الفطور نفس الأصناف يومياً لدرجة احياناً ما افطر لتكرار النوعيه من الأكل

Only the location of the hotel

Unfortunately, the hotel’s cleanliness was below expectations. The towels were dusty, and the duvet cover had visible stains and did not appear to have been properly cleaned or recently changed. The pillows were also extremely uncomfortable, which negatively affected the quality of sleep. One of the most concerning issues was that the housekeeping staff would knock and then immediately enter the room using their key card without waiting for permission. This is a serious violation of guests’ privacy and should be addressed by the hotel management. The breakfast was also very limited. The buffet was extremely small, with only around two basic options and very little variety. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness, comfort, breakfast variety, service quality, and respect for guests’ privacy. للأسف، مستوى النظافة في الفندق كان دون المتوقع. المناشف كانت مغبّرة، كما أن غطاء اللحاف كان يحتوي على بقع واضحة ولم يبدُ نظيفًا أو مجددًا بالشكل المطلوب. كذلك، كانت الوسائد غير مريحة إطلاقًا، ما أثّر سلبًا في جودة النوم. ومن أكثر الأمور إزعاجًا أن عمال النظافة يطرقون الباب ثم يدخلون مباشرة باستخدام بطاقة الدخول، دون انتظار الإذن، وهذا يُعد انتهاكًا لخصوصية النزلاء ويجب على إدارة الفندق التعامل معه بجدية. أما وجبة الإفطار فكانت محدودة جدًا؛ البوفيه صغير ولا يتضمن سوى خيارات قليلة لا تتجاوز صنفين تقريبًا، ولا يوجد فيه تنوع كافٍ. بشكل عام، يحتاج الفندق إلى تحسين واضح في مستوى النظافة والراحة والخدمة واحترام خصوصية النزلاء.

- الموقع -طاقم العمل ( ابو احمد، وابنه) - الغرفة توجد بها 3 أسره - السعر

- النظافة ( الغرف ، الحمامات خاصةً تصريف الحمام كانت تتجمع المويه ولا تتصرف وكلمتهم وجاء العامل سواها بس مافي نتيجة) - خط الهاتف كان مفصول طول فترة الإقامة في الفندق. - المواقف لاتوجد اي مواقف خاصةً في الفندق، والمواقف المجاورة توقفها بوم كامل 1000 ليرة. -الخدمات ( لاتوجد اي خدمات للفندق) - الإفطار محدود جداً. - لايوجد عزل في الغرف. - الحمام ضيق جداً، وكذلك الغرفة.

A small and well-organized hotel in an excellent location, very close to the metro station. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. We had a pleasant stay

The shower drain was clogged, which was inconvenient. Also, the electrical outlets in the room were not child-safe, especially the plug sockets, which could be a safety concern for families with young children.

Great location close to nice Abdi İpekçi walking street with many restaurants. Close to Cevahir Mall. The public underground Sisli Park Otopark parking is 300 m from the hotel, which is a good option for this part of Istanbul. The breakfast was good. We would stay again!

Das Zimmer wird jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die sind sehr gastfreundlich.

Einziger Nachteil ist der Parkplatz man muss von der Tiefgarage 250m laufen plus die Tiefgarage kostet 24h 1000TL, die extra kosten was entsteht muss nicht sein.

إقامة رائعة بكل المقاييس، والفندق يتميز بالنظافة والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل. الغرف نظيفة ومرتبة ومريحة، وكذلك جميع المرافق. طاقم الاستقبال كان في غاية الاحترام واللباقة وحسن التعامل، ومتعاونين وسريعين في تلبية الطلبات. كما أن طاقم المطعم كان ممتازًا وودودًا، والخدمة راقية ومميزة. الإفطار كان من أفضل ما يميز الفندق؛ جودة ممتازة وتنوع كبير يناسب مختلف الأذواق، مع اهتمام واضح بالنظافة والترتيب. ومن أهم مميزات الفندق أيضًا موقعه القريب من السنتر، مما يجعله مناسبًا جدًا للتنقل والوصول إلى الأماكن الحيوية والمطاعم والمحلات. بشكل عام، كانت تجربة جميلة ومريحة، وأشكر إدارة الفندق وجميع العاملين على حسن الاستقبال والخدمة الممتازة. فندق يستحق التوصية وبكل تأكيد سأكرر الإقامة فيه مستقبلًا.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sauberkeit war gut. In der Nähe war ein öffentliches Parkhaus. Preis Leistung war gut. Frühstück war auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße. Wir haben für eine Nacht gebucht und haben eine Nacht verlängert.

