The Blenheim Mount Hotel

The staff were excellent, the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good. The bar and entertainment were fun when available.

On our last night the bar and entertainment were not available because the management felt that twelve guests did not require the same quality of service as twenty. Our last night was disappointing hence the mediocre review. The room had a few niggley bits like only two of four lights working and loose shelf in the bathroom.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Amy met us to park on site and when she saw my mobility issues, she changed our room so we were right by lift. Breakfast was superb, Mark the DJ was lovely. Our second stay here and we will be back very soon. Highly recommended 👌

Room was warm and clean, shower was hot we had free shampoo etc sachets. Tea making facilities and free parking. Enjoyed the bingo in the bar and music Saturday night, bar had reasonable prices. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, I had the cereal, mixed fruit, youget and toast that was delivered to the table no waiting for a toast machine, the coffee machine was excellent. My husband enjoyed the cooked breakfast which offered several options. Value for money warm and welcoming.

The staff are absolutely brilliant, made us feel so at home and went out of their way to help us out when needed, some of our party stayed up till late and they kept the drinks coming 😂breakfast was stunning and fast, Stayed in a family room with the sea view couldn’t recommend it enough,we will be staying here every time we visit blackpool now!

The hotel perfectly located on the beach promenade, within easy reach to the beach, piers, Blackpool tower and other nearby attractions. The rooms, bedding and en-suite shower rooms were all very clean. Breakfast was so good, and we really appreciated how the staff went out of their way to cater to vegetarian options. The hotel staff were warm and personable, and it was clear that the management team is actively involved in the smooth running of the hotel. A wonderful hotel experience that caters well to all age groups.

Nothing it was very poor. I left the next morning to find other upgraded accommodation the reception when I arrived had buckets everywhere as they had a major leek. I got the keys for the room and I couldn’t get the teli working so went to reception and vicky said that 18 televisions were out? And said it would be fixed later that day when there Ariel man came. The electric was on. Then opened the curtains in the room and the window on the outside was that filthy I couldn’t see out of it just a blur onto a dirty old car park. The hot and cold taps were the wrong way round so I burnt myself on what I thought was a cold tap but was hot? I never ate there breakfast either even though I paid for four. I would like a refund of £150 as I only stayed one night and it was the worst hotel Iv ever stayed in . Thanks mr Darren Bailey

Great little place. Small rooms but very comfortable. Great bar and service. Front terrace is a sun trap and Great for people watching. Good breakfast. Would definitely return.

Good location,early check in, good breakfast choice, clean place, friendly staff very dedicated, good tea and coffee choices in room,ironing room helped as forgot ours.

Bit dated in some areas,shower room very small, shower head could be improved as little pressure,tip get JML shower boost head which increases the spray,poor view of alley with debris outside, no parking so difficult to park and when coming in back via car park rubbish in street alley, bit dark in corridors, entertainment went on late so noisy in room.

Hotel situated on the sea front. Facilities very clean, staff courteous, breakfast excellent. On-suite bathroom a bit cramped (but aren't they all). Will definitely check their availability 1st next time we plan to visit Blackpool.

I have enjoyed my stay here. All staff was helpful and very good hospitality.

I found the room very warm and stuffy. And the bed was a bit hard. Plus I didn't get a sea view as I asked for. That is why I chose this hotel

Rooms very basic. No hairdryer, no suitcase stand, shower only just warm. Pillows like rocks, had very sore ears and headache in the mornings, no curtains, kettle stopped working mid-stay. There were several bits of rubbish under the bed and in drawers from previous guests, cobwebs hanging around, stair trim loose on stairs from room to lift (3rd floor). Fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice, perhaps some pastries.

Very friendly and helpful staff .Use of their exclusive car park. I had my breakfasts in my room and you could bring in your own food. The elevator to all floors was very useful as I have mobility issues.

The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable beds. The staff were amazing, friendly, and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of options available. Bingo every night was a good laugh. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

For me and my son, everything was perfect. Unfortunately, the few steps from the elevator were a bit much for my mum, but she managed. If I had realised, I would have tried to book ground floor for her, but we'll know for future.
