One of the best boutique hotels in Goa. The facilities and most importantly the staff. We found them happy, smiling and always ready to help. The rooms were very well laid out and spacious, the breakfast was very good. Excellent value for the money we paid.

The AC did not work. Complained twice and got no response. I even sent an email to ITC and never heard back from them. The AC was positioned away from the bed and even the fan was not overhead. We spoke in the middle of the night covered in sweat.

Absolutely mesmerizing property and a very memorable stay at Storii by ITC, Shanti Morada. All thanks to Mr. Arpit Bhola and his impeccable team, this was hospitality at a whole different level. We had gone with our two young kids (7 and 5) and they felt so safe and welcome that they would hangout in the pool by themselves which by the way is visible from all the rooms so you can keep an eye on them. The Jacuzzi is exceptionally relaxing and the cocktails served in the bar next to it makes you never want to come out. Lastly, the paintings and the antique pieces of furniture give you the vibe of staying at a royal palace and the staff makes sure you are treated like royalty. 100% recommended for having the best time in Goa.

We were a group of 8 friends and had an amazing stay at Shanti Morada. Great cocktails, even better food, a lovely jacuzzi, and a beautiful overall vibe. A special thanks to Arpit and the entire team for making us feel so welcome and taking such good care of us. Looking forward to coming back!

Amazing Property with the best hospitality ever. We stayed at the property for 3 nights in July 2026 and had an amazing experience. The rooms were so nicely done, the jacuzzi with an adjoining bar was extremely relaxing and is so unique to the property. During our entire stay, from the impeccable service to the warm hospitality, every detail was taken care of with such thoughtfulness. This the experience at the hotel was one of the best . The services, amazing staff and hospitality was unforgettable. Hotel location is central, rooms are very exquisite each one telling different story. This was my 5th stay at Shanta Morada, this time with our business team, and the hospitality and service each time was beyond any expectations! The warmth, quick quite service, the willingness to accomodate each and every small and weird request was fabulous. Excellent breakfast, custom bespoke lunch, and tandoori dinners were delicious! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The swimming pool was clean, well maintained, and a lovely place to relax. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly valued as guests.

The place is most calming. Just 10-15 min away drive from Calangut beach or market. Absolutely quite. Premium room. No chaos or distrubance. Heritage, elgant feel and view. Staff is extremely courteous. Absolutely great stay.

There is a strange kind of magic in finding a place that slows you down before you even realise you need it. That is exactly what Storii Shanti Morada Goa felt like to us. It felt less like checking into a hotel and more like walking into a story that had been waiting quietly for our arrival. Every corner carried character. Walls filled with art, vintage handcrafted pieces collected with care over years, warm lights resting on old wooden textures, and little details that made you pause and look twice. It was the kind of place where you naturally slowed your pace just to take it all in. Our room felt intimate, artistic, and thoughtfully designed, with a charm that made it feel truly unique. The bathtub quickly became one of my favourite parts of the stay, while evenings at the jacuzzi bar felt wonderfully unhurried, with soft music and an atmosphere that invited you to simply be truly present. And all this was made better with the amazing food we had here. What stood out even more was the service. It was warm, genuine, and full of thoughtful touches. One night, we returned to find soaked almonds placed beside our bed. Such a small gesture, yet it perfectly captured the care with which the team looked after us throughout our stay. What truly made this experience unforgettable, though, was the people. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcomed and cared for. And a very special thank you to Arpit, the manager, who made our special day even more meaningful with his warmth, attention, and kindness. Long after leaving, what stays with me is not just the beauty of the property, but the feeling it gave us. Can't wait to be back here.

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet, green area. It's close to Panaji and many of the hot spots. The staff and the manager went out of their way to make our stay very, very comfortable. I'd love to go back soon!

The hotel was not so appealing from outside but as you enter, it had such beautiful ambience and architecture. The location of the hotel was not too convenient to go anywhere by walking but in a car, food to shopping was only 5 - 10 mins distance. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Food served at the hotel was good too.

The entire experience was brilliant. Its a small hotel and our first stay here...but the overall decor, vibe, hospitality of the hotel were fantastic. The rooms are also beautiful and everything looks out into the pool and jacuzzi! Oh, that open-air Jacuzzi was perhaps, the highlight for us. Just so refreshing and invigorating! The food in the hotel ( a la carte) is also great... they actually make great goan prawn curry!

