Merci de prévoir un investissement urgent dans des nouveaux matelas ! Chambre non faite un soir en rentrant d'un spectacle à Soho. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel ! Rien dans ce quartier qui est mort !

We thought the price we paid for a two night stay (with breakfast) was a little expensive- but the hotel is in a nice area of London.

Ottimo hotel in buona posizione per visitare la città; purtroppo poco servito dalla metropolitana anche se ci sono due linee di bus proprio accanto. Apprezzata la presenza di un supermercato aperto fino a tardi proprio di fianco all'hotel. L'hotel non ha parcheggio proprio, offre uno sconto del 20% in una struttura vicino. Servizi ottimi, fra cui un'abbondate colazione a buffet con piatti salati e dolci; ottimo il ristorante dell'albergo. Personale super gentile e disponibile: ci hanno permesso di accedere alla camera in anticipo senza costi aggiuntivi, personale addetto alle pulizie estremamente cortese, cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani, camerieri addetti alla colazione e al ristorante gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. La zona in cui si trova l'hotel è tranquilla, nelle vicinanze di un complesso moderno con ristoranti e un piccolo porticciolo sul Tamigi.

Peccato non avere più linee di metropolitana nelle vicinanze per raggiungere più rapidamente il centro.

We've stayed here at least once per year every year for the last five years - we love the location, it's ideally located close enough to the more central parts of the city whilst being far enough away to be less hectic. Right by the river too. Staff are always helpful, the rooms are always comfortable. Breakfasts are always good - we were particularly pleased to see the pancake machine return on the second of our mornings. We'll definitely be back again soon.

I was very happy with are stay at the hotel. The staff was very hospitable and they worked very hard to make you feel at home. The service was amazing and very clean . The breakfast was very delicious and a large variety of food to choose from. The coffee and tea was fabulous.

I was very happy and especially that it being so near to the metro station. It helped with my sight seeing.

Кроме того, уезжая, мой сын забыл шарф на телевизоре, это был коллекционный шарф Арсенала 2003 года, с которым ребенок ездит на матчи, мы обратились в отель в день нашего отъезда, нас уверяют, что ничего не нашли. Мы путешествуем очень часто, несколько раз забывали вещи, в том числе и дорогие брендовые очки, всегда все находилось и возвращали. Тут предпочли сделать вид, что ничего не было. Это очень грустно и не приятно.

Room was a decent size. Would have preferred a larger bed but it was OK. Bathroom with the large shower cubicle was great but the shower pressure could have been better.

I would love a Nespresso machine in the room and some bottled water.

Fantastic hotel

The staff were all very cheerful and helpful. The room was serviced every day.

The bed was so uncomfortable, though the pillows were the best I've had, the room was serviced but not replenished every day, we had to go to reception to restock tea, coffee etc.

The staff were exceptionally kind, informative and accommodating!

I have no complaints.

Stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton London Chelsea with my partner and was very happy with our experience. It was busy during check-in time but Jinisha & Revanth handled everyone with class. They were both very personable and positive. The breakfast staff was very pleasant as well. Would love to come back to stay with this team again.

We loved our stay in London and part of why we loved it is the because of the Doubletree by Hilton Chelsea. It is in a beautiful part of the city and when we got back to our hotel late at night, Nashid took such good care of us. He was able to accommodate our checkout time and was able to make our stay more comfortable by bringing up some extra towels. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this wonderful hotel. It’s also close to the train station and has a Tesco convenience store right across the street.

The room was awesome. Very relaxing and also the crew were accommodating specifically the receptionist named Alexa. She had helped and assisted althroughout our stay.

Had a very good experience staying in this hotel. Warm welcome at the reception. Very clean all around. Room was spacious. Wide range at the breakfast there was lots of options on the table. Yin and Sai kept the breakfast area running their service were spot on. Very polite, helpful and provided excellent service. Staff member all around are very friendly and giving best service. Definitely recommend this place for staying.

