Good price and free parking, staff were helpful.

Shower seemed temperamental with it going hot n cold.

The location was good.

The staff weren’t particularly friendly. The door key was difficult to operate. The TV didn’t work. The toilet seat was falling off. The curtain rail was falling off. No hangers in the wardrobe. Dirty floor. Lights not working. Wall sockets not working.

It was a decent place for the price.big beds, clean and comfortable. The place had an option for breakfast at rhe proce of 5 pounds. Checking late (midnight) was possible. Be mindful of 50 £ deposit.

The shower was not welcoming. I think it was clean, but just would not use it without flip flops.

The Shisha Bar downstairs was Amazing but the Rooms not good,

No Handwash , curtains was full of dirt, no iron on iron stand.

Location was good because it's close to the airport.

The room had no windows so room ventilation was awful. With an air conditioner this could have been solved. Bathroom was in very bad condition. The worse thing though was that there was a 50£ security deposit that it took almost two months to be refunded to my bank account. Not recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 4 nights. A special thank you to Hannah for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciate the gentleman who’s always been there for us at midnight and the lovely lady at reception when we arrived that night—they three of them made us feel so welcome after a long journey. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and a great experience overall. We would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Conveniently located Clean bedding and room

Very small ensuite. Shower tray could do with being renewed Fire door outside our room squeaked and needs oiling

Ana and Haleema were brilliant host's nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and accommodating, always there to help. They ensure our room was cleaned everyday, beds made, towels changed,cups cleaned and replaced and continuously topped up with beverages Couldn't have asked for more accommodating hosts Thank you ladies!

Rooms were tired but clean (standard for the price) fire doors regularly wedged open, not enough plugs for TV, fan and kettle and phone chargers but we were supplied with an extension lead.

Lovely friendly staff. Small room but comfortable. Needs some tlc but great for a stop over before a flight. The best thing is a half enclosed terrace at the back, most unexpected, we loved it. It has a bar, food, lovely moroccan mint tea & shisha pipes! Wonderful start to our holiday, whenever we fly from Heathrow we will deffinately come here

Les personnels était sympathique.hotel est bien situé à la proximité des tout commerces.le bar et loges pour se détendre parfaitement.

Il en faut absolument faire un gros travaux rénovation car l’établissement entraîne des ses cassé le figure complète.la chambre est complètement pourri et mal entretenue.le matelas dans un état lamentable.j’avais mal de dos le lendemain.il fait chaud étouffant dans la chambre.un petit ventilateur qui brasse de l’air.salle de bain très sale,il n’y même pas tapis bain.je faillis glisser en sortant de la douche et la porte qui n’a même pas poignée.ça ne vaut même pas le prix.A fuir absolument si vous ne voulez pas tomber malade.

Room was clean and tidy, we had a family room which wa perfect for the 5 of us. Parking was great and it was a nice walk to the train in the mornings and a easy 30ish min trip to Paddington

The beds are nothing like whats on the picture. Only one double bed. The other 2 beds were very flat ones and very u comfortable. The cleaning wasnt done till 3.10pm. I walked in with my family with a studio room full of cleaning chemicals smell. There was only a small window which made sleeping uncomfortable with no ventilation. They left a low powered fan which couldn't power enough to keep one person cool. I had 4 adults and 2 children in the room. The pictures were deceptive.. if I knew the true condition of the studio room, I would have not booked it. My family including my children couldn't sleep till 430am we had to check out to the airport. We were sweating all through. I messaged the property to request another fan but was left with no response. It was unbearable and a great regret to book. I expected the property agent should have been sincere with the true condition of the room.

Old building but was clean. Obviously not a 5 star hotel so okay as a 2 star. Staff were polite especially Anna

The staff were very helpful especially the young girl at the desk when we checked in and the lady who served us breakfast in the morning. I think her name was Anna. She looked after us very well and gave us a lovely breakfast . Very conveniently located not far off the motorway.

Everything was ok. The price was good for the location. If you want 5 star accommodation then you must pay 5 star prices.

