The staff was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived early, and throughout our stay. Breakfast was simple and had variety. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-decorated.

Tolle Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf den Arno und den „anderen“ Stadtteil. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgesprochen sauber, die Betten bequem, das Frühstück sehr gut… Auch die Gästebetreuung war sehr respektvoll und hilfreich. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Florenz werden wir bestimmt wieder diese Location wählen.

Personale cortese e disponibile, ottima organizzazione e pulizia generale della struttura e una colazione super buona e varia. Stanze belle ampie e ben organizzate con un comodo letto. Molto carino ed intimo in terrazzo con vista dove fare un aperitivo in relax.

La doccia essendo sprovvista di silicone o banda plastica per trattenere l’acqua, faceva fuoriuscire l’acqua molto spesso. La prima volta addirittura fin fuori dal bagno.

L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, le confort de la chambre.

L’hotel è posizionato in una bellissima zona residenziale tranquilla a circa un quarto d’ora di camminata dal centro. Ci si arriva comodamente in auto e pensano loro a consegnarla e riconsegnarla il giorno della partenza. Ottimo servizio zero pensieri! Ci è stato fatto un upgrade della stanza veramente gradito. Ottima colazione e letto comodissimo. Pulizia minuziosa ovunque. Staff gentile e disponibile un grazie a Giampaolo per il consiglio del ristorante! Grazie!

BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. The front desk person was really kind and helpful. The location is fine. On a nice day it is a nice 10 - 15 minutes walk along the river till you get to city center.

The breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

It would be nice to know what rooms have zero view. My window view was of a wall and windows into other rooms, so I couldn't keep the blinds open. The blinds blocked ALL of the air conditioning. I had to pull off the wood cover of the AC unit and stuff the blinds into it to keep the wood off the blowing air and stuffing the blinds between the wood and the AC unit allowed air to actually go into the room instead of just into the window space. I took pictures of what I needed to do to stay cool. The towels did the job but they were either old or cheap because they were all frayed. The shower drain was missing the grate that covered it (like two feet of an open ugly drain). In general the room was just so small, no TV (I like it for sound and local news), no view. I choose the hotel because of it's location on the river. I was coming off a BUSY work trip also in Florence and I had a few days to myself. I guess if I was looking forward to unwinding in a nice hotel, I should have paid for that. You get what you pay for. Comfortable bed, very very polite people. Clean. Perfect breakfast.

The hotel is ideally located, in a quiet environment and close from the city center. Beds were comfy and rooms very clean. The breakfast offers a wide range of choices, and there is a nice rooftop where you can have your coffee :) The staff was also extremely nice and helpful.

Lage, Frühstück (Gemüse hat mir ein wenig gefehlt), Die Ausstattung war sehr praktisch, die Terrasse war herrlich besonders am Abreisetag, wenn man Zeit bis zum Flug hat. Es gab immer etwas zu trinken oder Obst oder Kuchen etc. Toll wäre wenn es eine Option für Unverträglichkeiten beim Gebäck oder Yoghurt geben würde. Jeder verträgt laktosefreie Produkte, aber Laktoseintolerante vertragen leider keine normalen Produkte. Vielen Dank für alles, ich komme wieder!

The hotel is a real gem, very tastefully decorated and staffed by wonderful employees who will take care of every need.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location overlooking the river. Quiet setting but an easy stroll into the centre. Gorgeous room, very comfy bed, good shower a lovely breakfast and wonderful helpful staff. We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect place to stay.

The hotel is on the last floor of the building, no lobby on the first floor. Valet service drives your car 7 km away from hotel for parking m, this is quite surprising. Expensive.

The bed was truly excellent, and the pillows were just right - perfect for a good night's sleep. The location, besides being in a very chic and calm residential area was ideal to visit Visarno Arena for a concert. The view towards the river is spectacular.

Breakfast could have a little bit of more variety, but the staff was very kind and the quality of the food was very high. In very hot days, would be nice to have complimentary water also later in the evening when returning to the hotel (instead of for a fee :))

A localização é bem conveniente - fácil de chegar, embora seja na ZTL há um estacionamento muito próximo e ainda assim perto o suficiente do centro histórico O quarto é grande e confortável, o chuveiro muito bom. Cama e travesseiros também bastante confortáveis

o aquecedor de toalhas do banheiro não estava funcionando o ar condicionado, embora estivesse funcionando, não estava funcionando adequadamente e não foi possível fazer nenhum tipo de ajuste no controle do quarto. Pela diária cobrada, esperávamos tudo absolutamente impecável...

Al mio ritorno serale, intorno alle 22, all'apertura della porta dell'hotel, quella al quarto piano, sono stato investito da un forte odore di fumo di sigaretta, amplificato dall'aria condizionata e dalle finestre chiuse. Terribile!

Posizione sul lungo fiume e vicino agli uffici, piccola struttura ma calda e confortevole.

Stanza piccola, bagno e servizi igienici piccolissimi. Mancano la TV e una luce sufficiente nel bagno, che rimane quasi al buio. Inoltre, la struttura è lontana dal centro.