In general I liked the hotel and I recommend it. The staff was great, Bayram, Tolik , and others. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The atmosphere is really welcoming, you feel like home there. The restaurant manager or chef prepared "10 numarası " Turkish coffee every morning, it was delicious. Breakfast was simple (standard) but enough to start the day. The location was also good, not so far from Taksim, harbour, Dolmabahce. There's scales in the hotel, so it's very convenient to check the weight of your luggage.

It was a bit noisy at night. The air conditioning is not individual.

Удобное расположение, рядом метро. Многое в пешей доступности. Номер с террасой. Две комнаты - два кондиционера. Чисто. Завтраки скромные, но голодными не останитесь. Можно заказать омлет, яичницу.. (бесплатно)

AC have fixed T (20°). Without AC very hot and with - cold.

Manque certaines choses dans le petit déjeuner

Хороший отель, с хорошим расположением: метро в шаговой доступности, до Долмабахче пешком полчаса с горки, номер был чистый, хороший интернет. Завтрак скромный, но голодным не останешься - суп, менемен, яйца, оливки, огурцы, помидоры, зеленушка, немного выпечки, джемы, сыры, колбасы. За свои деньги для этой локации хороший вариант, мне всё понравилось, могу рекомендовать.

L'hôtel n'est pas rassurant et sécurisé pour vos objets de valeur, ils disparaissent et les responsables ne veulent pas croire a cela. J'ai oublié 2 bijoux dans le coffre 2h après avoir quitté l'hôtel j'ai appelé pour prévenir et demandé de le récupérer si jamais il serait toujours dans le coffre, un des personnel me dit qu'il va voir de suite et me rappelé de suite, et plus de retour depuis , et rouspète pourquoi de ne pas avoir appelé avant, il me disent qu'ils vont regarder et me faire un retour, plus de nouvelles je rappelle dans la soirée et ils me disent que yavais rien dedans, que personne ne prendrai. Il n'a pas disparu tout seule, il était bien là-bas dans le coffre. Éviter cette hotel payé une petite différence sur le prix et séjourner en sécurité et serin. Le seule avantage c'est le métro qui est proche.

Buena ubicación, habitaciones amplias y cómodas

La limpieza era muy superficial, en nuestra habitación todavía quedaba basura de los huéspedes anteriores debajo del sillón y las camas. El ascensor era antiguo y pequeño, se demoraba mucho y no cabíamos junto con las maletas.

La camera era esattamente come in foto. Camera spaziosa anche per cinque persone, ottima pulizia, buona colazione, staff molto gentile. La fermata della metropolitana era a meno di cinque minuti a piedi. Noi viaggiavamo in macchina e abbiamo parcheggiato in un parcheggio a pagamento, consigliato dall'Hotel, a meno di due minuti a piedi che si è rivelato molto sicuro e comodo. Consigliato!

Very comfortable joining rooms. Exceptionally clean. Tv in each room.

L'isolation est très moyenne, la nuit les enfants n'arrivaient pas à dormir à cause de l'odeur de cigarette qui venait de la chambre d'à côté. Le petit déjeuner trés pauvre

1_ماعجبني انهم ماحضرو الغرفه ليا من البدايه وتاخرت في الدخول واعطوني غرفه ثانيه ورجعت قلت لهم هذي مو الغرفه الي في الحجز طبعا يقولي تندمين هذي الغرفه مافي زيها وطبعا الي أنا حاجزتها اكبر وفيها تراس مافي مطبخ ولا أدوات مطبخ ولا شي بس شاهي الفطور مرا ماعجبني محدود جدااا سكنت في فنادق اقل فطورهم افضل ومتنوع الأصنصير سي سي سي صغير شي مو طبيعي التكيف وماادراك والتكيف مقفل نقول ليه شغلوه يقولون صاحب الفندق مقفله ليه طيب صح الجو بارد بس كتمه والشباك فتحته دخلت عليا حشرات تطير كبيره طيب كيف طول الليل واحنا في حرب على المكيف ويشغلوه لمن نصحى مااعرف الفكره توفير ولا ايش عجزت افهم الموقع ممكن لناس يعجبهم أنا ماعجبني صراحه

The stay was very pleasant from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming and always ready to help. They offered transfer services, which made everything much easier and stress-free, especially when arriving and leaving the city. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very warm and friendly.

