Hotel Posada Terra Santa is a very charming hotel in a fantastic location in Palma’s Old Town. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and full of character.

Unfortunately, my room had poor soundproofing, and I could clearly hear people’s footsteps from the other rooms, which disturbed my stay. I also wish the hotel had sent clearer, more detailed instructions on how to reach the property by car, especially since it is located within a restricted-access area.

Ein sehr schönes Boutique Hotel, das absolut liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um von dort schnell zu Fuß ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht und haben für beide Zimmer ein Upgrade bekommen. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, die Bäder groß und modern eingerichtet, mit einer großen, begehbaren Dusche. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück! Das Hotel verfügt über einen kleinen Pool auf einer schönen Dachterrasse, mit einem schönen Blick über Palma. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Palma werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Bardzo miłym akcentem było przywitanie przez Panią w recepcji mówiącą po polsku :) (pozdrawiamy ! ) . Mały ,ale bardzo przydatny w sierpniu basen na najwyższej kondygnacji :)O wszystkim jest pomyślane : wanna w łazience i sole do kąpieli ,w szafie parasol .Na powitanie było ProSeco z miłą karteczką z życzeniami .Cały pobyt w Palma był bardzo udany między innymi dzięki takiemu miejscu ,do którego z chęcią wracało się ,aby nabrać sił na dalsze zwiedzanie .Wspaniałe omlety na śniadaniu ! Nawet taksówka zamówiona na koniec okazała się o połowę tańsza ,niż przez znane wszystkim aplikacje .Polecam !

It’s beautiful, great location and the staff are really helpful. It felt very premium and like nothing was too big of an ask.

We booked a suite for 4 people, but two had to sleep on a sofa bed. I would expect that if we were adding people to a two person room, but not when it’s advertised as being for four people from the start

One of our favorite places we have ever stayed. Delicious breakfast, chic interiors, quiet lively accommodated rooms with easy access walking right in city center no more than 10 min to all locations and shopping great restaurants nearby and rooftop pool was a 10/10 as was the bar food to order from pool and honor drink system was so cute and easy so no need waiting for drinks just help yourself to wine beer soft drinks at pool all day long! Pool was never crowded many days I had all to myself like a private pool. Staff was incredible and AC was a must rooms and lobby were perfect temp during our European heatwave

Whenever we had a shower, the water came out onto the bathroom floor which wasn't very good

es war einfach alles perfekt: die lage, das design und die ausstattung, das herzliche und zuvorkommende team (wir haben sogar ein kostenloses zimmerupgrade bekommen!), die lieben putzfeen, das leckere frühstück, … ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. ich gebe eigentlich (fast) nie eine 10 von 10, aber hier ist es einfach nur klar! bestes hotel aller zeiten!

What an incredible stay! The staff are so warm and kind and the property itself is immaculately maintained and so unique! We loved Palma and could not have imagined a better stay!

Pool a bit small More like a plunge pool and since busy didn’t use.

This hotel was very charming and ideally located next to all the shops and the Basilica. The breakfast food was very fresh and staff very attentive.

Een beetje jammer dat het restaurant een beperkt aantal plaatsen heeft en dus ook een beperkte kaart. Zeer lekker eten, zeer goede bediening maar dus slechts goed voor één avond. Geen erg natuurlijk, want genoeg restaurants in Palma.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. The breakfast was incredible - the omlettes were divine. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The roof top had a fabulous view of a local church. I loved my stay and I hope I can return some day!

Some of the rooms for our party didnt have doors on the toilets they were open plan which is some thing that we personally didn’t like.

The room was pretty small and the bathroom didn’t have a door. The breakfast didn’t have a big variety to choose from.

This is a beautiful hotel. We had a super room (upgraded!), with every comfort and convenience. Nothing is too much trouble for the pleasant and friendly staff. It is a good location - an easy walk to the main sights and many restaurants, bars and cafés.

It didn't matter too much, as other options were plentiful, but the excellent restaurant was not open on the nights we were there.

Beautiful spacious room, friendly wonderful staff, great breakfasts, spa, rooftop deck! We had an early flight on our check out day so we would miss breakfast. The staff packed us each a meal to go!