Das Hotel ist ruhig ca. 20Min vom Zentrum entfernt gelegen. Das Zimmer sowie das gesamte Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zudem ist das Personal immer sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist wirklich extraklasse!

Das Bad riecht manchmal stark nach Kanalisation und einzelne Möbel sind zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Schön eingerichtetes Hotel im 4. Stock eines sehr schönen Hauses. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Service, der das Auto in einer Garage unterbringt (Kosten 35,- €/Nacht). Sehr gute Lage am Arno, fußläufig zur historischen Innenstadt.

Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß und dafür etwas dunkel gestrichen. Klimaanlage lief recht laut.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila pero a la vez cercana al centro de Florencia, unos 15min andando. El hotel esta muy cuidado, es muy limpio y confortable. Lo mejor fue la amabilidad del personal y el trato que recibimos. En particular, el señor de recepción que nos hizo el check-in y check-out, estuvo pendiente en todo momento, y la chica que organizaba y servía el desayuno, siempre muy atenta y amable. La estancia en el hotel nos ha encantado y sin duda volveremos.

It's in a very quiet area. I was able to leave my luggage there in the morning as I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time. The bed was very comfortable. I had good sleeps every night.

The elevator is quite small. Barely able to squeeze in 2 people with 2 luggages.

La situation de l'hôtel et le concept intimiste à taille humaine, accueil rien à redire, prise en charge rapide, la chambre était disponible à notre arrivé à 10H00 et on nous a proposé un rafraichissement. La chambre est petite mais très confortable et cocooning, la salle de bain est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. le roof-top bien apprécié et les petites attentions aussi !

Great, clean rooms with AC which is not too loud. Staff is super kind and the breakfast is truly amazing. The location is also very nice, just next to the river and outside the busy and noisy area. Would definitely consider coming back.

Our stay in Florence was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations and assistance. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. We truly felt at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florence!

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Tolles geräumiges Zimmer, mit Blick auf den Fluss, herrliche Dachterrasse mit Blick über Florenz. Ruhig gelegen aber in 10-15 min zu Fuß alle schönen Orte zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und alle im Hotel einfach sehr freundlich. Wir konnten sogar eher ins Zimmer und uns wurde ein Late-Checkout angeboten. Am Nachmittag konnte man Aperitif und kleine Snacks auf der Dachterrasse genießen.

Intimate escape from the bustle of central Florence yet in close walking distance. Our room was a Junior Suite so quite large, nicely decorated with windows opening out to a fantastic view of the Arno and the city. A bottle of wine and fruit were waiting for us upon arrival and we had no hassle with our car which a valet whisked away for us - so lovely first impression. The rooftop terrace for a cocktail is small but with an amazing view of Brunelleschi's Dome in the distance. We tried to reserve a night later this summer but unfortunately they are all booked. We'll be back.

This is picky, but the pillows are a bit hard and an extra blanket would have been nice. But in fairness we didn't ask staff for adjustment so it's possible they could have accommodated us.

L'hôtel se trouve au dernier étage d'un bel immeuble cossu sur les rives de l'Arno. Tout est très propre et en excellent état, le personnel est sympathique et accueillant, le petit déjeuner très bon. Le lit est confortable. Il existe même un roof top sur lequel nous avons pu prendre un verre. L'hôtel étant dans la ZTL, vous pouvez venir décharger vos bagages et ensuite opter pour le service d'un voiturier qui ira stationner votre voiture (35€ par jour à prévoir). Lorsque vous partez, pensez à prévenir l'accueil environ 30 minutes avant votre départ pour que votre véhicule vous soit ramené au pied de l'hôtel.

Il faut marcher environ 20 minutes pour rejoindre les grands points d'intérêt de Florence, il faut le savoir si vous n'êtes pas en forme. Mais le trajet est agréable, que vous décidiez de passer par la ville ou de longer la rivière.

Emplacement magnifique ! Vue sur l'Arno et la ville superbe depuis la chambre. Endroit très calme et très agréable, avec un roof top parfait pour les fins de journée, pour se reposer avec un bon cocktail. A 10 mn à pied du centre historique, très pratique. Personnel très accueillant, serviable, toujours souriant. Je recommande fortement !

Gepflegte Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches Personal. Geräumiges Zimmer mit bequemen Sofa, gute Matratzen. Fußweg ins Zentrum 20-30 Minuten entlang des Arno, Lage in einem ruhigen, gehobenen Viertel. Parkplatz zum Be- und Entladen des Autos vorhanden, daher kein Zeitstress.

PKW wird weggefahren. Der Dienstanbieter Garage dei Tintori hat viele negative Bewertungen. Uns ist aufgefallen, dass der untere Teil des Wagens und die Räder etwas verschmutzt waren, was darauf hindeuten könnte, dass der Wagen nicht in einer Garage untergestellt war.

Os quartos são de muito bom gosto e, embora o standard seja relativamente pequeno, é cómodo e bem equipado. A localização é calma e o pequeno almoço é muito bom.

The shower box was not sealed properly and the floor got wet when we showered. But I believe it’s a quick fix, nothing that takes from the experience.
