Loved the location, the staff, the pool. We had a poolside room, it was lovely.

The owner - a very grumpy older lady who I felt was checking up on us the whole time. She growled me for not showering before jumping in the pool but the signs (I found later) were facing the wrong way. She never said good morning or seemed happy, and it just bought the vibe down. I can’t comment on the food as the restaurant was all but deserted the entire time so decided not to risk the food as no one else was buying anything.

Fantastic location. In a great part of Sanur with lots of restaurants nearby.

The pool area was lovely and the pool was the perfect temperature. The location was amazing. Close to Bali Icon, the beach and many shops and restaurants.

Perhaps a few more drink options on the menu. Other than that, the place was fantastic. Nothing negative to comment on.

The property location is fantastic. Off the main road but a hidden gem and close to everything. Just opposite Icon Mall and close to multiple restaurants and warungs Staff are so beautiful and friendly. Pool is amazing

The facilities were lovely, would stay again. The pool was fabulous, water felt amazing. Location perfect!!! Across from mall with easy beach access.

The food was average aside from the fruit, I wouldnt get breakfast included next time (no variety), But would definitely stay again.

Only downside of having a room downstairs, the rooms above us get quite noisy as you can hear chairs moving etc

Poor birds stuck in a tiny cage in the sun the whole day and the koi fish in a tiny pond. Animal cruelty :(

The resort would have been considered luxurious 40 years ago with large rooms and beautiful pool area. Our room was accessed by one flight of stairs; through many rooms were at ground level. The staff were very friendly; and meal prices were reasonable. The building entrance was being reconstructed; but once past that the surroundings were very pleasant. The location was very close to Icon Bali - a high end shopping centre.

The location is the best right across the Bali Icon Mall. Plenty of options for food, shopping, and money exchange. The beach access is from inside the mall. It’s a beautiful beach, very vibrant, and has a very long cycling and walking track which is a great activity.

Everything was perfect except for one thing which is the smell of the tap with was rusty and borderline close to having a sewer water smell. Restaurant had limited choices but GREAT FOOD! IT WAS FANTASIC! Staff were really friendly too. Also we met a woman who I think was Alise. She was nice!

It was only one street back from beach and access going through Icon Shopping Center, our room was on 1st floor stairs were rather steep but ok, probably would have a ground floor next time, pool was beautiful and clean we didn't eat there so can't rate 😁

perfect location, staff was exceptionally kind. They found some items in our room that we had forgotten after we had left and went above and beyond to deliver it to us as a package with a Gojek courrier to our next hotel. So amazing!! Plus the hotel has great character and feel like home!!

The gardens and pool.were nice and our balcony.

The beds were too hard and not comfortable. Also our hot water smelt like sulphur.

The rooms are a bit dated and need some TLC

The staff were very welcoming and booking in was easy. It was a pleasure to stay at Tamukami, all facilities were comfortable and clean. The location is perfect... tucked away from the main street but close to the market, beach and shops.

We loved the location being so close to the beach, the mall, and other shops. It was quiet, with a lovely pool, and large room. The staff were all lovely.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, as it was very good value for money.

Great experience. I loved the location right opposite the Icon Mall and the Nest Spa. The surrounds are Balinese inspired and the pool was a lovely area to relax in. Plenty of sunbeds but not overcrowded. The rooms are large with generous sized bathrooms. Bed was comfortable with good pillows and linen. I recommended to my son and husband for a trip they did and they loved it too. Booked again for December, 2026.

Mosquitoes outside my room. Bring your repellent and ask staff to put coils in place.

Tamukami is in a very quiet spot tucked away from the main drag in Sanur. The rooms are grouped round a verdant courtyards and swimming pool - they are airy and spacious, with comfy beds and good size bathrooms. It’s a great place to come if you want a more authentically Balinese experience than what’s on offer from more modern hotels. There are also some really good restaurants just a few steps away along the Main Street.

Breakfast could have been better - the setting is idyllic and service is pleasant, but the options are limited and they could definitely improve on the coffee and fresh fruit on offer. At the time we visited (April 2026) access to the beach - only one block away - was tricky because of building works.

Small quiet great location

Love the garden & pool area, very nice room with everything we needed. The staff are lovely, and keep everything clean and very accommodating on requests.

I would prefer a slightly softer mattress, not a complaint, just a preference and I didn’t make any request to change.

Deep steps to rooms could do with handrails for the elderly or disabled.

L'emplacement est idéal (proche de la plage et tout prêt du grand maul Icon Bali) et très calme. Les chambres sont un peu viellotes mais spacieuses. La piscine est super. Le personnel est très gentil.

La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement, mais elle reste fonctionnelle

Au calme malgré la proximité d'une route très animée et d'un grand centre commercial. Belle chambre, petit dejeuner copieux, piscine agréable, personnel souriant. La promenade du bord de plage est toute proche et bien agréable Tout etait ok

スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしかった。

色々な所に使用しないガラクタが置いてあり、見苦しかった。そういった細かい所もちゃんとする意識が低い点が残念だった。 ホテルのスタッフは良い人ばかりでしたので、この問題は、経営者かホテルのマネージャーによるものだと思います。 せっかく、古い良さが魅力のホテルなので、掃除も含め、整理整頓をちゃんとして、綺麗にしていただきたいと感じました。あと、レストランの雰囲気作りをもっとしてもらえると利用したい気持ちになります。

De ligging van het hotel in Sanur. Vlak bij het strand en tegenover het grote winkelcentrum Icon Bali. Er is een fijn zwembad bij en sommige gedeelten van het hotel worden opgeknapt. Het geheel is netjes maar enige modernisering is zeker nodig. (Wat dus ook gebeurd). De binnentuin met zwembad is een oase van rust. De Belgische eigenaresse is vriendelijk, zij woont ook zelf in het hotel en je ziet haar dan iedere dag in het zwembad of bij haar zangvogels in twee kooien.

Niets gezien de prijsstelling van het hotel.

A beautifully designed hotel set back from the main road.Delicious breakfast served with style . Very clean and well maintained.Staff well versed in Western preferences,and great menu. The best shower and bath facilities in Bali.😊

Unfortunately there was fairly constant construction being done ,on site and next door, the noise of a 'buzz saw' detracted from the peace that would have otherwise been remarkable..🙉

Отличное местоположение! Несмотря на близость дороги в отеле очень тихо. Большой номер! Убирали каждый день, бесплатно каждый день 2 бутылки воды. Wi-fi работал отлично. Есть российский канал по телевизору. Большой бассейн с комфортной температурой воды. Рядом много кафе и магазинов. До пляжа минут 10 неторопливым шагом. Нам все понравилось.
