Radisson Salem

There’s nothing for Adults to play, no indoor games, no table tennis, no carrom, chess, no badminton, absolutely no games. Small area for very small kids only. Boring for adults. Pool is small and 5 ft depth only.

Great hosting from Lakshmi; and the property is maintained to high standard. Very likely to stay here next time visiting the area.

overall nice

Pretty much what one would expect from a Radisson property.

Super good restaurant. Great laundry services. Friendly staff.

Great stay

Clean and modern property

Quality of water in restroom not good as it had a salty taste; maybe hard water

Okay

Good

Good staff working here

Best in class service.

Elevator keys were constantly not working Break fast vada and puri were undercooked Whole food smell may be you do not proper exhaust system in kitchen

Great stay

Service was excellent. Bathroom Flor mat and hand towels are poor quality.

the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the food was good.

Everything was great

We booked this hotel for 1 night. We were traveling with parents and child. This is quite good 4 star hotel. It has restaurants and bar available. Food service can be improved , for example we had ordered briyani and it took 40 mins to prepare and that too also after couple of reminders. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. This hotel also has kids play area.

Good hotel with good buffet and great customer service

I liked the room real-estate, Food and amenities. I didn't like the fact that bathroom has a transparent panels which is not conducive for non-couples. Please install some drapes that could be pulled down to block the transparent panels in the bath-room.

Very good service. Friendly staff

This hotel has never disappointed me. My birth town is only 4 miles from the hotel. I have been staying here since 2013 every time I visit Salem. Staff very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel

Well maintained property.

I am a repeat customer and never have I been let down

Stay was amazing and enjoyed the breakfast with variety of items

Ok and toilet is not clean to value of the brand name

Good hotel with an Amazon alfresco restaurant.

The stay was going going well, until Breakfast. At Breakfast the restaurant staff were playing around next to the food Stalls, and I unfortunately watched one of them wipe the knife used for cutting the cheeses on the shirt of one of his colleagues. I had had some cheese, and this made me feel rather ill. I couldn't finish my meal worrying about the overall cleanliness of the kitchen.

The mountain facing view was excellent. The rooms are sparkling clean and the accessories (Towels, soaps, shampoo, tooth brush etc.) provided stood apart. Staff provided excellent services all the time and courteous. The Restaurant offered multiple varieties and all very tasty. Overall very nice place to stay and closers to airport, train JCT. Would highly recommend to anyone who want a peaceful stay with good food options.

As far as I am aware, the only real choice for a business class hotel in Salem. Clean, decent rooms, limited menu but tasty food. Spacious premises and even the rooms are quite large. Attentive and efficient staff. Only grouse was that the mattress could have been better.

It was a great stay . It was a break in journey on our way from Chennai to Palakkad. Good to break road trips in such amazing friendly fully set up properties..

Good stay. Dinner buffet was excellent.

Staff overcharged my mother and declined to give us the receipt. Staff lied that they took Rs. 2000 cash for early check-in in addition to regular room charges and later they said that they took only Rs. 1500 and they never gave the receipt to my family members, who reach out to front desk and management, no use. Beware of the front desk members and staff for lie. Ask for receipts and get them before you leave the front desk

Great all round experience. Definitely worth visiting. Pricing can probably be a bit more competitive. It seems to be on the higher side.

Staff are friendly. Room was clean and dis infected. Overall stay was pleasant.

Excellent location on the National Highway. Easy to access and good for overnight break of road trips.

The breakfast was not included. And the age of both my children were less by 3 years and mad us look like as though we had entered the wrong age. Please don't humiliate your costumers like this

Great service , 24hour check-out, tidy rooms and convenient location

Staff were attentive to needs and very helpful. The buffet at Tangerine was excellent- both dinner and breakfast. The rooms were clean and bathroom facilities nice. The lobby was very inviting. Overall this hotel gets 5 stars. This is probably one of the best hotels that I have stayed at

The property is good. Rooms are spacious and staff is courteous. But during birthday party and functions, service to the guests staying in Radisson is not so effective. We faced this situation on 12th July during dinner. Suggest hotel to hire more staff when ever any such parties are being organized in the restaurant.

Excellent place to stay. Excellent care by the staff.

Many of the amenities which should be there are not actually available

Everything was very good , room facilities, service etc.

Location is nice, air conditioning is not effective....fifth floor gets very hot and corridors and lobby area is also very hot. When you enter room, inside temperature is 29c and it takes lot of time for desired temperature in the room.

Overall excellent stay and food. Room service was also great. One point where they can improve is in the Coffee they serve. I being a Coffee lover had problems every time I ordered coffee was either not hot or brew was not all that good,

The property location is really nice near tobthe local market and shopping areas plus staff is really helpful awsome stay we enjoyed a lot.

Good ambiance pleasant service good price I like to stay here

Top class property and big clean rooms in top shape. The restaurants are good but the pub was disappointing, with limited options on liquor brands available. The DJ was playing loud music to a empty area on a Saturday night in a wierd kind of dhaba setup.

Good

I stayed here for the first time. Everything met more than what I expected. Staff are friendly and helpful. Krithika at the restaurant was very helpful. I have only one complaint to make, including Redisson most hotel’s laundry staff don’t seem to understand when I say ‘don’t press’ the garments. Some clothing don’t need pressing. I don’t understand in what language I have to speak with them to make them understand!!!

Liked the infinity pool & the gymn. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Totally relaxing.😊

very good will stay again

The room was neat and spacious and the breakfast was excellent
