The location is very near to my daughter's accommodation and her university area. Easy access from the airport via bus or taxi if required (not too jammed). Selection of food (restaurant) is abundance nearby including coffee and pastries.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It was very convenient that I could leave my luggage before check-in. I had a room on the highest floor, and the view was absolutely amazing. The location is also very good. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great value stay, everything was clean and nice to stay in.

Just a heads up in Korea they do not always flush toilet paper which definitely took a little getting used to. Room was also pretty tight for 3 people.

Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà, la mia stanza sembrava più piccola e ho chiesto gentilmente se fosse giusta e la signora alla reception ha alzato gli occhi al cielo, sbuffando davanti a me, ero senza parole. Non sono professionali, non ha mai sorriso. Non parlava nemmeno una frase in inglese. Non vale 122 euro a notte. Non è pulito bene, la cucina era un po sporca, olio incrostato. Il bagno anche, piccolo. Non c'è nessun kit, solo body wash e shampoo. Non cè uno specchio grande per vedersi bene. È pieno di mobili ma non c'è una scrivania. Il phon era attaccato al bagno che è piccolo e va lentissimo. Il letto era super scomodo, ho sempre avuto problemi lombari. Il letto si affossa, non è duro. I cuscini piccoli e cosi morbidi che ti svegli con il mal di collo. La mattina presto vieni svegliato perche chi fa le pulizie fa un rumore pazzesco, oppure la notte da altri rumori visto che ribomba tutto. La stanza è datata. Non ci sono accapatoi

駅に近く、またOlive YoungやBHCチキンなど、とにかくいろいろなお店が徒歩圏にあって とても便利でした。フロントのスタッフの方々が親切でした。

部屋が思ったよりも狭かったですが、清潔で使いやすかったです。洗濯機や冷蔵庫、ポットなど設備が充実していました。

I paid a four- to five-star price for what turned out to be a one-star experience — more comparable to a roadside motel than a hotel. The property was essentially an officetel marketed as a hotel. The only redeeming quality was its location in a lively college town, but that alone did not justify the cost. The housekeeping policy was unnecessarily complicated and never explained at check-in. I only learned about the green and yellow card system — which signals whether your room should be cleaned — after asking the housekeeping staff directly. The cards were tucked out of sight near the TV, making them nearly impossible to find without prior knowledge. As a Korean speaker, I navigated this with some difficulty. I can only imagine how disorienting this experience must be for international guests, especially when comparable hotels in Seoul at similar price points are typically four- or five-star properties. I am left wondering whether I was misled by the hotel's own marketing, or whether Booking.com itself was given inaccurate information about this property. Either way, the experience was deeply disappointing.

Everything — the room, the lobby, the elevator. The entire property felt dark and unwelcoming, typical of a budget officetel building rather than an upstanding hotel. It was simply not worth the price I paid.

Хороший номер, вежливый и ответственный персонал, рядом метро и автобусы, месторасположение хорошее. В целом концепция с возможностью готовить и постирать очень удобна для длительного проживания.

It’s a convenient location and has good basic clean rooms-very quiet and helpful to have washed/ dryer units. Easy to access from 6002 bus and Ewha and Sinchon subway stops. Very clean-decent size kitchen with full fridge, hot plate etc. They provide slippers and most things you need for a basic but comfortable stay. Good wifi. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby-location is great.

The night light will go off in the room and it’s extremely bright. Super annoying. There is no iron in the room or way to borrow one. There’s also no conditioner but there is shampoo. The front desk staff are hopelessly unable to communicate with anyone-this was not the case in the past when I stayed here. They can respond if you write on booking messaging. I would make sure to have a translating app bc they will communicate to you that way. I liked it and have stayed on and off for the last 9 years but I doubt I’ll stay again.

Location served our purpose perfectly well

De rustige locatie, en vlak bij de Ehwa en het metrostation. Om de hoek diverse winkeltjes en eet gelegenheden.

