الموقع حلوه صراحة وجنبه مول IFC متصل والمول فيه سوبرماركت فيه احتياجاتنا وفيه قهوه أرابيكا الشقة واسعه مريحه تكفي ثلاث اربع اشخاص المطبخ متكامل الموظفين خدومين مره يحاولون يساعدونك حتى لو اللغة مو مره عندهم

Location was spot on ! We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it very big and comfortable. Service was great, staff are always so helpful. Could not have asked for more.

Swietna lokalizacja. Bardzo smaczne sniadania. Bardzo mila obsluga w recepcji. Szczegolnie Pani Alice, tak mi sie wydaje. Bardzo pomocna I mila.

Brak Baru,ktory by przyciagnal i zadowolil wielu gosci. Zeby napic sie drinka, trzebabylo isc do innego hotelu.

فتدق مناسب للعوائل، ملتصق بمجمعين ونظام شقق فندقية 5 نجوم وتوفر التنظيف كل يوم ومريح بشكل عام. يوجد شطاف. افضل فندق للعوائل الخليجية في شنغهاي وكذلك يوجد سوبر ماركت في المجمع لذلك كل ما تحتاجه موجود.

1)Location is superb. Right above IFC shopping mall. It has a big open air balcony on the 3rd floor which allow smoker like me to take a fag, instead of going all the alway down to Level 1. Very thoughtful . 2) the toilet bidet is excellent ( although the remote control ran out of battery)

1)I have to first tap my room card and take the loft from L1 to L3, and then walk thru the common dining area to the lift lobby, tapping the card again to my floor. I won’t say it’s a big problem , it’s secure for hotel guest as it adds as a double security . 2) the room has an over but not microwave. And they don’t provide Laundry detergent even though the room comes with washer and dryer.

部屋が排水溝の臭いがしたのと洗面所が狭く使いづらい シャワールームも換気されてないのか、全然床が乾かない 設備が古い

Good location with subway right at accommodation. Many food choices. Friendly and helpful staff and good facilities.

The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed. The view from it over the skyline, especially with the illuminated buildings were amazing. The staff were great and we had all we needed. Location was superb, with the City Super in the basement. (Think about it as the Asian Harrod's)

The check-in desk gets quite busy, but the staff are very friendly and efficient.

its decor, from the lobby to the room, is quiet and elegant. The room was big and comfortable and I appreciate the kitchenette and washer/dryer, which was very convenient. Great staff too. And I really like that the hotel has a water tap at the breakfast area so I could top up my water bottle and not have to use environmentally unfriendly bottled water. It's right above the subway station so it's very convenient.

Perfect location in PuDong! Convenient to shop inside the mall ! Super recommend!

Location was great, attached to a good mall. The size of the apartment and amenities was wonderful. Housekeeping was efficient.

Room was not as clean as you'd expect from a 5 star property

The location & service

Location is great - right about Lujiazui subway station. It's also great that it's connected to a huge mall with a lot of food options. I love the ambience of the hotel, it's so luxe and calm. I also like that the rooms are equipped with a microwave oven and a sink, which makes it easy to heat up food and drinks. It also had free filtered water from a tap at the breakfast area so you could refill water bottles and cut down on plastic bottles.

Generous space in our 2-bedroom apartment. Well furnished with utensils, microwave and oven. The cleaner for our room was very polite and great in tidying up our apt daily. Free coffee at level 3 of hotel. Connected to IFC means I can do quick runs to the mall for shops or snacks.

WiFi connection was unstable. Will be good to have laundry pods and dishwashing pods provided. There were only 2 reception counters at check in so there was a long queue when the number of guests was big.

De ligging en mooie uitstraling , mooie grote goed ingerichte appartementen.

De verloedering en ook in het appartement , tapijt en groene fluwelen stoelen en de airco deed het niet altijd goed , heb in 2 appartementen geslapen en hele grote met 2 slaapkamers en 1 studio .

Staff are friendly. Love the laundry machine in the room. Breakfast is better this trip than back in Feb 2026.

The pillows are too big. Uncomfortable to sleep on.

Good location, comfortable bed, decent size. Shower was good.

