The room was spotless and quiet. The towels were wonderful and fluffy. The breakfast exceeded expectations with many options.. The staff were friendly.

The view from our window was over a flat concrete roof with a drain--odd. The front of the hotel is uninviting--there is a generator and many trash barrels.

Location next to the mall and close to ao many restaurant plus only few block away from the subway.

Typical city hotel ... noisy but tolerable. Once you sleep you're good.

All the staff is easy to talk to and accommodating to the best of their ability.

I am writing this review purely from the perspective of an airline passenger stranded at JFK for the night - this is one of the closet hotels to JFk that DL could book me for that night … Location - right in the heart of commercial section of flushing “chinatown” area - loads of Chinese restaurants within walking distance ; about a 8 min ride to LGA and 25 min ride to JFK Service - reliable , friendly, efficient : the pick up arrangement at JFK was flawless , and the ride back to JFK was fine too . Just allow extra time if you are taking hotel shuttle to JFk - the shuttle bus stops at LGA first before going to JFK The room - very basic , like a motel 6, but everything worked - WiFi was good , shower had good hot water . Other than the room being small and basic , nothing to complaint about For one night layover , I think this hotel is great and convenient for flying into / out of LGA. jFK is a little further away , but hotel shuttle bus very reliable for me . Do not choose this hotel if you are looking for something more upscale

The best thing about this hotel is its location so convenient nearby to everything you could possibly need for your stay including movie theater, shopping malls, target , so many varieties or Chineses restaurants it’s also about 12 mins walk to the subway the staff are extremely knowledgeable kind and helpful there is also a shuttle but that takes u to the subway

The exterior had rats, cockroaches and garbage strewn everywhere. The smell outside was terrible. The breakfast was very basic and felt like a dormitory cafeteria. The lobby has an old Christmas tree in it and despite booking for four persons I kept getting towels for only two and I had to go to reception to collect

No hot water in shower. Hot water in bathroom sink made a loud screeching sound that was audible in multiple rooms. . Instead of fixing either problem, occupant was asked to not use the hot water in sink. Would NEVER recommend.

The fact that it was our first time and we got really flustered with parking but honestly once we calmed down it was ok.

Location was great, within distance walking to food and drink, and subway station. Parking is on next building, safe.

Door lock was broken when we entered the room. So We asked to be moved to different room. Breakfast was average but it didn’t bother us since we planned to eat out anyway.

Hotel ubicado en Flushing, limpio y tranquilo, con una habitación amplia y de fácil acceso desde la línea 7 del metro de NYC. Tiene muchos servicios a pocos metros. Está a unos 30 minutos en Uber del aeropuerto JFK.

El desayuno es un poco pobre en variedad.

I loved the extra large fluffy white towels! They appeared new. Also enjoyed breakfast that included hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, & congee.

I would’ve extended my stay but due to World Cup , the hotel had been booked.

The staff person who helped us was super great and understanding and gave us a much better room our second night, and we were very grateful for the switch. Very clean and spacious, no odours and comfy..

The first room did not have a view at all and the air was not flowing well and room smelled of mildew.

Got assigned to stay the night here after a late night flight cancellation.. As a free room (due to the voucher) it was barely worth it. Biggest frustration is the voucher said call for a shuttle. I did and was told 20 minute until the arrived. I waited 30 and called back. The front desk said 15 minutes and he’ll be there. I waited another thirty before getting an Uber. Arrived to see the shuttle parked in front of the hotel…no one driving it. Horrible customer experience on a bad night of travel.

Convenient location

Lack of cleanliness, the hotel room was damp probably from air conditioning. Thin doors, everything that was happening in the hotel corridors, could be heard in the room.

After sleeping the night there, I found several swollen bites on my body from some unknown insect, and the room had a strange, indescribable odor.

The bathroom was nicely appointed specifically the lush white towels & glass shower door (not shower curtain.) The hotel is immaculate. Breakfast included was a pleasant surprise, delicious coffee, oatmeal & congee, hard boiled eggs, cold cereals, & super helpful attendant maintaining the area.

