Die Unterkunft vermittelt eine schöne entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir waren mit Baby im September hier und hatten einen eigenen hochstuhl und ein Babybett und sogar eine Babywanne im Zimmer. Der hauptpool war gut besucht, dennoch eine ruhige familiäre Atmosphäre. Zimmer waren sauber und modern. Das Frühstück war gut. Bislang bester Kaffee in Spanien aus der Maschine (Spanien ist ja sehr speziell und es gibt fast ausschließlich nur Kaffee aus diesen Automaten beim Frühstück). Es gab frisch gepresstes Karotten-Apfel-Saft sowie hochwertigen Schinken und Käse. Sich Avocadocreme und auch sonst für jeden etwas dabei. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier. Es gibt jeden Morgen Yoga/Pilates sowie einen schönen Spa-Bereich. An den Ort am Hafen mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Zu Fuß ein schöner Spaziergang. Dort sind Restaurant, Bars, Kaffee. Abends entspanntes Programm. Auch mal Musik? Aber Lautstärke völlig ok.

Really great location. Bus stops right outside the property to take you either Pollenca direction or alcudia direction.

I booked a suite for my partner and myself but when we arrived to our room it was two single beds. Would have been good to have said this in advance.

Struttura internazionale molto curata, dotata di tutti i comfort, personale molto disponibile e gentile, stanza grande, luminosa e pulita. Presenti comodi parcheggi, kids club, minimarket e intrattenimento serale. Ristorante a buffet per colazione e cena, alla carta per il pranzo.

La style / la decoration de la suite, de très bon goût. Literie très confortable , bonne clim. Piscine sympa!

Personal amabilísimo, público muy educado, todas las instalaciones muy limpias, diversas actividades para mayores y pequeños. Nada que ver con el típico hotel masificado de locos. Sin duda repetiría.

The property is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The amenities between the pools, spa, soccer field where all great. We appreciates the on-site laundry facility. Also found the staff kind and helpful. It was perfect for our family with two teens.

The only drawback is that there isn't a 'beach' within walking distance. There is transportation but in August the lines are quite long and the drivers are a bit aggressive and not so tourist tolerant. However we preferred the feeling of peace thst this resort gave us and not dealing with the crowds of the Alcudia area. We rented a car to tour the island and it was worth it.

Habitacions renovades molt comfortables. El menjar del buffet molt bó i continuament el reposen encara que falti poc per tancar. La piscina, spa i gimnàs genials! Però el millor de tot és el personal que té molt amable, educat i atent, des del recepcionista rosset mallorquí, fco javier el cuiner, la carmen del restaurant, la inma de la neteja, el noi socorrista, els diferents cambrers (una de les noies s aprengué les begudes que demanàvem cada nit!!),... Gràcies per fer-nos l estada tan agradable!

Très belle chambre, spacieuse, pratique. Les 2 piscines organisées par bâtiment et pas surchargées pour un mois d'août. Équipements complets (supérette dans la résidence, spa, salle de sport, snacks et restauration...) Très bon compromis entre appartements et hôtellerie. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le club enfants mais la partie animation semblait bien développée. Parking très pratique Proximité du port de pollença très agreable

J'avais mal compris la localisation sur maps et pensais que l'hotel donnait sur la plage. Il faut avoir un véhicule ou utiliser la navette qui passe devant car la plage est en fait a 20 mn a pied.

La taille de l'appartement, les services de l'hôtel, la literie (à l'exception du canapé lit).

Le bruit à des horaires non appropriés. Non respect des horaires de la piscine, le manque d'insonorisation.

A great stay! We lived everything the facilities were really good different pools. Clean and great foot if you want to order. Great staff overall we had an amazing stay.

Nach Ende unserer Reise und dem Besuch mehrerer Hotels möchten wir hier festhalten, dass es uns in diesem Hotel am besten gefallen hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vorallem im Speisebereich, in dem wir täglich Frühstück und Abendessen hatten, war immer alles sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und das Personal sehr fleißig. Die Lage war sehr schön, nah am Wasserund die Bushaltestelle vir der Tür.... Wir kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank!

The location is excellent for water sports, with several schools nearby offering windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUP, and other activities. The coastline has consistently good windy conditions, making it an ideal destination for these sports. Having a rental car is recommended. Public transport is available but less convenient, and the hotel offers plenty of parking spaces. The air conditioning was outstanding. We stayed in a two-room suite, and both rooms had their own AC output, which kept the entire suite comfortably cool even during very hot weather. This is something many hotels don't get right. The pools are well maintained and enjoyable. Although there is no direct access to an official beach, it is still possible to swim in the sea right next to the hotel, and the water is beautiful. There are also many excellent restaurants within a short drive in both Alcúdia and Port de Pollença.