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was a Queen sized double (I would have prefered a King) and a single bed for my partners grandaughter. There was a fridge and safe in the room and hairdryer (in the wardrobe), which I didn't use. There were the normal tea/coffee sachets with sugar and small containers of milk (which I never use). There were also loads of plug sockets some with charger sockets as well. The wardrobe had loafs of hangers and also housed an ironing board and iron which is great if your clothes are creased and you need to run a quick iron over them. The bathroom was very clean and there were enough towels for us all. There were large bottles of lovely fragranceg hand wash, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner to use.

The cost of breakfast was steep at just over £20. It would have been better to give perhaps 3 costs such as: 1. Full English 2. Continental 3. Pastry and hot drink The limited hotel menu that didn't include pizza and salad. One of our party ordered the Caeser salad with chicken. She couldn't eat it all. She said the dressing covered everything and overpowered the taste of the ingredients. The soda bread was really lovely when warm but once it cooled it went rock hard and I chipped one of my teeth trying to bite through the crust.

We stayed at the Hilton in Chelsea and had a really positive experience, largely thanks to the front desk team. We called ahead to request an early check-in, and Ravenrh sorted it out for us without any fuss. The process was smooth, friendly, and efficient—exactly what you hope for when you’ve been traveling. Ravenrh was very helpful and made us feel welcome right from the start. It’s always nice when staff go the extra mile, and this made a real difference to the beginning of our stay. Highly recommend reaching out in advance if you need an early arrival—they were accommodating and professional. Would happily stay here again.

Jinisha is a very nice girl at the check in desk.She’s very sweet,helpful and caring.The rooms were good we got a family room it was normal good room with 2 small double beds and the room had a small bathtub as well! Overall perfect experience it’s all you want and very nice to go down at night time for a drink at cré bar.Great chill vibes! Location is perfect right next to imperial warf overground and a Tesco right outside the door.

On arrival I was greeted by Disha who is a bundle of joy to be welcomed by. She explained the times of the restaurant and breakfast. I had an issue with the cleanliness of my room which was fastly rectified and appreciated. At breakfast I was welcomed by Sai who was happy to take my order for an Omelette and Hot Chocolate. They were both enjoyable and a great way to start my day 🥰. Thank you to both Disha & Sai for making my experience amazing. I look forward to my future visit

Jinisha was a very good resepsionist and helped with every single details even given umme and my family free lollipops she was very kind and helped us through minor situations while staying here.

There were no sports or fitness facilities at the hotel. Also, one of the elevators was out of service, so only one was available during our stay.

Jinisha was fantastic. I had arrived in the morning due to an overnight flight from the US. She prioritized my room and got me in by 11:00am. Appreciated that.

This was our second visit to this hotel in 4 months. We returned due to the location of the hotel and the friendly and very helpful staff. A special mention to Alexa in reception along with Aqil who kindly allowed us to change room in order to have more space. I would also like to mention Labdhi and Yin who looked after us very well at breakfast. The hotel is immaculate and our room was very comfortable and had everything we required for our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to London.

Very nice hotel. Above and beyond service. We had a unique booking situation and Anthony helped us work through it and was super accommodating. Then we show up and had the pleasure of working with Jinisha at the front desk. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Staff was very unassertive. They charge for one bottle of water. I tried to order room service and the staff told me that I needed to figure it out myself. I ended up going to the bar to order me food however I was left at the bar for hours with no one there to help me.

It was the perfect location for my daughter’s summer school bus ride every morning and afternoon. However, in order to find restaurants and shops one needs to walk quite far. There is a Tesco express right across the street which is very convenient for getting water and snacks . The area is lovely it has fresh air literally from the river and metaphorically in terms of modern buildings. Very residential

Housekeeping was really bad! The room was never cleaned properly never made up nicely. We stayed for a total of 8 nights and i had to complain about the cleaning 2 times. Also , no free water which is unacceptable! And when I told the receptionist that in all other Double Trees we stayed we always had water, she simply turned her back to me and said “well not in this establishment “!!!!

The closeness to the train station and ease to get to different places

Breakfast was fine. It was added as a courtesy by the duty manger Aqil, after we’d experienced some difficulties with the service.

The facilities are in poor condition and not cleaned well. There was a large amount of dry glue on the inside of the cabinet, the washrooms were moldy, and the carpets had unsightly stains in them. For the cost of the stay, this was unacceptable.

