Creaky floorboards over head and excessive noise on one night (outsidec of hotel's control but awful sirens and vehicles tearing up the road). The Tube wasnt an issue.

Struttura perfetta, vicino alla metro e ai bus, l’aeroporto migliore per arrivarci è Luton. La proprietaria molto gentile ci ha fatto posare i bagagli appena arrivati, mandandoci anche al bagno.

Excelente para lo que buscaba. La habitación es muy cómoda y bonita, impoluta; valoro positivamente que tenga aire acondicionado, así como la opción de abrir la ventana. Cama estupenda.

Lo único que sugeriría es poner una cortina o algo que tape la luz del amanecer. Habría querido dormir hasta tarde y no pude porque la habitación tiene mucha luz.

Location was extremely convenient as it was very close to the Northern Line Underground Station. The key box and instructions were easy to use. It was clean and the bed was comfy, and there was a kettle.

Rather noisy at night. I had to open the window as it was very stuffy, which didn’t help with the noise. The varied public transports were the noisiest… No decaf tea or coffee.

The station was just a short walk away, and the area had great facilities.

I couldn't sleep because of the loud train noise and the bright room.

Simple and small, but, in a strategic, pleasing and sure location, it has what you need, including the kindness of the team.

Útulný pokoj, čisto, možnost uvařit si čaj nebo kávu. V okolí spousta restaurací a kaváren. Hned přes cestu metro a zastávky autobusů mířících do centra, včetně zastávky autobusu, kterým se dostanete na letiště Stansted i Luton.

Objednávala jsem na základě recenzí, kde se psalo, že v pokoji není slyšet hluk z ulice. To není vůbec pravda. V úrovni oken ve druhém patře jezdila nadzemka, vzdálená asi 15 metrů od hotelu, což bylo slyšet i přes zavřená okna.

Very close to the tube and a lot of buses !! The bathroom was nice and clean. The lady at the front desk is really nice. Nice air con.

The bedsheets were a little dirty and I found a dead bug under my pillow :( I couldn't open the windows widely. (maybe i didn't figure out how to). For one night it's okay, for more it could be a bit suffocating

Lokalizacja blisko metra- co jest ogromnym plusem....ale to największy też minus ponieważ okazuje się, że metro wyjeżdża spod ziemi i jest zwykłą głośną kolejką tuż przy budynku.Jest głośno!

We truly loved the place. Yes, during the day the traffic may be a bit loud, but the location is really good, close to tube and bus stops, the rooms are pretty new and have air conditioning, floor heating in the bathrooms, little empty fridge and a good quality kettle, plenty of coffee sachets, good size beds with no foot board (so it's alright for tall people to comfortably sleep) , plenty of pillows, and there's a decent pub below. At night time despite the good location it is actually reasonably quiet. The person at the reception is actually also the cleaner, and she's doing a sterling job. Cannot fault this place. Very good indeed.

Excellent location - very close to Golders Green Station. Clean, modern bathroom. I was able to leave my luggage for several hours after checking out. Convenient self check-in.

Perfect location ,everything you need right outside ,clean and comfortable ,Air con was flawless ,Was surprised at how nice the room was compared to pictures

Only downside was the train track right outside the window but in the middle of the night it stops ,No curtain to block out light as blinds didn’t not fully close

Couple minutes close to the nearest tube station, Golders Green.. able to check in after hours with keys in security box (ask property prior to arrange this) Clean beds and bathroom. Plenty of t.bags.. very quiet I never heard from any neighbours through walls or banging doors. Never had to see any reception staff all easy to check in / out. Working air conditioning which on the hottest day of year was great thanks. Slept very well .

Shower water was a bit weak. Not easy to find the blue box to drop keys on departure as a cleaner had hid it with a pack of toilet roll on top! Better signage for this box too as it’s in a dark corridor.. provide plant based milk (oat/soya).

Das Hotel ist klein, aber bietet alles was man braucht. Das Zimmer ist klimatisiert und das Bad wurde immer perfekt gereinigt. Auch das Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Für meinen Geschmack wurde mit den Duftsteckern etwas übertrieben und der Schlauch an der Dusche sollte vielleicht mal erneuert werden, weil undicht. Aber dass sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten!

