Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills - a concept by Hyatt

Definitely a luxury hotel with impeccable service and ability to get reservations at top restaurants with short notice. Tower view rooms have a direct unobstructed view of the Tokyo tower which was very nice. I also loved the breakfast food (especially the udon set).

Best view with Tokyo Tower!

Amazing hotel with high quality design throughout. The staff are wonderful, hospitable, and able to address any need. We had our bags sent from another hotel, and the bags were already placed in the room when we arrived. We appreciated the happy hour to unwind from 6-8pm each night. Property was clean and at the 50th floor with amazing city views. Just be okay with your ears popping a bit. The rooftop bar was very nice and had electric blankets to keep you warm. The breakfast was very good. The neighborhood was a bit quieter and slightly less central via the subway, but it was not an issue. Thank you for the special stay.

1番良かった点は部屋のインテリアやデザインが素晴らしかったことです。和風ですがモダンで、ラグジュアリーだけど落ち着けます。

Second time staying here, love the bathtub & room was spacious, the housekeeping team were very nice they even folded my clothes for me.

Everythis was great, the staff is very friendly, the cleanness is kne of best best I have seen after a lot of travels, sushi restaurant at the top floor is great!

1st time in Tokyo. Absolutely wonderful stay and will definitely stay again. 5 stars is not enough for this wonderful place.

This was the 4th hotel during our Japan tour and it was simply the best experience in Tokyo so far. Knowing the Park Hyatt Tokyo, I had the hope that the Annas creates a similar feeling with a little bit of a more modern, contemporary twist. We were blown away by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff that welcomed us and our three teenager with a maximum of attention and warmth.

Andaz is a stellar hotel. The rooms were roomy and the layout was the best I have ever seen. Staff were very courteous. Views from the hotel were fabulous. The location was close to Ginza and subway. I will definitely stay here again.

The service was bad. We arrived at the checkin floor but noone took us to the counter. When I asked, a man took us to the counter in a very tiresome way. I dont think I will be staying here again.

Great stay. Staff super friendly and helpful, room spacious and well equipped and all amenities were excellent. The only small negative is that the lighting in the room is either too bright or too dark, it’s difficult to get just right! But that is such a minor thing, everything else really is great

Location was ok, not the closest to city center but worth it for amazing staff and amenities. There are many convenient stores and restaurants around and easy to take the metro or grab a taxi into town. Our stay was amazing. Would highly recommend.

The Andaz Tokyo is a phenomenal hotel. The hotel is stunning (spotless premises and room), offers amazing city views and the service is exemplary. The hotel is modern yet has a traditional Japanese vibe. I will certainly stay here again.

Went here on our honeymoon and stayed for 5 nights. The service was impeccable, the room was lovely and the facilities were really great. We really enjoyed the free drinks between 6-8, the pool and the free minibar. They did a great job of making the lounge area feel very homely and you could potter around making yourself a drink. The only negative I’d have to say would be the food. I ate room service twice and neither was nice, we ate in Bebu which was fine but not amazing and the canapés which were with the free drinks were also not great but then they were free so nothing to really complain about there. We didn’t try The Sushi upstairs but did visit the Rooftop bar which was lovely. People complain about the location but I think that it’s actually quite good, it’s near 3 different stations all with different lines so you can get anywhere you need to. The immediate vicinity isn’t a super touristy part of Tokyo by any means but I think that’s a good thing and we enjoyed dinner nearby on one occasion. All in all a lovely end to our honeymoon

Everything here is extremely well thought out. Stylish details throughout (the 37th pool stands out but this statement is true throughout) and a level of sophistication taken to the next level. In fact, the check-in experience itself is a taste of what's to come. Of all the high-end places I've stayed at, the Andaz truly stands out.

I cannot say enough about my stay at the Andaz. The room had a phenomenal view with all the 5-star amenities one would expect. The food was excellent as well as the service. Great cardio equipment in the gym. Gym has an amazing view. I would highly recommend this hotel for an outstanding experience.

The design and construction of the room and bathroom was outstanding. The materials chosen were high quality, and beautifully installed. The view are unparalleled.

Absolutely perfect in every way. With rooms on the 47-50th floors, every room has an outstanding view and floor to ceiling windows. Incredibly spacious rooms with bathrooms with separate large soaking hot tub and rain-shower. From check-in to check-out, you'll feel perfectly pampered. Don't miss a trip to the AO Spa to use the facilities and get a treatment. The masseuses can work out any tension. Food and drinks are artfully prepared in all on-site restaurants.

This hotel is in a class of its own. The service is exceptional, the views of Tokyo tower are amazing and the spa/pool is a must see!

Didn't realize I accidentally booked a double twin bed room. The beds were really small and detracted from the overall experience. At check in, I was told that they didn't have other rooms available but for some reason I found that unconvincing during my stay. Rooms had nice finishes but where was the lint brush for my coat? Neighborhood was dead and had no good restaurants in its vicinity. Pool was nice.

Love the spa, pool and gym. State of the art, spotless. Like the lounge and free wines. The hotel was on the pricey side but standard excellent.

No concierge! Bad English accent. Not service oriented. Room furniture more like office than hotel room. Wasted space, small room.

The level of service was exceptional with all staff very fluent in English so that was extremely helpful in getting information of what to do and where to go. The room was very spacious and the bathroom facilities were well-appointed in every regard. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the Tokyo train station and the metro is right across the street so access to everywhere is excellent. As the hotel facilities begin at the 51st floor, the views of the city are amazing. We will definitely return to the Andaz on future trips to Tokyo.

Brand new building, amazing newly designed rooms. A perfect blend of old and new Japan.

Spent around $7,000 in a week at the Andaz and Grand Hyatt (same owners) and I am a Gold Member. Asked for 2:00 check out on a Monday, confirmed the hotel wasn't near booked, and was denied ....wanted to charge me 30% of hotel rate. Hyatt sucks as usual and their "preferred guests" are treated like crap (no upgrades, no late check out etc. Stay away from Hyatts unless you have to stay there.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay over the New Year's holidays at the Andaz. The views are simply amazing! Happy Hour was a nice touch every evening with complimentary wine and appetisers. Also complimentary juice in the lobby in the morning. Only problem was that sometimes there were too many people enjoying the happy hour and no place to sit. One reason we stayed at the Andaz was the fact that we could put three people in a room - a very important consideration with our family of five. Staff was very helpful. Free food and soft drinks in in-room mini bar was a nice touch too! It is a bit off the "beaten path" in terms of tourist areas in Tokyo, but not so much that I wouldn't highly recommend it!

Andaz provides a very comfortable and decent living environment that it will be one of my choice of hotels for my next visit in Tokyo.

Being regular travelers, I have to say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Great facilities, fabulous rooms and the friendliest of staff. Wonderful experience.

The hotel is good . But only the room function is very strange . Very big tolilet with samll bed room . The bath without window many corner .

Frequent international traveler here. I spend about 6 months/year on the road and this hotel impressed me more so than any other in which I've stayed. The ambiance is fantastic and the amenities are plentiful. I strongly encourage anyone on a stressful business trip to take full advantage of their spa facilities.

This is a brand new hotel at a beautiful location. We had a room facing the iconic Tokyo Tower which was very impressive. Great personal service. Lovely (complimentary) lounge area. Highly recommended.

I travel a lot for work and vacation and although there are hotels with as good a condition or as new, I have never been to a hotel with this level of service. Although some of the staff don't speak great English, the level of service, respect, helpfulness is out of this world.
