良かった点は沢山ありますが、スタッフのサービスが最高でした！ チェックアウトの日、私はホステルの共有スペースでiPhoneを落として、気づかないまま出かけてしまいました。 iPhoneを見つけたスタッフが、共有スペースの防犯カメラの録画映像を見て、このiPhoneを落としたのは誰か（私）を見つけてくれて、さらに、私にメールをくれました。 彼女の完璧な仕事がなければ、私はiPhoneを永遠に見つけられなかったと思います。 彼女に御礼したいです。

私は4月末に泊まりました。 この時期はクイーンズタウンの秋で、外は寒かったです。 このホステルは、断熱性は高くないため、客室や洗面所、トイレが寒かったです。 寒い季節に泊まる人は、真冬用の部屋着や寝巻きを持ってくることをお勧めします！

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and relaxing layout easy to meet fellow travellers. Quiet location although so near centre. short steep walk to the start of the 'Queenstown Hill trail up to the summit (arduous but well worth it for great views).

Not much headroom in lower POD as required to slide up to pillow - bed very comfy but not side-on as the orientation is 'different'.

Great location, facilities were clean, adequate, AB’s easy to access.

This is the best backpacker I’ve stayed at so far. The kitchen never felt too crowded, and even though the bathroom were shared, they were more designed more like private bathrooms. so it comfortable and had good privacy.

I wouldn’t really recommend it for people with a lot of luggage. There’s no lift and the rooms are a bit small so it’s not very convenient if you have a large luggage.

バスルームがおしゃれでドライヤーが準備されていた。ベッドの向きが良かった。キッチンもおしゃれでベランダにある揺れる椅子も面白かった。

The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around.

The apartment felt very basic for the price paid. The main issue was the scaffolding directly outside the windows, which was not clearly shown in the listing/photos. Builders started early in the morning and the scaffolding was so close that the curtains could barely be opened without losing privacy. There was also only one small mirror in the bathroom for a room accommodating up to 3 people. I contacted the host regarding these issues but received no reply or assistance.

Friendly helpful staff, really great when I needed to add another night to my stay and great recommendations/local knowledge. Generally friendly and respectful vibe in the hotel, pod was comfy. Female only dorm available with private bathroom, was comfier than regular dorm i stayed in first night. Right next to all bars and restraunts.

I have never stayed in a hostel that clean. Staff is super friendly and pods give a lot of privacy.

This was my third time staying, it is such a great hostel. The kitchen is large, clean, and has plenty of cookware in excellent condition. The 4-queen bed dorm with kitchenette and patio is absolutely luxurious, great value. The staff are welcoming and efficient. The location is prime. The hangout lounge is comfy and spacious with awesome views.

Comfy bed, soft sheets and very clean bathroom/ facilities. Perfect location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The beds were great to get a good night's sleep, comfortable, warm what more can I say 😊. Great location, was easy to find being on main road coming into town, checking in late was very helpful.

The rooms were only big enough to lay open one suitcase in a hostel of 4. Great experience - however, I felt inconvenient when we were both preparing to checkout at the same time trying to give each other space.

Great spot in town, beds comfy and the privacy of the pods was great. I didn't cook in the kitchen but it looked to have most things. Towel hire $3 for a nice thick and thirsty large towel.

My locker for my bag was outside the room which was fine but there just wasn't enough floor space to open up a carry on wheelie bag without taking up the whole room.

市街地の中心部から歩いて5分ほどと、立地がとても良かったです！スタッフの方が親切に施設内を案内してくれたので安心しました😊お部屋も清潔ですし、各部屋にトイレとお風呂が付いているのが便利で助かりました🙌

部屋の外にある共有のシャワールームについて、人が入るとセンサーで感知して自動で照明が点く仕様になっていたが、時間が経つと自動で照明が消えてしまう。シャワーを浴びてる最中に真っ暗になってしまい、一度外に出ないといけないのが少し不便どった😂

The Queen Pod in the 5 bedroom Female dorm was super comfortable. All facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A bit of a walk to all the main attractions and places of convenience. Take an umbrella or be prepared to run as you will need to cross 2 intersections if it rains.

Pretty solid place. Location is good, just a 5 minute walk to get to the area of QT where the activities/dining are. The pods are nice, very private. Also, note that the pod can get a bit warm throughout the night, but you can mitigate it by not sliding the privacy curtain all the way(leave a sizeable crack). I liked the shelf behind the pillow, very spacious. Bed was comfortable The front desk staff was nice and I appreciated the tour. the baggage storage room is also locked and you need to get the key from the front desk. The extra security is appreciated. Did not use the kitchen or communal space frequently, but did not that it's quite spacious and nice Bathroom (ensuite and communal) are decently clean. Could be cleaner, but depends on the behavior of other patrons.

wasn't a big fan of my specific bed's locker being outside the room in the hallway. I understand why though, given the room layout. I have a lock so it was fine, but wasn't too big of a fan. Not a huge thing to consider a negative tbh. Would love more hooks everywhere Think one of the steps on the stairs is just slightly larger than the rest, which caught me off guard going down, so be cautious if you have weak ankles. Nbd tbh

Bien placer dans Queenstown. Proche de tout. Hostel super original. J'ai un lit queen dans la chambre de 4 avec cuisine priver et terrasse. Le casier sous le lit est très grand. Boucoup de place. C'était génial. Grande salle de bain sur l'étage.

Pods are more private than dorm accommodation. Not a single issue with any person. The staff were helpful, location central and cost cheap. Reasonably quiet and the pods more spacious that previous pod hostels I've stayed in.

It's not the fanciest pod hostel I've stayed in - they're plywood.

Bed was comfy and spacious! Curtains did an excellent job of creating privacy and darkness for sleeping.The deck was lovely to sit at and take in the views.

The bathroom was clean during my stay except the last day but it was a holiday so maybe they were short staffed. Excellent cleanliness overall.

空港からのバス停や中心地へのアクセスが最高なのはもちろんのこと、共有設備が整っていて、料理もシャワーも気兼ねなくできた。他のホステル利用者の方々の民度もよく、使用した食器や調理器具はみんなすぐ洗って片付けていたので常に清潔に保たれていた。一人で行ったが、治安の良さを感じた。

ロッカーの鍵がかからないので日本人からすると多少不安かも。貴重品は常に持ち歩いていた。その分治安がいいことの現れでもあると思う。

Clean and tidy. Highlight was the shower pressure! And of course the separate pods with curtains for privacy. They also kindly stored luggage for me for a few days when I was away on a hike.

クイーンベッドにしたら、すごく広くて、ホステルと思えない様な快適さがあった。 数日間でも、戻ってくるなら荷物は無料で預かってくれるのも、最高のサービスだった。シャワーやトイレの数もたくさんあるので、待つこともないし、前に使った人が汚していたとしても、綺麗なシャワーブースもあった。毎日しっかり、清掃もされていてよかった。

私自身は、物音がしても寝られるので問題なかったが、物音が気になる人は快適さを感じられないかも。

There weren't enough bathrooms for the amount of people sharing them. Please consider installing some shelves in the shower stall without the toilet. The ceiling was very low in the upper bunk. The wall was very thin, I could hear people talking on the phone in the other room (before I put on my ear plugs).