التكييف عطلان وكلمتهم كذا مره ولم اجد الأستجابه وخرجت تاني يوم بسبب تعطل التكييف هذا فقط الذي لم يعجبني

الفندق صغير جداً والسقف كذلك نازل الموظفين كل واحد يعطيك سالفة بالليل تتفق مع واحد يجي الموظف بالصباح يقول كلام ثاني

Comfy stay in general. Location, clean rooms, and welcoming staff. Variety of items on breakfast. good value for money.

Matress need to be more comfy. didn't like offering me a room with a back-side view.

This hotel is located on a quiet side street, but within short distance to Taksim Square and the Old Town. A metro station is about a 5- to 10-minute walk away, so getting around is very easy. There are also many cafés and restaurants in the area. My room was comfortable and spacious with everything I needed, including a kettle, cups, and coffee and tea bags, which I really appreciated! I had to do some office work on my laptop in the morning and evening, and I was happy that the Wi-Fi was stable, so I could do everything without any problems. The staff does not speak English well, but they are all super nice and try to make communication as easy as possible. The man who takes care of breakfast was especially lovely. He makes Turkish coffee and omelets for guests who want them, and chats with everyone, even if it's via Google Translate, as was the case with us. All in all, I had a very nice stay and would definitely come back.

The walls are rather thin. This is usually not much of a problem, but I had a group of people—probably a family—who came back very late every night. Every word, step, noise of toys, and interaction with doors was loud and clear, which made sleeping a little more difficult. However, this depends greatly on the people sleeping in the rooms next to you.

Hotellet ligger nära kollektiva förbindelser och i ett mycket fint område. Personalen är trevliga och hjälpsamma. Städningen är toppen. Rekommenderar alla detta hotell starkt!

the location was good, local public transport is very easily accessible, taxi could easily enter the street and would stop right infront of the hotel, breakfast was good, room was spacious & clean, and it was very easy to find.

honestly there wasn't much to not like. this is my opinion, but it could have been better value for money, but I am not going to hate on it as it was a good hotel. it didn't disappoint, and it is easy to get disappointed in Istanbul hotels

Easy access location and near the Metro station. It's in the center of the Osmanbey Neighborhood. It's a refurbish building, looks new and has a clean interior. F&B staff Ahmed is friendly and attentive to the guests while we are having breakfast.

We can hear the traffic noise from outside and it's bearable. The hotel lift can only accommodate two persons and its old style lift. The hotel doesn't have soundproof. The lobby hotel doesn't look like a star hotel, so many luggage scattered at the reception area and visible.

Great central location, staff extremely nice and helpful, room was cleaned every day whilst our stay. Great value for money.

The Wi-Fi was patchy in the room, there were corners where the signal was not good. A little noisy in the evening/night, due to the central location, except for Sunday, Sunday was quiet.

Идеальный отель для поездки! Завтраки — вкусные каждый день, с вниманием к деталям. Персонал — на высшем уровне: уборка, кухня и ресепшн работают с искренней заботой, всегда готовы помочь и решают любые вопросы мгновенно. Везде чисто и очень комфортно. Локация супер — рядом метро, вокруг магазины и всё необходимое. Отдельная благодарность Кадыру и Азизу — всегда помогали и были невероятно отзывчивыми. Настоящие профессионалы! 5/5 — обязательно вернусь и искренне рекомендую.

Staff is excellent, Abdul Kader in the reception area is very good and very helpful. Ahmet & Abbas are excellent staff in the restaurant and the amazing lady who cooked inside the kitchen is very good. Wifi is good and fast
