Breakfast was nice
Toilet wouldnt flush much
A warm welcome, super comfy beds and an amazing buffet breakfast 😋 The bar area is comfy and very reasonably priced too. Just over £5 a pint 👌
The breakfast was spot on lovely and the staff where helpful.
Would be nice to have air con them rooms where to hot
Location is great, close to beach & a nice walk to all shops. Breakfast was excellent.
Small cramped room, all stains on carpets, toilet seat didn’t fit, rock hard bed, no door on the cupboard. Bathroom fan was very loud. Needs updating, old metal lift.
Good location on the seafront.
Little bit tired overall and could do with a bit of a refurb.
The breakfast was good and location
Okay I have booked through you numerous amount of times but this time I was very disappointed I originally booked a sea view which we always like then you suggested a £50 to up grade the room which I did thinking it was still a sea view, but to my disappointment it wasn’t we were gutted at the view to the car park we had ,and with all sea view rooms booked had to put up with it that spoiled our stay , I would never have payed an extra £50 for that room knowing that . The manager said I should have checked it was a sea view and that was no help at all and said it was down to booking .com Terrible attitude I thought
The breakfast was really nice and plenty to choose from . The hotel is clean lovely staff and friendly atmosphere.
The bathroom in our room had lack of hanging space and nowhere to put toiletries.
Location, breakfast, staff, bed , room , shower
Nothing
Easy to find
Panniers on my m.bike made it difficult to enter front court yard.
Lovely, friendly, helpful staff, both on reception and in the dining room. Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. We didn't use the bar,but noticed the pricelist was very reasonable. Good lift.
We think in need of a loaded paintbrush in most areas. First impressions count for alot, and inside it looks quite shabby, especially when entering from the car park at the rear. More staff really needed in the dining room, lovely Callum rushed of his feet, but extremely helpful. When it's known that customers, and their dogs, have chosen to eat breakfast in the function room it would be nice to find that their table has been set ready (as they do in The Headlands). That's where we have stay alot. Our bedroom had no curtains at the window, just 2 blinds, and both in need of replacing, preferably with blackout blinds, with curtains too. We all found two pillows were two high and one pillow not high enough.
Labai gera vieta, numeris su vaizdu į jūrą. Pusryčių personalas labai malonus.
Viešbutis labai pagyvenęs, trūksta švaros, pusryčiuose pasirinkimas negausus ir vienodas kiekvieną dieną.
Excellent position on the promenade good choice at the buffet breakfast
Some areas of the hotel were beginning to to look a bit tired
Ideal Position for amenities. Cleanliness. friendly staff, dog friendly. Lovely breakfast
Good breakfast. Good staff.
Tenía parking privado
La habitación era pequeña y las camas no eran losas cómodas. El desayuno no era muy bueno, suficiente.
The location. The roomsa were clean as well
The TVs sometimes do not work.
location
The room was comfortable, with good quality bedding, lovely views of the sea, and right on the seafront. Some really helpful members of staff. Clean rooms and serviced each morning. A decent option if you are able bodied, don't rely on a lift and don't need a parking space. We'll stocked drinks tray in the room, replenished daily. Shower gels, shampoo, and soaps are provided in the bathroom.
Dog friendly, but dogs can't go in the breakfast room, which then throws up all sorts of issues about how to get your food to eat on a different floor in an unpleasant unwelcoming room with no facilities, no tables or chairs set up, no cutlery, piles of rubbish, carpet off cuts and chairs stacked up etc etc and 2 disabled adults in your party who can't carry their food or trays and walk the distance needed or climb stairs without support. It's a terrible setup that needs a serious re-think. I personally paid £100 per night with breakfast to get treated as an afterthought. 1 member of staff to look after 80 customers at breakfast, and he still managed to run up the stairs and help carry trays while keeping an eye on the breakfast room. He was amazing and couldn't have done enough to at least try and help, but they were severely understaffed, which is their standard operating service. Other customers were helping each other and me to move tables around, so we had somewhere to sit. 50% car parking spaces for the number of rooms, so there is no guarantee of a space. Also, it was quite tight at the entrance. Firm beds. It's was little too firm for me, but good quality. Also booked rooms by the lift for disabled, only to be told these weren't the rooms we had been allocated, so our disabled guests had to manage 2 flights of stairs due to split level landings or move to another hotel. We were offered help with our bags, but then he got pulled away on another issue, so I carried all the bags for the entire group on my own over a number of trips. Not a great start!