The smell. First of, on my first evening, when I was trying to relax right after checking in, there was incredibly strong cigarette scent across the whole floor, including the room. It even made me wake up! I notified the reception — apparently, they do not check for that kinda thing themselves, despite the hotel being positioned as non-smoking. After some time, they managed to get rid of most of the smoke (or someone just stopped smoking, it's hard to say...) and in a few hours the issue was somewhat gone. Unfortunately, it seems like this is happening somewhat regularly, so in general, the hotel smells kinda poorly and there's always at least a bit of the scent being present. I even checked out earlier since there's no point in being inside, it's impossible to relax.

Poor location. It’s really not Chelsea and has poor access by tube or for Uber. A long way from main points of interest. Staff were just ok. Had to change our room key several times, just one lift working. Apart from a clean and comfortable room was expensive for what it represented

We stayed at the hotel for 15 days with my kids and had a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Neha, Nashid, Rafid, and Shamsad for making our stay so comfortable. They were always friendly, smiling, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Their kindness and excellent service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The welcome to this hotel on check in was superb and the two nights I stayed were great. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. The room service, breakfast and staff assistance with the best public transport you can use and any other questions was such great customer service. Thank you I enjoyed the stay. Particularly good is the location as there is an overland and bus located virtually a few mins walk to get you anywhere you need to be in London.

From the minute we arrived at the hotel our welcome was exceptional. Jinisha at Reception went above and beyond what would be expected to welcome us, look after us and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She explained the different options for our stay and couldn’t have been more friendly. We arrived before normal check in time to drop our bags off, our room was ready early and Jinisha came out of the hotel when she spotted us and brought us back in to get checked in early … truly exceptional service. I would highly recommend the hotel based on our experiences so far.

The location of this hotel is close to the overground train Mildmay line and is also accessible by bus. The ambiance was relaxing and the neighborhood is quite. We were greeted by Alexa, a young Filipina receptionist who was very accomdating. It was truly inspiring that she was speaking our mother tongue which made us feel very welcome and at home. She also made sure to follow us up when we checked in our room to ensure that everything was according to our needs. Our room was spacious, we had a 1 single bed and 1 double bed which was perfect for our family. We are looking forward to coming back again and we hope to see Alexa again.

Petit déjeuner décevant prix de notre chambre pour 3 avec petits déjeuners inclus 405 euros la nuitée beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations. Sauf le.personnel super sympa.

We stayed here when we were in London for the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel was comfortable and good value, and close to the attractive Chelsea Harbour. Good breakfast.

Not so easy to get to by public transport as some locations, although handy for Imperial Wharf station. I think one lift was out of order.

Le calme, la climatisation, les rideaux bien occultants s'ils sont bien positionnés, l'armoire de rangement, la salle de bain, le frigo et la bouilloire avec thé, café, sucre, la TV immense pour regarder le mondial de foot ! Le Tesco et la station d'Overground + bus C3 à deux pas (un train direct pour les studios Harry Potter, aéroport Heathrow pas trop loin mais comme pour les autres destinations il faut faire un, voire deux changements).

Le prix, très très cher. Les déplacements pas très directs pour le centre ville. Quelques dégradations observées dans la chambre. A ce prix le petit déjeuner pourrait être compris.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful, unique, and full of character. A special thank you to Priya on reception, who made our wedding night feel even more special with her kindness, and to Rafid for such a friendly and welcoming check-in. We’d also like to thank the chef for kindly preparing a small bowl of rice for our one-year-old, as she couldn’t have anything from the children’s menu—it was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Overall, the service was outstanding from start to finish. A 10/10 stay, and we can’t wait to come back

Excellent experience on check-in (thanks to Nashid) and all interaction with the hotel staff was excellent - a very helpful and friendly team. The only downside for me was that the hotel didn’t have a gym (not even a small one). That point would discourage me from future bookings, I’m afraid. Perhaps it’s worth giving hotel guests a free pass/passes to one of the nearby gyms upon request.

A huge thanks to Disha and Alexa for a smooth check-in; they were both incredibly nice and welcoming. The room was clean and decent, and I really appreciated the convenient location so close to the station. I will definitely stay here again when I visit London!

The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room wasn’t massively clean when arrived. We found a vape under the bed which could have been very risky our children found it.