The glass-topped table was not clean - lots of crumbs stuck under the glass.

Super amazing location (can see 东方之珠 from our room), excellent service, love the tasteful and super cozy 2 bedder suite.

Breakfast is decent but needs more variety for guests who stay for longer periods

Personnel super ! Résidence très bien située dans le quartier de Luijazui, très proche de la rivière, très pratique pour sa connection avec le métro, lit très confortable ! Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, nous sommes arrivés à 7 heures du matin très fatigués et ils ont trouvé une solution pour que nous puissions avoir une chambre rapidement, tout le monde est très sympa et fait beaucoup d'efforts quand vous ne parlez pas chinois ! Nous avons été enchantés ! Piscine très bien ainsi que la salle de sport !

Trop d'air conditionné à la salle de sport ! Il devait faire 18 degrés dans la salle de yoga et c'est vraiment trop froid !

ممتاز موقع وحجم الغرف والسعر وافخم مول مجمع في شانغهاي موجود في نفس المبنى وكذلك السوبر ماركت في نفس المول والمبنى ويوجد مطبخ تحظيري الكوفي كورنر في اللوبي فري الموقع جدا ممتاز وتنظيف يومي

الاثاث يعتبر قديم ولكن غير متهالك يعني بحاله جيده ولكن السعر والموقع وتعامل وخدمات تغطي العيوب بشكل عام الفندق جيد جدا خصوصا للعوائل

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping was not always consistent, and there was no room service available. The location is a bit far from Nanjing Road and other major attractions.

Every time I go to Shanghai I stay here, it's been about 15 years, It's the best place for comfort and location

Every thing, above a large shopping center with lots of restaurant's and above line 2 direct to and from the airport in the center of the CBD by the Peal Tower

Great location and amazing room size. Staff were extremely kind and attentive and service was impeccable

The walk from lobby to room was abit longer than we were used to. But its a minor issue

There was no Salt & Pepper in the Room. Normal Wifi was not working They installed another Modem & changed VPN to work.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W samym centrum Pudong. Hotel bardzo czysty, bardzo miła obsługa.

Śniadanie było najgorsze na jakie kiedykolwiek trafiłem w jakimkolwiek nawet najsłabszym hotelu. Zawsze wybieramy hotele ze śniadaniem aby spokojnie zacząć dzień. Tutaj bez posiłku poza hotelem się nie dało. Śniadanie w hotelu było bardzo ubogie a produkty bardzo słabej jakości i był bardzo mały wybór. Nawet w 3* hotelu nie spotkałem się z tak fatalnym śniadaniem. Śniadanie zepsuło całkowicie nasze odbieranie obiektu. Żaden 5* hotel nie powinien sobie na to pozwolić.

Die Lage ist super zentral, in einer Mall mit Metro Station direkt um die Ecke. Zimmer mit Küche, Waschmaschine und allem was man zum Leben braucht :) Personal sehr freundlich. Ohne Frühstück gebucht, daher kann ich hierzu keine Bewertung abgeben.

Küche und Utensilien könnten ein bisschen sauberer sein.

Food was great. View is exceptional. Staff english was good and was VERY helpful. Highly recommend staying at IFC. The IFC Mall is something else. Again, the view and location is superb. very close to metro line.

Location which is abutting the IFC mall with direct access to Lujiazui station, the mall had a supermarket, some staff spoke English, FF&E of the hotel, very well maintained FF & E. I was in IFC in 2016. When I stay there in Dec 2025 until Jan 2026, the state of the original FF & E had my jaw dropped.. Extremely well maintained.

Most staff still do not speak English. After 10 years, very little effort given to staff ability to speak English. Needs to be more efficient with Tabao delivery. Two of my items found after I left Shanghai and 1 item was never found. Just needs to have a better delivery system for Tabao items. Offering Muslims menu is something IFC must implement and no longer ignore. So many Arab guests and myself are Muslims. One AC in main bedroom remained as heater even though I had set to cooling at 20 deg C. A technician came but situation remains the same. Time to diagnose the condition and repair if must. Full height mirror should be provided in living room or to save cost, provide at all lift lobbies.