Everything the staff, the room and the location all perfect. Very close to attractions and allows pets at a small fee which made it even more attractive to us

The breakfast was good. Close to the pier. One staff member with the bold cut was lovely and helpful about where to go.
Not answering the phone when I called about the car park which I had to find myself. Secondly, WiFi is poor n not good enough especially for kids wanting to watch BBC I player or netflix.
The room was very good, and the breakfast was lovely.
Lovely friendly staff. Breakfast is outstanding quality. Lovely little bar.
Staff friendly amazing good location allows you to charge scooter breakfast is amazing.
Nothing
Rooms very clean, staff great, breakfast amazing and great choices central location.
Only problem was split level landing and i couldnt figure it out, but managed. They could do with a few sign posts around hotel.
The room was very clean, situated at the rear of the property. I would book a sea front room in future.
There could have been more storage in the room, eg another set of drawers as there wasn't really quite enough staorage for 2 guests.
The location and the breakfast.
It is situated not far from the main town and the pier staff very Bentley on arrival they couldn’t do enough for you
As I said before, situated in a good position, the property was clean nice entertainment
Room was spotless beds comfortable , dog friendly, close to all amenities, breakfast great.
Beautiful room, very clean and good service. Very friendly owners, couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend this lovely hotel. And as for the food 🤌 great breakfasts, a lot of variety and very delicious. Cater to your needs as I have an autistic son and the server gave me what I needed as he is very picky. So thank you for making our stay easier!
N/A. Nothing wrong.
Amazing location, rooms clean with everything you need, breakfast was great with a good selection. We had a great view of snowdonia too.
Nothing
Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Location amazing. Internet great.
Door was hard to open.
Front sea position
Small bedrooms and small, without Windows breakfast room
Location is excellent..... Tasty breakfast.
Only challenge, no restaurant.
Nice location, the staff were all really nice and friendly!
Just little things need attention and the place would be spot on!not keen on dog friendly places but weren’t too bad in the end!at least they weren’t allowed in the dining room!
Great location on the seafront

Although it was advertised as having lifts these did not reach every floor and our elderly frail mother had to struggle with one flight down and one flight up whenever we went to our room
As about
Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Nothing.
Great location, very friendly welcome. Fantastic choice of breakfast. This was a very last minute booking .
The only thing I didn’t like and that was the room we had, found it a bit too small, bed a bit uncomfortable.
Friendly staff, great location, brilliant choice at breakfast
We were welcomed most warmly when we arrived - couple of staff both on the desk and in Restaurant remembered our names so that was a Bonus , and they were all caring, and soooooo helpful - nothing was too much bother for them . Breakfast was perfect and plenty of it .
The only thing at start of our stay that bothered us was how to find our room . !!! First day was hilarious - we always see the funny side of things s . Makes life interesting .
Great location, friendly staff and comfy beds after a long day enjoying the beach
Location on the promenade, helpful and friendly staff and good clean room.
Excellent location. Friendly staff. Great variety of breakfast.
Shower wasn’t the best.
Posizione strategica
Food was fantastic . No dogs allowed in restaurant . Staff were knowledgeable, helpful , respectful .cleaning lady everyday even on Sunday brilliant, and hotel provided bottled water .love the hotel
Nothing
The staff were so attentive and welcoming. The breakfast was perfect, plenty of choice and fresh, hot. Room was plenty big for 3 people.