因为地理位置很优越，离Glders Green 地铁站仅一街之隔，所以从旅行团散团后我们又续订了这里两晚，且是同一房间。接下来的伦敦Citywalk，我们就以这里为据点，依靠地铁North Line向南进去市区出行。

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Claudia, the receptionist, welcomed us warmly and was very polite and helpful. The location is excellent, with the Underground just a few minutes away, as well as plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was the perfect base for our Bruno Mars concert experience in London. Highly recommended! 😊

לא היה מתג חשמל ליד המיטה העיקרית, ואני משתמש במכונת CPAP. נאלצץי לישון על מיטה משנית שלא הייתה נוחה במיוחד. היו הרבה מדרגות עד שנכנסתי לחדר, ולא הייתה מעלות נאלצתי לסחוב מזוודה כבדה מאוד. גםמלא היה מישהו לעזור לי עם המזוודה.

Convenient for my stay in Golders Green. The rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean. That, above all else, is so important when staying away from home.

离开北线地铁站Golders Green underground station地铁站是真近，便于来伦敦参团旅游需要很早赶到地铁站集合点的中国游客。这里是一个典型的英伦小镇中心，围绕着地铁站和公交换乘，来往人多，给游客安全感和生活气息。楼下就是一个Pub可以用餐，往街中心走几分钟有小超市，肯德基和其他快餐店，市中心逛完回来吃点东西，采购牛奶水果面板很方便。 另外，有空调，有烧水壶，干净整洁也是很契合中国游客的有点。

门脸儿很小，不太好找。其实在地铁站一侧看到一个高的船头建筑，上面是黄色字体的“UNIQUE”，或者找那个热闹的餐吧PUB，左侧紧挨着小铁门就是。 另外，上楼无电梯，房间狭小。夜晚能听到地铁振动声（但不是很大，当白噪音吧）是它无法改变的缺陷。当然相比于它的低价格和极佳位置，还是可以接受的。 伦敦初夜，还是很顺利舒适。

The staff is very nice, it has air conditioners, and the room is clean.

The location is close to the train, which is very convenient but also could be noisy when the train passes by. During the night I stayed, there was someone kept banging the door occasionally at midnight, which made it hard to sleep but I know it’s not the hotel’s fault.

The best part was that it was located so close to the transit / tube and bus station. Commute bexame extremely convenient. Moreover, it was extremely clean and Claudia did take good care of the place.

We were in a tripple room and I was using the middle bed, it was so tighly attached to the two tables on the sides that every slight movement while turning etc on the bed would make a loud squeeky metallic sound.

Woman on reception was lovely, she let us leave our bags off early as the room wasn’t ready yet (we arrived before check in time), she let us have a later check out and also let us store our bags at the hotel after we checked out. The room and shower was clean, the bed was comfy. Great location next to a bus and train station.

Great value for money. Stayed there as I had a concert at Wembley and the location was convenient. Staff were really friendly and helpful, room was clean, towels provided, free wifi, aircon in the room, overall a comfortable stay.

WiFi was a bit sporadic but that might have been just me. Also there is a parking area next to the hotel (£15 a night) but it is a bit difficult to find (I did end up calling and they were really helpful assisting me locate it!).

– You can hear the trains so if you're a light sleeper be aware of this (I sleep like the dead and had had a busy day so it didn't bother me) – The entrance is a little tucked away so is tricky to find

Very welcoming host, explained everything you needed to know and was available for any problems. Clean and functional rooms, air con was a blessing. Well placed for transport links and accessible shops and eateries.

The staff was very nice, especially the man in the entrance! Our room was very comfortable and we had AC which was perfect because of the weather. Unfortunately our bathroom was VERY hot including the floor of the bathroom, and it wouldn’t get cooler… our mini fridge was definitely not cleaned and smelled bad. I would come back again, the conditions were nice except for those 2 things, and the location was amazing. I just hope they get better with the cleaning (in my case the mini fridge)

Excellent location across from the station but soundproof windows so no issues, fridge, air con, kettle, really hot water, comfortable bed and friendly staff. It had everything we could want and grat value for money. Thank you for a lovely hotel, we will stay here again!

La struttura si trova davanti alle fermate della metro e degli autobus. In zona vi sono alcuni ristoranti / fast food aperti sino a tardi, compresi negozi di alimentari. Roman, l’addetto all’accoglienza, é super gentile, cordiale e disponibile a qualsiasi ora.

Affianco alla nostra camera passava la metro, quindi risultava un po’ rumorosa.

L’hotel è situato fuori dal centro ma collegato benissimo con fermata metro a due passi. La zona tranquilla è fornita di supermercati/bar/bakery. Hotel comodissimo per il collegamento con il national express che ferma praticamente di fronte l’hotel (lo abbiamo utilizzato sia da Luton che per Stansted); e comodo anche per arrivare allo stadio di Wembley tramite il bus diretto 83. È stata fondamentale la presenza del climatizzatore (non scontata) soprattutto in queste giornate di caldo intenso. Il rumore della metro (che passa proprio davanti l’hotel) era sopportabile data la stanchezza e non abbiamo avuto disturbi ne dal pub sottostante ne dalle camere degli altri ospiti durante il nostro soggiorno. Gentilissimo il personale che in attesa del check in ci ha fatto posare i bagagli direttamente in stanza.