The biggest downside was the sunbed situation. Although the hotel has a policy against reserving sunbeds with towels, it is not enforced. At around 9:00 a.m., I counted roughly 70 sunbeds already "reserved" with towels while only three people were actually at the pool, making it difficult for other guests to find a place. The breakfast buffet was decent, with a reasonable variety, although it was exactly the same every day. The dinner buffet was disappointing, with below-average food quality and a limited selection. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but the billing process was unnecessarily complicated. Instead of combining charges, the hotel processed multiple separate transactions for the tourist tax, meal plan, bar deposit, towel deposit, and even a deposit for borrowing ping-pong equipment. It felt inconvenient and unnecessarily cumbersome.

Lots of parking, fun evening activities, and a great staff! Breakfast is nice. If you want a hotel where you can spend your whole vacation just hanging out on the property (I don’t know why would you do that, having the beautiful, warm sea right next door), this is the place for you.

Unfortunately, the noise in the evenings was quite disruptive. I understand it's a family-oriented hotel, but loud music until 11 PM feels like a bit much. It would be better to utilize the great, spacious bar area for guests who wish to stay up late. The sound insulation is also an issue—we could loudly hear the plumbing whenever neighbors showered or flushed their toilets.

Simpatia dos colaboradores, excelente estado de conservação da infraestrutura no geral, pequeno almoço e jantar (em regime de meia pensão) com boa qualidade/variedade.

O jantar do regime de meia pensão não dá direito a uma bebida que seja (água incluído) no mínimo poderiam incluir uma bebida por pessoa (não alcoolico). Embora o problema esteja nas pessoas, mas há já muitos anos que não encontrava um resort em que se permite "reservar" com a toalha as hamacas junto à piscina (lamentável, às 09 da manhã, 2 pessoas na piscina e todas as hamacas "reservadas").

When we arrived we were allowed to use the serivces even though we were early and could not check in yet. Staff were all lovely and the room we had was amazing 6308. I think being in the block over the road was better after initially thinking we would be worse off. Hotel has several pools over the property which means we could always get a sunbed. I hate it when people block out beds they don't use, but you do not need to that here. Breakfast was really good, we did not eat dinner here though.

The Gym and spa is not part of the hotel and the gym did not open till 8am which is late for us as we like to get up and get out for the day. We went in the heat wave so earlier the better also. I think on the basis we would not stay here again, if you are not a gym person this is a great hotel though.

Struttura rilassante e pulita. Molto valida la prima colazione e anche la cena, entrambe a buffet. Ottima posizione per esplorare le spiagge del nord est, in particolare formentor.

Non è proprio vicinissima a Port de pollenca, ed è su una strada statale non proprio illuminatissima. Bisogna spostarsi o in bus o con macchina solo per pochi minuti.

Die Anlage war sehr schön und vielfältig. Man merkt direkt, dass an die gesamte Familie gedacht wurde. Uns haben die flacheren Pools und der Fußballplatz sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen beim Poolrestaurant war abwechslungsreich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Die Schalldämmung: Die Fenster sind vermeintlich zu, man hört aber alles so, als ob es ob sie offen wären. Hier könnte man mit Dichtungen vielleicht nachbessern. Wir haben etwas auf dem Zimmer vergessen. Trotz mehrfacher Rückfrage, haben wir keine brauchbare Antwort erhalten.

Locaux impeccables, le site est intelligemment organisé pour repartir les visiteurs entre différents espaces. Le cadre est particulièrement agréable : face à la mer, vue sur les montagnes, dans un coin assez calme de l’île. Le restaurant est de bonne qualité Le personnel très chaleureux Et les activités proposées chaque jour adaptées aux familles

Il faut juste mieux être équipé d’une voiture pour pouvoir sillonner autour, même si l’arrêt de bus est vraiment juste devant le club.

J'ai choisi une suite,ou apartement avec kitchenette, et c'etait ample, propre et fraichement décoré. J'etais seule et tot dans la saison donc je n'ai pas frequenté les piscines ou autre installations du club. L'interet c'etait pour moi la position géographique, le parking, et la possibilité de cuisiner mes repas. J'ai trouvé le rapport qualité/prix excellent.

The place was really great value for money, the apartment hotel room was really spacious and comfortable and I loved the view from the balcony. The breakfast and dinner had a huge variety of delicious foods. I would definitely go back again. My kids loved it too. All the staff were lovely and really helpful ♥️

Didn't get to use the spa facilities much due to the opening time of 10am. The spa facilities could open earlier than 10am to cater for guests who have to leave the hotel earlier.