Only thing that needed improving was the front outside, really needs some tlc by cleaning it up each day and ashtrays as the butts were an eyesore. Could be a lovely front for drinks.
I love the rustic charm. Fantastic location overlooking the pier and close to everywhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast room was beautifully presented, and the buffet was delicious.
The twin room was a decent size, but the double room was rather cramped around the bed space
We love this hotel and The hotel has had a refurb since we were last there. The staff are friendly The breakfast is great. We take our 2 dogs as it's also a lovely pet friendly hotel
Location & breakfast
Shower didn’t work properly
The hotel was very dog friendly. The stylish decor of the bedrooms, the comfortable bed and modern touch sensitive light switches. Nice breakfast at "Brig Y Don" and nice evening meal at the "The Merrion".
No cabaret and no evening meals, although their sister hotel "The Merrion" catered for Brig Y Don guests and their dogs in separate dog friendly seating area.
Good location. Breakfast good. Staff helpful
Rooms to warm with no air conditioner. Car park small for number of rooms. No evening meals served on site.
The staff are exceptional friendly helpful, breakfast is to die for amazing tasty food, location is on point right on the sea front amazing hotel over all
My only thing I’d say is the bathroom in my room was tiny and dated an needs a revamp an some shelving in there or something as there’s nowhere to put things
Good location, breakfast was good as
The one English guy at the reception was very unhelpful and on my check in he seemed like I was actually bothering him by my arrival and was very unhelpful in trying to navigate my way to the back to pack my car. He just produced a black and white areal photo like which I could not even understand for me to follow. The other staff were actually very friendly and tried to help whenever they can.
Location was nice
Cleanliness
Very good location. The breakfast was good with lots of choice.
It would have been nice to have an option for food in the evening. At the end of a busy day we sometimes would love to have stayed in and had food at the hotel.
Location was amazing along with the hotel itself. Lovely room, view from the window, comfy beds and pillows. Hot water, complimentary tea/coffee/toiletries were great. Lovely breakfast. Dog was welcome to come. Everything was nice and clean and bright. Parking to the rear.
Inbuilt lock on room door is very easy for a child to open from the inside. It wasn't an issue as we just pushed a bed against it at night but an additional hatch out of chidrens reach would be perfect.
Breakfast was excellent.
Bit out dated
Excellent hotel and wonderful breakfast ,Comfortable bed and wonderful staff
Choice at the buffet breakfast was plentiful and excellent
We were on an upper floor, and water pressure in shower wa a little temperamental occasionally
Location. Breakfast.
The hotel was clean, the staff welcoming and helpful and the location is convenient for the beach, the pier and the shops (everything within a very short walking distance). The breakfast is very good. I'm glad we paid a little extra for a superior triple room with a sea view (although there were just the 2 of us). The room was quite spacious and the view over the sea front from the table and easy chairs placed in the bay window was superb. There was also more parking available than expected, though it did fill up during our stay. However with everything so near by, we did not need to move our car between arrival and departure.
The duvet was quite thick, meaning that we tended to remove and replace it during the mights, alternating between being too hot or too cold. However, this is a minor quibble given how good everything else about the hotel was.
location is the plus point with the hotel only ,b that's what there they are playing on.
Rooms provided are different from what is been boooking .com advert , wash room facilities are poor not not even upto the mark, shower pressure is so low.
Excellent service thanks

Some of the staff wasn’t very helpful
Arrived at two and I couldn’t get my room till three not happy
Staff were welcoming and helpful
The breakfast was fantastic and location
Nothing
was nice and clean and also close to the venue for event which i was attending
the shower head would not hold properly and the water was stopping from time to time during the shower
Its position on the front
Dated and in need of a lick of paint in places. When asking for coffees in bar we’re told they would have to start the coffee machine and would take at least 10 minutes. Breakfast just like warm. Bedding very tatty.
Ideally situated hotel. Staff were very friendly.
