Habitación amplia y bonita, con muchos detalles. Buena ubicación para visitar la ciudad, sin agobio de turistas por la zona. La anfitriona fue bastante atenta.

No pudo ser posible tomar desayuno, hay que reservarlo con bastante antelación. El parking recomendado está más lejos de lo que parece en un principio.

This was very well located- about 10-15 minutes walk from the main train station and the city centre. Lovely ambience. Francesca was very helpful . She was in touch with us prior to us arriving , had the rooms ready for us even though we arrived around 10:30 in the morning and gave a fantastic recommendation for an authentic leather shop in Florence! Our breakfast requests were accommodated easily. Breakfast was served promptly at the requested time and delivered to the room . The air conditioning was very effective.

The location was convenient to restaurants, trolley, and train station. Our room was immaculate and styled with a personal touch by Francesca, the owner. She was a joy to be with and very, very helpful no matter what our need was.

Our only complaint was how small the elevator was. But, we understand it is typical in Italian architecture. We adjusted quickly and was able to use it regularly.

Opera B&B exceeded all our expectations and was a lovely place to stay in Florence. Our room was spotlessly clean, looked even better than the photos and the location was an easy walk to the centre of Florence/anywhere we wanted to go. Francesca and Paolo are amazing hosts and went out of their way to make our time as enjoyable and special as they could doing everything and more for us, they helped with requests for my partners birthday before our arrival and recommendations for restaurants which were all amazing. If I was visiting Florence again I would be staying here!

The atmosphere and location were great. Staff very friendly and everything was very clean.

This elegant apartment in a 19th-century palazzo was wonderful, much more comfortable than others in the centro storico! Looking on a map, it seems far from the historic center, but the tram stop is one block away. So you can be in Piazza San Marco or the train station in a matter of minutes. And if you're adventurous enough to navigate the buses, there's a bus stop right underneath the window of our room. The rooms were huge! And, though it's at the intersection of two busy streets, it is surprisingly quiet. The owners are charming and helpful, ready to fulfill any request.

The Wifi was exceedingly slow - I was able to check emails, but not much else.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα και πεντακάθαρο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Με λίγο περπάτημα προσεγγίζεις όλα τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Η ευγένεια των οικοδεσποτών σε έκανε να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου! Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε όταν επισκεφθούμε ξανά την πόλη!

Absolutely charming atmosphere, nice historical building, the place feels very aristocratic and is tastefully decorated with authentic details, breakfast was really great, just as we like it, and we enjoyed a lot that it is served in the room. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, we gladly come again, many thanks!

The toiletries had a masculine odor (as a lady I did not enjoy wearing this scent after showering), and a window near the shower could have a curtain or a mattifying film on it - but these are little things not affecting the overall experience

The property was in a perfect location good restaurants nearby and close to trams. We were made to feel welcome by the host and advice was given regarding best restaurants to visit. The property was very clean and comfortable.

The room was dark.

All as expected and the hostess was so responsive and lovely. I booked a room with a king bed and the daybed. If you want to use that daybed, make sure to specify so they leave linens for it. It is not assumed you will use it.

I booked the room with the extra bed to use it ,did not know I needed to call that out when reserving.

Beautiful quiet space. Lovely room. Easy walking to tourist attractions. Catch the tram just around the corner. Hostess wonderful.

Lovely room, good location, clean, Francesca is so nice, so this is the place where I would definitely come back.

We loved the location, just steps from the T2 tram which was very convenient! We were staying to see the sights and it worked out very well. Also, bonus for parking availability right on our street because we ended up keeping our rental car overnight since the Italy Car Rent place closed at 8. We had booked early tours and they scraped together what they could for a breakfast they put in our room the first two mornings. The third day was an amazing breakfast right in our room with eggs/bacon, cappuchinos, juice, etc. AMAZING!

Can't really think of any improvements. Perhaps a light sensor in the stairwell as it's very dark in there and when we get back late needed iphone flashlights

We have had an excellent stay here. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast is lovely and the owners were very helpful. An excellent location about a 15/20 minute walk to the station and centre of Florence. Excellent hospitality and we would definitely book here if we visit Florence again.

The host is amazing, hospitable and friendly. The accommodations are beautiful, very elegantly decorated, clean and the location couldn't be better. Short walk to the center, but away from the crowds.

The room was exceptional. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Everything you'd want and more. Location was perfect. A 20 minute walk to all the historic sights. The host, Francesca was very accommodating and allowed us to store our bags on arrival prior to the room being available and also when we checked out, as our flight was late afternoon. The breakfast was of good quality and plentiful. Francesca's restaurant recommendations were outstanding. Thank you for a great stay!

Whilst the breakfast itself was good quality and plentiful, you had to pre order and it was delivered to the room. Our preference would have been to eat in a breakfast room and choose from a selection each morning. But again, that's just our preference. It didn't impact our stay.

The owner Francesca is very kind, the location of the B&B is excellent- convenient to go to the airport and right outside the crowded parts of Florence. And the bed was very comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute little boutique B&B in Florence! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was beautiful — really quaint, full of Italian charm, and even had a lovely 4-poster bed that made it feel extra special. It was perfect for our 2 days exploring Florence. The location was amazing — super central, with everything within easy walking distance. Highly recommend for a short city break!

The room we stayed in was a great space. Chocolate and welcome prosecco, yes please! The hosts were very gracious and helpful. They cleaned the room daily but there is the option of messaging them if that’s something not desired. It was close to the train station and walkable to a more touristy part of town.

Loved the design of the room. It has everything needed for the comfortable stay. Great peaceful location very close to the touristic part of the Florence. It is also located next to the tram line that leads directly to the railway station and to the airport. Welcoming & nice people working in the hotel.

We liked everything, but there are some minor things: The blanket is too thick. There was some construction noise from the neighbor building during the daytime (not in the morning/evening though).

Paulo was an excellent host and the spacious, nicely decorated room was clean, comfortable with many nice touches. The bed was perfectly comfortable and the shower was delightful. Safe, quite and in close proximity to the areas we were visiting.

We had a great experience with this accommodation! The room was very nice, spacious and full of character. The price was reasonable and good value for money (but we visited off-season, so I'm not sure how it changes throughout the year). The neighborhood felt safe and it was 15 min walking away from the city center and Duomo. The host gave us excellent recommendation for a nearby restaurant with great prices, homey atmosphere and excellent food that we visited twice and wanted to go a third time but is was closed on a Sunday. All in all, everything was great!

The owners of this small B & B, Francesca & Paolo, were welcoming & helpful. The room & bathroom were large & spotless, and it was beautifully furnished. The property was convenient for walking and there were also buses a few steps away, just around the corner. The hosts had great restaurant suggestions and Francesca was helpful when I needed suggestions for a gift for my hosts later in our trip. The elevator was a plus as I had hurt my leg several days before the trip, and was having difficulty with the steps. I can highly recommend the Opera Boutique B & B.

Grand, spacious bedroom (and bathroom) with thoughtful decor. Generous amenities, beautiful breakfast experience on request. Great location of being just outside the busiest city centre, so that you have the peace and quiet, but are still super close to everything. Excellent public transport connections (a bus stop literally outside the B&B). Close to many terrific restaurants that aren't necessarily touristy. Fantastic staff - thank you so much for your care!