Facilities: Nice, clean, and modern - not over the top. There was also heating in the flats (needed in non-summer times). Having the kitchen in the room was great for kids and had nice breakfasts on the balcony which we could see the hills and sea. Food: We didn't get the pre-paid option as there are great restetraunts in the area. But we did have the dinner buffet one night (26 EUR for adults and less for kids) and the breakfast buffet one morning (18 EUR for adults and less for kids) which was enjoyable but Convenient Market onsite along with a small football pitch, multiple pools. Gym was small but adequate. Parking: Convenient and free. Find a space. Never had problems. The whole facility was pretty kid friendly including a kids club, activities in the evening, and a separate kids pool with (small) slides. Staff was very friendly - very happy with their customer service

Biggest negative for me was wi-fi connectivity. It would have been tough if I needed it for work but it was just a minor annoyance that the phone would frequently disconnect to wi-fi when in our master bedroom. It was important for us to have a car - limited restaraunt options by walking - but there are TONS of great options in both Port de Pollenca and Alcudia in a less than 10 minute drive (this is not a negative. there was a bus stop right in the entrance to the property and it was common for taxi's to come in and out). This could be personal preference.

Staff were super friendly and great with our 8 month old. We had everything we needed in our suite and the food at the evening buffet was always lovely the few times we went. Plenty of pools and sunbeds and not too far from Puerto de Pollença, Pollenca old town and Alcúdia. Bus easy to use and at the stop is at the bottom of the hotel drive so perfect. We had a car so were able to explore that way but we did use the bus on occasions. Plenty of parking too if you do hire a car.

Entertainment was a little dated some nights

Hotelli oli erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla ja siitä oli hyvä lähteä pyöräilemään. Henkilökunta oli erittäin palvelualtista ja mukavaa. Siistijät olivat nopeita ja erittäin hyviä työssään, huoneet olivat hyvän kokoisia ja siistejä. Pihalla oli hyvin autolle parkkitilaa. Hotelli oli mukavalla sijainnilla omassa rauhassaan. Kaikki sujui erinomaisesti - palaamme tänne varmasti!

Faktycznie bardzo dobre śniadania i duży wybór, tradycyjne angielskie śniadanie ale był też duży wybór świeżych owoców, jogurtów, serów, wypieków, był nawet łosoś wędzony i połówki awokado. Pyszny świeżo wyciskany sok z marchewki i gruszek. Kawa zarówno do śniadania jak i przy pool barze bardzo średnia. Mieliśmy bardzo ładny widok z balkonu. Wymiana ręczników codziennie (oprócz 2 dni w tyg). Plażowa torba na powitanie która nam się przydała. Bardzo gorąca woda pod prysznicem, chyba pierwszy raz trafiliśmy na taki wrzątek, co nam akurat super odpowiadało - jednak dla osób które wola chłodniejsza wodę spod prysznica - ciężko było ja wyregulować odpowiednio. Drinki w barze wieczorem całkiem dobre jak za tą cenę (ok 8 euro) natomiast piwo lane nie zbyt dobre.

Balkon w balkon - jak mieliśmy wiecsorem otwarte okno od sypialni a ktoś był obok na balkonie to bardzo się niósł hałas. Wieczorne atrakcje głównie dla dzieci, ciągle ten sam program, na basenie codziennie rano jedna piosenka zumby o 10:30, która pamietalismy już na pamięć. Check in (1 w nocy) robił nam bardzo zaspany pan, który kilka razy wprowadził nas w błąd np twierdząc że mamy śniadania w cenie mimo że nie mieliśmy. Samo to że kazał nam zostawić dowody na całą noc i odebrać rano bo jak twierdził ma dużo pracy... Nie powinno się zostawiać dowodów, jeśli potrzebuje nich spisze je przy zameldowaniu. Kilka razy musieliśmy podawać adres bo dopytywał o polskie znaki bo musiał wpisać nasz adres do komputera. Ogólnie pierwszy raz mieliśmy tak dziwny Check in, a jeszcze byliśmy zmęczeni po nocnym locie, więc pierwsze wrażenie bardzo średnie. Apartamenty na zdjęciach wydają się nowsze - w rzeczywistości aneks kuchenny mikroskopijny, ciężko coś tam faktycznie ugotować, nie ma nawet suszarki na naczynia. Słabe wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego. Krzesła przy stole bardzo niewygodne i mega skrzypiące, jak ktoś nie będzie używał kuchni to ok, stół i krzesła na tarasie dużo wygodniejsze. Lokalizacja bez auta bardzo kiepska, natomiast z autem dobre miejsce na bazę noclegowa. Minusem też nieituicyjne oświetlenie, cześć lamp nie działało albo włączało się przy wejściu do pokoju i nie dało się wyłączyć włącznikiem przy łóżku.

Fajne animacje, piękne i zadbane miejsce.

Zeer vriendelijke receptie. Als er een probleem was werd het direct opgelost. Fijn dat je een eigen keukentje hebt. Ook de animatie deed erg hun best bij de kidsclub. Klein supermarktje op het resort is top, ze hebben er van alles. Locatie is met een auto top, je kan vanaf daar veel kanten op om het eiland te verkennen.

