외부 소음이 많이 들리고, 특히 복도나 옆방 화장실 등에서 들려오는 소리는 문이 열려있는 듯한 느낌이 들 정도로 잘 들림.

La habitación estaba poco insonorizada y se escuchaba el trasiego del pasillo en ocasiones. Almohadas muy bajas y armario abierto con una barra a la vista y muy alta, poca privacidad para guardar tus pertenencias.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026The staff were excellent, especially Emma on reception who was super personable and made checking in easy. There was a good spread at breakfast and adequate room. I got a free upgrade on my room when I checked in (thanks to Alexandra) which meant I had a very large room which overlooked the square outside. Free tours and experiences were available from reception, which was a nice touch.
The decor in the room seemed a little bit off - bright green flooring, purple furniture and off-purple walls. Compared to the other hotels I stayed in Italy this summer, it didn't quite hit the 4 star quality in terms of rooming. Also, this hotel communicates A LOT. 5 emails and 5 text messages in the space of around 4 days demanding I check in online, wanting to know what time I'm checking out, etc. It all seemed a bit unnecessary.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Ottima la posizione soprattutto per chi, come me, ha soggiornato lì per poi partire il giorno dopo. A due passi dalla stazione termini ma in una zona tranquilla e sileziosa. Camere ampie dal design curato e moderno. Molto carine anche le experience che mette a disposizione la struttura per gli ospiti.
I bagni sono un pochino piccoli ma nel complesso belli. La doccia invece è spaziosa e fantastica.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Non è stato il primo soggiorno in questo hotel. Debbo dire di trovarmi sempre molto bene e per questo lo scelgo ripetutamente venendo a Roma per lavoro. Stanza più che adeguata. Personale dell'accoglienza sempre disponibile e molto cortese. Oggi un plauso particolare per il personale addetto al bar perchè una buona colazione diventa ottima quando viene accompagnato da gentilezza e sorrisi.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Ore 7,10, sono praticamente da solo a colazione: poche cose nel buffet (tra l'altro senza alcuna copertura a tutela dell'igiene); pochi cornetti, di taglia piccola, freddi e secchi. Avevo pagato il supplemento di 12 euro per la colazione. Vedo la cameriera che nel frattempo ha sfornato alcuni vassoi di cornetti, grandi, fagottini e dolci analoghi.... mi accingo a prenderne uno..... Vengo fermato con durezza, resto allibito: mi viene comunicato che non ero autorizzato a consumarli, nonostante fossero lì, davanti a me, che avevo pagato ripeto DODICI euro per la colazione... e non c'era nessun cornetto disponibile per me... dovevo solo guardare e non toccare. Credo che ciò non richieda commenti, se non ribadire che in nessun albergo in cui io sia mai stato mi è stato poi proibito di prendere qualcosa fra quelle disponibili.... avendo pagato, ripeto, ben 12 euro di supplemento! Incredibile, inaccettabile, tristemente vero. Segnalata la cosa, presente solo il receptionist, mi informava che quanto sfornato era destinato ai clienti "esterni" del bar, mentre a "noi" interni (a 12 euro) era riservato solo quel poco che era sul buffet; tra l'altro, sarebbe stato carino, dopo avermi informato, comunque consentirmi una consumazione...ma non è avvenuto .... ho imparato qualcosa. A non fidarmi delle colazioni incluse... e forse nemmeno degli alberghi che trattano così i clienti...

The shower showed signs of wear even though it was recently renowated. Perhaps shouldve picked a more sustainable paint when renovating. But it’s just a minor thing.

Ho alloggiato in una camera deluxe con balcone, ma al risveglio sono rimasto senza corrente per un problema alla scheda (fatto presente alla reception). La nota più dolente però è stata il bagno: per il prezzo pagato le condizioni della doccia erano davvero imbarazzanti. Credo che sia ingiusto chiedere importi del genere per condizioni di questo tipo.

I booked this hotel primarily for its gym facilities, but I was told to use the gym at the Milani Hotel next door. However, as you can see in my photos, it barely had four pieces of equipment that didn't even function properly as gym gear, let alone a single dumbbell.

Achei desagradável o fato de por engano eu ter feito a reserva de 2 quartos em duplicidade, e eles se negarem a fazer a retificação. Resultado: 2 casais em quatro quartos. Não faz sentido tratar o cliente assim.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Osoblje je jako ljubazno i njima bih dala 1000 zvjezdica, šteta što vlasnik ne prati stanje hotela i sitnice koje dosta naruše dojam.
Cijeli hotel je prljav, s obzirom na cijenu i zvjezdice očekivali smo veću urednost. Doručak je u redu ali dosta siromašan. Plijesan u tušu je bila prisutna, makar smo zvali osoblje da očisti ali takve stvari ne bi trebale biti u hotelima. Isto tako tuš nam je propuštao i poplavio cijelu kupaonu jer su neke gumice na kabini popustile, iz zida se otkinula ručka za tuširanje. Sef nije radio, zablokirao je i nije se mogao više otvoriti.

Al momento del check-in mi hanno comunicato che avrei pernottato nella junior suite per rimediare ad un (mio) errore di prenotazione che non è stato possibile rimborsare. Direi che anche solo per questo si meritano un'ottima recensione.

The air conditioning was not working , the room was super hot. I then called the reception and they came up to fix it, once fixed it was so loud it was impossible to sleep from the noise. A 4 star hotel that charges 200 euros a night should meet the minimum requirements.

Tlw. Schimmel in der Dusche/Bad. Zimmer wirkt kühl und ist nicht gut belüftet. Sehr laute Musik im Frühstücksbereich. Beim Frühstück gab es auch zu wenig Tische.

Персонал был очень приветлив) нам не удалось заселиться в запланированное время, и мне быстро ответили и успокоили что мы можем приехать в любое время. Здесь круглосуточно работает ресепшен , что очень удобно. Завтраки были вкусными, небольшой ассортимент, но вкусно) уборка была каждый день

Reviewed May 4, 2026L'hôtel porte bien son nom et est assez moderne. De plus il est plutot bien placé a 5 minutes de la gare Roma Termini.
A 6h30, malgré les rideaux, il est fait grand jour dans la chambre. De plus l'hôtel souffre d'un grand manque d'isolation phonique tant a l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Des que quelqu'un parle dans le couloir ou tire la chasse dans les étages supérieurs...et cela vous réveille. Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas a la hauteur du prix tant sur le choix que sur la qualité. Et pour finir le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas et les produits (shampoing) de piètre qualité.
