convention Center venues. The rest of Orlando is likewise a suburban-style drive. (Nine years ago, my 17 year-old was 8: itinerary was park-hotel-pool; park-hotel-pool; repeat). While we didn’t have the kids’ activities on our agenda this past week, I recall them vividly. Lazy river; fully equipped game room, ice cream shop inside the game room; instructors who will teach your son or daughter how to use any game platform like a boss; breakfast with Goofy for select brunches-in short, a kid’s dream come true. But if you’re an adult looking for an oasis to unwind with a frozen pina colada by the adult pool, this is also your venue of choice. The several different pools (adult, family, baby), plus the lazy river, all make water the primary relaxant. Of course there are tennis courts, a fully equipped spa, luxurious locker rooms, and access to a premier golf course. Front door and lobby staff are gracious to a fault, such that valet car retrieval was invariably timely. If you have any concerns, calling the valet desk 10 minutes before departure will assuage any anxiety. The Lobby Bar is well named and well equipped. Ravello on the lower level is home to one of the finest brunches I’ve ever attended, rivaling the pièce de resistance, otherwise known as Four Seasons Hualalai (Kona, Big Island, Hawaii. IYKYK.) I’ve never tried the Italian dinner fare, but all reports were positive. There are several other fine dining options, including one with a Michelin star, but I’m a plebe. PB&G (open air pub overlooking all watering holes), and Lickety Split (café with premium lattes) satisfied my limited palate. There are multiple retail shops off the lobby, but the kids’ clothing venue also carries those incidentals you left at home. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, with luxurious bathrooms (it’s Four Seasons, after all), and feature balconies overlooking the pool areas (with a distant view of Epcot). But the other side of the hotel oversees a bucolic neighborhood. If you’re wondering about the higher rates for Epcot-facing views, it relates to the ability to watch fireworks (at considerable distance) from your room. If the fireworks are important, take an elevator to the rooftop bar. But your kids won’t settle for anything less than a close-up view of the castle. I don’t want to single out any of the fine wait staff I encountered, because I’m afraid I’ll miss someone. If you were assigned to my table, or served me by the pool, your personalities and professionalism were totally appreciated. Likewise, it was refreshing to have skilled housekeeping services for a change. Fresh towels daily and turndown service have become a vanishing extravagance. Hot humid weather is invariably a challenge in Orlando in July. Thankfully, the Four Seasons staff was there to keep everyone cool. If the opportunity presents itself, this is the only place to stay in Orlando. There’s a reason why Goofy always volunteers for the meet-and-greet. He may be Goofy, but he’s not silly. He knows a good thing when he sees it.
Absolutely fantastic staff - especially towards kids Remember name, food, preferences Great room and impeccable service Breakfast is outstanding and so are the restaurants Very helpful in organizing schedules for Disney & Universal Loved the Michelin restaurant - free for kids

Friendly staffs, awesome pools, great restaurant, will definitely visit again!
Fantastic service from every employee, gorgeous and luxurious rooms and setting, the pool complex and lazy river were exceptional.
Nothing applicable
This was our second – and considerably longer – stay at the Four Seasons Orlando, and it only reaffirmed why this resort stands in a league of its own in the Orlando area The property is nothing short of magical. Since our last visit a few years ago, it has expanded to include a spectacular new water park that adds even more excitement to an already incredible setting. The rooms and public spaces are immaculate – a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. Pure bliss awaits in the rooms, where we enjoyed the added magic of nightly fireworks views from both Epcot and Magic Kingdom. The staff are truly a credit to the resort. Every single person we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and inviting. Lickety Split remains dangerously good – their treats are almost too tempting. Thankfully, the on-site gym is excellent for balancing indulgence with a little wellness. Our spa experience was thoroughly relaxing, and the poolside service was consistently attentive and friendly – never a wait, always a smile. We dined at nearly every restaurant on the property, and each offered its own unique charm and consistently outstanding cuisine. Not a single meal disappointed. Four Seasons Orlando continues to set the standard. Highly recommended – we’re already looking forward to the next visit.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful property and excellent service but outrageous pricing and constant construction limit the experience The Four Seasons Orlando is visually stunning. The facility is immaculate, the grounds are peaceful, and the staff delivers excellent service at every level. The lazy river is relaxing and the entire resort feels high-end and well maintained. However, the pricing structure makes it difficult to fully enjoy what the resort offers. I paid six thousand dollars for five nights just for the room. On top of that, nearly everything felt like an upcharge. A soda was six dollars, a basic burger was twenty-three dollars, and a couples massage cost seven hundred sixty dollars. Valet parking was sixty dollars per day with no self-parking option available. There was also daily construction happening next to the resort which was disruptive at times and took away from the relaxing atmosphere. For the price point, I expected a quiet and peaceful experience which this unfortunately was not. The pool and lazy river close at nine in the evening and the spa shuts down at eight which feels unnecessarily early for a resort in this category. One of the blankets we received had a visible stain. There was no washer or dryer in the room and instead laundry service was offered at twelve to thirty dollars per item which again felt overpriced. Dining at the on-site restaurants consistently cost two hundred to five hundred dollars for two people per meal. While the service and surroun
The staff are really helpful and the facilities are great for families. I like the cafe shop it make me happy in the morning everyday even after the breakfast
No more options for restaurants
Everything. Staff were incredible. Really went above and beyond.