On arrival there was an odour of sweat in the corridor which was made by a dirty vacuum filter that was being used. The hotel needs updating. Had the twin room with sea view. Pillows flat, mattress fairly comfortable but had bottomed out slightly, so dipped in the middle. Room needs a fresh coat of paint and damp on walls near window needs repair. Small corner shower is aged and doors not closing completely. Second time staying at hotel. Breakfast was good, but cooked food not always hot, just warm.
The hotel is in a good location right on the promenade. It has a cosy bar and a comfortable lounge with sea views. I would recommend this hotel.
The lift can be a bit restrictive if you have disabilities but it’s not impossible to find ways round the issue.
Location, staff ..
Parking facilities..
Friendly staff, hotel provided us with a baby cot and our dog was warmly welcomed at the hotel. The location is great with a lot of parking options (hotel parking or street parking by the beach). We were happy to explore Llandudno from there!
The breakfast options were standard.
My husband and I loved the seafront location and the front bay window sea view room. The bedroom was roomy. The fan was a bonus it being so warm when we were there. The windows were spotless. A first in all our stays, over the years, in Llandudno! :) The breakfast was great quality and was topped up with fresh bacon, eggs, beans etc etc regulary. I.E Rather than filling the hot dishes to the brim and left to go cold and greasy like a lot of places do. The breakfast staff were very attentive and cleared plates away quickly. They also were quick to brush up spillages around tables that customers/ chuldren had dropped. All in all a very clean and pleasant hotel.
There was some noise from a youngster running backwards and fowards in the room above us. This happened from around 6am, waking us up on the first morning. However, the manager was kind anough to have a word with the occupants of the room and we didn't have any further problems.
Breakfast was excellent as was the staff. Rooms are a decent size..very clean
Parking is very tight...on a strictly first come basis
The best thing was the guy that works during breakfast, amazing person and helping everyone with their needs.
Bedroom quite dirty and windows very dirty. Also full of hair from dogs, i yo think they use a very good hoover to clean the rooms or the carpets.
Location staff friendly carpark ok. Breakfast good
Bathroom needs updated sealant missing dodgy handle on shower now leg room on toilet
Very central to all amenities staff were very nice and helpful having fans in the room was a nice touch as there was no air conditioning breakfasts were amazing
The showers in the rooms we stayed in were small and the owners could make more of the outside space eg putting lights up on the trees etc
We booked a triple room with sea view so my wife who has cancer could view the sea sitting by the window in the room. Unfortunately, the window height was too high to sit and view the sea. We asked for a room change and the second room offered at no extra cost was the same. The photos of a triple room with sea view on the Booking.com website do not portray that you cannot sit and see the sea. The room was shabby with many parts of the room needing maintenance such as a down lighter falling off the ceiling, stained internal fixtures and fittings and peeling paintwork. The bathroom was small and needed shelving and hooks to hang clothes. The shower did operate easily and water flow and temperature were good. The main bed was a small double and not really long enough for someone 6 foot and above. The room service was absent for our 2 night stay. The cleaner asked " if we needed anything" rather than "can I come and clean your room" and so the room was not made up during our stay. The staff were engaging and helpful and we felt they were let down by the standard of accommodation on offer. The communal areas including stair balustrading and the lift were greasy to touch and needed a good clean. The car park was difficult to locate on arrival ( being off a small rear side street with no hotel signage) and limited parking on first come basis. Parking on the sea front at the front of the hotel is payable during the daytime. Overall at a cost of £133 per night we consider it poor value for money and inferior to other hotels we have used recently.
The staff were so helpful and very nice. The room we had was clean and comfortable. The location couldn't be better. On the sea front and close to the shops. We had a lovely stay.
The parking was a bit tricky but the staff were really helpful
Friendly staff and great location
No airconditioning
The location was great, right on the seaside. Perfect for exploring Llandudno on foot, and for accessing the beach and the pier at night. We had no issues at check-in. Breakfast buffet was adequate and decently varied. Free parking in the back is provided. Price was good for Llandudno in high season.
