Our stay was unfortunately affected by several significant issues. The biggest problem was access to the building. We were later told that we had a key to the main entrance and that the front-door buzzer was working. In reality, we were never informed that one of the keys hanging inside was for the main entrance, and there was no sign or instruction explaining what the keys were for or that guests should take one with them. More importantly, the front-door buzzer did not work overnight. We actually saw it being repaired the following day. Because of this, I was locked out in the middle of the night and unable to get back into the property. I called the main number for the accommodation that appeared in a Google search, but there was no answer. By around 1:30 a.m., I had left the entrance and gone to a safer, staffed 24-hour café rather than remain outside alone, so I did not see or use the additional number posted outside the door. The situation left me awake for most of the night and exhausted the following day, which affected the plans we had made. We were also disappointed with the air conditioning. Although the property is advertised as air-conditioned, very little cool air came from the system and the room remained uncomfortably warm for much of our stay. What was most frustrating was the response afterward. Rather than acknowledging the access problem, the property denied responsibility, despite the fact that the buzzer was being repaired the next day. The location may work well for some travellers, but based on our experience, clearer access instructions, a reliable after-hours contact system, and properly functioning air conditioning are needed.

Muy bien ubicado en el barrio trastevere cercano a los sitios para cenar. Muy comodas las camas, aire acondicionado perfecto. El anfitrion dejo snacks y cafe, aguas de cortesia. Comedor comun para todas las habitaciones super equipado

Camera essenziale e pulita. Posizione ottima e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione. Colazione al bar buona!

Struttura vicina ai locali di Trastevere, ottima se si vuole trascorrere una serata nel cuore autentico della movida romana. Collegata bene con i vari mezzi di trasporto.

Που πληρωσαμε για πρωινο και ηταν μονο ενα απλο κρουασαν και ενα ζεστο ροφημα απο την καφετερια απεναντι. Μαλιστα την 3η μερα πηγαμε κατα τις 11 και ειχαν τελειωσει τα κρουασαν οποτε πληρωσαμε το πρωινο μας. Το παιδι μας δεν ηθελε ζεστο ροφημα οποτε πληρωναμε το κρυο ροφημα της επιλογης του.

Clean and nice location. Breakfast cards were a nice touch.

The beautiful rustic charm of an historic Italian building. The host was very generous providing Italian breakfast vouchers and cold drinks in the fridge. Location is ideal for everywhere :)

Que el baño, por más que fuera exclusivo para nosotros, esté afuera. Pero ya lo sabíamos de antemano.

great location, solid floors and walls meant little noise, great air con (so nice to come in from 37degrees to a cool breeze!). good communication for arrival, cleaned every day and water/juice/snacks replenished. vouchers for breakfast in great local cafe.

if the shower was a bit more powerful this place would be perfect!

Posizione molto buona in viale Trastevere, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, apoartamento tranquillo fuori dal chiasso della movida.

A szoba megfelelő volt, tisztaság várt minket. A szoba átvétele egyszerű volt az utasítások alapján.Távozás napján ott tudtuk volna hagyni a bőröndjeinket, ha a repülőnk későn ment volna, de nem éltünk a lehetőséggel, ám szép gesztus, köszönjük. A közös konyhában mindig volt torta és gyümölcs 🙂

A fürdőszoba ajtó alja el van ázva és a wc padka csempéje is javításra szorul (2-es szoba).

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per un concerto al circo massimo, posizione ottima, ben servita dai mezzi. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Ambienti comuni e stanza pulitissimi. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio

Idéalement placé près du Trastevere .. conforme à sa description et à mes attentes .. excellentes indications pour prendre possession des lieux .. Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Rome !!

Müthiş konum. Her yere yürüyerek ulaşım. Trastevere’nin tam kalbinde. Yardımcı bir ev sahibi.

Giriş kapı anahtarı eski tip bu güven vermiyor.

Gostei da localização e do atendimento. Água, sucos e biscoitos ficam a disposição dentro do quarto.

Instalações. Box do banheiro estava quebrado, o chuveiro não direcionava para baixo e o shampoo era bastante ruim. Durante a noite, a cúpula que envolve o abajur caiu do nada, não estava presa, estava quebrada e encaixada apenas e nos assustou durante a noite:

La ubicación y la buena disposición del propietario para facilitarnos el ingreso y darnos información. Además nos recibió con galletitas y bebidas y te da vales de desayuno en el café de la esquina.

La ducha es pequeña y el baño grande. Quizá en algún momento podrían cambiarla

Very clean apartment and well equiped, lots of snacks and drinks added for free. Italian breakfast was ok at a café close to the place. Great location at a tram stop.

Very noisy at night, windows were not good isolated. the bathroom wasn't in the room, although it was used by us only and had keys but the place wasn't private, other rooms were on the same corridor and using the same kitchen.

Pusryčiai - kruasanas ir karštas gėrimas pasirinkimui, šalia esančioj kavinukėje. 10val kruasanų jau purma dieną neliko, vadinas pusryčiai kava. Nemanau, kad verta rinktis - su pusryčiais, kada gauni kavanir kruasana. Vonios kambarys labai jau prašo remonto.

