-The Indo lady is very nice and helpful. Thank you so much Miya🫶🫶, you make a lot value added to the inn. -Room is clean. -Location is good.
-The receptionist (a Indian guy, name Ash) is so rude and not friendly. A very bad check in experience with him and hope not to see him again. -The money deduction is on another hotel name. -Be careful with the heater in the bathroom, the hot water continue to come out after off, and is hotter than what we set, I burn a bit and stop to use the heater.

Расположение, предупредительный персонал!
Gar nichts!
Alles!

The cleaning lady and the Indonesian girl at the reception were super nice. Can't say the same though about the guys working there. Another positive is the location, definitely great.
Premise, my girlfriend and I sleep everywhere, tents, airports, Couchsurfing, you name it. We really do not have fancy requirements and we are easy to please. This, however, was definitely not worth the money. The pictures are simply misleading, just check the Google Maps reviews. We booked a standard double room with no windows, 9 m2, and it looked nothing like what is shown online. We spoke with other guests and some even showed us their rooms, same situation. If you are unlucky, you get the 9 m2 version without a toilet, which is located in the middle of the floor. I sent them three messages upon arrival to request an early check-in, yet zero answer. They also require a deposit of around 10 USD, EUR, or CHF, which was not specified in the booking as of 23.02.2026. That felt dishonest. We genuinely wish we could get our money back. And there's a fine for everything 😂 If you or your baby pee on the bed, you get a fine. If you leave electronic devices on while out, fine. If you breathe oxygen during the day instead of using photosynthesis, fine. 🤌🏼 As for other negatives that are not directly their fault, there is only one elevator for a 16 floor building in central Hong Kong. So be prepared for some involuntary mindfulness practice while waiting. Taking the stairs is an adventure too, just note that they are in a different entrance and you will likely pass quite a few trash bags on the way. Cultural immersion included, no sarcasm, try it once. Yes, 35 euro per night is cheap for that location. But misleading customers is simply unethical.
the room is neat and clean and the staff is so friendly and accommodating

Good location. Probably cheap (for Hong Kong).
Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Towels and bathroom were dirty. For the room of such quality, there were too many penalties - instead of enjoying the stay, you have to think all the time whether you didn't forget to switch off all the devices in the room otherwise you'll get charged. The water has to be boiled before going to shower. Wifi had poor quality sometimes. They provided only 1 towel.
The owner is kind. Staff was very accomodating ( special mention to Ate Virgy who is also a Filipina )

Thank u
it is a dump. so small there is hardly enough room to turn around. no chair or table. hardly room enough to open your suitcase on the floor. toilet with rusty towel rack. hardly flushing. shower and toilet all in the same 4x4 feet space. the electronic door key 4 times didn't work. some poor employee had to be woken up to let me in. all that for such expensive price
