Excellent rooms connected with an infinity pool. Nice and quite. Staff at the restaurant were super friendly. Breakfast had a good variety. Rooms were clean with fresh towels each day.

The property is very well located near Patong beach - right in front of Wyndham Grand + for This hotel there’s no need to walk/ride your vehicle uphill as it’s on the left side of the road. The rooms are huge and extremely reasonably priced. We booked a king suite with sea view and it came with a jacuzzi in the balcony which was a major plus point. The views from the balcony were exceptional. For staff, food, amenities- they have an app which lets you book everything so there’s no need to call the reception for every small thing. The app is very user friendly and the service is also fast. The staff is polite and ready to help. Overall a 10/10 experience

The atmosphere was amazing, beautiful location and the rooms were amazing. The staff were so friendly and their service was amazing. They were able to provide us with a clean space and with amenities we needed. the space was quiet and calm. The staff Koong and Moohmik were the best ! the best staff ever, they we’re super nice and friendly! they made the stay at Zenmaya even better. I will make sure i come back next year and stay at Zenmaya again, this was my best stay and best experience in Thailand !

Very convenient and close to patong beach by 13 to 15kms. Easily you get transportation. Beautiful atmosphere, pool has an amazing view to the ocean. Room was super neat clean no odour. Value for money, all amenities provided within the room was premium quality... Coffee machine with coffee capsules, marshall music system, 52inch tv, small refrigerator, our room was with jacuzzi and a lot of extra space for a couple... Such as living room, bedroom and storage space, washroom with 2 set wash area. I enjoyed the service, hospitality, food, drinks and the awesome pool and lovely surprise by the hotel team with decoration and cheese cake with blueberries. Professional and polite staff.

Ver nice hotel with beautiful views. The swimming pool is great! The staffs are very friendly. Koong Malee prepared us a nice omelette for the breakfast and her service is good.

Everything especially rooms were wet with Sea Water. Pillows and sheets were damp, location was on a hill not a beach resort. Standards were not comparative to other chains 4- 4.5 rated hotels. Cancelled 1 night stay and changed hotel.

One of the finest stay option . The property is excellent and facilities are top notch. The best part of this place is the view and exclusive rock beach experience. Our stay at Zanmaya Beachfront Hotel, Phuket exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. From the front office team to the security guards, everyone was courteous, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their exceptional hospitality made our holiday truly relaxing and memorable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious food each morning. A heartfelt thank you to Tiew, Monika, and Malee in the restaurant for their attentive and cheerful service, and to Gyp at the front desk for always going the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Their dedication and genuine care for guests are a credit to the hotel. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend Zanmaya Beachfront Hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. We look forward to returning in the future.

يوجد اماكن عشوائيه ربما مستودعات او سكن للعمال تطل عليها من الغرف مما تسبب تشويه للإطلالة والمنظر الطبيعي للبحر واعتقد ادارة الفندق تهتم بذلك وستقوم بإزالتها مستقبلا.

Amazing hotel. Switched hotels at last minute and they couldn't do enough for us.The charming girl on reception with blonde/reddish hair was so accommodating and helped us with the app. Even told us about the elephants that pass by every day. Had a Seaview room with a hot tub. Breakfast was superb and special mention to koong and mookmik who cooked fab noodle and egg dishes. Hotel is spotless and so reasonable. The fire show was fantastic and the infinity pool great with super views. They have a shuttle bus as well. By far the best hotel we have stayed in on this trip

We had a 3 night stay at Zenmaya oceanfront. The stay was very comfortable and the staff especially Mookmik and Fah and others were very hospitable. The views of the endless ocean from the room are beautiful. Much recommended to everyone for a memorable vacation to Phuket.

I stayed at your hotel from 21–23 June 2026, and overall had a very pleasant stay. I would like to especially recognize the gentleman who escorted us to our room. We shared feedback regarding the pasta at the all-day dining restaurant, and he handled the situation professionally with genuine care and excellent service recovery. The gentleman at the main entrance on our second day was also very attentive and welcoming. The gentleman at the pool provided excellent service and kindly assisted us with the payment machine for the Underwater Scooter activity. I would also like to commend the two ladies at breakfast. They were very attentive, welcoming, and took great care of us throughout our meal.