I travel frequently, and I have never, in all my years as a guest, experienced anything as frightening and disrespectful as this stay. Unfortunately, this was the worst accommodation experience of my life. I made the reservation requesting a triple room with three single beds, as I was traveling with two friends. Upon check-in, we found one double bed and one single bed — not what we had booked. I contacted the host respectfully and politely, hoping to resolve the situation. Instead of any kind of dialogue, I received a barrage of rude messages and, worse, a voice call where he started screaming at me like a crase person, repeatedly aggressively saying I was wrong. His reaction was completely disproportionate. Minutes later, the host showed up at the apartment, speaking loudly on his phone, and knocked on our door demanding we leave. When I opened the door, I was faced with a very large, intimidating man who ordered me and my friends to leave immediately. He said he had already canceled the reservation, that we had 5 minutes to get out, and that he had called the police. He even blocked the door when I tried to close it. As we were leaving, he mocked us, asking sarcastically: "Where are the single beds you asked for?" His behavior was irrationally aggressive — as if he was having some kind of breakdown. It left me and my friends feeling deeply scared, insecure and in shock, especially as three women alone facing someone who was clearly out of control. We didn't stay to wait for the police — the sense of immediate danger was overwhelming. I strongly recommend that this listing be banned from the platform. Hosts who treat guests with such hostility and psychological violence pose a real threat to anyone's safety and well-being.

El silencio. Y la ubicación del lugar. La presión del agua era perfecta. Alberto es un gran tipo.

Nunca pudimos poner la calefacción.

Очень чисто. Удобная кровать, подушки. В общей комнате есть все необходимое: чайник, кофемашина, микроволновка , стиральная машина и средства для стирки. Отличное расположение: рядом супермаркеты, магазины, кафе, остановки общественного транспорта.

Room was sold as a queen and twin. But it was a sofa instead. A sofa that was not comfortable enough for sleeping and no extra bedding.

Posizione strategica, la fermata di bus e tram è di fronte al B&b, la colazione al bar è ottima, anche in casa si può preparare caffè, tè, ecc... e ci sono anche torte, frutta, biscotti. Alberto ci ha permesso di accendere alla struttura autonomamente, non l'abbiamo mai incontrato ma comunque è stato sempre super disponibile e ci ha anche regalato l'uovo di Pasqua!

L’emplacement permet de se promener soit à pied soit directement en transports au pied de l’immeuble. Le confort de la literie était très bien. Et les petits biscuits offerts dans la chambre. Le personnel de ménage nous a même proposé de faire notre chambre chaque matin.

L’isolation phonique (nous entendons énormément le bruit de la rue, comme si la fenêtre n’était pas fermée), et IDEM pour les autres voyageurs présents dans les autres chambres. La chambre étant devant l’entrée, et contre la cuisine, nous entendons tous les allers et venues.

Soggiorno davvero ottimo! Io ero nella stanza con letto matrimoniale + 1 letto aggiuntivo e il padrone di casa ci ha permesso di dividere il matrimoniale in 2. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua e snack. I servizi erano puliti e ben riforniti, la camera essenziale è perfetta per 3 persone che vogliono unire un viaggio a Roma e una comoda permanenza. Nella mia formula avevo inclusa la colazione al Bar Giselda, bevanda + cornetto, molto buono. Inoltre é possibile utilizzare il bollitore e la macchinetta del caffè in un soggiorno comune adiacente, dotato anche di lavandino, cucinino e stoviglie varie. Il padrone di casa é rapidissimo nella risposta, disponibile e cordiale. Ci siamo trovate bene, perfetto per amiche/amici.

Non ho nulla da dire in negativo.

Stanza molto carina, piccola ma essenziale. Offrono piccoli snack e bevande. Sono presenti mini frigo e asciugacapelli. Pulita e nonostante le finestre affacciano sulla strada non si sentono rumori fastidiosi. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottimale, con fermata del bus a pochi passi. Per la colazione danno un buono per un bar li vicino. Molto carino!

Best location. Best host. The tram is directly in front strait to the Coliseum. Very easy direction written and video to get in. The host was so kind. We loved the place.

Sono totalmente grato al gestore che mi ha anticipato il checki in, per problemi di salute miei. La camera era bella. Il personale gentilissimo e la posizione era super se si vuole stare a Trastevere.

Non c'era la ventola nel bagno e purtroppo questo è una grave mancanza. La pulizia in bagno non era il massimo.

Letto completamente affossato e scomodo e fodere dei cuscini maleodoranti. Doccia sporca e con porta rotta. Stanza rumorosissima, si sente tutto ciò che succede fuori (tram e passaggi di mezzi vari) ed anche tutto quello che succede nelle altre stanze. Gli altri ospiti presenti nelle altre stanze erano molto rumorosi, qualcuno addirittura si è messo a parlare in corridoio in piena notte. Consiglio di installare doppi vetri e portoncino blindato per le singole stanze.

Posizione strategica per raggiungere i siti importanti di Roma. Gustosa colazione in un accogliente bar vicino all'alloggio.

Very good location. Walking distance to nearby eateries, supermarkets, restaurants in Trastevere. Tram stop to Piazza Venezia and other destinations in front of hotel. Caretaker of apt. very helpful with instructions on getting to apt. from airport, I.e. taking train to Roma Trastevere station and taking tram to apt.