De sfeer viel ons tegen. Erg afgelegen en rustig. Het leefde niet.. wellicht kwam dit door de periode en door de uitstraling van het resort. We sliepen in blok 5, dit is pal naast de toegangsweg waardoor het best gehorig is in de slaapkamer. Onwijs mooi kinderzwembad, maar echt ijskoud. Verder is het een vrij heftig zwembad voor kids onder de 3 jaar. Harde stralen en een heftige waterval. Ons kind schrok daar best van steeds. Toen de sproeiers uit stonden was het zwembad (ondanks de kou) wel een succes :) Wij vonden het te gevaarlijk om langs de weg naar het dorp te lopen, dus een auto is wenselijk.

My Mum and I had a wonderful, relaxing holiday here. Decent size rooms, comfy beds, good hot shower, good gym, good spa, great food but what really makes this place are the staff. They are wonderful. They speak perfect English but entertained me trying to speak Spanish! Really kind, helpful. Loved our fitness sessions with Victor. I imagine in the summer it's pretty busy with entertainment around the main pool but in September/October it was quiet & there's another quieter pool. About 30 mins walks from Pollensa but it's lovely and several great restaurants along the way. Great bus connection (including to the airport). Left feeling healthier & more refreshed.

It is a bit further from Pollensa but it's really busy there so if you want to enjoy Pollensa without the bustle it's perfect. The beach had some problems with sewage in heavy rain so the pools were a godsend. Unfortunately the hairdryers are pretty old and basic so if that's important to you bring your own - new hairdryers would be the biggest improvement...but perhaps that speaks more of how great it is if that's the only real negative I can find!

Rooms were 5 star. We generally book 4 star but the quality of these was next level. Lots of pools, loads of beds. Really good family holiday destination.

Location, room size, parking, convenience of breakfast.

I don’t like the key configuration for the room. I had to lock my family in the room to take an early morning business call.

Resort as a whole, beautifully appointed, clean and not too big. Quiet around second pool. Terraza area. Surrounding scenery. Spa was lovely.

酒店外面的整体环境还是可以的，而且酒店位置也比较好找，就在路边，沿着海边而建，早上躺在床上就可以看日出，酒店停车也非常方便，到处都有车位。餐厅食物选择很多，味道也还可以，价格也很实惠。酒店游泳池很不错，就在房间下面，随时可以下去游。

餐厅的餐盘非常非常非常脏，某些餐厅服务员（领班）很蛮横，我在一次晚餐时间一连拿到几个沾满污垢的餐盘后把餐盘放在外面桌子上给她看，她居然恶狠狠的盯着我，嘴里还喋喋不休的埋怨我，要知道我手上被餐盘沾满的污垢都不知道该怎么办，如果不是语言不通一定会和她理论一番！！！房间和走廊就稍稍有些陈旧，有很多壁虎非常可怕，我们那个房间有一个大露台，并且有按摩浴缸，不过居然只有第一晚上可以使用，后面的几天水温都是冰凉的，而且无法加热，只能作为摆设，本想一天疲惫的出行后回酒店可以泡个澡，可惜了～

We had a lovely stay at Club Del Sol Mallorca. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was very convenient. Parking was available on the street, and the bus station nearby made it easy to reach places like Formentera Beach. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming — always happy to answer any questions we had, which made our stay feel even more comfortable. We also enjoyed the cava at the bar, which was reasonably priced, and the breakfast was excellent: abundant, varied, and delicious.

The only downside for us was the dinner. At €25 per person without drinks included, we found it a bit overpriced. The selection was rather standard and not very flavorful, and we would have appreciated more local dishes to truly reflect the spirit of Mallorca.

Durante los 3 días que estuvimos alojados el ascensor no funcionaba y tuvimos que subir los 2 pisos con los niños a cuestas varias veces al día…

La habitación era grande y silenciosa. Había parking de sobras justo enfrente. El servicio de check in fue rápido.

Los servicios que ofrece el hotel tiene unos horarios muy limitados. Por ejemplo, la piscina tenía un horario de 10h a 18h, no pudimos disfrutarla ningún día.

De kamer was lekker ruim voor een gezin met een baby. De locatie is niet in het centrum maar het is wel lekker dichtbij alles :)

Erg veel last gehad van muggen en er is geen zwembad voor babies jonger dan 6 maanden. Denk aan een warme binnenbad of buitenbad.

Booked a suite. Very spacious and your own little basic kitchen. Had a balcony as well looking down on the stage. Really loved the room. Also: Staff is superb. Everybody is very friendly and helpful. 2 pools are nice as well. Went in September and there was always enough space.

Various rooms (including ours) were in the pool area where the stage is. It is a bit loud in the evening (if you don't want to watch the shows etc.).