The place was simple clean and served its purpose as a layover well. The price was reasonable and the staff were very helpful and engaging. Anna at the reception was most helpful and accommodating. I would ery much recommend this place to others especially as a layover between flights from Heathrow Airport

Avoid this place like a plague. Shower leaking, mould on the walls. Even the bed lights were not working. Electrical sockets hanging out of wall. Avoid this place at any cost.

We had an excellent stay over, Anna & Alina made us very welcome and were very helpful in answering our public transport questions. The hotel was not noisy, the beds were comfortable, great to have ensuit toilet & shower, great also to have a car parking space in the first-come, first-served car park. Thank you

Not knowing if there would be a car park space available before we arrived, however I was aware of this beforehand & understood it when completing the booking.

The room was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. The room was made up for us each day with clean towels provided. Reception ladies were both lovely and very friendly. Was well based for what we were needing.

Could have done with a bath mat for the shower as was a little slippy but everything else was perfect. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Hospitality. Very comfy bed had a great sleep. Anna was a great host and helped us throughout our stay.

I put the following information to the Manager but had no reply!

The television reception was poor at times with the picture 'pixelating' so not easy to watch. There is no jurisdiction over noisy guests but early morning risers (& if that means staff as well) could be more considerate! Their voices carry with little soundproofing & can therefore be disturbing. It was good to have a kettle with tea & coffee & cups but it would be helpful too to have a spoon. not comfortable. The bed was hard with ridges in the mattress. Also the pillows were very firm/hard. Although the bedding (sheets/duvet cover) had evidently been washed & smelt fresh  I noticed some small black  marks on the bottom sheet when I turned back the sheets. I did mention this to the staff who offered to change them. There were only 2 coathangers in the wardrobe - more would be helpful. In my note to the manager I said.... On rereading this I realise I have been ultra critical but as you charge similar prices to local Premier Inn style accommodation where the rooms are bigger & better equipped I thought I should give you a chance as a new manager to do ypur own checks of the real overall conditions of the accommodation. I would like to re-iterate that the staff are exceptionally pleasant.

The Inn is older and the age is noticeable.

The hotel was advertised as having a shuttle service - it did not We asked for two rooms close as we have children - did not accomodate. The room was not clean had not been cleaned and had a pizza box with chickn bones in ti the children freaked out. The shower was mouldy. The sink tap was falling off.

Car park was ridiculous. Had to move the car three times. Hotel bar only stocked a few drinks. Lift was out of order. Room didn't look like advertised photograph. Door lock didn't work from the inside. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Electric socket above bed intermittent. Road facing room, extremely noisy. Left earlier than planned as we hardly got any sleep.

A welcome atmosphere. Good for short stays before flights. I enjoyed the shisha bar and Anna was a particularly attentive member of staff. I will come back.

All in one room

Not clean, facilities extremely poor- no water pressure in the sink taps, taps were too small therefore could not use to wash hands or brush your teeth Had to use shower head bit that was extremely hard to get to due to the screen Not enough room to use the sink very narrow I think the beds were clean but we slept on top just incase as my daughter found a blond hair in one bedding Mattresses very uncomfortable due being a put up bed the springs were digging into my back Room was extremely warm and stuffy hand two fans one dint work and the other was blowing the hot air about. For the kids the Television only had one channel working in today’s day an age very rare

Property rooms have not fridge, no air conditioning. All beds have very old and hard mattress. No soap.

Mattres weren’t cleaned proper we got very bag itching and round circle red sore immediately was feels like bed begs in wasnt duvet and bedding not cleaned and comfy

Possibly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Summary : old pizza box and chicken bones in the wardrobe! Noisy/ hot / old !

Walls are VERY thin, can hear other people constantly. No hand soap in the bathroom. Bathroom door handle was broken. Sockets placed in very weird positions in the room.

The staff were very pleasant. The food was good. The room was clean.

The decor was dated, like a Las Vegas casino from 50s, the room tiny and depressing, mattress awful.