The breakfast is not the best. Dont go with expectations there. The spread is very limited and well, not the best. Perhaps, order in??

We recently stayed at ITC Shanti Morada with our new born, and it was an absolute delight! The hotel is incredibly baby- and kid-friendly, from the spacious family rooms equipped with cribs and menu options tailored for little ones. Pool is safe and fun, What truly stood out was the outstanding staff – warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile. The front desk team greeted us with smiles and personalized tips for family outings, housekeeping ensured everything was spotless and kid-ready daily, and the restaurant staff made meal times stress-free with high chairs, purees etc. ITC Shanti Morada feels like a home away from home for families. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with babies or kids – we’ll be back soon!

The room was very spacious and furnished with tasteful goan/portugues furniture, the two beds big and comfortable for a good night’s sleep, the bathroom was also very spacious, well set out with a rolled top bath shower and the usual amenities. Walking around the interior of the hotel is like a discovery, set in on old Portuguese colonial residence every space has memories and peculiarities from old India. The billiard room is a fun time to spend an hour, the dining room also carries the character of bygone days. The pool and jacuzzi bar and the rest of the outside garden areas are spotless clean along with the rest of the hotel with staff cleaning without being noticed. The food too is also very good, we had a variety of Indian dishes that were really tasty. The one thing that stands out about this hotel is the cleanliness and lovely staff. Would stay again and recommend.

Ich bin sehr groß und das Bett hatte ein Fußende welches mich gestört hat. Es ist leider nicht viel Platz für mehr Liegen am Pool.

This hotel is part of a Portuguese bungalow which was constructed way back in 1897. The rooms are big. The property is clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel is also bang on and is 15-20 mins

The food was good but there is a scope of improvement.

The staff Jayavant, Aisha, Gaurav, etc. were all courteous and arranged the rent a car vehicle for us. They also arranged for entire tour itenary and also made very good suggestions for restaurant options around places. The swimming pool and Jaccuci were out of the world and very clean and family friendly... Overall my family had a great time here..

Nothing worked properly. The phone system was faulty so had to communicate with reception by whatsapp. The WiFi was poor signal and often none so made it difficult to work. The doors did not shut properly. It was difficult to find staff to ask for a drink

Stayed at Storii before attending a wedding at Hyatt Goa. Enjoyed the hotel and its grounds. Every room is different and the hotel has a character. Nice breakfast as well. Servers were accommodating to your preference. Only gripe is it is out there by itself and sometimes getting a taxi to or from the hotel can be challenging. Otherwise a strong recommendation.

We really don’t want to tell everyone about the secret of this place!! It’s an absolute gem. We usually stay in South Goa but wanted to try the North without it being too crazy. We also didn’t want an everyday modern hotel….so here we are!! We leave here tomorrow. From the moment you arrive, the staff, hospitality and charm of this place capture you. Beautiful food and surroundings. Don’t think twice just book! Thank you to the whole team.

This is a small hotel; therefore, breakfast and dinner were made fresh and to order. Pool is delightful but small.

Location - The beach is not within walking distance, so taxis are required to get around. No Uber, so the cost was high. If you book with the hotel, they add a percentage to that cost. The hotel does not cater for teenagers. Nothing in the hotel for them to do.

The hotel is small and cosy, very well maintained. Beautiful garden, wonderful service. Delicious food. A la carte had an interesting selection of local dishes. Everything was very tasty. Breakfast was excellent. The staff and service was outstanding, one of the best I have ever seen. Spa procedures were exceptional. Location is great, not far from the beach and far enough from busy touristic areas. Yoga classes were the highlight. Overall 10 out of 10.

Alles was fijn! Het hotel is kleinschalig, authentiek en sfeervol. Personeel is supervriendelijk en erg behulpzaam om het je helemaal naar je zin te maken. Ontbijt was lekker en je kunt ‘s middags een lunch bestellen of ‘s avonds een diner. Het zwembad is mooi en via de tuin kun je een stukje naar boven lopen waar je rustig tussen de palmen naar de vogels kunt luisteren.

Als ik dan iets moet noemen dan zou de waterpartij bij het zwembad af en toe uit mogen, dat was wel erg aanwezig.