Nothing
Wonderful hotel as others have mentioned! We had 4 kids with us and all 4 kiddos had cuts on the bottom of their feet after using the main pool. The worst was my 3 year old’s. Big gashes at the bottom of both of his feet. The pool bottom is rocky concrete and not a smooth surface so it must have happened around the zero entry area of the pool. Staff was great and offered us waterproof bandaids (they had plenty!) so that he can continue using the pool. I looked into ordering water shoes from Amazon but it wouldn’t have arrived in time. We were only there for 3 nights over July 4th weekend. Just wanted to write this in hopes to save another little kid’s feet!! Bring and use those water shoes!
Brilliant & stunning property; always a favorite!
This is our favorite domestic four seasons hotel. We have been coming since the opening in 2014 and it continues to shine with the best staff, rooms, food and resort amenities. This property pulls off the not easy task of being at Disney world, but feeling like an oasis away from Disney. Adults can always escape to the oasis pool. I was dining solo at the lobby bar and the thoughtful staff seated me in a quiet corner away from families to enjoy my meal and wine. We also messaged on the app for a last minute reservation at Capa after returning from the park and were seated on the beautiful patio with a delicious meal and view of the fireworks. I cherish every memory my family has made at this hotel.
We stayed here May 2024 and came with another family, to celebrate our daughter’s 3rd birthday! We’d taken her to Disney twice before and loved their branded properties but wanted to try out the FS Orlando as our family and the other family we were traveling with love FS! It did not disappoint. The multiple pools were great for the kids (and parents). Rooms were clean. Housekeeping and in room dining were excellent. Grounds are very lush. The light touches of Disney everywhere are awesome. Our room had a pullout couch at the foot of our bed which worked out perfect. We asked for bed rails which they provided so our daughter couldn’t roll off the bed. Truly a great place to stay if you want to visit the parks for a day or two but also enjoy a relaxing resort as well! Would stay again and again :)
Stayed at the Four Seasons Orlando with my mom and sister and honestly? It exceeded every expectation. The property is stunning, the rooms are luxe and peaceful, and the service was top-tier from start to finish. We spent our days floating in the lazy river, getting pampered at the spa (my mom raved about her massage), and watching fireworks from the rooftop bar. Every staff member made us feel genuinely cared for — the kind of service that feels effortless but unforgettable. It’s the perfect mix of Disney-adjacent fun and serene luxury. We didn’t want to leave. Already planning the next trip.