Room was dirty and in desperate need of repair, and there was some sort of bloodstain on the shower curtain. Bed was tiny -- we booked a double room, but received a glorified 3/4 bed that was hardly big enough for two people, and we're small people; I can only imagine what a taller or larger couple would do. WiFi didn't work, and the desk clerk rudely commented that he didn't notice a problem. Restaurant was closed for renovation. Parking was difficult to access; our tiny compact rental car barely fit, and a larger car certainly wouldn't have. Breakfast room was in a stuffy cellar with no ventilation. Not impressed.
Great position, good breakfast, all staff were friendly Alex on Reception was extremely helpful in changing our room. No problem parking on road if hotel car park was full. Dog friendly.
First room not suitable for my husbands mobility issues. Bathroom extremely small, not enough room around bed to mobilise. Second room more spacious but my husband found the shower cubicle small and the washbasin set at an u usually high position whi h made it difficult for him to have a wet shave and wash is face. Toilet was low. We did not requiest a room for someone with mobility difficulties so not all the fault of the hotel.
The breakfast options were amazing room was very comfortable and the staff were very welcoming.
It was very very clean hotel with a wonderful sea view 😍 new carpet, new furniture in the room.bed was so comfortable.beddings were very clean ,snow white as colour🤩 batroom/toilet was very clean and new .Breakfast saloon was very clean and breakfast was delicious with many choices 😋😋
Only problem was wifi.we couldnt use our phones ,Hotel wifi wasnt working.we had to go to outside to receive/make calls and send/receive messages .it was a big struggle because we were waiting phone call from our doctor .
Location was great and a good breakfast
Room was far too small and had no hot water for a shower on 2nd day . No air condition either
The staff were excellent and very helpful with our needs
Poor Internet but they were changing to fibreoptic and my TV kept freezing but the views made up for that
Śniadanie bardzo dobre, powyżej standardu w Walii. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, widok na morze. Czystość perfect.Polecam
Winda 😉
A good choice with breakfast, cereals, fruit and yoghurt, cheese and meat. English breakfast was nicely cooked with all the usual items. What we really liked was the plate warmer. The plates were always hot ideal for your hot breakfast. The room was basic but comfortable and ideal for a short stay. Location was great, just a short walk to all amenities.
The bathroom could have done with a little more storage/shelving as not enough space for toiletries. A shelf could be easily added beneath the wash basin. The dining room was in the basement, the access was tired in comparison to the rest of the hotel. We felt this area need some tidying the stair carpet in particular needed replacing
Best thing was location, ver central for everything. nicest part of fhe hotel was the dining room in the basement
It was clean and comfy for one night it was fine but wouldn't stay there any longer
Close to all the amenities. Friendly staff.

The hotel was nice, traditional seaside hotel
breakfast was lovely, something for everyone The staff were fab, all very helpful
Breakfast was okay, the room clean and bedding comfortable.
No entertainment and the restaurant was not advertised by the staff.
The bed was very comfortable and we had a sea view. The breakfast was great , buffet style so plenty to eat.
We omitted to ask for an accessible room so did have to encounter two lots of stairs which wasn't easy. The toilet was very cramped, pipes showing under the sink which wouldn't hold the water. All in all a pleasant stay despite the blemishes.
Friendly staff, great location, comfy bed and good shower.
Drab decor and the smallest tv I've ever seen! Couldn't read the menu on screen really should provide a bigger screen.
The staff were amazing and very clean room
No air con in the room
The breakfast outstanding lots of choice
All good
Perfect location to town restaurants and pubs and seafront
Nothing to really dislike other than the bedroom was a tad hot and with the window open the seagulls are vocal all night but that’s not the hotels fault
Good friendly staff, hotel was spotlessly clean.Breakfast was excellent
Only complaint was the wi-fi was poor
That it was dog friendly
The internet connection was not reliable unfortunately
