Reviewed Aug 28, 2025Het hotel was een prima hotel als je naar Palenque wilt. Het is niet echt een hotel waar je een week in wilt verblijven, want daar is het te 'basic' voor. We hebben een massage geboekt en dit was snel geregeld, ook erg fijn!
Het zwembad water was bijna warmer dan de temperatuur buiten waardoor je niet even lekker kon afkoelen.

We booked it hoping for convenience near the new Tren Maya station—but there was nothing convenient about it, unless you count the quick access to a pharmacy the next morning after the food gave me 24 hours of Montezuma’s Revenge. The staff tried, and that’s the only star I can give. But if you’re picturing a charming Palenque stay to start your adventure—think again. Unless your adventure includes testing your digestive system’s resilience

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025Ha sido una muy buena experiencia este hotel toda vez que llegábamos muy cansados desde Guatemala y encontraste con un hotel así con todas esas comodidades fue agradable.
Quizas que esta un poquito lejos de las zonas mas céntrica de la ciudad, pero en realidad era muy fácil acceder y llegar a el.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2025I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired. The water system was incredibly frustrating — it would turn on for about 30 seconds, then shut off for 10 seconds, and kept repeating like that the entire time. It made even basic tasks like showering way more complicated than they should be. The Wi-Fi was basically nonexistent, so if you’re planning to get any work done or even just stream a show, you’ll be disappointed. As for the pool, it’s extremely shallow, ranging from about 2 feet to 4 feet deep. It’s fine if you have small kids, but definitely not great for adults looking to actually swim or relax. Overall, the property felt very bare bones, with a clear lack of amenities that would make a stay more comfortable. It could work for a very short stay if you have young children and don’t mind roughing it, but otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it for adults or anyone expecting a basic level of convenience.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2025Se reservaron 2 habitaciones, una de ellas el check in se realizó a las 22:00 hrs, esa habitación cuando se hizo el chech in, no había llave de la habitación, el resultado fué que se había entregada la habitación a otra reserva, hubo que esperar una hora para que habilitaran otra habitación, al cuestionar al recepcionista se mostró con cierta altanería.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2025Le service client est en or La plomberie du bâtiment a cassé durant la nuit. Les réparations ont été fait extrêmement rapidement. Pour éviter d'être impacté le gérant nous a proposé une autre chambre qui avait encore l'eau courante pour qu'on puisse se doucher. L'hôtel où on a logé avant avait eu le même problème mais rien n'a été fait. La c'est un service en or. Le gérant a été super. Il nous a aussi donné des conseils pour la suite de notre voyage. Je reviendrai rien que pour la qualité humaines proposé par cette hôtel. L'hôtel a une belle piscine et un excellent restaurant.

Bueno, la unica pega eran las sabanas que tenian un color amarillento viejuno, deberian cancmbiarlas. Tambien poner mas entradas oara tomas electricas cerca de la cama.
