Very small room. Lack of fitting in room Price too high for amenities

The room was extremely small and my husband could barely get out of his side of the bed. Since the room was so small we keep hitting our toes on the bed post trying to navigate to the bathroom. There were no restaurants close for dinner and we had to get desk clerk to bring us a single cup of ice. Thankfully we were only there for a very short overnight stay to catch an early morning flight.

Great location if flying early in the morning. Quiet - I wasn’t disturbed by external noise at all. Comfortable - much larger than other pods I’ve stayed in.

My only issues were that some water escaped from the shower area into the rest of the bathroom and the glow from the air conditioning panel and other sensors kept the room too bright for my liking.

Small but perfectly formed room. All facilities required and located directly in the terminal making for a very easy access coming off a long haul flight!

The staff at front desk where friendly. The hotel is extremely over priced. The room was sooo tiny you literally fell into the bed as you opened the door! There was no window it was dark and dingy! You only got 1 little milk for tea or coffee. The bathroom was even smaller it was dusty and dirty. It was disgusting considering the price.

Perfect location if you're travelling from terminal 3. Comfy bed. Good shower. Quiet.

Right beside Terminal Three Arrivals so could not be more convenient, the bed was very comfortable, considering where it is the room was amazingly quiet, not a single external sound penetrated the room and a Marks and Spencer food shop is close by for snacks. The staff could not have been more helpful on what was clearly a very difficult day for the airport as a whole.

It is pricey but so is everything at Heathrow and I bet a chunk of their money goes to the airport!

This location was exceptionally easy to find, conveniently situated right across from Caffè Nero—perfect for an early morning coffee. The staff were pleasant, the room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with a soft mattress.

Convenient for an early flight and right in the airport. Comfortable bed, very clean with tea, coffee etc. There’s an M&S convenience store right outside. The coffee lounge with work stations and microwave is a nice extra.

Be aware that you will be in arrivals so for restaurants you need to get to departures. There’s no window in the room but there are plenty of lights.

It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep due to the numerous incredibly bright green lights that couldn’t turn off. One was the aircon and the other potentially a security light but once the main lights were turned off these green light illuminated the entire room. Also the bed was not particularly comfortable

Couldn’t ask for a better location! It was wonderful not having to worry about getting to the airport early.

Location in Terminal 3 Arrivals and 3 mins from Departures was ideal for our early flight. The front desk staff was great too.

Our standard double room was very small, only had access to the bed from one side and had no windows so felt a little claustrophobic. The bed creaked a bit too!

Location was perfect as we were flying from Terminal 3 the next day. The bathroom was very good - compact but very well laid out and equipped - it was also exceptionally clean.

I expected the room to be small and to at least have a window. The room was hardly big enough to move around in, with the bed up against two walls making getting in and out of bed difficult. And there was no window making the room feel slightly oppressive - though it was helped by decent lighting. It's also eye-wateringly expensive for such a small space.

Easy access to the aiport for a 5 20am check in. It was good not having to get a bus from a hotel on bath road. Gave us a but more sleep after a very late night. It was clean and comfortable good shower pressure.

It was expensive for size of the room and lack of included breakfast. The tea making facility lacked typical english breakfast type tea. It dod have coffee and camomile tea though. Beds were a bit close together not much space which is ok for what it was a place to catch a few winks but expected more for the price. Other hotel airports attached to terminal in other airports cost less include breakfast and have windowed rooms with space.

Everything was excellent nothing to dislike

Excellent location in terminal 3 for departures, took me 5 minutes to walk to bag check in. A coffee and sandwich shop very close by.

Very misleading stating the car park was a walk, not the case had to get bus transfer. So compared to other hotels the extra cost was not worth it. When I stay at the bloc Hotel at Gatwick, you park up 5 minutes walk to Hotel and you are in, Much better.

Staff were friendly. Easy to find. Hotel is inside T3. Rooms were clean.

Room was small with no window. Hotel cannot store luggage so had to pay for airport storage as we arrived before check-in.

Extremely convenient location

Not a lot of room and had to ensure bathroom door remained closed to avoid setting off fire alarms. Only 1 tea bag available. Perhaps i could've requested more from reception but didn't realise until the morning. Quite pricey for what is offered but it's all down to location I guess. I've reached out to the hotel via email to enquire whether a item of luggage was left behind, no response in last 3 days.

the location was perfect for a flight from Heathrow. the room was comfortable and close to shops etc. the staff were attentive and polite. Definitely recommend.

Fantastically convenient location right in LHR T3.

Very tiny and therefore inevitably cramped room. No window making it feel even more enclosed and claustrophobic. It had all the facilities you would want - other than an iron and board. Clean, but cramped.

Ver close to departures for terminal 3. made my stay low stress. Beds were comfortable and I got a good nights sleep before my flight. The Air conditioning was amazing!

If there are people right outside your door you can hear it but it is very rare.

Really great location. 4 mins walk from the short stay Heathrow car park so not far to lug your bags around outside. Actually not as small as aniticapated. Even though no window, it wasn't as bad as I feared, it was comfortable and it didn't bother me.

The price is just insane. £209 for one night. Bathroom is a little small but ok for me.

The location of this hotel is obviously its selling point.

Be prepared not to have a window and hardly any moving space whatsoever. The room could have really done without the extra chair and table. Our shower drain appeared clogged, the water ran all over the bathroom with no dry spot left.

Our room didn’t match with booked rooms. Discussed with manager, Cruz, who noted the site had not been updated. He moved is to a more senior friendly room, which was much appreciated!

Really ideal location in the terminal ready for the flight. Beds were comfortable and served the purpose ready for early flight.

Nothing to do with the hotel as I suppose it’s in the airport but it felt a bit claustrophobic without windows. The reception manager said there was a really fancy coffee machine in the library, which wasn’t an actual library but just a space for guests. The coffee machine wasn’t pleasant at all, even instant coffee would taste nicer than that.

The staff and location. The rooms and bathrooms felt modern and nice. The amenities were great. The bed was also comfortable.

There was alot of hairs in the bathroom. The light from the ac panel and the green light above the bed were extremely irritating and bright and kept me awake all night. I think you should also inform that there are no windows in the rooms. That was not a nice surprise for someone that is claustrophobic.