Rating: 10/10 My family and I stayed here in room 814 (a "1 King Bed") for two nights in May 2025. Positives: • They say perfection doesn’t exist—but I’m pretty sure whoever said that hasn’t stayed at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando. If you’re looking for a masterclass in hospitality, this place delivers it with a smile, a cocktail, and a towel folded just right. • The pool setup here isn’t just good—it’s engineered bliss. Multiple pools to suit every mood, from serene adults-only sanctuaries to kid-friendly splash zones and a lazy river that lives up to its name in the best way. We parked ourselves beside it, and with spot-on poolside service never missing a beat, there was zero reason to move. • Staff interactions were nothing short of flawless. From valet to bellhop to server to bartender, every single person we encountered acted like they’d been personally trained by a hospitality deity. Polished, professional, genuinely warm—this is what service at the top should look like. • Our room? Spotless, spacious, and subtly luxurious without the faux-glitz you often find at family-friendly resorts. Every detail was considered, from the bedding to the lighting to a balcony view that offered front-row seats to nightly Disney fireworks without the theme park chaos. And yes, the A/C worked like a charm—because of course it did. • The food scene here punches way above its weight. Ravello served a branzino that might’ve ruined all other branzino for me—perfectly cooked, beautifully presented. The Lobby Bar rescued us after a long Disney day with local IPA, hot tea, and the kind of intuitive service you don’t even know you need until it happens. Lickety Split, their casual café, is a one-stop shop for great espresso, fresh donuts, smoothies, and—because they can—tiny bottled shots. Every venue nailed it, and each felt like it belonged to a much bigger culinary city. • When you combine the level of service, quality of accommodations, food that legitimately impresses, and a design that carefully balances elegance and ease—you expect the bill to sting. But everything felt fairly priced. Not cheap, but appropriate. There’s real value here, which in the world of high-end resorts is almost as rare as quiet children on a plane to Orlando. • After a full day at Disney—dodging crowds, hauling strollers, negotiating snack deals with sugar-crazed children—this resort feels less like a hotel and more like a triage center for exhausted parents. You return broken, sunburned, overstimulated—and then you’re handed a cold drink, wrapped in plush towels, and reminded what adulthood is supposed to feel like. It’s a sanctuary in the truest sense: calm, quiet, beautifully run, and just far enough from the madness to let you recover before doing it all again tomorrow. Negatives: • Try as I might, I couldn’t find a flaw. Not a chipped tile. Not a bad espresso. Not even a lukewarm greeting. This wasn’t just a great stay—it was a blueprint. Four Seasons Orlando isn’t riding on Disney’s coattails. It’s showing them how it’s done. After underwhelming experiences at the Maui and Big Island properties, I had started to question whether the Four Seasons name still meant anything. This stay reminded me that when they get it right, they don’t just meet expectations—they redefine them.
We made Mother’s Day reservations with our family and also took some pictures while waiting on our reservations, a staff member came up to us but not the other family taking pictures and asked why we were there and did we have reservations to be at the property. We assured them we were waiting on our reservations for dinner and we were just taking pictures while we waited. We felt completely singled out and discriminated against. We walked outside and took some pictures outside since we felt embarrassed after what took place inside the hotel and we were approached again by the same staff member asking what time our reservations were and he really didn’t want us taking pictures . Again we felt like we were being singled out and harassed at this point we felt it was best to just cancel our reservations and leave. The way were were harassed and made feel like we did not belong made us so uncomfortable and we will not be booking there again.
PROS: All I can say is WOW, what a beautiful resort. Adult pool is just what we needed, so quiet so peaceful , just lovely surroundings. We also enjoyed the lazy river. Room was beautiful with a huge shower and BATHTUB just made for two and a huge balcony well furnished with a view of the fireworks from Epcot every night. Dine-in room service was so well done with warming trays to keep food piping hot and all the selections were delicious. Elegant dining right in your room. If you like cesar salads they had the best shrimp caesar salad I ever had (the dressing was to die for). We ordered Coffee every morning with croissants that melt in your mouth. Just be prepared to spend at least $100 every morning (a free coffee station is supplied in front of Ravello restaurant) for coffee and croissants and little less than $200 for a dine-in dinner room. The restaurants were also amazing and pricey. We ate at the Lobby Bar, Ravello and PB&G. We did not make it to CAPA however we heard that will really put a dent in your pocket book. CONS: Our second day we went to the pool and came back and room service did not come even though they supply a green light you push to alert them to clean your room. We called them, they came and we had to stay out of the room for at least an hour. I could not go back to the pool due to too much sun so we just had to waste time in the Lobby. Shopping in the two stores was not in my price range. A small dress for my granddaughter cost $260. I also spent $

Then the remaining days housekeeping knocked on our door every morning at 8:00 AM, even when we did not turn on the green light. This did not make for an extremely happy day or mornings. However, I will say Four Season’s did make it up to us monetarily once we complained. A free coffee station is supplied in front of Ravello restaurant which is so kind, however, please be careful coffee is extremely hot. I found this out by dropping it on me and gave myself a second degree burn on my foot and I was wearing sneakers. In saying all this I would highly recommend this resort it will not disappoint.
This hotel is simply the prototype of perfection. While our room was small, it was so luxurious and perfect that it didn't matter. Our sleep quality was off the charts. We got room service for dinner and that was fun and fabulous. Best room service ever. Breakfast downstairs was equally amazing. Fitness room was great. Pools are amazing. You can't go wrong staying here. Everyone is SO nice.
Like no other, the best, always!
Absolutely excellent! The room with the fireworks visibility is the best thing to come back to at night. The entire room is a relaxing ambiance. The tub was luxurious. The bathroom amenities smell divine. I only wished I had time to enjoy the pool and spa amenities. Can’t wait to come back! One of my favorite FS properties and I don’t even have to leave the US for it. 10/10!