Impatto iniziale sicuramente poco rassicurante a causa dell’ingresso dell’hotel (cancello di ferro nascosto dietro a un pub). Entrati in camera mancavano asciugamani, inconveniente subito risolto con scuse del personale. Il Wi-Fi era poco funzionante e vi era un eccessivo calore nel tunnel in vetro di accesso alla reception (inoltre probabilmente un oscuramento delle vetrate contribuirebbe a rendere l'ambiente più confortevole). Abbiamo notato alcune macchie visibili sul rivestimento della base del letto. In camera, l'assenza di tende oscuranti permetteva l'ingresso di molta luce già dalle prime ore del mattino.

Everything was perfect for my stay.

Clean room. Very good bathroom facilities. Very easy to access public transport. It was very hot so the aircon was very welcome.

The location is right next to the tube station and the room facility is really good for the price. Air conditioner works nicely which really exceeded my expectation as it is relatively rare in London.

Noise. It is next to a pub and unfortunately there was an England World Cup match going on during my stay.

It seems like our bed had a king sized mattress but the duvet size was for a regular double bed, so it wasn't quite big enough for both me and my partner.

Excellent location: It was extremely convenient, especially because I used Stansted Airport. Friendly staff: She is very nice Great basic facilities: The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and the room was perfectly clean.

Room layout: The room was smaller than the one I stayed in last year and a bit difficult to use. Also the hangers were located right above the kettle and coffee cups, making them unusable. Unstable Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection was unstable and required me to reconnect multiple times. Mini-fridge: The refrigerator didn't cool very well. It wasn't a big problem this time because the weather wasn't too hot, but it needs improvement.

Lawaai van treinstation en straat waarin hotel gelegen is. De underground trein komt hier bovengronds en is pal naast de slaapkamers. De interieur is oud, ongezellig en niet geheel fris.

Cerca del metro, un lugar muy limpio, una cama cómoda. Cuenta con hervidor, té, café lo que es muy bienvenido después de un día de turismo. Personal muy amable, nos dejaron retirarnos más tarde ya que nuestro vuelo era al atardecer.

Hotel was easy to find and easy to check into. Very nice to have AC in the room as it was very warm. 2 minute walk from nearest tube station and staff member we dealt with was very helpful.

With the hotel being so close to the tube you can see/hear the trains running which wasn't great but we were only staying one night.

Room had an ant infestation unfortunately, seemingly behind the cabinet.

La stanza era ampia e il bagno molto pulito! La signora della reception è stata molto carina e gentile e mi ha permesso di effettuare il check-in in autonomia poiché il mio arrivo era previsto dopo le 18.00 (orario in cui chiudeva la reception). Inoltre mi ha dato la possibilità di lasciare lo zaino anche dopo il check-out presso la reception. La struttura è comodissima se si arriva con il National Express poiché la fermata è proprio davanti all'ingresso (veramente comodo!). La fermata della metro è dietro l'angolo quindi, nonostante sia un po' in periferia, l'hotel rimane ben collegato anche al centro città. Il quartiere è tranquillo e in zona si trovano diversi ristoranti e supermercati piuttosto validi.

Peccato solo per il pub sottostante che, in una delle sere, ha tenuto la musica un po' troppo alta rendendo l'addormentarsi difficile nonostante la stanchezza.

Clean and comfortable place, so close to metro

Clean room, comfortable bed, good bathroom and shower worked well - even with reasonable water pressure. Not a luxury hotel of course, but all the basics were surprisingly good. Bonus - it had air conditioning that worked fine, which was a real plus on this hot weekend! Also worth mentioning that the security arrangements were reassuring, even at times when the reception was not staffed.

If you are very sensitive about noise this might not be for you - it is very close to the tube line/bridge, and you do hear them rumbling past all the time, even though the sound is pretty well muted. I (and probably 90% of people) could sleep easily through that. No other noise issues. And they should make it more clear where the entrance is - immediately on the left hand side of the Refectory pub/restaurant, a grey steel door set back a few yards from the pavement, and easy to miss. But once you have found it everything else is straightforward.

So close to the tube, the airport bus connections, quiet, clean and safe.

It is not a five-star, elegant boutique hotel, but it is very clean, very convenient and it won't break the bank.

Not much style, but I didn't expect that for the price.