Sadly I was unable to extend my visit bc hotel was full. 😊

The fact that I never got a confirmation number, it never showed in my bookings app, and when I emailed bookings to look into it they did nothing so I booked a different hotel for the same dates but still got charged for this hotel and wasn’t aware of anything till they billed me for a no show and nobody is willing to help or look into what happened. Shady way to do business.

Velmi ochotný personál; jako Evropan jsem si musela zvyknout na plastové nádobí a příbory, které je zde ovšem zvykem. Čistý a prostorný apartmán přiměřený ceně. V pohodě jsme zde strávili týden se 2 dospělými dětmi.

Jediné minus byl zápach z odpadků na ulici,ale v hotelu to cítit nešlo.

It is a clean hotel with polite staff. It is located about 40 minutes from the center of Manhattan, but the subway station that takes you there is just 200 meters away, making it easy to travel into New York. The rooms are clean, and the sheets and towels are changed every two days. Also, if you need to go to the airport, they offer a transfer service in a large vehicle for a $45 fee. The neighborhood is inhabited almost exclusively by Chinese residents, who are very quiet and do not disturb anyone at all. I would choose to stay here again.

The breakfast room is not at all nice; it feels like being in an office, with large rectangular tables and reclining chairs. The breakfast itself is rather meager—coffee, orange juice, sliced ​​bread, ham and cheese, and croissants. It’s nothing special.

Location was great, check in and out was easy. Cost was great.

Breakfast was free but found moldy bread, milk was warm, and most of the food was gone and not refilled when busy. The warning sign on the front door was also a little concerning, I get wanting to let people know, but maybe move to lobby so its not the first thing people see. Makes you question the safety of the are/hotel.

Everything was horrible, a foul smell entrance, a dirty and inappropriate lobby with no guest seating area, extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Starting with the very rude person at the check in - they put us in a miserable basement room with very dubious state of cleanliness. to eliminate any doubts, we found a big clump of hair in the towels. Then waking up at 5 am in the sounds of yelling staff, followed by the worst and unhygienic breakfast (please see the picture - absolutely disgusting and gross mess). they got very angry when I asked if that’s all they serve. Don’t know how many friends and family got to rate them, this hotel should not be classified as a hotel

Sve je bilo super! Soba ugodna, redovito čišćena, a lokacija je bila dobra. Osoblje uljudno i efikasno. Za cijenu koju smo platili iznad očekivanja.

We stayed here for a few days (from June 12 to 15-2026) and really enjoyed it. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and staff was very friendly and helpful. A couple of small things to note: the hair dryer wasn't very powerful, so if it's something important, you may want to bring your own. The toiletries provided are on the small side, but the front desk will gladly give you extras if you need them. There wasn't an ironing board in our room either, but they can provide one upon request. The location was one of the best parts of our stay. It's within walking distance to Flushing's Chinatown, with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and stores nearby. There's also a Target close by. We found it very easy to take the subway into Times Square and Lower Manhattan, so getting around New York was no problem. The hotel also offers airport shuttle service for a reasonable fee. LaGuardia is only about 10 minutes away, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we're in New York.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There isn’t a lot of space if you have 4 people in the room. The elevator is slow! Room doors can be noisy.

It was clean room was nice . Having a mini fridge was important because my friend is on insulin and it has to be kept cold. The parking garage is right around the corner so that was convenient. They left plenty of towels for us so that was great.

I would have liked to have more then 2 pillows on the bed. Other then that it was great.

The proximity to LaGuardia Airport and a current construction site made it difficult to sleep before 12am, however the construction will be temporary

Excelente local para ficar. Próximo da estação de metrô, bairro muito tranquilo e seguro. Voltávamos apenas a noite para hotel e pudemos andar tranquilamente na rua. As instalações são muito limpas, o quarto era amplo, o banheiro grande com água sempre quente, box de vidro (o que não é comum nos USA) espelho de corpo todo no quarto, secador de cabelo. Café da manhã à vontade, checkin e checkout simples e sem burocracia. Vários comércios próximos. Com certeza recomendo e quando voltar para NY ficarei no mesmo hotel!!