The pool and views overlooking the water is one of the best on the island. As we went in the low season (June 2026), it was very quiet, the staff provided us with a free room upgrade to the ‘deluxe sea view king’. The room was clean, spacious with king bed, sun lounge, study desk, wardrobe, fridge. The balcony had a big jacuzzi and a magnificent waterfront view onto the ocean. Staff were very lovely and friendly. Everyone is fluent in English. We even made a special request and one of the staff members Koong facilitated flowers delivery to the hotel. There is a restaurant onsite with good seating and views onto the water. There is also an adjoining cafe called “Reef Cafe”, which we highly recommend checking out. The decor is reminiscent of Santorini with the white and blue theme buildings. We ordered a the seafood pizza and crumbed prawns pack, it was very nice and very reasonably priced. All up the meal was approx 600 baht. We booked the hotel stay for a Monday night stay because there was a lights display show, and it did not disappoint. We can imagine this venue would be packed in the high season, so going in the low season, if you get lucky with the weather, this place is a gem! very peaceful and quiet during our stay. Thank you Zenmaya, we will definitely be back!

The lobby area was extremely hot. The breakfast dining room did not have air conditioning and was also very hot. We had a really lovely stay at Zenmaya. Our room had pool access and had incredible views of the ocean. The nicest view we have ever had from any room in any country. Special thanks to New the manager in the restaraunt he was always so smiley and Koong was excellent at breakfast every morning. Prim on reception was also helpful when checking us in. A massive shoutout to Lee who was so welcoming with our baggage and everytime we returned he had a smile on his face and asked about our day. Puy was our cleaner and she did an amazing job with the room everyday. There were also males who helped too but I didn’t see them to get their names. Gyp was also on reception and really helpful to help us to speak Thai to another location when we had lost an item. Overall the staff at the hotel are amazing and I would highly recommend, it’s 5 minutes by taxi each way to Kamala or to Patong. Breakfast was good and the reef next door is also lovely. Would return.

Special attraction is the Infinity-pool and the location: Oceanfront… Staff service: excellent Taxi service costly No food availability at all, if reached after 10:30pm (No food delivery app options as no riders available and nearby restaurants closes early at 10-11pm) Small rooms (not specious and not as much big as compared to other value for money hotel stays)

We booked the Premium Deluxe Oceanfront room and the view was spectacular. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted with friendly smiles and an amazing welcome drink. We reached there earlier than the check-in time, but they kindly prepped the room for us while we had lunch at their restaurant and gave us the room an hour early. I must mention Koong and Mookmile--the staff of service for their wonderful service and kind enthusiasam to make us feel confortable during our stay. If you're having breakfast at their restaurant, kindly do yourself a favor and request them to make you a veggie and cheese omelette--it was fluffy and oh-so-delicious. The room was 100% clean, so was the bathroom. The room service was incredible. And the view was worth waking up early every single day. The atmosphere was relaxing and it was comfortably quiet and ambient especially at night so we could really listen to the waves crashing against the rocks and relax. If you're in Phuket, do book this hotel and you would get your money's worth. Also, it's very near Jungceylon Mall. It was a plus for us as well.

This resort is located just 5-10 mins away from Patong Beach which makes it easy to go around the island. The atmosphere here are suitable for people that are looking to relax and unwind. The rooms are fantastic with the breathtaking view of the ocean! Their breakfast crew MOOKMIK and KOONG were so splendid in providing us with everything we need! Every moment here in this resort is money we'll spent!

This hotel stands out for its wonderful location and beautiful cliff top Seaviews. The hotel manager & his team provided me with 5 star customer service and satisfaction. The hotel manager & his team pride themselves in delivering a great experience to all guests. Apart from the wonderful hotel, it was the hotel staff that made my stay an exceptional experience. I will be coming back for another stay soon. The “hotel transport” that runs frequently for all hotel guest(s) throughout the day, from the hotel to Kamala beach or Patong beach or Patong central, is very handy and caters ‘to and from’ the hotel location. 5 stars from me - Thank you Zenmaya Hotel Regards Matthew

Breakfast was delicious and healthy 😋. Perfect location. So peaceful and pool sharing room was great and the sight scene is almost from everywhere. 100% worth spending money. I Thank you all for making us stay in such a beautiful place.

No smoking even out of room in pool area. I think you must give ash tray and it can easily be handle if not then you must put penalty for making dirty because we don't like to make it dirty.

Not a luxury or true 5 star property despite what Google says. The room was decent, but the hot tub/Jacuzzi was poorly maintained. They will try to get you into a 90-minute Wyndham presentation for a small voucher, definitely not worth the time, and it’s mainly a sales pitch for membership. If you take the cash voucher, it can only be used within the hotel

The hotel is very closed to the main road, lot of noise at night. The sheets were not clean, unpleasant experience with that.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly. The bed was comfy. There were a few flying insects in the room but the staff gladly came to our help during the night.

Make sure you have everything that you need whenever you would return to the hotel in the evening or night because there is no shops nearby. We were after a soft drink at 10.30pm that we wanted to take away to our room but the staff refused us service even though the hotel restaurant closes at 11pm.

The swimming pool is beautiful and the view from the room is amazing. The service was great; they even prepared a packed lunch for us when we were about to go on the boat. Thank you!