A very very special hotel just outside of the madding crowd. Great facilities, very friendly and professional staff, and spacious and well designed room. The spa downstairs was excellent, as was the pool upstairs. An excellent stay!

Fabulous experience. We were so tired when we arrived and we were told to take a seat and relax. We were served cava and totally relaxed with the good music and nice environment. The people at the front desk were so helpful and courteous. And the breakfasts were amazing! A delicious way to start the day. The location was perfect! Would come back!! And there was a pool! We needed more time to enjoy it.

Wish the other guests were quieter with shutting their doors.

Heavenly stay at this wonderful hotel. Special mention for Claudia, who gave the best massage. The spa was wonderful. I didn't want to leave. The location was excellent. There are no negatives.

Geweldige locatie! Hartje centrum maar toch erg rustig. Parkeergarage voor de huurauto was top. Het personeel is zo ontzettend vriendelijk. Het grote dakterras met barretje, ligbedden en service was heerlijk. In het echt is de locatie veel mooier dan op de foto’s.

Beautifully renovated historic building; roof terrace with loungers, bar and views of the city; comfortable and tastefully decorated room; good choice at breakfast.

It would have been great to have had a small carton of milk in the minibar for our morning tea. (There were small pots of cream for coffee, but cream in tea doesn't taste very nice!)

The pool looked larger on the photo's and so this was a bit disappointing. The Sauna was cold and the plunge pool was tepid so not a great experience in the spa. I paid for a relaxing massage but it ended up been a De Tox massage instead?? It was good but not what I had booked.

Outstanding. Down a quiet cobbled street in the old city, set back in a shaded courtyard the hotel oozes chic calm. It’s a small hotel but makes up for it with beautifully designed rooms and a lovely roof top terrace + small plunge pool. staff could not have been more helpful!

In the heart of the old city but away from the crowds. Everything is easy accessible by walking. Beautifully renovated old mansion on a charming narrow street - we loved the interior design so much. Rooms are spacious, with everything you might need. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. We have appreciated the welcome drink surprise in our room. Staff is so polite and friendly. Small but charming relax room with sauna and jacuzzi you can book entirely for private use, free of charge.

This hotel was in a wonderful location, just outside the "central" area of old town, so it was a bit quieter, and felt extremely secure. 24 hour front desk, and the hotel itself was gorgeous. Felt like an old Spanish villa. The food at the restaurant was one of our BEST meals in Mallorca, and we loved the spa in the basement. It was private and luxurious. THe rooftop hang out area was also a beautiful place to watch sunset. our teenage kids stayed in a room right next to ours and we felt comfortable and secure with that. The parking garage was also convenient, close and secure for us to keep our vehicle during our stay. The staff was so kind and accommodating. This was our favorite stay in Mallorca.

Beautiful rooftop pool and terrace, small indoor pool and sauna which can be booked for private use, amazing reception area with plenty of space to relax. Location was perfect right in the centre of Palma but no noise on the small street. Staff were so attentive and helpful. Room was just perfect.

Das Hotel ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Das Hotel hat einen ganz besonderen Charm und gehört zu den Top Hotels in Palma. Abgesehen vom tollen Service ist das Frühstück umwerfend. Auch das Abendessen ist besonders und sehr sehr gut. Geheimtipp ist das Rooftop. Hier kann man entspannt die Abendsonne mit nem Drink genießen. :) Die Lage des Hotels ist auch perfekt. Man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Ob Shopping oder Essen alles ist in der Nähe. Rundum ein Perfekter Aufenthalt. Danke an das Hotelteam. Ihr habt uns ein tollen Aufenthalt gegeben.

Posada Terra Santa is a stunning hotel in the heart of Palma old town. I think it’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! From the gorgeous rooms (with welcome gift), to the amazing staff to the sauna and rooftop. We went as a group of girls running the Palma 10k and it made our holiday having luxury around us. No request was too much… the breakfast was delicious, wee gestures were no problem and I could have chatted to the staff all day. This hotel will stay with me forever and I’ll definitely be back 💕. Thank you to everyone there xx
