Good asian breakfast with different options. Big room.

It was very noisy. They have music in the corridor the whole night and it was difficult to sleep. The shower was broken although we could use it. We found some cockroaches in the room.

The only downside really; can’t open a window. Which is also a good thing because then I don’t hear the mosk at 4:30am

We stayed here for two nights in two rooms. Both none smoking ones but sadly with distinguish cigarette sent in both. I bet this place has seen better times but now the time is catching up. The staff are very friendly and helpful but don't expect too much English conversation and explanations if you ask them because I guess they mostly cater for Indonesians. They have a pool at the top but unfortunately was under maintenance when we were there. Breakfast is buffet style and it's included in the room rate. No frills there too, but sufficient. The one thing that bothers me is not the place getting old but the cleanliness could certainly improve. The breakfast/dinner area was always dirty so a bit more effort cleaning it would be much appreciated.

We liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel, but it wasn't that good as you will find out later. We did have some stores around though and a lot of options for ice cream.

The rooms weren't clean and especially beds. We had blood on the bed sheet and it wasn't comfortable. We had to take Grab for everything and it was difficult to find food. The restaurant wasn't clean either and all the menu was in Indonesian and the guy couldn't explain it in English. We couldn't even use the pool because the first day we didn't have much time and the second day the pool was under maintenance.

Room is clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok, good enough. Worth the money. Peanut butter is a big plus 😄👍🏻.

Lift is a bit slow. Lucky I was at second floor so I just use stairs. And also like other have said, there is a useless cooler inside the room. Oh one more, pls dont put big bottle of water if its not free. Some people might just open it and have to pay 😤

The location was great, near Gedung Sate and Gasibu. Surrounded by tons of local street food at a very affordable price. There were also lots of laundry services around in case you stayed for a longer time.

Please remember the following feedback: I believe the hotel might have tried to cut costs on electricity. Although it was stated that there was no refrigerator, there was a small storage box with a temperature of 20 degrees. I think it would be better if the hotel replaced it with a true small refrigerator. However, guests can request ice from the restaurant to chill their drinks. The air conditioning didn't work well, possibly due to being too old. I had to ask room service for a hairdryer, and the shower handle valve was broken. The warm water heater was also broken, but they had already announced it and managed it with another water heater. Additionally, there was a small cockroach in the bathroom, possibly due to the wooden door. During check-in, the front desk did not charge me initially, so we had to pay during our stay. Lastly, the restaurant was too small for the hotel. The staff told us there was a 30-minute waiting list and that they would call us when the table was ready, but they didn't.

there was no hot water in the shower in the evening, even after waiting for about 30 minutes. it was very uncomfortable, especially after a very long journey.

The walls was very thin the neighbours was making so much of noise , shouting and banging the furniture and slaming the door it was very unfair to us, we could not get enough sleep or rest

Location is great, value the money, very clean as they clean the room daily. I loved that they put healthy drink in the menu. The staff also very helpful and honest

It was a clean room. The breakfast was nice but could use some more things to add to the omlet station like mushrooms, peppers, tomatos.

The room that we got was on the street which is the one that we paid for but we didn't know it was on the street. We were on the 6th floor which is the highest but it did not matter you heard every loud mufflered vehical go by and it was a busy road even at night. We were able to change rooms to one that was on the same floor and off of the street which was much better but the rooms have very thin walls. You can hear the neighbors talking not to mention the shower and toilet flushing. If anyone was in the hall way you can hear everyting they say as the doors don't go all the way to the floor. Acording to booking.com there was suppose to be a pool but the hotel has not finished building it and we didn't know until we got there. We will not stay here again.

The room is clean and well-appointed. The staff is excellent and very responsive to your needs. The Wi-Fi works just fine. Breakfast is very good for this part of the world and overall, I really enjoyed staying here.

The desk in the room is not good, barely wide enough to accommodate a laptop, you wouldn't want to do any real work from it. The refrigerator in the room is a joke - why install a cold box that only goes down to 20 degrees C? Completely pointless and very annoying.

It was a nice stay, there were some good restaurants and cafes nearby.

The atmosphere is typical Sundanese friendly. The breakfast is quite great. Affordable price.

The room AC are somehow not able to set perfectly. Has a tendency to be too cold from the set temp.

More choice for the breakfast and improve the taste of the food too. And then the bathroom was clean but cleanliness can be improve.

Good sized room, with many areas to store belongings . Very comfortable extra large bed and bathroom was spacious and functional . The situation was good, as the beautiful residential area just across the road was a delight to walk in with the beautiful trees and gardens . Many food vendors were up and down the street, and small supermarkets were about 5mins walk away . Very clean rooms ,with a very good restaurant downstairs where we ate numerous times . A limited menu, but enough to satisfy us, as the food was fresh , appetising, beautifully presented and very tasty . The staff were very welcoming and friendly as well .

The ridiculous little bar fridge in the room ...which didn't cool at all,it was hot. It should be replaced with a little "cooling" fridge

Nice, clean and spacy rooms for a fair price. Helpful and friendly staff. Will definetaly book again next time in Bandung

A bit more western choises for breakfast

Friendly staff, large bed, good wifi connection, free bottles of water.

No hair dryer in the room, less TV channels than the guide next to the bed.

The staff was very friendly, checkin and checkout was swift, room was big and clean, lota of channels on the TV, and location is very strategic

Bed and pillow not the most comfortable but that I think is a matter of preference. I like firm bed and pillows

No place to put your clothes! Only one chair in the room, so we had to sit on the high bed which is not comfortable if you want to eat something! The breakfastplace was not clean, no good coffee, burned rice.

1. The shower is not the right one. I had to hold it when took a bath. 2. You have to install the sound proof to avoid the noise from the street. We can not sleep well because of it. 3. It would be nice if you complete the bed with bolster.