The high frequency noise from the refrigerator was too loud. I needed to turn it off to getting a sleep. Except that, the facilities were great in general. The staffs were very friendly as well.

地點離梨大地鐵站大約要走6-7分鐘，樓下有CU、GS25，還算很方便，櫃台人員很親切!

room was a bit used, small refresh would be nice it was getting hot inside very quickly, the A/C worked very well but it was blowing directly on one bed so it could make you sick

Kind staffs and excellent location

The room was way smaller than expected, but was clean and sufficient for two guests. The toilet fan was noisy.

The shower is combined with wash basin, making it inconvenient. The bathroom is small. Great that there is washer and drying rack.

All were very friendly, room was tidy, location very good near metro station. Restaurants and shops nearby.

This place is conveniently located and equipped with everything for a long-term stay. The room was sparkling clean and well-maintained. The room size was good for two to stay. Having a washer and dryer unit in the room was very convenient, especially in summer. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and professional. My stay was very pleasant.

I found conditions like shown in the uploaded picture very inconvinient. Future guests should be of aware of it!

Location was excellent, close to two metro stations, plenty of shops, and with a fantastic view. Good strong shower, and a washing machine that worked well.

The level of trim of the room was significantly below that shown in the advertisement photos, and the room felt very worn-out. The air conditioning was also extremely loud, and I could only sleep with earplugs.

The staff were very friendly and considerate. The room was equipped with cutleries, cookware, large fridge and freezer for those prefer to cook. It was comfortable

I’m a gym person and use their gym almost everyday. However, the equipment need to be serviced and highly recommend to add some basic weights such as dumbbells

The central air conditioning is not working properly and can't keep the room temperature at the expected level.

The bathroom lay out was a bit tricky to get around, also the bed and pillows were not so comfortable, the room can get quite warm also, but AC is available.

Location and convenience

As all the reviews said, the best thing about Ever8 Serviced Residence is the staff, especially the front desk staff who were very courteous and welcoming. I can't emphasize enough how nice it is to be greeted by a friendly person when you arrive at the hotel in a foreign country after traveling for nearly 24 hours! Also, the location was perfect, near all the major universities, about 5 min walk to the subway station Ewha, great restaurant options and a large grocery store Emart near by. And it's not as touristy as Myeongdong or Itaewon. The facilities are modern and clean, and the housekeeping was reliable. The only downside is was the size of the room, the family twin, which was very small. The space would be fine for 2 people or single, but not enough space for a family with children. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the Ever8 Serviced Residence, and we probably would book 2 rooms next time.

First of all the location. 5 minutes or so walk from Sinchon station. Walking distance from Hongde and other popular places. The room is specious with a place to eat the breakfast you cooked in the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer in the room!! Clean and a shower with a door unlike some other hotels we stayed in where you get the whole room wet. The people at reception were super nice.

Maybe just a bit pricey.

We stayed here for 1 week with a 4-month old,the apartment was clean, well-equipped and very convenient for a family with a baby. Absolutely recommended

The location is great, close to the No. 2 subway station and many universities in the neighborhood. To travel to the city center, it only takes 2 to 4 subway stops. The staff member was very friendly and helped me call a taxi right away. I really appreciated the promptness.

I had a stay before the Covid in the same hotel. The hotel remains roughly the same, but things do not appear to be highly maintained. The corridors look dark. The bed is too soft. The fridge, though very big for a hotel room, could be noisy when its compressor runs. I woke up one night to the serious humming produced by the fridge close to my bed. In addition to these disappointing details, no cleaning service is available. I had a mass of piled-up garbage. The door reads a message: don't bring the garbage out and call for service between 9 and 3. But my problem was I never got back during the day. The hotel should be more proactive in dealing with this basic service. I received minimum service close to one at a minimally run college dorm.

In my room there was a very bad smell of naphthalene. I think it came from one of the next room. Besides from the next room somebody bounce a ball against a wall, every evening and and at night. For example he could do it at 2 o'clock at night.
